Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational learning culture on organizational performance and sustainable performance, with the organizational learning process as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach was employed by conducting a survey of lecturers at universities in Riau Province, and the data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The findings reveal that the organizational learning culture has a significant effect on the organizational learning process, which in turn enhances both organizational performance and sustainable performance. Furthermore, the organizational learning process is proven to mediate the relationship between organizational learning culture and organizational performance. These results support the Natural Resource-Based View (NRBV) theory, which positions organizational learning as a strategic resource that is difficult to imitate and serves as a source of long-term competitive advantage. This study is limited by its sample, which only covered universities in Riau Province, its cross-sectional design, and the restricted scope of variables. Future research is suggested to expand the sample coverage, employ longitudinal designs, and include additional variables such as transformational leadership, innovation, and the adoption of digital technologies. Theoretically, this study contributes to the enrichment of organizational learning literature in higher education, while practically it provides implications for university leaders to foster a learning culture that promotes openness, collaboration, and knowledge management in order to improve academic quality, governance, and organizational sustainability

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja guru di SD Kecamatan Salo Kabupaten Kampar baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Permasalahan utama yang melatarbelakangi penelitian ini adalah masih ditemukannya variasi kepuasan kerja guru yang diduga dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal maupun eksternal organisasi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 60 guru. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda, dengan pengujian asumsi klasik, uji t, uji F, serta koefisien determinasi (R²), pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan alpha 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru; (2) motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru, serta menjadi variabel dengan pengaruh dominan; (3) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru; dan (4) secara simultan, kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru. Nilai Adjusted R² sebesar 0,587 mengindikasikan bahwa ketiga variabel independen mampu menjelaskan 58,7% variasi kepuasan kerja guru, sedangkan sisanya 41,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa peningkatan kepuasan kerja guru dapat diwujudkan melalui kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang efektif, pemberian motivasi yang memadai, serta penciptaan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan bagi kepala sekolah dan pemangku kebijakan pendidikan dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas kerja guru.

Abstract

Transformasi digital menuntut Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah untuk beradaptasi dengan kepemimpinan dan inovasi berbasis teknologi agar mampu meningkatkan daya saing. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan digital terhadap kapabilitas inovasi digital dan kinerja UMKM, serta menguji peran mediasi kapabilitas inovasi digital. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuesioner UMKM sektor kuliner di Pekanbaru, yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kapabilitas inovasi digital maupun kinerja UMKM, sementara kapabilitas inovasi digital juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM. Selain itu, kapabilitas inovasi digital terbukti memediasi secara parsial hubungan antara kepemimpinan digital dan kinerja UMKM. Penelitian ini memperkuat teori Resource-Based View dengan menegaskan peran penting sumber daya internal dalam membangun keunggulan kompetitif. Secara praktis, hasil penelitian menekankan pentingnya pengembangan kepemimpinan digital dan budaya inovasi dalam meningkatkan daya saing UMKM, serta perlunya dukungan program pemerintah untuk memperkuat transformasi digital UMKM di Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of wages on employee performance mediated by length of service in the laundry service sector in Kayuputih Village, Sukasada District, Buleleng Regency. This research used a quantitative approach with a sample of 31 employees from various laundry businesses. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS software. The results show that wages do not have a significant direct effect on employee performance (t = 0.858; p = 0.391). However, wages have a significant effect on length of service (t = 7.345; p = 0.000), and length of service significantly affects employee performance (t = 3.612; p = 0.000). Furthermore, length of service significantly mediates the effect of wages on performance (t = 2.864; p = 0.004), indicating full mediation. The findings conclude that increasing wages helps retain employees for a longer period, which indirectly improves their performance. Therefore, business owners are advised to focus not only on fair wage policies but also on long-term employee retention strategies.

Abstract

The research on the marketing strategy analysis of UKM Dupa Julungwangi aims to understand the marketing strategy of UKM Dupa Julungwangi in increasing its sales. It analyzes the strategies used by applying the marketing mix consisting of the 4P (Product,Price,Place,Promotion). This research uses a qualitative descriptive method because it aims to describe the conditions in the field. The data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques applied in this study are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Consumers are commonly referred to as the central point that must be considered by the market. UD Dupa Julungwangi is an MSME engaged in the retail sector, particularly incense and other worship supplies. In the production process of incense, UD Dupa Julungwangi has a very good development due to the curiosity strategy used, which can compete with other companies in the same field. This study uses qualitative research with the main informants being the owner of UD Dupa Julungwangi and several consumers/customers. The results of the study show that a good marketing strategy can increase product sales at UD Dupa Julungwangi. Thus, marketing strategy is very important to pay attention to in order to develop the company in the future.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of safety culture and work training on the risk of workplace accidents rate in Buleleng Regency Fire Departement. The research uses quantitative data obtained through measuring employee participation in safety prosedures and training indicators.The result of the study show that work training has a significant impact on reducing the risk of workplace accidents. which means that every increase in work training by 1 unit will recude the risk of workplace accidents by 0,373 units. Additionally, this study also identifies challenges in assessing the performance improvement of training participants and its impact on the company as a whole.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of altruistic leadership on helping behavior among village officials, using work engagement and positive emotions as mediating variables. This study used a quantitative approach with data collection through closed-ended questionnaires distributed to 156 village officials in several villages within the administrative area of Sialang Pasung Village. The research instrument was developed based on indicators from theory and previous studies. Data analysis used the Partial Least Squares-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) method to test the direct and indirect relationships between variables. The results showed that altruistic leadership significantly influenced helping behavior, both directly and through the mediation of work engagement and positive emotions. Work engagement was found to be the strongest mediator in strengthening this relationship. These findings confirm that a leadership style that emphasizes caring and sincerity contributes significantly to building work morale and encouraging prosocial behavior within village officials. Therefore, strengthening altruistic values in leadership practices is a strategic step in realizing more humanistic, productive, and collaborative village governance. Abstract

This study systematically examines the role of social media in public communication within the digital era using the PRISMA approach. Digital transformation has shifted the dominance of traditional media, creating a more interactive and participatory public sphere. The review formulates three key research questions: the effectiveness of social media compared to traditional media, the most effective platforms for public engagement, and changes in consumption patterns and civic participation. From 98 articles collected via Publish or Perish, 35 were selected, and 10 key studies were further analyzed using Covidence. Findings indicate that social media particularly WhatsApp, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram demonstrates high effectiveness in disseminating information and fostering public engagement. However, this effectiveness is overshadowed by risks such as hoaxes, polarization, and emotionally driven information consumption. The shift from passive to active consumption shows that the public now participates in producing and distributing information in real time. Analysis using VOSviewer identified seven thematic clusters that reveal strong interconnections between social media, democracy, the public sphere, and civil society. The synthesis confirms that social media has replaced traditional forums as the modern public space, while also demanding higher digital literacy and reflective communication strategies to safeguard the quality of democracy and civic participation

Abstract

This study presents a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) on challenges and innovations in managing monopoly markets in the global era. The research collected articles published between 2015 and 2025 from Scopus, Web of Science, Dimensions, and Google Scholar following PRISMA guidelines. Through a rigorous selection process, eleven relevant articles were selected for further analysis. The findings reveal that monopoly markets in the digital era face complex challenges in the form of tension between innovation needs and antitrust regulations, where overly strict antitrust policies potentially hinder innovation incentives for dominant companies. The development of digital platform economies further complicates this dynamic through the formation of "data monopolies" that consolidate market power through algorithm and information control. Bibliometric analysis using VOSviewer identified four main research clusters: regulatory model development, managerial approaches, digital market dynamics, and sectoral applications. This study asserts that effective monopoly market management requires an adaptive regulatory approach that not only focuses on restricting monopoly power but also encourages collaboration between government, business actors, and academics in designing evidence-based policies. The research provides theoretical and practical contributions to developing market management policies capable of maintaining balance between economic growth, consumer protection, and promotion of healthy competition in an increasingly complex digital era. Abstract

Purchase Intention merupakan tahap dimana konsumen akan melakukan Tindakan sebelum melakukan keputusan pembelian, dan hal ini biasanya dilakukan ketika menonton live streaming shopping. Tujuan pada penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peran social presence, interactivity, vividness terhadap perceived diagnosticity dan perceived enjoyment, serta dampaknya pada purchase intention pada pengguna live streaming shopping di Kota Semarang, Solo, Magelang. Populasinya yaitu pengguna live streaming shopping di tiga kota tersebut. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 150 responden dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner dan di analisis dengan menggunakan SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil menunjukan seluruh social presence, interactivity, dan vividness penelitian berpengaruh positif dan signfikan terhadap perceived diagnosticity dan perceived enjoyment. Serta perceived diagnosticity dan perceived enjoyment memiliki hubungan yang positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase intention.
