Abstract

The development of road infrastructure is a vital element in driving economic growth and improving the quality of urban life. In Semarang City, Jalan Gatot Subroto plays a crucial role as a major route connecting the north and south of the city, serving as a vital artery for inter-district mobility. However, in recent years, this road has faced serious challenges such as worsening traffic congestion, deteriorating road conditions, and their impacts on local social and economic activities. Therefore, efforts to enhance infrastructure on Jalan Gatot Subroto have become urgent given the complexity of these issues. This study aims to identify and determine variables that significantly influence the success of road improvement programs in the Gatot Subroto area of Semarang City. Data was collected using survey methods and deepened through interviews. The respondents involved in this study were 100 people with diverse backgrounds in terms of age and occupation. The collected data was then processed both quantitatively using SPSS and qualitatively to be used as a reference in answering research questions. Based on the analysis conducted, five variables are predicted to significantly affect the success of the road improvement project planned in the Gatot Subroto area of Semarang City: (1) User Satisfaction with a regression coefficient of 0.233, (2) Travel Time at 0.078, (3) Traffic Safety at 0.180, (4) Traffic Congestion at 0.163, (5) Accessibility at 0.551, and (6) Environmental Impact at 0.472. Referring to the field study results, it can be concluded that these variables have a significant relationship with the success rate of the Jalan Gatot Subroto improvement program in Semarang City, with important implications for more effective transportation infrastructure planning.

Abstract

Abstract Geomorphologically, the city of Semarang is formed from the delta formation of the Kaligarang River, if the water discharge increases, it is certain that inundation will occur along the river. In addition, puddles caused by high tides are also common. The rapid growth of the city greatly affects the availability of supporting infrastructure such as roads. The age of pavement planning in the city of Semarang is often not reached due to the condition of the flood disaster. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of resistance of the subsurface layer to water which will affect the stability of the paving pavement. The initial stages carried out were the preparation of a research proposal containing the preparation of tools and materials, literature studies and the design of primary and secondary data collection instruments, the next stage was making laboratory test samples and conducting hydraulic test analysis to determine the optimum water content, the end of this activity stage was the formulation conclusion. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the water content greatly affects the depth of subsidence, the higher the water content, the higher the decrease. It was proven by testing in the lab, the water content in the base course was 10% sinking 40 mm, 20% 80 mm and 30% 120 mm. Keywords: delta areas; water content; hydraulic test; paving stability AbstrakSecara geomorfologi kota Semarang terbentuk dari formasi delta Sungai Kaligarang apabila debit air meningkat maka bisa dipastikan genangan akan terjadi di semapadan sungai tersebut. Selain itu genangan yang disebabkan oleh rob air laut pasang juga sering dijumpai. Pertumbuhan kota yang semakin pesat sangat berpengaruh terhadap ketersediaan infrastruktur penunjang seperti jalan. Usia perencanaan perkerasan di Kota Semarang sering tidak tercapai karena adanya kondisi bencana genangan air. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui tingkat ketahanan lapisan bawah permukaan terhadap air yang nantinya akan berpengaruh pada kemantapan perkerasan paving. Tahapan awal yang dilakukan adalah penyusunan proposal penelitian yang memuat persiapan alat dan bahan, studi literatur dan desain instrumen pengumpulan data primer dan sekunder, tahap selanjutnya membuat sampel pengujian laboratorium dan melakukan analisis uji hidrolis untuk mengetahui kadar air optimum, akhir dari tahapan kegiatan ini adalah perumusan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis didapatkan bahwa kadar air sangat mempengaruhi dalamnya amblesan, semakin banyak kadar airnya semakin tinggi penurunannya. Dibuktikan dengan pengujiuan di lab, kadar air pada base course 10% ambles 40 mm, 20% 80 mm dan 30% 120 mm. Kata kunci: delta area; kadar air; uji hidrolis; kemantapan paving.

Abstract

Kamojang Ecopark merupakan kawasan wisata hutan pinus dengan luas 8.9 hektar yang berlokasi di Jl. Samarang Garut, Cisarua, Kec. Samarang, Kabupaten Garut, Jawa Barat. Kamojang Ecopark dilengkapi dengan aset fasilitas yang seharusnya dapat menunjang kegiatan rekreasi bagi pengunjung. Namun, aset fasilitas di Kamojang Ecopark ditemukan dalam kondisi rusak dan tidak sesuai standar, yaitu lahan area berkemah bergelombang, jalur pejalan kaki belum dilakukan perkerasan, toilet dan gazebo dalam kondisi rusak, serta akses menuju kasawasan wisata sulit dijangkau dan dilewati. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas asset fasilitas berdasarkan dimensi accessibility, amenities, dan complementary services. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksploratori dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, studi dokumentasi, dan kuisioner. Analisis statistik deskriptif digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebagai teknik analisis data. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kualitas aset fasilitas di kawasan wisata Kamojang Ecopark dinilai kurang baik dan belum memadai.

Abstract

PT. Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara (PT. AMNT) adalah perusahaan tambang nasional yang terletak di Desa Benete, Kecamatan Maluk, Kabupaten Sumbawa Barat. Pada tahun 2016, PT. Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara (PT AMNT) telah mengakuisisi kepemilikan saham dari perusahaan internasional yang bernama PT. Newmont Nusa Tenggara. PT. Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara (PT. AMNT) saat ini telah dilengkapi fasilitas simpul transportasi berupa bandar udara perairan yang berstatus khusus dan pelabuhan. Data BPS (2010-2019) menunjukkan bahwa jumlah penduduk di Kabupaten Sumbawa Barat dari tahun ke tahun mengalami peningkatan. Dilihat dari komoditas yang dihasilkan, Kabupaten Sumbawa Barat mempunyai peran penting sebagai penyuplai beberapa bahan olahan dari komoditas pangan dan ternak seperti padi, kelapa, sapi, ayam buras, dan rumput laut. Beberapa komoditas memerlukan pengiriman yang cepat untuk mengantisipasi terjadinya kerusakan/pembusukan. Guna mengakomodir kepentingan tersebut maka diperlukan moda transportasi udara yang memiliki flexibilitas dalam menjangkau daerah-daerah terpencil. Menurut UU No. 1 Tahun 2009 tentang Penerbangan, bandar udara yang berstatus khusus dapat berubah menjadi bandar udara yang dapat melayani kepentingan umum setelah terpenuhinya persyaratan ketentuan bandar udara umum. Penelitian dimaksudkan untuk memberikan gambaran identifikasi kebutuhan minimum fasilitas prasarana di Bandara Khusus Perairan Benete apabila akan digunakan untuk melayani kepentingan umum. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif melalui observasi dokumen peraturan untuk mengevaluasi ketersediaan fasilitas prasarana Bandara Khusus Perairan Benete terhadap kebutuhan minimum fasilitas prasarana untuk dapat melayani kepentingan umum. Hasil analisa menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas prasarana yang tersedia di Bandara Khusus Perairan Benete belum memenuhi kebutuhan minimum fasilitas prasarana untuk dapat melayani kepentingan umum.

Abstract

Project management functions to oversee the process of implementing construction work from the start of the project until the end of the project. In this research, the strategy used is the project management optimization handling strategy which will dominantly influence the implementation of the Palir Kaliancar Road widening project for the 2022 Fiscal Year. The aim of this research is to find out the factors that cause delays in implementing the Palir Kaliancar road widening project not on time. using the SWOT method.To find out the SWOT indicators that most influence the success in implementing the Palir Kaliancar Road Widening project, Semarang City. This research uses the SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) method to systematically identify various factors to formulate dominant project management optimization in the implementation of the Palir Kaliancar Road Widening project for the 2022 Fiscal Year. By conducting literature studies and research surveys, data collection includes data primary and secondary data then continued data processing. In the results of the IFE and EFE analysis of the components of the Palir Kaliancar Road Widening construction project in Ngaliyan, Semarang City, a value of Strength 4.24 Weakness 4.22 Opportunity 4.34 Threat 4.14 was obtained. For IFAS, you get a value of 0.01 from the Strength value minus the Weakness value, while the EFAS value gets a value of 0.1 from the Opportunity value minus the Threat value.From these results, you can determine the coordinates in the SWOT matrix quadrants. So the results of this combination show the coordinates of the SWOT quadrant matrix which is located in quadrant I, namely the strategy between the strength factor component (S) and the opportunity factor component (O). So the strategy developed for the Palir Kaliancar Road Widening Project component in Ngaliyan, Semarang City, uses a Progressive Strategy.

Abstract

Tambakrejo is the northernmost sub-district in Gayamsari District, Semarang City, Central Java Province. This area is often hit by floods, especially when there is high tide or what is often called a tidal wave. Basically, this settlement emerged because there was a connection between three variables that influenced people to live in this area, namely the location or position in this area is part of quite important economic activity, because area activity is part of the economic activity of the city of Semarang. The aim of this research is to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats using SWOT analysis, to develop a development strategy for the Tambakrejo area, Semarang City. Develop strategies and development programs for the Tambakrejo area, Semarang City The problems in this research will be analyzed descriptively qualitatively, IFAS (Internal Factors Analysis Summary) and EFAS (External Factors Analysis Summary) analysis as well as SWOT (Strengths Weaknesses Opportunities Threats) analysis to design development strategies. With these three analytical tools, it is hoped that we will be able to solve the problems to be studied. The strategy for the Tambakrejo area development project which was carried out using a SWOT analysis located in Quadrant I is a progressive strategy that produces a strategy for the development and development of the Tambakrejo area, the Semarang city government and BBWS Pamali Juana inventorying land for construction of river guardrails and PJUs, repair of TPS and IPAL, maintenance and routine maintenance of roads, channels and wastewater systems. So that the Tambakrejo area development project can be carried out effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi modifikasi aspal dengan resin katalis untuk ketahanan terhadap banjir rob di Pantura Semarang-Demak, dengan pengujian perendaman selama 7, 14, dan 21 hari. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa aspal dengan resin katalis, kecuali komposisi 4%-2% dan 4%-4%, masih layak digunakan setelah 7 hari perendaman. Namun, setelah 14 dan 21 hari, semua komposisi tidak memenuhi standar teknis Bina Marga, terutama karena nilai rongga udara yang melebihi batas. Semakin lama perendaman dan semakin tinggi komposisi resin serta katalis pada Asphalt Concrete Wearing Course (AC-WC) yang terendam rob, nilai VIM meningkat, menyebabkan lebih banyak rongga dan menurunnya daya tahan. Komposisi 4% Resin dan 0% Katalis dengan perendaman 7 hari memenuhi Spesifikasi Teknis Bina Marga 2018 revisi 2. Perendaman terus-menerus juga berdampak negatif pada stabilitas, meningkatkan risiko deformasi permanen, bleeding, dan stripping. Keyword : Rob, Aspal Modifikasi, Stabilitas

Abstract

The rainy season that occurs in parts of Indonesia is a season where there is great concern about landslides, such as in Lampung and in Bandung, several luxury houses in a housing complex experienced very serious landslides, even the house right on the slope seemed to disappear into the ground, resulting in several Other houses were also badly damaged. As a result of this incident, the homeowner suffered major losses due to the landslide. The method for analyzing landslides or slopes is currently very easy to learn, because today's technology is increasingly sophisticated, it can be analyzed using software, such as geostudio, plaxis, and so on. Meanwhile, for this research, we used geostudio software Seep/W and Slope/W, where we analyzed data from the field with rainy conditions for 6 hours using Seep/W, and we analyzed the SF using Slope/W.The results of the analysis of rainwater infiltration on the slopes show that the safety factor is decreasing due to rain for 6 hours. On the slope before it rains, the slope safety factor value is 1.296. Meanwhile, in conditions of 6 hours of rain, the slope safety factor decreases by 6.48% to 1.212. So from table 2.3 it can be classified that the initial slope before the rain has a value of > 1.25, which means that the landslide intensity rarely occurs or the slope is stable. Meanwhile, after it rains, the slope becomes critical because the safety factor value is <1.25.Reinforcement of stone masonry retaining walls has a safety factor value against overturning of 3.20 or ≥ 1.5, which means that the retaining wall is safe against overturning. Meanwhile, the safety factor value against sliding is 24.72 or ≥ 1.5, which means that the retaining wall is safe against shifting. The Qmax value is 1.21 kN/m2 and Qall is 90.45 kN/m2, which means that the bearing capacity of the soil is able to withstand the stone masonry retaining wall because Qmax < Qall. The results of the analysis of rainwater infiltration on the slopes and retaining walls of river stone masonry show that the safety factor before rain has an SF value of 1.627. Meanwhile, under 6 hours of rain, the SF value experienced a small decrease of 0.001 to 1.626. Or around 0.06%. From the research results, it was found that the modeling with the presence of DPT resulted in water entering the slope not penetrating the retaining wall, and flowing directly to the surface of the retaining wall, so that no water rose to the surface of the slope, and the SF value could be said to be stable. Key words : infiltration analysis, slopes, landslides

Abstract

Fast track concrete is a ready-mix concrete that hardens quickly and can be used directly for traffic. This concrete has special specifications that cover the needs of road pavement segment concrete that is opened for traffic when the concrete age is less than 7 days. This study aims to determine the value of compressive strength and flexural strength of concrete with a comparison of substitution of dramix steel fiber and Polyethylene Terephlate (PET) aggregate. This study uses an experimental method with a trial of testing concrete cylinders and beams with compressive and flexural tests with four compositions of normal concrete, dramix steel fiber substitution concrete, Polyethylene Terephlate (PET) aggregate substitution concrete and concrete with a combination of dramix steel fiber and Polyethylene Terephlate (PET). The composition test was carried out on fast track concrete with a quality of fc'30 Mpa within 4 days including compressive strength and flexural strength when the test object was 4, 7, 14, 21 and 28 days old. The results of the study showed that the use of dramix substitution concrete had the best results with an average compressive strength value of 30 Mpa fast track concrete within 4 days of 29.92 Mpa and a flexural strength of 3.59 Mpa greater than the mixture of substitution concrete Polyethylene Terephlate (PET) aggregate substitution obtained an average compressive strength of 20.785 and flexural strength of 3.35 in a concrete age of 4 days and the combination of dramix substitution and Polyethylene Terephlate (PET) aggregate concrete had an average compressive strength value of 21.31 Mpa and Flexural strength of 3.41 Mpa at the age of 4 days, which later the value will continue to increase until the immersion age of 28 days.

Abstract

The primary objective of this study is to identify key variables influencing the implementation of bridge construction standards, focusing on human resources, environment, work methods, and materials. Using a quantitative approach, the study involved 130 respondents, including project managers, field engineers, supervisors, construction workers, and supervising consultants. Data were collected through validated questionnaires and analyzed using linear regression to understand the relationships between the tested variables and the implementation of bridge construction standards. The results indicate that all four factors have a significant impact, with materials being the most dominant variable (regression coefficient of 0.49, p-value < 0.05) affecting the effectiveness of standard implementation. Additionally, human resources, environment, and work methods were found to play essential roles in improving construction quality and bridge safety. Effective human resource management, proper material selection, adaptation to environmental conditions, and efficient work methods are crucial to ensure compliance with construction standards. The findings of this study can serve as a reference for developing future construction regulations and policies, although there are limitations related to the scope and variables examined. Further research with a broader scope and additional variables, such as financial and technological aspects, is highly recommended to gain a more comprehensive understanding.
