Abstract

The development of technology and information at this time, makes humans very easy to get information. The ease of information that can be accessed through the internet network, encourages various institutions to be able to compete in presenting complete, interesting and reliable information. The website is one of the information media used by institutions or organizations to provide information and services. Website-Based Sports Training Management Information System at Sport 5 Indonesia Training Center is a system that is planned to be used to manage and organize sports training at Sport 5 Indonesia Training Center efficiently and effectively using website technology. In this study, the data source used was by using primary and secondary data. This primary data is used to answer researchers' questions and make decisions. While secondary data is used to complete the information needed in this study. The system approach method used is an object-oriented system approach, the object-oriented system approach method is a software development strategy that groups software as a collection of objects containing operations and data. The system development method that researchers use is to use the prototype method, The general purpose for software is not to identify detailed input, processing, or output needs. The website in the Sports Training Management Information System has been designed to help improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and attractiveness of sports training / seminars and strengthen the reputation of sports training institutions in this case Sprot 5 Indonesia Training Center

Abstract

Abstract: The advancement of information technology is progressively exerting significant impact across diverse aspects of life, including business. PT Semen Baturaja Tbk is developing a marketplace platform called Build Id to meet community's needs for high-quality construction materials and services, also aims to enhance company's product sales and brand recognition. A system with quality provides ease of use in order to achieve customer satisfaction. Build Id merchant for architects website requires user-friendly design recommendations to increase the user experience when it gets distributed to the market. To achieve this goal, Task-Centered System Design (TCSD) method is being used to focused the design process. TCSD is a method in Human Computer Interaction (HCI) used to identify task and user requirements. The method consists of 4 stages, namely, identification, user-centered requirements analysis, design through scenarios, and walkthrough evaluation. In this study, identification was carried out by conducting system observations and interviews with Build Id team at Digital Marketing Unit of PT Semen Baturaja Tbk and architect as the prospective system users. The interface design results were evaluated using System Usability Scale (SUS) and received final score of 69.615, indicating that the interface design made using TCSD method is feasible for users to use. Keywords: Interface; System Usability Scale; Task-Centered System Design Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi informasi kian berpengaruh besar dalam berbagai bidang kehidupan, termasuk di dunia bisnis. PT Semen Baturaja Tbk mengembangkan suatu sistem dalam bentuk marketplace dengan nama Build Id, dengan tujuan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan bahan bangunan dan jasa konstruksi yang berkualitas bagi masyarakat, serta memperluas penjualan produk dan branding merk dari PT Semen Baturaja Tbk ini sendiri. Sistem yang berkualitas memberikan kemudahan dan kenyamanan dalam penggunaannya demi mewujudkan kepuasan pelanggan. Build Id merchant untuk arsitek memerlukan rekomendasi desain atau prototype user interface yang user friendly demi meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna ketika didistribusikan ke pasaran nantinya. Metode Task-Centered System Design (TCSD) digunakan untuk membantu proses perancangan lebih terarah. TCSD adalah metode dalam Human Computer Interaction (HCI) yang digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan task dan pengguna. Metode TCSD terdiri dari 4 tahap yaitu, identification, user-centered requirements analysis, design through scenario, dan walkthrough evaluation. Identifikasi dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan observasi dan wawancara bersama tim Build Id dan calon pengguna sistem yaitu arsitek. Hasil dari rancangan interface kemudian dievaluasi menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS) dengan hasil skor akhir 69,615, menunjukkan rancangan interface yang dibuat dengan metode TCSD ini layak untuk digunakan pengguna. Abstract

This study develops software for hotel selection using Elimination Et Choix Transduisant La Realita (ELECTRE). In Elimination Et Choix Transduisant La Realita (ELECTRE) multi-criteria decision-making is based on the concept of Outranking by using paired alternative comparisons based on criteria. The test is carried out by determining the normalization of the decision matrix, weighting the normalized matrix, determining concordance and discordance, calculating the concordance matrix, calculating the discordance matrix, determining the dominant concordance and discordance matrix, determining the aggregate dominance matrix, and eliminating less favorable alternatives. After calculating the Elimination Et Choix Transduisant La Realita, the system was tested using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The test results as measured by the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) method obtained a value of 87.06% for the use of technology (perceived usefulness) and 85.33% for the ease of use of technology (perceived ease of use).

Abstract

Promosi jabatan merupakan suatu yang penting bagi jenjang karir seorang karyawan. Dengan mendapatkan promosi, maka karyawan tersebut dapat mengembangkan karirnya dari posisi sebelumnya. Saat ini PT. XYZ belum mempunyai metode pendukung keputusan yang tepat dalam penentuan promosi jabatan karyawan, sehingga menghasilkan keputusan subjektif, oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini bertujuan membantu PT. XYZ dalam menemukan metode pendukung keputusan yang tepat agar diperoleh keputusan yang objektif dengan melakukan perbandingan. Adapun metode yang dibandingkan yaitu metode weighted product dan profile matching. Pengujian menggunakan pendekatan confusion matrix. Hasilnya metode weighted product memiliki nilai lebih tinggi dari metode profile matching dalam tingkat akurasi 95%, presisi 100%, dan recall 75%.

Abstract

Build Id is a website and application-based marketplace that provides various construction needs, both products and services. The Build Id design by PT Semen Baturaja Tbk is aimed at the community as a form of implementing digital transformation in Indonesia. But the design process, to requires evaluation and improvement before it is inaugurated. This is done to avoid complaints, which can reduce the performance of applications and companies. This study aims to help design the Build Id user interface so that it is more focused on the features to be implemented so that the results can match the user's needs. In testing, this study uses the Goal Directed Design method which focuses on designing application designs by identifying user goals and needs. The results of the test prove that the Build Id marketplace for Admins is running well and as expected.

Abstract

Balai Pengelola Kereta Api Ringan Sumatera Selatan adalah pengelola layanan umum dalam bidang perkeretaapian Sumatera Selatan. Balai Pengelola Kereta Api Ringan Sumatera Selatan sering melakukan perjalanan dinas menggunakan mobil dinas baik dalam kota maupun keluar kota. Namun, belum ada sistem informasi peminjaman mobil dinas menyebabkan sulit terkendalinya pendataan peminjaman mobil dinas. Pendataan masih secara manual menyebabkan sering terjadi kesalahan dalam pendataan maupun hilangnya data tersebut karena tidak ter-backup ke database. Pencatatan secara manual dapat mengakibatkan terjadinya human error yang disebabkan karena kelalaian pegawai dalam melakukan pencatatan ataupun hal lainnya yang bisa menyebabkan ketidaksesuaian antara data masuk dan fakta sebenarnya yang terjadi di lapangan. Sistem Informasi peminjaman kendaraan dinas akan sangat membantu dalam proses pendataan, pencarian, maupun penyimpanan data. Metode User Centered Design dilakukan dengan melibatkan end-user dengan melakukan validasi kepada user terhadap sistem yang akan dibuat. Metode ini dapat mempermudah user dalam memahami rancangan sistem informasi yang akan dikembangkan.

Abstract

With the advancement of the times, people have started using apps to fulfill their daily needs, such as reading news, shopping, and watching movies. Disney+ hotstar is a video streaming platform that provides various types of movies. There are 107 people who have used the disney+ hotstar application throughout Indonesia as the subject of this research. The problem identified is why users prefer Netflix to watch videos compared to using the disney+ hotstar app. The purpose of the study was to analyze the user experience while using the disney+ hotstar app using the UEQ method and also to provide recommendations on what can be improved to enhance the user experience. After that, the UEQ tool was used to analyze the information that had been collected. The results show that the attractiveness aspect has a value of 1.72 which is a good value, perspicuity has a value of 1.67, which is an above average value, efficiency has a value of 1.49, which is an above average value; dependability has a value of 1.34, which is an above average value, stimulation has a value of 1.43, which is a good value and novelty has a value of 1.05, which is an above average value.

Abstract

Palm oil is a reliable vegetable oil producer because the oil produced has advantages than oils from other plants. The amount of Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) raw material from Palm oil has a significant impact on the palm oil production process. Therefore, we need a method to forecasting the amount of palm oil (FFB). One of the suitable forecasting methods is fuzzy time series (FTS). However, FTS still has shortcomings such as innacurate determination of the interval length. For this reason, we need to optimize FTS interval to get optimal forecasting. This research implements Particle Swarm Optimization as the optimization method, FTS Chen-Hsu as the forecast method, and Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) as the measurement of error. The optimization result using PSO produce an error value of 2.0262% smaller than FTS 3.7108%.

Abstract

In the current era, information technology has become increasingly crucial in almost every aspect of work, both within organizations, communities, and industries. The Panca Bhakti Bandar Lampung STIKes laboratory supports students in carrying out practical activities that require them to use specific tools and materials for the lab work. However, the absence of a technology to assist in the borrowing of lab equipment and materials has posed challenges for both the laboratory staff and students. Therefore, a laboratory asset management information system is needed to help laboratory staff in managing data, especially asset borrowing data, and to assist students in requesting lab asset borrowing for their practical needs. The research method will be based on the Human-Centered Design (HCD) approach with Inspiration, Ideation, and Implementation phases. The design result in the form of a prototype will be tested using the System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire method to determine whether the laboratory asset management information system design is suitable for use or not. Based on the SUS score of 78.5, which falls under the excellent category, it can be concluded that the application design is suitable for use

Abstract

Vidio is a Subscription video-on-demand (SVOD) platform offering video streaming services. Based on reviews of the Vidio application, it is known that many negative and low reviews related to the services provided have reduced in satisfaction and user acceptance. The aim of this study is to ascertain the extent of user acceptance by measuring the correlation between several variables. The approach to be utilized is Technology Acceptance Model by measuring the variables of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, behavioral intention to use, attitude towards using, and actual use with hypothesis test. The research was conducted on 100 Palembang city residents. Based on this research, there is a very strong positive correlation relationship between attitude towards using and behavioural intention to use. In addition, there is a strong positive correlation between the perceived usefulness variable and other variables except actual use. Overall from the results obtained, in the acceptance of users of the Vidio application, variable exhibits a notable and positive impact on this research.
