Abstract

The Madrasa as Islamic educational institutions has a crucial role in promoting multicultural education values so that students avoid prejudice, suspicion, and intolerance. The Akidah Akhlak Teachers at MI Masalikil Huda 2 have a unique way to promote these values, namely through constructivism-based learning strategies. With a qualitative approach relying on the interview, observation, and documentation techniques, the researchers try to answer two important questions; how the teacher's strategy in introducing students to the values of multicultural education and what approaches they use in the learning process in the classroom. Finally, this research concludes that teachers instill the values of democracy, tolerance, equality or equality, brotherhood or kinship, and the value of unity in learning Akidah Akhlak. There are four constructivism strategies in the delivery of multicultural education, namely cooperative learning, conceptual achievement, exemplary, habituation, and role-playing. They also rely on historical approaches, gender perspective approaches, and aesthetic approaches. Thus, the claim that the madrasa is inconsistent in delivering Islamic religious material with a multicultural perspective is refuted by the findings of this research. Abstract

The qualitative study aimed to understand the Research Skills Development Framework (RSD) implications for Indonesian master students' academic achievement. Experience proves that success at the master's level is closely related to mastering academic research competencies. A typical study at the master's level requires research skills to complete tasks and jobs that require research application acuity. To understand this study's problem, study the data we have done, including reviewing ten academic findings from international publications, observing and documenting data related to this topic. After the data was collected, we were then provided with analysis, including text analysis, description, coding, and immersion results. Every text is in a language, so we use a translation application to help us understand Indonesian. To determine whether the data constitutes a valid and reliable study finding, we review it and make sure we have answered the study questions. So the results we can report that the RSD framework has become a conceptual framework for the development of research skills for academic and educational needs. The reason is that the RSD framework is beneficial and useful in working on completing tasks that require skill in examining problems to find answers. Thus, these findings become meaningful input for the academic community and other professions. Keywords: Research Skill Development, Academic Outcome Improvement, Academic Achievement

Abstract

This research reviewed how research skills affect the writing results of Indonesian postgraduate students. As academics have understood it. the success of studying at the postgraduate level was closely related to the skills and abilities to research various content and contexts of the field of study. The researchers have conducted a data collection series consisting of literature searching, observation, and documentation to prove this assumption. Furthermore, data was analyzed by defining the research question, collecting answers by sharpening the correlation and comparison between the questions and answers or findings. Finally, the researchers interpret in-depth whether the findings were valid and reliable. The design used phenomenology approach. Considering the data and the analysis results, the researchers conclude that the skills and abilities to research Indonesian postgraduate students greatly influence each writing or lecture assessment's quality or outcome, including research activities, final semester assignments, and weekly assignments. Therefore, the findings have a meaningful input for postgraduate students and policymakers for studying in master and undergraduate programs in Indonesia. Abstract

This research aims to explain in detail the evaluation of online learning in elementary schools during the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia. This research used a quantitative approach to the type of survey. The survey contains the evaluation of teachers in implementing online learning (pedagogic relations, collaboration teacher-parents, and developers and facilitators of learning access). The results of this research indicated that: 1) the teacher-student pedagogical relationship shows a good thing, although teachers experience limitations and difficulties in doing online learning, the teachers continue to carry out their professional responsibilities well by planning, implementing and evaluating their online learning activities, 2) in the context of teacher-parent collaboration, both of them are committed to collaborating in online learning, even though in practice the teacher is experiencing difficulties in communicating with parents, and 3) access to learning made and developed by teachers is fairly good, this is based on a variety of learning facilities provided such as the use of diverse applications as well as interactive media and teaching materials that help in the transfer of knowledge to students, although in learning it also sometimes experiences internet network constraints. The online learning paradigm in this research has become a new concept. So it is very important to do a detailed research. This research is expected to be an evaluation material for various parties in conducting online learning, besides this research can also facilitate other researchers to develop research on online learning, especially in elementary schools.
