Abstract

This study aims to develop an effective marketing strategy for Talago Biru Restaurant in Pekanbaru using SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through semi- structured interviews with the use of interview guidelines as the main tool for collecting information. The results of the analysis show that Talago Biru Restaurant has strengths in food quality and strategic location, but also faces challenges in the form of lack of digital promotion and high competition. The resulting strategies include four approaches: (1) S-O strategy (maximizing strengths to take advantage of opportunities) such as social media promotion and special menu diversification, (2) W-O strategy (improving weaknesses by using opportunities) such as adoption of digital payment technology and registration on online delivery platforms, (3) S-T strategy (utilizing strengths to face threats) such as savings packages and increased branding, and (4) W-T strategy (reducing weaknesses and avoiding threats) such as collaboration with local influencers. This study provides insight into the importance of adapting marketing strategies for MSMEs in facing the dynamics of business competition.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture on employee job satisfaction at the Mona Plaza Hotel Pekanbaru. The independent variables consist of organizational culture (X1) and work environment (X2). While the dependent variable is job satisfaction (Y). This study uses a questionnaire with a measurement scale using a Likert scale. The analysis techniques used are simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination test, hypothesis test. Data analysis uses linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS. The population in the study were 33 employees of the Mona Plaza Hotel Pekanbaru, all of whom were sampled using the census/total sampling technique. The results of the tests carried out showed that organizational culture and work environment have a positive influence on employee job satisfaction at the Mona Plaza Hotel Pekanbaru. Abstract

Abstract: In the current era of globalization, trade is one of the things that a country must do to improve its own economy, both micro and macro trade. The relationship between economic growth is very close to the business world. This study aims to examine the effect of financial inclusion and literacy on business continuity in the morning market traders dupa kencana tanggkerang middle Pekanbaru City. The research method used is quantitative research method and uses secondary data and primary data. The sample in this study was set at 81 out of 415 population measured by utilizing the Slovin formula. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The sempel retrieval method uses proportional stratified random sampling. Data analysis was carried out using reflective fist order with the SmartPLS 4.1.0.9 application. The results showed that financial inclusion and financial literacy affect business continuity, with t-statistics values of 3.050 and 10.114, respectively. The results of the study concluded that financial inclusion and financial literacy have a positive and significant effect on business continuity in the morning market traders dupa kencana tanggkerang Tengah Pekanbaru City. Abstract

Abstract The economic business is growing along with technological advances. The banking sector is no exception, all economic activities are not limited to location and time. Currently, almost all economic activities depend on banking services such as financing and storage. In fact, it is noted that the need for funds continues to increase, leading to the establishment of more financial institutions, both banks and non-banks, both government and private. Currently, people from various professions must have used banking services either in the form of financing or investment or storage. The daily lives of students are greatly assisted by financial institution products.This study is expected to provide a deeper understanding of students' financial behavior, as well as the factors that influence their decisions in opening savings accounts. The results of this study are expected to be used by educational institutions, banking institutions, and the government to design financial education programs and policies that support the improvement of financial literacy among students. .

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of workload on employee performance with work stress as an intervening variable. The population in this study was all operational employees in the Pekanbaru City Family Pharmacy area, namely 150 people. The sampling technique uses a census sample, so that the entire population is sampled. The data analysis technique uses Path Analysis with the help of the SPSS Version 25 Program and the Sobel Test. The research results show that workload and work stress directly have a negative and significant effect on employee performance. Workload has a positive and significant effect on work stress. Workload also has a negative effect on employee performance through work stress.

Abstract

Companies design and use tax avoidance strategies in order to pay less tax, thus generating large profits. This study aims to determine the effect of profitability and leverage on tax avoidance in LQ45 companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2021-2023. This study uses a quantitative method with secondary data. The research sample was obtained through purposive sampling with a total of 60 samples. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show: (1) Profitability has no effect on tax avoidance with a significance value of 0.983 > 0.05 and a t-value of -0.021 < t-table 2.00247, where companies with high profitability tend to focus more on company growth and stability and avoid tax avoidance practices that can pose risks. (2) Leverage has a negative effect on tax avoidance with a significance value of 0.006 < 0.05 and a calculated t value of -2.885 < ttable 2.00247, where companies with high leverage levels mean that the company's financing is high in debt and can also result in high interest costs, thereby reducing profit before tax and can reduce tax costs without the need to carry out aggressive tax avoidance practices. (3) Profitability and leverage simultaneously have an effect on tax avoidance with a significance value of 0.009 < 0.05 and a calculated F value of 5.174 > Ftable 3.16, where profitability and leverage affect companies in making tax strategy decisions. Abstract

This study aims to determine how the quality of service and promotion affect the increase in sales of umrah packages at PT. Amanah Baitullah Tour, Perawang Branch. The background of this study is based on the importance of service quality and effective promotion strategies in attracting public interest in choosing a particular umrah travel agency amidst increasingly tight competition. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 120 respondents who were umrah pilgrims of PT. Amanah Baitullah Tour, Perawang Branch. Data analysis was carried out by testing validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination (R2) and hypothesis testing (t-test and F-test). The results showed that the quality of service and promotion had a positive and significant effect on increasing sales of umrah packages, both partially and simultaneously. These findings indicate that efforts to improve service quality such as employee friendliness, clarity of information, and accuracy of promises, as well as intensive and targeted promotions, are very important in increasing competitiveness and the number of pilgrims. Therefore, companies are advised to continue to develop innovations in service and promotion in order to maintain sales growth in the future. Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to find out the influence of lifestyle, location, and word of mouth on purchasing decisions of Coffee Shop Genre consumers in Pangkalan Kerinci. Changes in the lifestyle of modern society, coupled with the role of strategic location and the power of word-of-mouth recommendations, make these three variables important in understanding consumer behavior in purchasing decisions. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach to consumers who have made purchases at Coffee Shop Genre. The sample in this study consisted of 100 respondents who were determined using non-probability sampling by using accidental sampling and using questionnaires as data collection instruments. The analysis results show that lifestyle, location, and word of mouth have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions. This research is expected to provide input for business actors in formulating effective marketing strategies to improve purchasing decisions Keywords: Life Style, Location, Word Of Mouth and Purchasing Decision.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to find out further how the loyalty of Greenfields milk customers at PT. Eka Putra Pekanbaru related to customer relationship marketing strategy and discount policy. Customer relationship marketing and discount policy become independent variables while customer loyalty becomes dependent variables. Problems that occur in PT. Eka Putra is a decrease in the number of product purchases as evidenced by the non-achieval of the company's target, as well as the presence of several customers who switch to competing companies. The sample in this study was determined using the slovin formula obtained, namely 88 respondents. This type of research is quantitative research using questionnaire data collection techniques by spreading questionnaires. The data obtained from the survey results was tested with the SPSS 25 program. The test results showed that customer relationship marketing had an influence on customer loyalty, where = 10.625 > 1.662 and sig 0.000 < 0.05. Furthermore, the discount policy has an influence on purchase loyalty, where = 12.180 > 1.662 and sig 0.000 < 0.05, as well as customer relationship marketing and discount policy on customer loyalty with of 91,920 > 3,100 with sig 0.000 < 0.05. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Brand awareness dan Word Of Mouth terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada Tenun Wan Firi Pekanbaru. Tenun Wan Firi merupakan salah satu pelaku usaha tenun songket tradisional yang telah dikenal luas, baik di kalangan lokal maupun nasional, dengan reputasi produk berkualitas tinggi dan nilai budaya yang kuat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 96 responden yang merupakan konsumen Tenun Wan Firi, menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial maupun simultan, Brand awareness dan Word Of Mouth berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Brand awareness terbukti meningkatkan pengenalan dan kepercayaan konsumen terhadap merek, sedangkan Word Of Mouth memperkuat keputusan pembelian melalui rekomendasi personal yang dipercaya.
