Abstract

The rapid development of information technology encourages universities to provide fast, effective, and integrated academic services. Alma Ata University has implemented an Academic Information System (SIAKAD) which functions as a service support in the learning process. However, this system is still faced with several obstacles, including constrained access speed when filling in attendance and the occurrence of recurring service interruptions. This research aims to evaluate the capability level of SIAKAD and develop recommendations for improvement based on the results of the audit conducted with the COBIT 5 framework, especially in the Deliver, Service, and Support (DSS) domain. The methodology applied is mixed methods, which combines qualitative and quantitative approaches. The research findings show that the capability of each subdomain is measured at level 4 (Predictable Process), while the desired target is level 5 in each DSS subdomain. Thus, it can be concluded that SIAKAD of Alma Ata University has been operating well and consistently, but requires improvement steps to achieve the expected level 5.

Abstract

The increasing complexcity of cyber threats has reinforced the need for robust digital forensic readiness in higher education institutions. However, existing frameworks often lack integration between forensic capabilities and IT governance practices. Objective: This study aims to develop and validate a new instrument to assess digital forensic readiness based on the COBIT 2019 framework. Methods: A three-round Delphi process was conducted with seven digital forensics and IT governance experts to develop and validate a new instrument comprising forty proposed indicators across six domains. Result : The instrument achieved full context, with  I-CVI values increasing from 0.60 to 0.99 and IQR values reaching  1.00 across all items. Implications: The validated instrument integrates governance and forensic principles, providing a standardized tool for institutional self-assessment and policy development, while contributing methodologically through the use of a structured Delphi validation process.

Abstract

Cybercrime continues to increase and innovate along with the rapid development of internet and more easily accessible everywhere. Most business organizations have used the internet for its operations so that the use of browsers is a necessity to support work. So that the browser also adjusts to improve security on the user's side so that information accessed by users cannot be known by other users. Browzar is a browser that answers these challenges, where Browzar can run without having to be installed on the computer and automatically deletes information generated by the use of the browser itself. However, these advantages become a challenge for investigators because these advantages can be exploited by cybercriminals to eliminate, minimize existing digital evidence. This study intends to analyze and find digital evidence in criminal cases using Browzar with Live Forensic. Digital evidence is obtained using dumpit for data acquisition and forensic volatility memory and winhex to analyze data and information on RAM. Results of the study were able to obtain information that could be used for digital evidence on Browzar web browser, namely URL history, account used log in, namely username and password, timestamp, that is, the user access time to a web page.

Abstract

Educational Equity in Indonesia is categorized low, it is approved by decreased amount of facilities used in learning process. There are finded in only particular sectors like city, then in village and minorities have not been got the same right. The using of learning media is so helpful in delivering the material among to the students and can be used as dynamic teaching material so it can help in catching and understanding the material. Augmented reality is one of technological development that can be used in making learning media in android operation system with using marker as object reader such as seven wonders of the world. The using of augmented reality makes the object more factual so it can increase students’s motivation in learning. The method used in making this media is Systems Development Life Cycle method followed as 1) Analysis, 2) Design, 3) Testing, 4) Implementation and 5) Maintenance. Testing in making learning media application seven wonders of the world is applied with using black box testing and media expert, material expert and users’s testing. The testing result presents this media can help teaching learning process with percentage average is 90.37 % got from media expert’s testing in 86,36%, material expert’ testing in 87,5%, and user’s testing in 97,27%. It means this learning media is so practiced.

Abstract

Evaluation activities are part of the learning process at every level of education. The evaluation model or method also varies, from written tests to practical tests. Of the many evaluation methods, written evaluation or written test is an evaluation method that takes up a lot of paper, which is about 166 million pieces of paper for one national examination throughout Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to use a Computer Based Test (CBT) system that can be used as an alternative to overcome the problem of excessive paper use. The research method used in this study is R & D combined with ADDIE learning design concepts. This CBT system uses the PHP (Persolan Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language with a MySQL database connection to manage the content of the CBT system itself. This CBT system is intended for junior high / high school / vocational / equivalent levels with a trial percentage value of 83.34% for product validation test, 100% for operator user test and 88.94% for user test.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has driven transformation in the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector, including the Sedulur Jogomukti community in Jogotirto Village, which still faces limitations in marketing, financial management, and cybersecurity awareness. These conditions formed the basis for implementing an assistance program to enhance the capacity and resilience of MSMEs in the digital era. This study aims to analyze the improvement of MSME competencies through a comparison of pre-test and post-test results after the program. The method applied was a participatory case study consisting of four stages: problem analysis, website development, training and mentoring, and evaluation. Data were collected from 40 MSME participants using a Likert scale questionnaire administered before and after the intervention. The results indicated a significant increase across all measured aspects, including production management, digital marketing, financial management, as well as cybersecurity and disaster risk mitigation. Digital marketing, financial management, and cybersecurity recorded the most substantial improvements compared to the initial conditions. These findings confirm that a holistic mentoring program through the utilization of websites can strengthen both the competitiveness and resilience of MSMEs in facing digital challenges.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan menganalisis efektivitas pelatihan pemanfaatan teknologi kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence/AI) dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru, khususnya dalam pengembangan media pembelajaran kreatif. Pelatihan dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 7 Yogyakarta dengan melibatkan guru-guru dalaliterasiemaparan teori dan praktik langsung menggunakan berbagai platform AI, seperti ChatGPT, Canva AI, serta generator gambar dan video berbasis AI. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur perubahan kemampuan peserta sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata skor dari 5,95 menjadi 9,50, yang menandakan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada aspek pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap guru dalam menerapkan AI. Guru mampu menghasilkan media pembelajaran digital yang lebih interaktif dan relevan dengan kebutuhan siswa. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan AI berperan penting dalam meningkatkan literasi teknologi guru sekaligus mendukung transformasi digital di lingkungan pendidikan menengah.

Abstract

The use of information technology in organizations, including government agencies, is crucial for improving efficiency and service quality. XYZ Library utilizes information technology in various aspects of its operations, thus requiring an analysis of information technology governance to ensure optimal utilization. This study aims to analyze the performance of information technology governance at XYZ Library using the COBIT 5.0 Framework, focusing on the Deliver, Service, and Support (DSS) and Monitor, Evaluate, and Assess (MEA) domains. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method, with data collection through interviews, observations, and questionnaires. The analysis was conducted to measure the level of capability of the DSS and MEA domains and identify gaps (GAP) between the current state (as-is) and the expected state (to-be). The results show that four of the five domains are at levels 4 or 3, with a GAP of 1 level from the expected target. DSS01, MEA02, and MEA03 show fairly consistent processes but still need improvement in terms of innovation, documentation, and compliance audits. Meanwhile, the DSS02 and MEA01 domains still require improvement in terms of documentation and incident evaluation procedures, as well as system performance. This study provides strategic recommendations aimed at strengthening information technology governance at the XYZ Library on a sustainable basis in the future.
