Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the debt to equity ratio and loan to deposit ratio on returns or what is often also called the stock rate of return. The research population used in this research is banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The sample used used a purposive sampling method with the criteria of a banking company that published complete financial reports during the research period, and had a positive equity share. The data used is secondary data obtained from financial reports and obtained from the Indonesian Capital Market of Directory. The statistical test carried out was a normality test with the results of all data having normal distribution, heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity. Hypothesis testing is carried out using quantitative analysis methods through multiple regression models and t-statistical tests. Based on the results of data processing, it can be seen that the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) do not have a significant effect on stock returns

Abstract

Riset ini berrtujuan unttuk melihat dampak harrga serta prodduk kepada kepuaasan pelannggan di PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Cabang Pramuka (1PKAM)- Pekanbaru. Sampell pada riset ini ialah pelannggan alfamart cabang pramuka yang ada bernilai 52 pelannggan, teknnik yang dipakai ialah denngan mettode teknnik Accidental sampling. Analissis data yang dipakai dallam riset ini analissa deskkriktif kuanttitatif. Metoode anallisa yang dipakai ialah perrsamaan regrresi liinier berrganda. Hasil riset memperlihatkan kalau harrga serta prodduk dampak posittif serta signiffikan, serta hal inii terliihat dari koeffisien determiinasi (R2) senilai 0.866 memperlihatkan kalau 72,7% kepuasaan pelannggan di PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Cabang Pramuka (1PKAM)-Pekanbaru dapat dijellaskan atau disebabkkan oleh harrga serta prodduk. Denggan kata lain harrga dan prodduk memberrikan penggaruh senilai 72,7% terrhadap kineerja karryawan. Selebihnya ialah 27,3% merupakkan dampak fakttor-faktor lain diiluar harrga serta prodduk.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the impact of several factors on tax avoidance, namely audit committee, company size, capital intensity, leverage, and profitability. This research is quantitative research that uses secondary data and documentary methods. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique, by taking 9 food and beverage subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the 2016-2020 period. Data analysis used multiple linear regression using SPSS version 20. The results showed that company size had a negative influence on tax avoidance, while other factors did not have a significant influence. The limitation of this research is the limited sample size, but this research has the novelty of including 2020 as the observation period. Abstract

People's Business Credit is one of the government's efforts to develop the productive sector, especially by helping business actors to obtain financing through the People's Business Credit program, also applies at BRK Syariah by offering various loan products for individuals, businesses or companies. BRK Syariah provides financing facilities intended for micro and small businesses. In developments over the last five years, the disbursement of the People's Business Credit funds has fluctuated, this certainly affects the development of small businesses This research aims to determine the effect of providing people's business credit on the business development of BRK Syariah Pekanbaru customers. Data sources with primary and secondary data, data analysis used is quantitative data. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive. The research results show that the provision of people's business credit has a significant and positive influence on the development of customers' businesses as evidenced by the calculated t value (13,794) > t table (2,021). With a regression value of Y= 1.267 + 0.919X with an R Square value of 84.5%. Keywords: Business Development, People's Business Credit

Abstract

Data and information about coffee in Indonesia show optimism for the growth of coffee agribusiness. Sumatra Utara is one of the regions that plays a role in its growth. Coffee exporters in Sumatra Utara are the spearhead of Sumatra Utara’s coffee commodities and its surroundings in penetrating the international market. However, in practice, exporters also face financial risks. This study is intended to examine the financial risks of coffee export activities in Sumatra Utara. By processing the data and information that we obtained using the calculation of the Risk Score Value and Risk Priority Number, we present the priority financial risks in this paper. We found that of the 30 coffee exporters who were our respondents, the transaction system they used to export coffee was non-Letter of Credit. They are also aware of how different the risks and costs of the system are compared to Letter of Credit. Through the processing of primary data collected in the field, we obtain seven financial risks in coffee export activities in North Sumatra. The three priority risks with the highest Risk Priority Number are the risk of broken promises, the risk of a fall in the value of the dollar and changes in importing country regulations. However, among the seven risks, only broken promises have the highest scores in the Risk Score Value and Risk Priority Number calculations. We also describe efforts that can be made in managing these risks.

Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality and Padang State University This research purposes is to analyze the quality of the aroma and taste of Arabica coffee using the Vietnam Drip method in terms of Fruty, Nutty, Herby, Flowery, body, acidity, sweetness and bitterness. As well as knowing the quality of the taste of coffee using the Vietnam drip method, as well as providing information to the public and baristas about the quality of the taste of coffee using the Vietnam drip method. And what is the quality of Pasaman Arabica coffee using the Vietnamese drip method. This research type is an experiment by making comparisons. The comparison was carried out with 2 comparison aspects and 2 research subjects per comparison aspect, namely grind size and the ratio between coffee and water. This research was conducted at the tourism department's barista laboratory on 28 December 2023-10 January 2024. The panelists in this research consisted of 3 expert baristas. Based on the experimental results and after being tested in the organoleptic test, it was stated that the results of the organoleptic test after describing the taste and quality of Pasaman Arabica coffee using the Vietnam drip method in terms of light Fruty, strong Nutty, light Herby, light Flowery, medium body, medium acidity, moderate sweetness and strong bitterness. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa bagaimana kualitas Aroma dan rasa kopi Arabika dengan menggunakan metode Vietnam Drip dari segi Fruty, Nutty, Herby, Flowery, body, acility, sweetness dan bitter. Serta mengetahui kualitas Cita rasa pada kopi dengan menggunakan metode Vietnam drip, serta memberikan informasi kepada masyrakat dan kalangan barista bagaimana kualitas Cita rasa kopi dengan menggunakan metode Vietnam drip. Dan bagaimana kualitas kopi arabika pasaman dengan menggunakan metode Vietnam drip. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan melakukan perbandingan. Perbandingan dilakukan dengan 2 aspek perbandingan dan 2 subjek penelitian per aspek perbandingan yaitu grind size dan rasio antara kopi dan air. Penelitian ini dilakukan di labor barista departemen pariwisata pada 28 desember 2023-10 januari 2024. Panelis dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 3 orang barista ahli . Berdasarkan hasil eksperimen dan setelah diujikan ke uji organoleptik menyatakan bahwa Hasil uji organoleptik setelah mendeskripsikan dan kualitas cita rasa kopi arabika pasaman dengan menggunakan metode Vietnam drip dari segi Fruty yang ringan, Nutty yang kuat, Herby yang ringan, Flowery yang ringan, body yang sedang, acility yang sedang, sweetness yang sedang dan bitter yang kuat. Abstract

Currently, the coffee business or business, especially in the Sukajadi sub-district, is growing rapidly, many entrepreneurs are emerging who are opening cafe businesses with various concepts and ideas designed to attract customers from various circles. This research uses a descriptive method, with a survey approach, using secondary data. The population and sample in this research are financial reports and information from the leadership and employees of Kopi Exract. Co in Sukajadi sub-district, Pekanbaru city, there are 7 people The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the income and feasibility of the business using several methods, to see the amount of profit using Cash Flow. Pay back Period, Provitabily Index, Net Present Value (NPV) Average Rate of Return (ARR), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), The research results, based on income analysis, provide greater benefits compared to the costs incurred, while to see the feasibility of using investment criteria, namely the Payback period (PP) method, the investment has been returned for 2 years, 2 months 8 days, the Average Rete method of Return (ARR), the average profit obtained each year is 40.91%, with the Net Present Value (NPV) method producing a positive value of IDR 182,139,243,- with a discount factor level of 15% (NPV>0), for provitability index method, looking at the comparison of the present value of net income compared to investment expenditure, 1.56% has a positive value (PI > 1) for calculating the Internal Rate of Return (IRR), a value of 38.92% > 15% is obtained, so that the investment invested in The Extract.Co Coffee business is worth running and developing Kata kunci : Pendapatan,, Kelayakan Financial, Kopi Exract.Co

Abstract

This research was motivated by bakery products and bakery products and this type of research was quantitative and descriptive using survey methods. The research was conducted at Ivarra Patisserie and Sung Cafe in Padang. The sample number was 94 people using purposive sampling techniques. Likert scale questionnaires were used to collect data. Descriptive statistical analysis and classification of interval class scores using the SPSS program version 25.00 were used as technical analyses.The overall result was 85.16 in the good category. brownies proved the results of 28.58 with the category quite good, Eclair by showing results of 24.32 with the category quite good, pizza showed results of 30.78 with the category quite good It can be concluded that the patisserie and bread products at the Ivarra patisserie & Sung Coffee Padang store are quite good and able to provide satisfaction to every consumer who comes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh fintech payment dan literasi keuangan terhadap perilaku manajemen keuangan mahasiswa Akuntansi Universitas Lancang Kuning. Metode analisa data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda, uji F dan uji t digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Data diperoleh melalui metode kuesioner dengan skala likert. Variabel-variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah fintech payment dan literasi keuangan. Sedangkan untuk variabel terikatnya yaitu perilaku manajemen keuangan mahasiswa. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa fintech payment dan literasi keuangan berpengaruh terhadap perilaku manajemen keuangan mahasiswa Akuntansi. Data yang diperoleh dengan bantuan software SPSS 23.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengeksplorasi beragam produk kuliner yang ditawarkan di destinasi wisata Pantai Purus, Kota Padang dengan melakukan analisis mendalam terkait kualitas produk dan preferensi konsumen. Metode penelitian mencakup survei konsumen, wawancara dengan pelaku usaha kuliner lokal, dan observasi langsung terhadap produk kuliner yang tersedia. Temuan ini didukung oleh banyaknya penyedia kuliner yang menawarkan hidangan khas, seperti langkitang, pensi, karupuak kuah, soto ceker, pisang kapik, bakso bakar, dan minuman seperti es kelapa muda dengan variasi yang beragam, yang disajikan kepada wisatawan. Analisis kualitas produk mencakup aspek-aspek seperti bahan baku, proses pengolahan, presentasi, dan cita rasa. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan berharga bagi pelaku usaha kuliner, pemerintah setempat, dan pihak terkait guna meningkatkan kualitas produk kuliner serta mendukung pengembangan pariwisata di Pantai Purus. Selain itu, penelitian ini dapat menjadi acuan untuk strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif dan peningkatan berkelanjutan dalam pelayanan kuliner di destinasi wisata pantai tersebut. Kata kunci: Produk kuliner, Destinasi Wisata, Analisis Kualitas, Strategi Pemasaran.
