Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui motivasi siswa kelas VII dalam mengikuti pembelajaran PJOK di SMP Negeri 1 Ngraho Tahun Ajaran 2020/2021. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei dengan teknik pengambilan data menggunakan angket. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII C dan D di SMP Negeri 1 Ngraho Tahun Ajaran 2020/2021 yang berjumlah 55 siswa sehingga disebut penelitian populasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif yang dituangkan dalam bentuk persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi siswa kelas VII dalam mengikuti pembelajaran PJOK di SMP Negeri 1 Ngraho Tahun Ajaran 2020/2021. Didapat nilai yang signifikan berada dalam kategori “rendah” sebesar 36,37% ditinjau dari indicator faktor intrinsik dan ekstrinsik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat implementasi pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan (PJOK) pada masa pandemi Corona Virus Disease-19 (Covid-19) yang bertempat pada Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Penelitian ini metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini populasi yang digunakan adalah berjumlah 18 Guru PJOK di SDN Se-Kecamatan Sukosewu Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Data diolah dengan rumus prosentase. Hasil: indikator pelaksanaan pembelajaran yaitu 100% tetap melaksanakan pembelajaran, indikator metode pembelajaran 72,22 % guru menggunakan daring, indikator media pembelajaran 55,56% tenaga pendidik menggunakan media whatsapp, indikator upaya pelaksanaan pembelajaran 100,00% tenaga pendidik bekerjasama dengan orang tua peserta didik, indikator fasilitas yang disediakan 83,33% tenaga pendidik tidak menyediakan fasilitas, indikator hambatan yang dihadapi selama pembelajaran 44,44% tenaga pendidik kesulitan mengakses, indikator partisipasi peserta didik 50,00% peserta didik tidak memperhatikan pembelajaran, indikator sistem dan proses penilaian 72,22% kesesuaian pengumpulan tugas dan ujian, indikator pendapat penilaian 77,78% tenaga pendidik mengatakan penilaian peserta didik melalui pembelajaran daring kurang efektif, indikator kesulitan dalam pembelajaran menunjukkan bahwa 77,78% tenaga pendidik menjawab kurang responnya peserta didik. Sekolah  sebaiknya  memberi  bimbingan  dan  pelatihan  kepada  Bapak/Ibu  Guru  dalam  pemanfaatan  media  dan  metode  pembelajaran  serta  memberikan  fasilitas  untuk  menunjang  proses  pembelajaran  pada  masa  pandemi  Covid-19  agar  terlaksana  dengan  efektif  dan  efisien.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pemgaruh Media Audio Visual Terhadap Hasil Belajar keterampilan teknik dasar futsal di Kelas X MA Abu Darrin Bojonegoro. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pre-experimental dengan one gruup pretes postest design. Sampel penelitian di ambil secara random pada kelas X MA Abu Darrin Kendal Bojonegoro. Intrument yang digunakan tes pasing (mengumpan dan mengontrol bola). Teknik analisis daftar hasil uji-t besar nilai signifikansi probability atau Sig. 0,000 (Sig,<0,5) dengan demikian bisa disampaikan bahwa media audio visual tersebut dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap hasil belajar keterampilan pasing bola futsal di kelas X MA Abu Darrin Bojonegoro.  Berdasarkan dari nilai rata-rata, nilai pretest adalah 64,5 sedangkan rata-rata posstest adalah 78,5 hal ini menunjukan bahwa media audio visual mampu memberikan perubahan yang lebih baik 17% untuk belajar keterampilan pasing bola futsal di kelas X MA Abu Darrin Kendal Bojonegoro.

Abstract

Tujuanl penelitian inil adalah mengetahuil pengaruh modivikasil permainan rugbyl terhadap tingkatl kemampuan motorikl dan kebugaranl jasmani siswal Kelas VIIIl MTs Tarbiyatull Ulum lPekuwon, Kecamatanl Rengel,Kabupatenl Tuban. Penelitianl ini merupakanl penelitia Prel eksperimen denganl desain onel group pretestl and posttestl design, untuk Teknikl pengambilan sempelnyal menggunakan purposivel sampling, danl instrument yangl digunakan dalaml penelitian inil berupa tesl lari 30l M, laril T ltest, danl VO2max. Dan Teknikl analisis datal menggunakan lUji-tl dengan tarafl signifikansi l0,05. Hasill penelitian menunnjukanl bahwa terdapatl pengaruh yangl signifikan modifikasil permainan rugbyl terhadap tingkatl kemampuan motorikl dan kebugaranl jasmani siswal MTs Tarbiyatull Ulum lPekuwon. Denganl nilai probabilitasl atau sigl = l0,000l (lsig <l0,05), makal H1 diterimal nilai lrata-ratal postest motorikl lebih tinggil daripada nilail pretest motorikl (l104,35 > l93,20 ) danl untuk lrata-ratal posttest kebugaral juga lebihl tinggi daripadal rata-ratal pretest (l32,48 > l29,22). Oleh karena itu, dapatl ditarik kesimpulan bahwal modifikasi permainanl rugby berpengaruh terhadapl tingkat kemampuanl motorik danl kebugaran MTsl Tarbiyatul Uluml Pekuwon, denganl peningkatan kemampuanl motorik 11,15% dan kebugaran 3,26%. Kesimpulanya penelitianl ini modifikasil permainan rugbyl mempengaruhi kemampuanl motorik danl kebugaran jasmanil siswa kelasl VIII MTsl Tarbiyatul Uluml Pekuwon Kecamatanl Rengel Kabupatenl Tuban.

Abstract

The e-sport branch is very likely to produce professional athletes.  The interests and talents and potential of the community need to be given space and place to match the development of changes in social behavior in the community. Understanding e-sport as an achievement sport needs to be emphasized in order to form positive social values in society. Video games with certain types of genres are now competing in national and international championship competitions. The results of community service socialization of e-sport as an achievement sport for the level of understanding of the youth community in Klampok village are 91.7%, the remaining 8.3% of the community do not know e-sport as an achievement sport. the percentage of people who play video games according to the type of genre competed in the regional / national level e-sport championship event is 32.4%, the remaining 67.7% of the community play video games that are not competed in the regional / national level e-sport competition. People who have participated in good e-sport competitions at the regional / national level are at 20.3%, for gadget specifications that are used adequately in playing e-sport there are 58.3%, social environmental support factors 65.5%, parental support factors 8.3%.

Abstract

The training process in developing high-performance athletes is still not optimal as only 3 out of 10 athletes have achieved success. The purpose of this research is to analyze 10 athletes' basic forehand strokes using selected instruments to identify the reasons behind their lack of success in performing the fundamental movements. The research design is descriptive, employing a theory-based approach to collect, analyze, and present the gathered data. This study is quantitative in nature, with a sample size of 10 athletes. A practical test instrument was used for the analysis. The results of the research show the analysis of basic forehand stroke skills, including the initial posture, execution, and final posture, among the athletes at El-Jilany Club in Tuban Regency in 2022. Overall, the analysis indicates that the athletes' basic forehand stroke skills are satisfactory. However, there are still some athletes who demonstrate low skill levels in execution and final posture. The novelty of this research lies in the use of a practical test instrument selected by the researcher to analyze the basic forehand stroke skills of high- performance athletes. Furthermore, the study provides insights into the analysis of basic forehand stroke skills among successful athletes in a specific club, serving as a reference for athlete development in the same or other clubs.

Abstract

Physical education is an important aspect in forming an active, healthy and competitive generation. Traditional games have cultural value, social values, and physical benefits that are important for children's development. The purpose of this study is to explore the effectiveness of the traditional game approach in learning physical education in forming an active, cultured, and competitive generation in the era of globalization. This study will analyze the impact of this approach on motor skills, improved cultural understanding, and children's social and emotional development. Research methods using qualitative methods through thematic analysis methods, data from observations and interviews will be analyzed to gain a deep understanding of the benefits and contributions of traditional games in the context of Physical Education Learning. Triangulation of data will also be conducted to strengthen the validity of the findings. The results of observations and interviews with thirty respondents, obtained results with high categories where traditional games contribute to developing motor skills, enrich cultural understanding, improve social interaction, and stimulate creativity. Conclusion the traditional game approach in learning Physical Education has significant potential in shaping an active, cultured, and competitive generation in the era of globalization. Traditional games have important cultural value and are able to enrich children's understanding of their cultural heritage. In addition, traditional games can also improve motor skills, promote positive social interactions, and provide a good emotional response in children. By involving traditional games in learning, an active, creative, and fun environment can be created for children to learn.

Abstract

The purpose of this research study is to determine the impact of Countinuous Running training based on the Nike Running Club application in increasing Vo2Max in the STKIP Bina Mutiara Student Activity Unit. The research method applied in this study ia an experiment with a Ome Group Pre-test Post-test Design. The measurig instrumen used is the Balke Test to assess Vo2Max. The research subject in this study were 20 students involved in the basketball UKM selected through a satuarted sample method. Data analysis show an increase in Vo2Max or endurance in basletball players after being given treatment using Countinuous Running training based on the Nike Running Club application, with a value of t=45.987 and sig=0.000<0.05, indicating a significant effect with an average pre-test of 43.27 and an average post-test of 47.24. Based on these finding, it can be concluded that there is an increas in Vo2Max by using Countinuous Running training based on the Nike Running Club application in basketball players.

Abstract

Media audio visual telah menjadi alat yang sangat bermanfaat dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan kemampuan siswa, termasuk para siswa yang tertarik memahami teknik-teknik shooting dalam permainan sepak bola. Namun, dampak dari penggunaan media audio visual terhadap kemampuan shooting siswa dalam sepak bola adalah permasalahan yang memiliki banyak dimensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji sejauh mana media audio visual memengaruhi kemampuan shooting siswa yang berada di kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Rengel. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 31 siswa yang berada di kelas VIII-D SMP Negeri 1 Rengel. Bobby Carlton Shooting Test digunakan sebagai alat penilaian terhadap kemampuan shooting. Untuk menganalisis data, uji Wilcoxon digunakan dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 5%. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa media audio visual memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kemampuan shooting siswa kelas VIII-D SMP Negeri 1 Rengel. Hal ini diperlihatkan oleh nilai Asymp.Sig. (2-tailed) yang sebesar 0,001, dimana nilai tersebut lebih kecil daripada angka < 0,05. Kesimpulannya, media audio visual memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan kemampuan shooting pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Rengel.

Abstract

Futsal sport is one of the activities that require good techniques, tactics and physical conditions in futsal extracurricular activities requires good physical condition in order to have an effect on the players. This study aims to find out the physical condition of futsal extracurricular participants at SMPN 2 Padangan. The research technique used in this study is a survey technique in the form of descriptive research in the form of quantitative data collection, testing and measurement using the ilinois agility runs method on 25 students who participated in extracurricular futsal with a research duration of one week. The results of this study classified futsal participants into the categories of "good" speed, "good" mobility, and "good" cardiorespiratory endurance. In the formula for categorizing futsal extracurricular participants, the category is sufficient so that it can be concluded that futsal extracurricular participants have sufficient category physical conditions. Based on the results of calculations and data analysis, it can be concluded that there have been changes in students due to the influence of the direct class learning model on Ilinois and skill learning.
