Abstract

Nowadays, libraries are rarely visited by people or students due to the widespread use of sophisticated equipment to search for information, but there are still some people who come to the library to look for important references, but most people who come to the library are often uncomfortable because of the service. from admin and library which is less than satisfactory. The library at the Medan Integrated Al-Ulum Islamic College still has a manual concept and is still rigid in the services provided to library visitors. The Community Service Team is here to provide socialization regarding service to visitors who come in a good and friendly manner, and with this community service it teaches officers to be able to communicate and provide good service in the future, because the library is a facility that provides information for the general public. Abstract

The development of social media is very rapid as time goes by, because over time technology will increasingly develop. One of the functions of social media is to connect one party to another party, but as time goes by, the function of social media is not only to connect one party to another party, but with social media public opinion can be changed and even adjusted to the interests of the party starting the provocation. the. Every human being has interests and these interests are the key to everything, from these interests other functions of social media emerge. Propaganda in this digital era has many roles in political issues in Indonesia.

Abstract

Public speaking is not just about talking, it's a soft skill that anyone can learn. Public speaking, whether in the workplace, recreation, social, educational or organizational context, requires special skills. Problems that many people experience when speaking in front of an audience include lack of confidence, nervousness, memory loss, stuttering, not understanding the content of the speech, and not being able to improvise well, which can eventually become monotonous. cannot control the audience, and so on. The beginning of becoming an MC is with the intention and willingness to always try to speak in front of the public. The implementation method in this training activity is training, education, simulation and demonstration until evaluation. The result obtained, many mothers are interested and interested in becoming MC in every activity, and continue to try in training and when there is a simulation or demonstration..

Abstract

Pemerintah Indonesia dalam beberapa dekade ini sangat gencar memperbaharui sektor wisata baik dari segi sarana maupun pra sarananya. Dari sudut sosial, kegiatan pariwisata akan memperluas kesempatan tenaga kerja baik dari kegiatan pembangunan sarana dan prasarana maupun dari berbagai sektor usaha. Desa Rugemuk,sebagaimana hal nya dengan wilayah pesisir pantai lainnya memiliki jumlah penduduk yang mayoritas bermata pencaharian sebagai nelayan. Berdasarkan pengamatan dan beberapa bahan literatur, peningkatan kualitas  ekonomi masyarakat sudah dilakukan melalui beberapa upaya penyuluhan kepada masyarakat. Namun kendalanya adalah pemodalan dan ketrampilan yang belum jelas. Karena permasalahan tersebut tidak terjawab akhirnya masyarakat enggan membuka.  Maka dipandang perlu untuk memberikan pelatihan berwirausaha bagi masyarakat setempat dengan memanfaatkan potensi alam berupa wisata pantai. Wisata pantai identik dengan kuliner, Oleh karena itu, maka perlu dilakukan pelatihan yang berhubungan dengan kuliner, dalam hal ini meracik kopi yang akan dapat digunakan sebagai dasar dalam membuka usaha dibidang makanan dan minuman di pantai. Dari hasil pelaksanaan terlihat bahwa peserta sangat antusias dalam mengikuti pelatihan mulai dari awal hingga akhir dan sangat penting dilakukan secara berkelanjutan sehingga masyarakat semakin termotivasi untuk berwirausaha di bidang kuliner

Abstract

There is a significant need for his employment market among the younger generation, who have transitioned from high school to college. as a result of the fact that a significant number of young individuals are currently seeking employment opportunities through various sources, including newspapers, news, acquaintances, and social media.  There is a wide range of employment opportunities and comprising knowledge, creativity, innovation, soft skills, and hard skills that are possessed by youthful individuals.  Therefore, the future young generation will persist in their creative endeavours by establishing employment opportunities on social media platforms, including being a blogger, content creator, startup, social media administrator, content writer, online animation maker, shopee, lazada, gopay, funds, and traveloka. This will enable the younger generation to secure decent jobs and combat the widespread unemployment that is prevalent in both domestic and international settings.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Penerapan Komunikasi Antar Budaya Kerja Jepang Dalam Penerimaan Tenaga Kerja Kontruksi Bangunan Indonesia Di Sending Organization Lembaga Pelatihan Kerja Eru Putra Indonesia (So Lpk Epi) Kabupaten Batu Bara. Adapun yang menjadi rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana penerapan komunikasi antar budaya kerja Jepang dalam penerimaan tenaga kerja kontruksi bangunan Indonesia SO LPK EPI dan bagaimana hambatan yang terjadi dalam penerapan komunikasi antar budaya kerja Jepang dalam penerimaan tenaga kerja kontruksi bangunan indonesia di SO LPK EPI. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan komunikasi antar budaya kerja jepang dalam penerimaan tenaga kerja kontruksi bangunan di SO Lembaga Pelatihan Kerja Eru Putra Indonesia dan untuk mengetahui hambatan yang terjaidi dalam penerapan komunikasi antar budaya kerja kerja jepang dalam penerimaan tenaga kerja Kontruksi Bangunan di SO Lembaga Pelatiha Kerja Eru Putra Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SO LEMBAGA PELATIHAN KERJA ERU PUTRA INDONESIA yang beralamat di Jalan Putri Malu, No.8 Dusun III Desa Sumber Makmur, Kecamatan Lima Puluh,Kabupaten Batu Bara, Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Informan penelitian ini adalah 1. Konsultan 2. Pembina 3. Ketua 4. Admin. Penelitian ini menggunakan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif yang dimana penelitian ini menggunakan tenik analisis data yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Adapun kesimpulan dari penelitian ini diantaranya; 1. Penerapan Komunikasi Antar Budaya Kerja Jepang Dalam Penerimaan Tenaga Kerja Kontruksi Bangunan Indonesia Di SO LPK EPI meliputi 5 prinsip komunikasi antar budaya diantaranya tujuan, proses komunikasi, sistem transaksional, karakteristik komunikan. 2. Hambatan yang terjadi dalam penerapan komunikasi antar budaya kerja Jepang dalam penerimaan tenaga kerja kontruksi bangunan indonesia di SO LPK EPI meliputi hambatan manusiawi, hambatan semantik, dan hambatan teknis.

Abstract

Cyberbullying is a form of bullying that occurs in the digital world through social media, which has serious psychological and physical impacts on victims, such as depression, anxiety, sleep disorders, and decreased motivation to study. Teenagers, as active users of social media, are vulnerable to this type of bullying, so anti-bullying education on social media is very important to increase awareness, empathy, and responsibility in online interactions. The community service program at MAPN 4 Medan employs interactive socialization methods, provides educational modules, and establishes peer support groups to prevent and address cyberbullying. Evaluations indicate improved understanding among students and teachers regarding the various forms and impacts of cyberbullying, as well as increased awareness of the need for proactive action in prevention. Teacher involvement and school environment support are key factors in the program's success. With ongoing education and social support, it is hoped that a safe, comfortable, and mentally healthy school environment will be created for students in the digital age

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to identify Sales promotions are a form of direct promotion that offers customers additional incentives or value for a product. Sales promotions encompass a wide range of tools, primarily those designed to encourage a faster or stronger market response. One of the best ways to communicate with customers is through promotions. And one of the ways most often used by marketing to introduce goods to customers is advertising. Researchers used Slovin's idea as a sampling technique.  Current advertising is positive but not significant to purchasing decisions. This may be due to too much ineffective promotion or a lack of it. Interesting advertisement. Today, sales promotions through discounts and contests and events strongly influence purchasing decisions; this must be maintained and improved. Consumers today are more motivated to buy goods on Tiktok stores through discounts rather than contests or events held.Keywords: Advertising, Sales Promotion, Purchase Decisions

Abstract

General elections (Pemilu) are a strong foundation of democracy, but are often affected by various manipulative tactics used by political actors. This article aims to present a literature review of manipulative tactics that often appear in the context of general elections. We analyze various empirical and theoretical studies that highlight manipulative practices such as duping the masses, spreading fake news, money politics, voter intimidation, and gerrymandering. Through a synthesis of the literature, we identify the factors that drive the use of manipulative tactics and their impact on democratic integrity. Additionally, we explore efforts to address manipulative tactics, including stricter regulations, voter education, and the role of media and civil society in combating practices that undermine democratic processes. This analysis provides a deeper understanding of political dynamics in general elections and their relevance in the context of sustainable democratic development.
