Abstract

The article aimed to explore the dynamic of curriculum development of some madrasah diniyahs in Central Java, Indonesia. It focused on the genealogy of Islamic science and the sociocultural context of the curriculum within perspectives of education, sociology, and Islamic studies. The data were collected through semi-structured interviews and documentation techniques and applied model of Miles and Huberman model. It finally found that each survived madrasah diniyah has a specific model for developing and implementing a curriculum based on its Islamic science genealogy and sociocultural background. The curriculum was designed pragmatically and conservatively. However, it was developed adaptively to respond to sociocultural changes in society. The curriculum was designed conservatively by adopting traditional Islamic scholarship developed by most madrasah diniyyah. It was implemented pragmatically by adopting teaching materials from existing printed books, simple works of teachers, and teachers' spontaneous creativity in teaching. The curriculum was developed adaptively by responding to sociocultural changes in society. Reductions and additions were made to learning materials according to student needs, reduced study hours, and some classes were held at night. In principle, the madrasah diniyyah's curriculum provides added value and complements the learning of Islamic Religious Education in formal schools. Abstract

The article aimed to  produce interactive e-modules from my country that meets the qualified criteria and to know the effectiveness of the interactive e-modules of my country produced to improve the learning motivation and science literacy of elementary school students of grade IV in the nearby. The research used research and development (R&D), with ADDIE model. The subject of a pilot project for a small group trial consists of 15 students and 1teacher in SD Negeri Soka. Next, the test subject of the field trial consists of 20 Muhammadiyah Kalinampu 1 students as a control class and 20 students IV grade SD Muhammadiyah Kalipakem 1 as an experimental class. Collecting data used interview guide, observation guidelines, product assessment sheet, teacher-response scale, student response scale, and the motivational scale of study and science literary test. The results showed that: (1) the resulting interactive e-module met the criteria of "very appropriate" according to the assessment of media experts and material experts; in the one-to-one trial, it obtained the "Decent" category from the responses given by the teacher and obtained the "Easy" category. Very Feasible" from the responses of students, while in the small group trial, the category "Very Eligible" was obtained from the responses given by the teacher and students; (2) the interactive e-module was found effectively increase learning motivation and science literacy of fourth-grade primary school students. The results of the t-test and the MANOVA test showed a significant level of 0.05, indicating the interactive e-modules, 'the richness of my country,' can significantly increase the learning motivation and science literacy of fourth-grade elementary school students with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Abstract

Learning media plays an important role in the learning process, especially in concrete courses. The use of easy, dynamic and interesting media can have an effect on students to learn compared to boring conventional learning media so that it is necessary to develop new media that can overcome these problems. The purpose of this study is to determine the feasibility and effectiveness of learning media in the form of non-hosted custom domain websites to improve learning outcomes. This research uses a research and development method with a 5-stage ADDIE development model. In the results of the feasibility test, media experts obtained a score with a percentage of 81.33% with a very decent category, while material experts obtained a score with a percentage of 89.33% with a very decent category. The results of the trial on 25 graduate students obtained a percentage of 92% with a very decent category. The increase in learning outcomes above KKM 75 after using non-hosted custom websites reached 84% from the previous 20% so that it can be concluded that the use of non-hosted custom domain websites on learning media can improve learning outcomes. The new findings in this study are in the form of the use of websites that are usually used paid for education, now it is easier and cheaper to use non-hosted websites that are custom domains using the teacher's own name, so that the use of the teacher's name can increase credibility in the world of education, especially in cyberspace. Abstract

Competency development is important for every employee and should be empowered for them. Competency development through training consists of classical training and non-classical training. One form of non-classical training is independent learning and self-development through online learning, such as Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs). The purpose of this research is to figure out the learning process either before and after the development of MOOCs and to develop an information system for training and independent learning as one feature of LMS Banten Ceria in the form of a Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) as an online learning platform with the principle of independent learning or self-directed learning in order to support the Corporate University program in the Province of Banten. This research has a mixed-methods design that blends qualitative and quantitative methodologies. The 4D Thiagarajan model is used in this study, along with research and development methodologies. The result show that MOOCs are effective in developing the competencies of the civil apparatus in the Province of Banten. The difference in average between the pre-test and post-test scores is 20 points. The learning process after using MOOCs shows improvements in knowledge and competence.  Hence, the system of online learning will support the BPSDMD Banten Provincial Program as it becomes a corporate university.
