Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian untuk mengetahui bagaimana komunikasi   organisasi dalam proses pembuatan keputusan (decision making process) di Unit Pelaksana Teknis Perlindungan   Tanaman Pangan dan Holtikura   (UPT-PTPH) Provinsi  Sumatera  Utara.  Penelitian  ini  menggunakan  metode  pendekatan kualitatif, dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa .Komunikasi membantu proses penyampaian informasi yang diperlukan untuk mengambil keputusan. Proses pengambilan keputusan adalah proses pemilihan alternatif terbaik dari berbagai alternatif yang secara sistematis dipilih sebagai cara untuk menyelesaikan masalah. Penggalian data   dan fakta melalui komunikasi internal dan eksternal   adalah   proses penting untuk menghasilkan keputusan yang dibutuhkan organisasi. Kesimpulan penelitian bahwa pengambil keputusan seyogyanya memiliki informasi lengkap mengenai persoalan yang dihadapi, memiliki alternatif solusi yang jelas, dan hasil yang akan dicapai melalui solusi tersebut dapat diperkirakan. Sebagai sebuah sistem, komunikasi organisasi melibatkan para pimpinan atau atasan dan para karyawan yang saling berinteraksi dan mengadakan komunikasi yang berjenjang yaitu komunikasi dari atasan ke bawah dan komunikasi dari bawahan ke atas atau komunikasi antar bawahan. Komunikasi antara pimpinan dan karyawan berlangsung dengan baik sehingga tercipta hubungan kerja yang harmonis.

Abstract

Garbage is a big problem in Medan City. Therefore, this study aims to find out how the role of government in empowering the community through waste management. In this study, data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observation, and literature study. The analysis technique used is an interactive qualitative. Qualitative data analysis is carried out interactively and continues continuously until it is complete so that the data is already saturated. The results showed that the government did not have a special program for the development of this garbage bank. When the government has not optimally developed future development plans, the community will also feel pessimistic and unsure of the existence of this garbage bank. The community is less interested in getting involved in this garbage bank. The community felt that the training they had received was only knowledge and did not have a great opportunity to be developed. This relates to the statement that one of the obstacles in implementing community empowerment is the rejection of the community itself because the community does not have confidence.

Abstract

ABSTRACTSince the discourse on religious censorship was presented by minister lukman (2014-2019) judge saifuddin (2014-2019), the ministry of religions has continued to develop knowledge and strengthen religious censorship narratives through various platforms in the digital world. The study focuses on increased religious censorship by the ministry of the republic of Indonesia on youtube, the most popular social media platform for today's Internet users. Using a method of analysis of content with a descriptive analysis method, the study reaches several conclusions. First, in intensity, the use of the youtube channel in strengthening religious censorship issues still needs to be increased. Of the total of 318 videos uploaded to the youtube account by the ministry of religion, only 15 (4.71%) contain content on censorship and religious harmony. The annual frequency was still low, and even in 2019 there was no content on moderation and religious harmony. Second, the concept of religious censorship is still applied primarily to intellectuals who have not touched millennials. Its trend is still limited in eradicating negative issues related to the government's religious regulation program. Third, according to the warganet reaction data on censored and harmonized video content remains low. It has been found that netizens prefer the term of harmony to moderation. This suggests that the people of Indonesia in general prefer harmony, but there are still some interpretations or negative impressions of the term "moderation" carried by the ministry of religions.Keywords: religious moderation, ministry of religion, youtube

Abstract

ABSTRACT           The study of the aim of science, methods of generating science, its ideas, assumptions, hypotheses, distinctions from other disciplines, and how science is applied in society are all part of philosophy of science. The debate in this paper will delve deeper into the topic of Epistemology. Epistemology is a branch of philosophy. Epistemology is a discipline of philosophy that studies the nature of knowledge especially for four (four) key aspects of knowledge such as validity, structure, limits, and sources of information, and this is included in the study of legal science. The epistemological components of legal science are discussed in This case resolution procedure is broken down into numerous parts. Explaining, interpreting, and systematizing legal materials consisting of legal concepts, regulations, and decisions to decide the law that applies to legal challenges that occur is part of the process. Case resolution does not begin with legal principles, but with difficulties that take the form of explaining a variety of facts, connections, and occurrences that conceal one or more legal problems. This article explores the Study of Communication Epistemology, which studies knowledge as a whole or as a portion, and Explicit or Implicit Knowledge, which is more particular in discussing science philosophy. Keywords: Communications Epistemology, Knowledge, Explicit Or Implicit Knowledge

Abstract

ABSTRACT  Child behavior is a result of the interpretation of communication by parents in the family. The child’s first education comes from within the family, especially from their parents. Good communication in the cultivation of morals for the child will result in good behavior in the early stages. The problem that is presented is communication the how good the cultivation of morals in the outdoors of the city field. Methods of research used are qualitative descriptive, observations, and interviews performed by each child and parents in the family in the field. The results of the research have been obtained that good two-way communication within the family between parents and children can implant morality in the child, the use of good language in communication avoids the child from bad morality. Key Words: Communication In The Famil,  Moral Planting For Children
