Abstract

This study aims to build a complaint handling system that is fast and can monitor its progress. The method used in this study using the ultrasound matrix method and fishbone diagrams. The results show that with the system, reports of sexual violence are more recorded and can be resolved, because the perpetrators do not need to feel afraid when giving reports, and there is no longer a power imbalance between the perpetrators and the perpetrators do not feel afraid of the perpetrators of higher positions. Abstract

This community service activity was carried out on students of SMK Kolese Tiara Bangsa Batam. The purpose of this service is to provide knowledge of mail-merge, financial management, and taxation to students. The devotion method is to use the counseling method for mail-merge material and the collaborative interactive lecture method for financial management and taxation material. Faculty and students are involved in this service. Service is carried out with 3 stages, namely the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. At the preparatory stage, observations are made to the object of devotion. At the implementation stage, the provision of bidding materials is carried out. At the evaluation stage, an assessment of the implementation of service is carried out. The results of the service show that students really need this material because they rarely get it in school except for taxation materials. The results of the evaluation show an increase in students' knowledge of the material presented. This service suggests that service activities should be carried out that are more devoted to the delivery of financial management materials.

Abstract

Kepemimpinan dapat dikatakan sebagai cara dari seorang pemimpin, dalam mengarahkan, mendorong, dan mengatur semua unsur-unsur didalam suatu organisasi untuk mewujudkan suatu tujuan yang akan dicapai, sehingga menghasilkan kinerja pegawai yang maksimal. Untuk meraih tujuan tersebut harus di upayakan bagaimana cara seorang pemimpin dapat memberikan dorongan semangat kerja kepada karyawan, agar sasaran maupun tujuan yang di rencanakan secara bersama dapat mencapai target. Selain itu, pemimpin dapat memberikan promosi jabatan bagi karyawan yang berprestasi agar, terciptanya kepuasan kerja karyawan. Dengan memberikan kompensasi, karyawan akan memiliki kepuasan kerja maupun semangat kerja yang tinggi untuk mencapai suatu target. Kepuasan kerja adalah keadaan emosional karyawan di mana terjadi atau pun tidak terjadi titik temu antara nilai balas jasa kerja karyawan dari perusahaan/organisasi dengan tingkat nilai balas jasa yang memang diinginkan oleh karyawan yang bersangkutan. Penelitian dilakukan pada PT. Lion Mentari Airlines. Dalam melakukan penelitian penulis menggunakan metode analisa regresi berganda dan menggunakan koefisien determinasi uji F dan uji T untuk melakukan pengujian hipotesis. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 50 responden karyawan PT. Lion Mentari Airlines. Dari ketiga variabel independen yang diuji secara individual, tipe kepemimpinan yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja karyawan adalah tipe pemimpin Otoriter (X2).

Abstract

This study was conducted at PT. Kalibaru Investama to determine how work ethics, experience, and culture affect employees' ability to do their jobs. The author wonders whether work culture, job experience, and work ethics all have simultaneous, significant effects on employee performance. The survey approach, along with a descriptive analytic methodology and verification, were used in this study. Obtaining data through distributing questionnaires to respondents. 41 PT. Berau Agrotech Cihaur personnel make up the study's sample. The method of non-probability sampling was used. Using the Windows version of SPSS 24, analysis with a traditional assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing (partial and simultaneous tests).   The research's conclusions indicate that while job performance is exceptional, work ethics, experience, and culture are all positive. It suggests in part that job performance is positively and significantly influenced by work ethics, positively and significantly by work experiences, and positively and significantly influenced by work cultures. Showing how work culture, experience, and ethics have a positive and significant impact on work performance at the same time.

Abstract

This study aims to ascertain the relationship between employee performance and discipline. This research was conducted at PT. Barokah Putra, Jatinangor District. Qualitative research techniques were used in this study. data gathered from speaking with informants. The leaders and staff of PT. Barokah Putra, a total of 7 people, serve as informants in this study. The results of the study show that employee discipline and performance are good enough, but the company still needs to increase the types of compensation given to employees, because it will greatly affect employee discipline. In order to improve performance, training is needed for employees, besides that leaders must carry out better supervision to maintain the quality of the products produced

Abstract

The digital age requires lecturers to be able to package learning activities using digital technology. The aim of this study is to find out how lecturers lead their students in learning activities in the digital age and the impact of the digital era on learning and lecturers. This research is qualitative and descriptive, with observational data collection techniques and interviews. The result of this research is the expansion of the digital age, making students and faculty learn unlimitedly in space and time. Teachers need to prepare a learning plan related to the material and digital media that will be used. The use of digital media such as Google Forms, Google Class, and PowerPoint, various learning applications, bloggers, quizzes, Google Meet video conferences, and Zoom meetings has been used by lecturers. The negative impact is that (1) the learning material has become wider so that the essential material is not obtained; (2) the learning is less focused; (3) the lecturer is not always able to control each student's use of the gadget; and (4) the enthusiasm and ability of the senior lecturer still need to be improved. In conclusion, lecturers, as student leaders in learning, are expected to be able to effectively package the developments of the digital age to facilitate the implementation of learning.to effectively package the developments of the digital age to facilitate the implementation of learning.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to investigate the relationships between organizational culture, distributive justice, and procedural justice. Employees at Armor Kopi Bandung made up the study's target group, and incidental sampling was used for the sampling process. The study makes the following assumptions: there is employee churn; employee absenteeism varies; and some employees work part-time. 92 respondents completed a questionnaire to gather information, which was then examined using multiple linear regression analysis. The study's conclusions show that organizational culture, distributive justice, and procedural justice all significantly and favorably influenced organizational commitment. The findings have implications for business executives by assessing factors including organizational culture, distributive justice, and procedural justice, all of which are still low as indicated in the discussion section. This will help to encourage increased organizational commitment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem pengaduan penanganan kekerasan seksual yang cepat dan dapat dipantau perkembangannya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode matriks USG dan diagram fishbone. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Dengan adanya sistem, laporan atas kekerasan seksual semakin terdata dan dapat diselesaikan, dikarenakan pelaku tidak perlu merasakan takut saat memberikan laporan serta Tidak adanya lagi timpang kekuasaan antar pelaku dan korban dan pelaku tidak pelu merasa takut kepada pelaku yang lebih tinggi jabatannya. Abstract

Masyarakat yang tinggal di daerah pesisir pantai biasanya bermata pencarian sebagai Nelayan. Kampung Tua bakau Strip, Bale-Bale yang berada diwilayah pesisir pantai mempunyai potensi alam berupa pohon kelapa yang banyak tersebar di daerah pantai. Banyaknya pohon kelapa belum dapat dimaksimalkan secara ekonomis oleh masyawakat. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pelatihan kewirausahaan agar potensi alam di Kampung Tua Bakau Strip Bale-Bale dapat memberikan peningkatan ekomoni warga. Metode pelaksanaan dengan memberikan edukasi atau pelatihan kewirausahaan kepada warga melalui presentasi dan diskusi. Program tersebut dihadiri  sekitar 25 warga Kampung Tua bakau Strip, Bale-Bale bersama Mahasiswa dan Dosen STIE Galileo. Dari hasil pelatihan tersebut, mayoritas peserta memahami tentang materi yang disampaikan oleh pemateri dan cara memanfaatkan pohon kelapa menjadi barang bernilai ekonomis
