Abstract

This study aims to see and determine the direct and indirect effects of price and service quality on loyalty mediated by customer satisfaction. The population in this study are customers (passengers) of PT. Fajar Riau Tourism, totaling 19,876 by using a questionnaire. This research is a quantitative research with a descriptive design. The method used in this study aims to see the relationship between variables by using probability sampling which gives equal opportunities for each element of the population to be selected as members of the sample. With the criteria for passengers who are over 17 years old and have used transportation services more than once. Determination of the sample in this study using the tables of Isaac and Michael from certain populations with a level of 10%. Price has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Service quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on loyalty. Customer satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of price on loyalty. Customer satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of service quality on loyalty. Keywords: Price, Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to look at the direct and indirect effects of communication and competence on employee performance mediated by work motivation at the General Election Supervisory Board of Kuantan Singingi Regency. This research was conducted at the Election Supervisory Board in Kuantan Singingi Regency. The approach used is quantitative. The population in this study were employees at the General Election Supervisory Board of Kuantan Singingi Regency, totaling 174 people. The sample is part of the population that has relatively the same characteristics and can be considered to represent the population using the Slovin technique so that the sample obtained with the Slovin formula is 121 samples. In distributing the questionnaires, the sampling method in this study used the Stratified Random Sampling technique. The results in this study say that Communication and Competence have a significant effect on work motivation. Communication, competence and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance. Communication has a significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation is able to mediate the effect of communication and competence on employee performance.

Abstract

Penilaian kesehatan bank PT Bank KB Bukopin Tbk pada tahun 2018 – 2022 ditunjukkan oleh nilai dari aspek Risk Profile (Pengelolaan kredit dan penyaluran dana pihak ketiga) dalam kategori sehat. Penilaian aspek Good Corporate Governance atau tata kelola Perusahaan selama tahun 2018-2022 dalam penilaian peringkat 2 yaitu sehat. Penilaian aspek Earning (kemampuan bank dalam menghasilkan keuntungan selama tahun 2018 -2019 kurang sehat dikarenakan pengelolaan asset dan laba yang dihasilkan sebelum pajak kurang dari 1% dan dalam kategori kurang sehat, sedangkan untuk tahun 2020 -2022 dalam kategori tidak sehat dikarenakan selama 3 tahun tersebut yang dihasilkan bukan keuntungan justru Bank PT. KB Bukopin Tbk selama tiga tahun tersebut mengalami kerugian.Penilaian aspek permodalan (Capital) selama tahun 2018-2022 dalam kategori sangat sehat karena nilai CAR (modal minimum yang dapat melindungi kebutuhan pihak ketiga) nilainya diatas 10%. Assessment of aspects of Good Corporate Governance or corporate Governance during 2018-2022 in rating 2, namely healthy. Assessment of the Earning aspect (bank’s ability to generate profits during 2018-2022 is not healthy due to asset management and profit generated before tax is less than 1% and in the unhealthy category, while for 2020-2022 it is in the unhealthy category because during these 3 years what was generated was not profit, instead the Bank PT Bank KB Bukopin Tbk for three years experienced losses. Abstract

The results of this study indicate that market orientation has a positive and significant effect on sales performance at UD Agung Kencana Motor Singaraja, this indicates that the better the market orientation process implemented by the company in an effort to improve the performance of the sales department. Brand image has a positive and significant effect on sales performance at UD Agung Kencana Motor Singaraja, this indicates that the better the company's brand image is to attract consumer interest, the company's sales performance will increase. Promotion has a positive and significant effect on sales performance at UD Agung Kencana Motor Singaraja, this indicates that the promotion process carried out by the company is able to influence the results of the sales department's performance. Based on the results of the calculation of the f test, it is known that market orientation, brand image and promotion have a joint effect on sales performance. Abstrak. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa orientasi pasar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja penjualan pada UD Agung Kencana Motor Singaraja, ini menandakan bahwa semakin baik proses orientasi pasar yang diterapkan perusahaan dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja dari bagian penjualan. Brand image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja penjualan pada UD Agung Kencana Motor Singaraja, ini menandakan bahwa semakin baik brand image yang dimiliki perusahaan untuk memancing minat konsumen maka akan meningkatkan kinerja penjualan perusahaan. Promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja penjualan pada UD Agung Kencana Motor Singaraja, ini menandakan bahwa proses promosi yang dilakukan perusahaan mampu memberikan pengaruh terhadap hasil kinerja bagian penjualan. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan uji f diketahui orientasi pasar, brand image dan promosi berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja penjualan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the implementation of the role of the Siak District Inspectorate in evaluating village/village government performance and its obstacles. The research was conducted at the Siak District Inspectorate Office. The informants in this study were the State Civil Apparatuses of the Siak Regency Inspectorate Office. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. The data that has been collected is then analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The results showed that the evaluation of the performance of the village/village administration in Siak Regency had gone well as planned by the Siak District Inspectorate. Obstacles in evaluating the performance of village/village government in Siak Regency are: the use of performance applications that have not been carried out independently by the village/village government and the leveling of development has not been in all villages/villages in terms of village facilities and infrastructure. Abstract

Di saat persaingan semakin kuat, produsen berusaha memenuhi kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen dengan menawarkan berbagai variasi produknya, dampaknya konsumen memiliki berbagai pilihan, kekuatan tawar menawar konsumen semakin besar, yang mendorong setiap perusahaan harus menempatkan orientasinya pada kepuasan konsumen sebagai tujuan utamanya. Seiring dengan persaingan di industri perabotan dalam menarik konsumen untuk membeli furniture tentu saja mengharuskan setiap perusahaan untuk memiliki strategi yang tepat, agar dapat meningkatkan penjualan dan juga meningkatkan daya saing. 212 responden. Pengambilan sampling menggunakan purposive sampling. Variabel yang digunakan adalah Kualitas Produk, Harga, desain, keputusan pembelian dan kepuasan konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Modelling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas produk, harga, dan desain berperan penting dalam keputusan pembelian konsumen. Kualitas yang baik meningkatkan keputusan pembelian, harga yang sesuai mendukung kepuasan, dan desain yang menarik juga berkontribusi pada keputusan positif. Selain itu, kualitas produk dan harga juga memengaruhi langsung kepuasan konsumen, sementara keputusan pembelian yang tepat dapat meningkatkan kepuasan keseluruhan konsumen. Semua faktor ini saling terhubung dan berdampak pada pengalaman konsumen

Asuransi Jasa Indonesia, Riau Branch. Under the guidance of Susi Hendriani and Raden Lestari Garnasih. This study aims to determine the effect of Integrity Leadership and Career Development on Intrinsic Motivation and Employee Performance at PT. Asuransi Jasa Indonesia, Riau Branch. This study uses primary data, namely data obtained from the results of questionnaires to employees of PT. Asuransi Jasa Indonesia, Riau Branch. Secondary data from the company such as the general description of the company and the number of employees. The sample in this study amounted to 117 people. The sampling technique is a census or saturated sample. The analytical method used is Path Analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The results showed that 1) integrity leadership has a positive and significant effect on intrinsic motivation, 2) career development has a positive and significant effect on intrinsic motivation, 3) integrity leadership has a positive and significant effect on performance, 4) career development has a positive and significant effect on performance, 5) intrinsic motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance, 6) integrity leadership influences performance through motivation, and 7) career development influences performance through motivation. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis potensi sumberdaya lahan gambut secara spasial di Desa Sumber Jaya, Riau Pesisir. Masyarakat pedesaan di wilayah ini menghadapi tantangan dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidup mereka dengan sumberdaya lahan gambut yang memiliki produktivitas marginal. Pengelolaan lahan gambut yang berkelanjutan menjadi penting, terutama dalam menghadapi dampak pembukaan lahan untuk pertanian yang telah menyebabkan kebakaran hutan dan lahan. Data citra dianalisis secara spasial dengan software Arcgis digunakan untuk menganalisis penggunaan lahan gambut. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan potensi sumberdaya lahan gambut di Desa Sumber Jaya seluas 2.248 hektare terlah dikembangkan untuk berbagai jenis komoditas seperti lahan perkebunan kelapa sawit seluas 1.365 hektare, semak belukar seluas 619 hektare, hutan tanaman industry seluas 196 hektare, dan area pemukiman seluas 68 hektare. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa lahan gambut di Desa Sumber Jaya yang pada awalnya untuk pengembangan daerah transmigrasi berbasis tanaman pangan, saat ini telah berubah dengan komoditas dominan yang berkembang adalah perkebunan kelapa sawit. Kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya konservasi lahan gambut secara berkelanjutan menjadi kunci dalam menjaga fungsi ekologi dan ekonomi bagi masyarakat setempat

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Sumatra Sylva Lestari Estate Pasir Pengaraian, with research time in 2022. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of competency and work environment on employee motivation and performance at PT. Sumatra Sylva Lestari Estate Pasir Pengaraian. To achieve this goal, research was conducted using a sample of 99 respondents who were employees of PT. Sumatra Sylva Lestari Estate Pasir Pengaraian. The data collection technique in this research is through a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression using a Likert scale and data testing is carried out using SPSS Version 22 software. The results of this research show that the Competency variable influences employee work motivation, the work environment variable influences work motivation, the Competency variable influences employee performance, The work environment variable influences employee performance, and the motivation variable influences employee performance. contribution of the influence of competence (X1) and work environment (X2) on work motivation (Y1) at PT. Sumatra Sylva Lestari Estate Pasir Pengaraian was 19.8% and contributed to the influence of competence (X1), work environment (X2) and work motivation (Y1) on employee performance (Y2) at PT. Sumatra Sylva Lestari Estate Pasir Pengaraian by 33%.

Abstract

Sago noodles are a local culinary dish made from sago. The presence of sago noodles will enrich the culinary treasures of Riau. This research aims to analyze consumer satisfaction with the culinary quality of sago noodles in Pekanbaru City. The sampling technique used nonprobability sampling followed by a judgment sampling method for 100 consumers who were purchasing sago noodles as respondents. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis methods, Important Performance Analysis (IPA), and Customer Statistics Index (CSI). The results of the Important Performance Analysis (IPA) research show that there are still several things that do not meet consumer expectations. The attributes that are the main priority in improving performance and to be improved are the sago noodle topping and serving speed. Several attributes are in a position to be maintained, namely taste, uniqueness, completeness of sago noodles, guarantee, maturity, product variety, appearance, price, and portion. Based on the calculation of the consumer satisfaction index (CSI) value for local sago noodle culinary, it is 62.46%, in the range of 0.50-0.66, meaning that consumers are quite satisfied with the level of attribute performance in local sago noodle culinary.
