Abstract

This study aims to analyze influence of lifestyle, online promotion, and price on consumer purchase intention at Thrift Trisula Ratu in Singaraja City. The background of this research is based on the growing trend of thrifting among the younger generation, who prioritize stylish appearance while considering economic and sustainability aspects.however, Thrift Trisula Ratu has experienced fluctuating sales, which are suspected to be influenced by suboptimal promotional strategies, pricing adjustments, and shifts in consumer lifestyle. This research uses a quantitative approach with purposive sampling technique involving 75 respondents who have shopped at the store. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 30. The results show that lifestyle, online promotion, and price simultaneously have a significant effect on purchase intention. Partially, each of the three variables also has a positive and significant effect, with lifestyle emerging as the most dominant factor influencing purchase intention. These findings imply that to increase consumer interest, the store, must adapt its marketing strategies to align with the target market’s lifestyle, optimize digital promotion, and offer competitive pricing

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of organizational justice on proactive behavior, with work engagement as a mediating variable, among non-permanent employees at the State Polytechnic of Bengkalis. Using a quantitative explanatory approach and Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS), data were collected from all non-permanent staff in laboratory, administrative, and technical roles. The results indicate that organizational justice significantly influences both work engagement and proactive behavior. Furthermore, work engagement mediates the relationship between organizational justice and proactive behavior. These findings highlight the importance of creating a fair work environment to enhance employee engagement and encourage proactive behavior, particularly among non-permanent staff.Non-permanent employees often face limited access to organizational resources and recognition, making perceived fairness a crucial determinant of their work engagement. When employees perceive high levels of justice, they are more emotionally and cognitively involved in their work, which fosters proactive behavior. Therefore, it is essential for management to ensure that all dimensions of organizational justice—distributive, procedural, interpersonal, and informational—are consistently applied. A fair and inclusive system not only enhances the contributions of non-permanent staff but also strengthens institutional effectiveness and sustainability. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh leverage, likuiditas, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap profitabilitas pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2020–2024. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 60 perusahaan dipilih dengan metode purposive sampling. Variabel yang digunakan meliputi Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) sebagai proksi leverage, Current Ratio (CR) sebagai proksi likuiditas, total aset sebagai proksi ukuran perusahaan (SIZE), dan Return on Assets (ROA) sebagai indikator profitabilitas. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan uji asumsi klasik yang mencakup normalitas, multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas, dan autokorelasi. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan uji t dan uji F pada alpha 5%, serta dilakukan analisis terhadap koefisien determinasi (adjR2). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa leverage berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, likuiditas berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, sedangkan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Secara simultan, leverage, likuiditas, dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa struktur pendanaan yang berlebihan melalui utang dapat menekan profitabilitas, sementara ukuran perusahaan yang besar mampu memberikan stabilitas dan efisiensi operasional yang mendukung peningkatan profitabilitas. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya bagi manajemen perusahaan untuk menyeimbangkan penggunaan utang, menjaga likuiditas, serta mengoptimalkan skala perusahaan dalam rangka meningkatkan profitabilitas. Penelitian ini juga memberikan kontribusi bagi investor dan pemangku kepentingan dalam menilai kinerja keuangan perusahaan manufaktur di Indonesia. Abstract

Every company aims to increase its profitability. Working capital management and liquidity are two important factors that can affect the company's financial performance, especially in increasing profitability. The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the effect of working capital management and liquidity on profitability at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional III Pekanbaru. Working capital management is measured using cash turnover ratio, inventory turnover and working capital turnover, while liquidity is measured using cash ratio, current ratio and quick ratio. Profitability is measured using Return on Assets (ROA) as the main indicator. This research uses quantitative methods with secondary data in the form of monthly and annual financial reports of PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional III Pekanbaru during the 2021-2023 period. The data analysis method used is descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and determination coefficient test (R²). The results of this study are known that cash turnover has no effect on profitability. Inventory turnover has a significant effect on profitability. Working capital turnover has no effect on profitability. Cash ratio has a significant effect on profitability. Current ratio has a significant effect on profitability. Quick ratio has no effect on profitability. Based on the results of the study to increase profitability can be done by improving the management of working capital and liquidity effectively and efficiently in the company. Abstract

The automotive industry faces significant challenges in a work environment that demands high productivity and optimal service, making it prone to work-related stress that impacts employee performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of work-related stress on employee performance and to examine the role of servant leadership as a moderating variable in the context of Toyota dealership employees in Jakarta. This study employs a quantitative approach using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS), involving 137 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The results indicate that work-related stress negatively impacts employee performance, as evidenced by an original sample value of -0.310, a t-statistic value of 2.500, and a P-value of 0.012. However, servant leadership was found to positively and significantly moderate this relationship, with an original sample value of 0.220, a t-statistic value of 2.050, and a P-value of 0.041, indicating that servant leadership can reduce the negative impact of work-related stress on performance.

Abstract

The increasingly intense competition among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in local markets requires strong differentiation strategies to maintain competitiveness. Packaging and labeling serve as crucial factors in building product identity as well as visual and informational instruments that influence consumer perceptions. This study aims to analyze the effect of packaging and labeling on product differentiation, with product identity as a mediating variable, in the case of banana chips MSMEs. The research employed a quantitative approach using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Data were collected through Likert-scale questionnaires distributed to respondents who met the research criteria. The findings reveal that packaging and labeling have a positive and significant influence on both product differentiation and product identity. However, product identity does not significantly mediate the relationship between packaging or labeling and product differentiation. These results indicate that consumers primarily assess product uniqueness directly through packaging and labeling attributes. The study provides practical implications that optimizing packaging and labeling design can serve as an effective differentiation strategy for MSMEs, while also contributing academically to the development of marketing theories based on product identity.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of the Work Environment and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance, with Work Motivation as a mediating variable, focusing on 177 active employees in Central Java using SEM-PLS analysis. The results show that Job Satisfaction significantly enhances both Work Motivation and Employee Performance, while the Work Environment significantly affects Work Motivation but not Employee Performance directly. Work Motivation plays a crucial mediating role in linking the Work Environment and Job Satisfactio to Eemployee Performance. The findings highlight the importance of fostering Job Satisfaction and creating a supportive Work Environment to boost employee motivation and overall performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine product quality, store atmosphere and social media marketing on consumer satisfaction at Warung Blayag Sari Nadi Taman Kota Singaraja. Data analysis techniques used in this study are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, model feasibility test (Goodness Of Fit), hypothesis test using SPSS Version 21.0 for windows. The results of this study indicate that product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Warung Blayag Sari Nadi Taman Kota Singaraja, from this it can be concluded that the better the quality of the products sold to consumers, the more it will increase consumer satisfaction to continue buying blayag at Warung Blayag Sari Nadi Taman Kota Singaraja. Store atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Warung Blayag Sari Nadi Taman Kota Singaraja, from this it can be concluded that a good store atmosphere can attract consumers to come, from this it can increase consumer satisfaction to buy blayag at Warung Blayag Sari Nadi Taman Kota Singaraja. Social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Warung Blayag Sari Nadi Taman Kota Singaraja, from this it can be concluded that the better the marketing through social media, the more consumer satisfaction in buying products at Warung Blayag Sari Nadi Taman Kota Singaraja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh sumber daya manusia terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan dengan sistem pengendalian internal sebagai variabel moderasi pada staf keuangan kecamatan di Kabupaten Rokan Hilir. Kualitas laporan keuangan menjadi aspek krusial dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan yang transparan dan akuntabel. Kompetensi dan kapabilitas sumber daya manusia dinilai sebagai faktor utama dalam menghasilkan laporan keuangan yang andal. Namun demikian, kehadiran sistem pengendalian internal yang efektif diyakini dapat memperkuat atau memperlemah pengaruh tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada staf keuangan di tingkat kecamatan. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan SEMP-PLS untuk menguji efek interaksi antara variabel independen dan moderasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sumber daya manusia berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan. Selain itu, sistem pengendalian internal terbukti memperkuat hubungan antara sumber daya manusia dan kualitas laporan keuangan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan kualitas SDM dan penguatan sistem pengendalian internal secara simultan sangat penting dalam mewujudkan pelaporan keuangan pemerintah yang berkualitas

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of leader humor behavior on employees’ work-family balance (WFB) with Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) as a mediating variable. The balance between work and family life has become an important issue in modern human resource management, particularly in public institutions such as BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, which demands both high performance and psychological well-being. This research applies a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 160 respondents from BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Regional Office of Sumbarriau. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with WarpPLS 5.0 software. The results reveal that leader humor behavior positively and significantly influences LMX and WFB, and LMX significantly mediates the relationship between leader humor and work-family balance. These findings emphasize that positive humor strengthens the emotional connection between leaders and subordinates, thereby enhancing employees’ psychological well-being. Theoretically, this study expands the understanding of social exchange theory within the context of humanistic leadership, while practically offering implications for developing leadership styles that promote work-life harmony.
