Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of situational leadership style, work discipline and effective communication on employee performance at the Regional Disaster Management Agency of Buleleng Regency. The sample in this study amounted to 77 people. Data collection in this study used questionnaire and documentation techniques. The analytical techniques used in this study are validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test tests, f-test tests. The results showed that the results of hypothesis 1 testing showed a positive regression coefficient so that it was concluded that situational leadership style had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of hypothesis 2 testing show a positive regression coefficient so that it is concluded that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of hypothesis 3 testing show a positive regression coefficient so that it is concluded that effective communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Publikasi ilmiah terutama yang berasal dari karya ilmiah secara umum dan dari penelitian ilmiah secara khusus bagi dosen merupakan sebuah kewajiban yang harus dipenuhi sebagai pemegang jabatan fungsional atau akademiknya dan sesuai dengan salah satu tugas Tridharma perguruan tingginya. Publikasi yang dimaksud terutama dalam sistem jurnal atau terbitan berkala elektronik yang bereputasi, baik secara nasional dan terlebih reputasi internasional serta kemudian dapat ditelusuri dalam profil Google Scholar. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analitis dengan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pelacakan digital dan dokumentasi, selama hampir satu semester. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar dosen fakultas ekonomi dan bisnis telah membuat akun Google Scholar dan memiliki profilnya serta telah mempublikasikan karya ilmianya. Dari profil Google Scholar dosen tersebut dapat diketahui untuk kemudian dianalisis jumlah kutipan atau sitasi (citations), i10-indeks (i-10 index), h- indeks (h-index), dan jumlah dokumennya (documents). Dari penelitian disimpulkan bahwa Program Studi Akuntansi merupakan program studi di fakultas ekonomi dan bisnis yang paling produktif, baik dalam produktifitas kecendekiawanan dosen maupun dalam pengelolaan jurnalnya. Abstract

The financial performance of private universities is a vital aspect in assessing the stability and operational sustainability of such higher education institutions. This study aims to analyze the relationship between tangible assets and financial performance of private universities. Tangible assets are measured using the dimensions of financial resources, physical facilities, and public facilities. While financial performance is measured using dimensions of self-financing capability, accountability, and asset management. The results showed that there is a positive relationship between tangible assets and financial performance in the context of private universities. Universities that have the availability of tangible assets that meet higher education standards tend to be able to show better financial performance. This shows the importance of tangible asset management in an effort to improve the financial performance of private universities.

Abstract

Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh digital marketing, penetapan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Toko Buku Zanafa Pekanbaru. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah statistik deskriptif dan kuantitatif yang dapat dipahami sebagai metode penelitian yang berlandaskan filosofi positivism. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 96 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan purposive sampling dan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data. Dari analisis data yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa digital marketing (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y), penetapan harga (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y), dan digital marketing (X1), penetapan harga (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) pada Toko Buku Zanafa Pekanbaru Keywords: Digital Marketing, Penetapan Harga dan Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of internal control and compensation on fraud at CV Prima Sugih Abadi in Pekanbaru. The population used in this research was all employees at CV Prima Sugih Abadi, totaling 79 people. The data collection technique used in this research consists of documentation and questionnaires. Meanwhile, the type of data used is quantitative and qualitative. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that partially internal control does not have a significant influence on fraud and compensation has a significant influence on fraud at CV Prima Sugih Abadi Pekanbaru. Simultaneously, internal control and compensation have a significant influence on fraud at CV Prima Sugih Abadi Pekanbaru. Keywords: Internal Control, Compensation, Froud

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, work family conflict and workload on the performance of married nurses in the Buleleng district hospital. The data collection technique used in this research was a questionnaire format using a Likert meter scale, and 71 married nurse respondents were selected. The data analysis technique used in this research is a multiple linear regression model known as SPSS statistics. The variables used in this research are compensation, work family conflict and workload on performance.The results of this study show that compensation has a positive and significant effect, with the result (9.262) being greater than the t-table (1.660). Work Family conflict has a negative effect (-2.189) and the tcount is greater than the t-table (1.660). Workload has a positive influence, with the result (2.287) having a t-count greater than the t-table (1.660).

Abstract

 Abstract                         This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, price and customer satisfaction simultaneously and partially on customer loyalty (survey at PT. J&T Ekspress Bangkinang Branch). The sampling technique used is by using simple random sampling method, which means taking samples from members of the population randomly without regard to strata. So to determine the sample, the Slovin formula is used with a total sample of 100 customers. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression models. The results of hypothesis testing simultaneously and partially show that the variables of service quality, price and customer satisfaction have a significant effect on customer loyalty at PT. J&T Express Bangkinang Branch. The closeness of the relationship between the variables of Service Quality, Price and Customer Satisfaction with Loyalty at PT. Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of role ambiguity, role conflict, and work placement balance on employee performance at the Muhammadiyah University of Jember. The method used in this research is quantitative. The objects of the research were employees at the Muhammadiyah University of Jember with a population of 133 employees. The sampling technique used was probability sampling so that the sample taken in this research was 71 employees. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and measured using SPSS24. The research results show that role ambiguity, role conflict, and job placement balance have a significant effect on employee performance. The results of multiple linear regression of role ambiguity and conflict show a significant negative influence on employee performance. Meanwhile, the results of job placement suitability show a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Abstract

Lubuk Dalam is one of 14 sub-districts in Siak Regency. Lubuk Dalam District was established based on Siak Regency Regional Regulation Number 41 of 2022, which is the result of the expansion of Kerinci Kanan District. The Lubuk Dalam District Government has implemented many programs and activities for the community. On the other hand, there are still problems in public services, namely a lack of information from the government regarding programs and activities for the community and a lack of coordination between the District Government and the village government regarding paperwork. Sinambela (2019:6), the aim of public service is to satisfy the community. To achieve this satisfaction requires excellent service quality. The research was conducted at the Lubuk Dalam District Head Office, Siak Regency, Jl. Head Office, Pasie Lubuk Dalam, 28671. The resource persons in this research were the State Civil Apparatus of the Lubuk Dalam District Head Office, Siak Regency and the community. The sources and types of data in this research are primary and secondary data. As a result, the quality of public services, in this case excellent service in Lubuk Dalam District, Siak Regency, is carried out based on transparency, accountability, conditionality, participation, equality of rights, balance of rights and obligations. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Standard Operating Procedures, Job Description, and Work Discipline variables on Work Productivity variables using multiple regression methods. The analyzed data shows that the Standard Operating Procedure (X1) variable has a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable, with a 95% confidence interval that is fully positive (0.067 to 0.641). The Job Description variable (X2) has an influence that is not always positive but still significant, with a 95% confidence interval that includes negative values (-0.016 to 0.441). The Work Discipline variable (X3) also shows an influence that is not always positive but significant, with a 95% confidence interval that includes negative values (-0.111 to 0.425). The F test shows that the regression model as a whole is significant (F = 122.867, p-value = 0.000), which means that the Standard Operating Procedure, Job Description, and Work Discipline variables together have a significant influence on the Work Productivity variable.
