Abstract

Kebutuhan akan alat transportasi saat ini merupakan kebutuhan primer atau pokok bagi mayoritas masyaraka Indonesiat, kemudahan untuk memiliki moda transportasi dalam hal ini adalah kendaraan bermotor merupakan bentuk yang nyata bahwa sepeda motor saat ini menjadi urgen. Pembelian sepeda motor bisa di dapatkan konsumen dengan cara cash dan juga kredit. Dengan demikian baik pembelian cash maupun dengan cara kredit juga menjadi alasan masyarakat memilih untuk memiliki kendaraan ini, selain itu juga menunjang untuk kebutuhan aktifitas sehari-hari serta membuat perilaku warga yang cenderung sangat konsumtif menaikkan penguna sepeda motor dari waktu ke waktu semakin bertambah banyak. Brand image, atribut produk, harga adalah 3 faktor yang tidak dapat dipisahkan satu sama lain sebagai pertimbangan konsumen untuk memutuskan akan membeli sebuah merk kendaraan bemotor tertentu yang ingin dibeli. Riset kali ini bertujuan buat menganalisa sepanjang mana adanya pengaruh brand image terhadap keputusan masyarakat untuk membeli kendaraan bermotor Honda type Beat, buat menganalisa sepanjang mana pengaruh atribut produk terhadap keputusan masyarakat untuk membeli kendaraan bermotor Honda type Beat, serta buat menganalisa pengaruh harga terhadap keputusan masyarakat untuk membeli kendaraan bermotor Honda type Beat yang terjadi pada Kabupaten Boyolali, Jawa Tengah . Riset ini adalah riset kuantitatif yang menggunakan survey melalui kuesioner untuk mendapatkan data primer yang disebar kepada para pengguna sepeda motor Honda type Beat yang ada di Kabupaten Boyolali, Jawa Tengah. Alat penelitian atau instrumen yang digunakan adalah berupa kuesioner. Dimana pilihan jawaban diukur menggunakan skala likert. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini meliputi analisis asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, uji heterokedasitas, uji autokorelasi, dan uji multikolinearitas), uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji koefisien determinasi, uji F, uji t, dan uji koefisien korelasi. Tingkat kepercayaan pada penelitian ini adalah 95% (taraf eror 5%) Dari data yang diperoleh, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan software SPSS 26. Hasil analisis penelitian menyatakan dan menyebutkan bahwa setiap butir pernyataan di instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah semua valid dan semua reliabel. Hasil uji asumsi klasik menjelaskan data yang terkumpul terdistribusi normal (sig 0,01< 0,05), tidak terjadi multikolinearitas di mana nilai untuk masing-masing variabel X1, X2, X3 adalah ( VIF=1,757; 1,702; 1,395; Tolerance=0,569; 0,587; 0,717), hasil uji utokorelasi tidak dapat diambil kesimpulan karena nilai 4-dU<d<4-dL (2,3261<2,496<2,5794), dan tidak terjadi heterokedasitas (Sig X1=0,651 > 0,05; Sig X2=0,934 > 0,05; Sig X3=0,294 > 0,05). Hasil uji t menyatakan bahwa brand image (t tabel < t hitung = 0,1506 > 2,013) dan atribut produk (t tabel < t hitung = 0,503 < 2,013) secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sementara harga produk (t tabel > t hitung = 2,229 > 2,013) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil uji F menyatakan bahwa kualitas brand image, atribut produk, dan harga produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (F tabel > F hitung = 6,570 > 2,81). Kesimpulan dari penelitian yakni antara lain brand image, atribut produk, secara parsial tidak mempengaruhi secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sementara harga produk secara parsial mempengaruhi secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil uji simultan menjelaskan jika faktor brand image, atribut produk, serta harga produk dengan serentak mempengaruhi secara signifikan atas keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Community service by students is a mentoring and service activity for community development and empowerment in applying technology or social change for the better. The targets for achievement in community service are: (1) increasing public awareness of Pancasila values, (2) preventing acts of bullying, (3) understanding the impact of using gadgets, (4) understanding the importance of death certificates. This activity was carried out in Tempursari Village with the target community and students.

Abstract

Based on the result of the Rambak Mladri MSME assistance activities owned by Satiyem, it is known that knowledge about product branding through making logos and packaging is still lacking, the use of digital technology through digital media such as Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp is also still low. In this session MSME actors  are assisted in making logos and packaging that mobile, digital marketing through social media and providing education about the benefits and dangers of reducing social media, as well as providing location points on Google Maps so that virtual customers in society are easier to find. Looking for the location of MSME Rambak Mladri Satiyem which is in Mladri RT 04 RW 02, Tempursari village, Sambi, Boyolali.

Abstract

Some of the activities that have been carried out refer to the importance of literacy, increasing nutritional value by processing local food, as well as public services through x-banners. In this increasingly advanced era, the use of technology and social media has become an inseparabel part of the current generation’s daily life. This is a new challenge for the people in Tempursari Village, namely a lack of interest in reading and a lack of information for public services. The implementations of these work programs intends to stay in touch and collaborate with the people in Tempursari Village. The problems faced by the community include limited media. Students have made efforts to increase the knowledge and skills of the Tempursari Village community in literacy, local food processing, and the presentation of public service information through X Banners.

Abstract

This is study aims to determine and prove the influence of compensation, leadership and work discipline on employee performance at KUD Mojosongo. This research using quantitative research method with the collection of data through the technique of questionnaires. Sample used for this research is 30 employees of KUD Mojosongo by using samplingjenuh method. The technique analysis used is multiple linear regression with SPSS 20. Then, seeing how big influence the compensation, leadership and work discipline on employees performance on hypoesis test. From regression analysis tes, explained that 26,3% variables of compensation, leadership and work discipline on employees performance. Meanhile 73,7% influenced by other variables. Keywords : Compensation, Leadership, Work Discipline and Employees Perfomance.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a Pentagon-Shaped Ethical Measurement framework based on Maqasid Shariah to assess organizational performance. The research employs a systematic literature review approach, analyzing scholarly works related to Maqasid Shariah and organizational performance. The study identifies relevant research from 2015 to 2024 using databases such as Scopus. The study finds that Maqasid Shariah is a comprehensive ethical framework for evaluating organizational performance. The findings suggest that integrating Maqasid Shariah into performance measurement enhances organizational credibility, corporate governance, and long-term sustainability. This study provides a Pentagon-Shaped Ethical Measurement framework based on Maqasid Shariah for evaluating organizational performance. Unlike previous research that mainly focuses on financial performance. Organizations can utilize Maqasid Shariah principles to develop a more balanced and sustainable performance assessment model. The study highlights the role of Maqasid Shariah in promoting social welfare, economic justice, and ethical business practices. Adopting a multidimensional performance framework contributes to long-term economic sustainability, fair wealth distribution, and corporate social responsibility (CSR).

Abstract

This study examines the influence of implementing Tawazun Agency Cost on the management of Financial Risk and its impact on the Financial Performance of Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia. Tawazun Agency Cost is a concept that emphasizes balancing agency costs with prudence and fairness in decision-making between managers and the owners of Islamic boarding schools. Using a quantitative approach, this research employed questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents from Islamic boarding schools registered with the Ministry of Religious Affairs during the 2019–2024 period. Data analysis was conducted using multiple regression and classical assumption tests to ensure the validity of the results. The findings indicate that the application of Tawazun Agency Cost significantly contributes to reducing Financial Risk, which indirectly improves the Financial Performance of Islamic boarding schools. In addition, financial risk was also found to have a negative effect on financial performance, highlighting the importance of effective risk management. This study provides important implications for the management of Islamic boarding schools in optimizing agency costs and risk management to achieve optimal financial performance. The results of this research are expected to serve as a reference for academics and practitioners in developing more effective financial management strategies based on the principles of balance and fairness.
