Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui proses penyusunan program sekolah, rencana kerja sekolah, pihak-pihak yang terlibat dalam penyusunan program sekolah, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam penyusunan program sekolah. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Reduksi data digunakan untuk menganalisis dan menafsirkan fakta, dan penulisan naratif yang digunakan untuk menyebarkan data dan menarik kesimpulan. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, komite dan guru di SMK Negeri 1 Kecamatan Guguak Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota. Hasil yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penyusunan program sekolah akan melibatkan beberapa pihak yang berkompeten dalam bidangnya masing-masing yaitu : guru, penjaga sekolah, TU, wakil kepala sekolah, kepala sekolah, komite dan beberapa perusahaan. Rencana kerja sekolah tertuang dalam RKJM yang dilaksanakan per tahun melalui RKT dengan anggaran yang telah disusun dalam RKAS.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hasil observasi dan pengamatan yang peneliti lakukan sejak saat peneliti melakukan prakter lapangan di dinas pekerjaan umum dan penataan ruang kota Bukittinggi yang menunjukkan bahwa adanya gejala-gejala yang mempengaruhi produktivitas pegawai di dinas pekerjaan umum dan penataan ruang kota Bukittinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan adalah untuk mengetahui limgkungan kerja pegawai di dinas pekerjaan umum dan penataan ruang kota Bukittinggi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif korelasi. Dari hasil pengolahan data tersebut diperoleh bahwa skor rata-rata pada variabel produktivitas kerja sebesar 79,29% dangan indikator kuantitas kerja berada pada kategori cukup baik dengan tingkat pencapaian 78,13% dan skor untuk indikator kualitas kerja adalah sebanyak 77.56% dengan kategori cukup baik serta pencapaian pada indikator ketepatan waktu dengan tingkat pencapaian 84,34% dengan kategori cukup baik, sedangkan pada vaariabel lingkungan kerja memperoleh skor rata-rata sebesar 86% dengan indikator fisik sebesar 86% dan non fisik sebesar 84,84%. Berdaarkan hasil tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan baik antara lingkungan kerja dan produktivitas pegawai di dinas pekerjaaan umum dan penataan ruang kota Bukittinggi.

Abstract

Abstract: A digital library is a service system that capable in supporting access to information objects automatically using a computer technology. In this study, the authors aimed to develop a digital library application based on SLiMS 9 bulian at MAN 1 Bukittinggi library, especially in terms of content with the addition of e-book features, and changing the character of its applications into mobile version, which were previously local (intranet). The methods used were research and development, while system development used the Waterfall model. This study succeeded to develop a digital library application based on SLiMS 9 at MAN 1 Bukittinggi library. The development of the digital library in this study has been carried out through testing, including three types of product tests, namely validity test, practicality test, and effectiveness test, each of which was tested using a questionnaire instrument. The product validity test obtained an average value of 0.88 in the valid category; the product practicality test obtained an average value of 0.90 in the very practical category; and the product effectiveness test obtained an average value of 0.94 in the high effectiveness category. Based on the product test results that have been described, the digital library development product in this study was declared feasible and applicable as a digital library, and can be accessed via mobile by users, such as students, teachers, and library members of MAN 1 Bukittinggi.         Keywords: Digital Library; Mobile Application; Research and Development; SLiMS 9 Abstrak: Perpustakaan digital merupakan sebuah sistem yang memiliki layanan yang mendukung akses objek informasi secara otomasi menggunakan teknologi komputer. Dalam studi ini, peneliti bermaksud mengembangkan aplikasi perpustakaan digital berbasis SLiMS 9 bulian pada perpustakaan MAN 1 Bukittinggi, khususnya dari sisi content-nya dengan penambahan fitur e-book, serta mengubah sifat aplikasinya menjadi bersifat mobile, yang mana sebelumnya bersifat lokal (intranet). Metode dalam studi ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan, sedangkan pengembangan sistem dilakukan menggunakan model Waterfall. Penelitian ini berhasil mengembangkan aplikasi perpustakaan digital berbasis SLiMS 9 pada perpustakaan MAN 1 Bukittinggi. Pengembangan perpustakaan digital dalam penelitian ini telah dilakukan melalui pengujian, meliputi tiga jenis uji produk, yaitu uji validitas, uji praktikalitas, dan uji efektivitas, yang setiap pengujiannya dilakukan menggunakan instrumen angket. Uji validitas produk memperoleh nilai rerata 0,88 dengan kategori Valid; uji praktikalitas produk memperoleh nilai rerata 0,90 dengan kategori Sangat Praktis; dan uji efektivitas produk memperoleh nilai rerata 0,94 dengan kategori Efektivitas Tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil uji produk yang telah diuraikan, produk pengembangan perpustakaan digital dalam penelitian ini dinyatakan layak dan dapat diterapkan sebagai perpustakaan digital, serta dapat diakses secara mobile oleh para pengguna, yaitu siswa, guru, dan anggota perpustakaan MAN 1 Bukittinggi.Kata kunci: Aplikasi Mobile; Perpustakaan Digital; Penelitian dan Pengembangan; SLiMS 9

Abstract

Based on pre - survey in field drawn that the performance of state junior high school teachers in the city of Padang is still not optimal. this suspected there is relation with training and facilities. By because that need conducted study to test the truth. This study aims to reveal the influence of training and infrastructure facilities on teacher performance in public junior high schools in Padang City. The hypotheses proposed in this study are: (1) training has an effect on teacher performance, (2) infrastructure has an effect on teacher performance, (3) training and infrastructure in a manner together influences teacher performance. The population in this study is all junior high school teachers in the city of Padang, a total of 1,099 people from 11 districts. The sample study amounted to 63 people taken with technique proportionate stratified random sampling which had previously been carried out by clusters in 1 sub-district, namely West Padang District. The research instrument used is a scale evaluation and scale model questionnaire Likert that has tested its validity and reliability. Research data analyzed with multiple linear regression technique. The results of the data analysis show that: (1) training has a significant effect on teacher performance. This can be seen from the acquisition of t-count (2.645) > t-table (1.670) other than that it has a significant value = 0.005 <0.05, (2) infrastructure has a significant effect on teacher performance. This can be seen from the acquisition of t-count (2.827) > t-table (1.670) besides that it has a significant value = 0.006 <0.05 , (3) there is a significant effect of training and infrastructure together on teacher performance with a level a significant value of 0.000 <0.050 and with an f-count value of 434.822. The level of achievement of the teacher's response to training is in the high category (89.39% of the ideal score), the infrastructure variable is in the good category (84.80% of the ideal score) and the teacher'. The findings above imply that training and infrastructure are two factors that can improve teacher performance, apart from other factors

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi karena kurang efektifnya implementasi kurikulum merdeka khususnya dalam kegiatan projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila (P5) di SMKN 1 Batusangkar. Tujuan penelitian untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi hingga faktor pendukung dan penghambat projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila (P5) di SMKN 1 Batusangkar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan sumber data kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum, guru, dan peserta didik SMKN 1 Batusangkar. Instrumen Pengumpul data adalah peneliti sendiri dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data hasil penelitian diolah dengan tahapan pengumpulan, reduksi, penyajian dan simpulan data. Dalam teknik keabsahan data peneliti menggunakan triangulasi teknik, sumber dan waktu. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukan SMKN 1 Batusangkar sudah melaksanakan kurikulum merdeka dimulai sejak juli 2022 serta telah melaksanakan kegiatan P5 sejak dimulainya pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka dimana menunjukan 1) Perencanaan P5 dimulai dari menentukan dimensi dan tema sampai dengan menentukan alur pembelajaran, 2) dalam pelaksanaannya dimulai dari kegiatan pembelajaran terkait projek di dalam kelas sampai dengan penampilan atau pelaksanaan acara puncak P5, 3) Pada kegiatan evaluasi P5 melihat kepada perkembangan peserta didik, kesiapan sekolah dan kemampuan guru dalam melaksanakan P5, 4) Faktor Pendukungnya adalah sarana dan prasarana yang cukup memadai sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah masih kurangnya pemahaman dan keterampilan guru terkait pelaksanaan P5.

Abstract

We use the scale of job satisfaction, school culture, and organizational commitment to analyze their effect on the turnover intention of honorary primary school teachers. This study uses a quantitative approach with the ex post facto method and correlational study. The population in this study were honorary teachers of the West Pasaman Regency Elementary School who were recorded in 2021. Five representative sub-districts were selected, namely: (1) Luhak Nan Duo, (2) Talamau, (3) Sungau Aur, (4) Valley Transverse, and (5) Koto Balingka. Sampling was carried out using purposive and proportional random sampling techniques. Sample in this study amounted to 200 honorary teachers. The instrument in this study was developed using a Likert scale. SEM SmartPls data processing was used to analyze the hypothesis. The results showed that the variables of job satisfaction, school culture, and organizational commitment had an effect on the turnover intention of honorary teachers in the West Pasaman Regency. Thus, efforts to increase job satisfaction, school culture, and teacher organizational commitment are recommended to reduce turnover intention, especially for honorary teachers.

Abstract

Based on the pre-survey results, it is illustrated that the job satisfaction of Kampar Regency Senior High School teachers is still low. It was assumed that it dealt with two issues including unfulfilled incentives and unconducive school climate. Thus, it is required to conduct research to test the truth. This study aims to reveal the contribution of incentives and school climate to the job satisfaction of teachers at Kampar Regency High School. The hypotheses put forward in this study are: (1) incentives contribute to teachers' job satisfaction, (2) school climate contributes to teacher' job satisfaction, (3) incentives and school climate contribute to teachers' job satisfaction. The population in this study were 687 teachers with PNS status at Kampar Regency State High School. The samples were chosen through two different techniques, the first technique was cluster random sampling based on the distance from the school to the city center, and it was obtained 6 schools with 205 teachers. The second was stratified proportional random sampling based on strata, and it was obtained 27 teachers as the sample. The research instrument used is the assessment scale and the Likert Scale Questionnaire model which has been tested for its validity and reliability. The research data were analyzed using correlation and regression techniques. The research finding show 3 main points: (1) incentives contribute to teachers' job satisfaction by 51.6%, (2) school climate contributes to teachers' job satisfaction by 22.4%, (3) incentives and school climate jointly contribute to teachers' job satisfaction of 70.9%. The achievement level of the teachers' job satisfaction score is 83.95% which is considered as satisfied category, and for incentives 83.44% is in the good category while for the school climate 84.10 from the ideal score is in the conducive category. To conclude, the findings imply that incentives and school climate are two factors that can increase teachers' job satisfaction, apart from other factors.

Abstract

Based on observations in the field, it is illustrated that the implementation of school-based management in Padang City Public Junior High Schools has not been implemented properly. This is thought to have something to do with the principal's leadership and school culture. Therefore it is necessary to do research to test the truth. This study aims to reveal the contribution of the principal's leadership and school culture to the implementation of school-based management in Padang City Public Junior High School. The hypotheses put forward in this study are: 1) the principal's leadership contributes to the implementation of school-based management, 2) school culture contributes to the implementation of school-based management, 3) the principal's leadership and school culture together contribute to the implementation of school-based management. school based.The population in this study were all 116 deputy principals of state junior high schools in Padang City. The research sample consisted of 70 people who were taken using the Proportional Stratified Random Sampling technique, taking into account the level of education and years of service. The research instrument used is the rating scale and the Likert Scale model questionnaire which has been tested for its validity and reliability. The results of the validity test showed that 3 items were dropped, in the Y variable there was one item, namely item number 12, in the X1 variable, 1 item was dropped, namely number 28 and in the X2 variable, the item that was dropped was number 16. Furthermore, the research data was analyzed using correlation techniques and regression.The results of the data analysis show that: 1) principal leadership contributes to the implementation of school-based management by 41%, 2) school culture contributes to the implementation of school-based management by 28.4%, 3) principal leadership and school culture together contributed to the implementation of school-based management by 70.3%. The achievement level of the school-based management implementation score of 83.58% is in the good category, and for school principal leadership 83.65% is in the good category while for school culture 86.24 from the ideal score is in the good category.The findings above imply that the leadership of school principals and school culture are two factors that can improve the implementation of school-based management, apart from other factors.

Abstract

Effective educational leadership and a positive school climate are crucial determinants of teacher performance. This research aims to elucidate the contribution of principal leadership and school climate to the performance of state middle school teachers in Padang City. The population for this study comprised all state junior high school teachers in Padang City, totaling 1,058 individuals. A sample of 158 teachers was selected using cluster random sampling techniques. Employing a quantitative correlational approach with an ex-post facto research design, this study analyzed the collected data to determine the relationships between the variables. The results indicate that principal leadership contributes 22.3% to teacher performance, while school climate contributes 68%. Together, principal leadership and school climate account for 62.7% of the variance in teacher performance. The overall teacher performance score was 83.46%, categorized as good. Principal leadership scored 84.16%, also in the good category, and school climate scored 84.66%, deemed conducive. These findings underscore the significant impact of leadership and environmental factors within schools on enhancing teacher performance, suggesting that targeted improvements in these areas could substantially elevate educational outcomes.

Abstract

Based on initial observations in the field, it appears that the performance of state elementary school teachers in Kuranji District, Padang City is not good. This is thought to be related to work discipline and teacher work motivation, so research is needed to reveal the researchers' initial assumptions. This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline and work motivation on the performance of state elementary school teachers in Kuranji District, Padang City. The hypotheses in this research are: 1) work discipline influences teacher performance, 2) work motivation influences teacher performance, and 3) work discipline and work motivation together influence teacher performance. All state elementary school teachers in Kuranji District, Padang City are the population in this study with a total of 328 people. The sample in this study was 112 people, the sampling technique was the Stratified Proportional Random Sampling technique by looking at the length of service of the teachers. The instruments used in this research were assessment scales and Likert scale model questionnaires. This research was analyzed using correlation and regression techniques. The results of research data analysis show that: 1 work discipline has an effect on teacher performance by 16.6%, 2) work motivation has an effect on teacher performance by 31.4%, and 3) work discipline and work motivation together have an effect on teacher performance by 36%. The teacher performance achievement level score was 89.61% in the good category, for work discipline, it was in the high category with a score of 90.5% while for teacher motivation it was also in the high category with a score of 90.44%. This research implies that work discipline and teacher work motivation are two things that can improve teacher performance even though other factors can influence it.
