Abstract

Implementing the risk-based business licensing system or OSS-risk-based approach (OSS-RBA) is an innovative step in government administration that will improve efficiency, transparency, and openness in the business licensing process in Indonesia. This licensing system is useful for facilitating business actors in issuing business licenses. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method that makes the Bantul Regency Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office (DPMPTSP) as the object. This study aims to determine the implementation of the OSS-RBA Policy, Factors that inhibit the implementation of OSS-RBA, and Efforts made to overcome Obstacles in implementing OSS-RBA by the Bantul Regency DPMPTSP. The findings that researchers found during the study were that OSS-RBA was very helpful for people who experienced obstacles with distance problems so that they could not come to the DPMPTSP to take care of permits and researchers also found people who were not fully aware of the existence of this OSS-RBA policy. Based on the research that has been conducted, the author concludes that the implementation of the OSS-RBA policy provides benefits to the community, especially those who are or live far from DPMPTSP, and is very helpful for people who cannot come to DPMPTSP. The author's suggestion to DPMPTSP Bantul Regency is to optimize widespread socialization, overcome internet network obstacles, and improve the quality of human resources to maximize services from the OSS-RBA policy.

Abstract

Business legality is an important aspect that shows legal recognition of a business entity, especially for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). In an effort to increase awareness and ease for business actors in obtaining legality, the Bantul Regency Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office (DPMPTSP) launched the GAMPIL (Direct Licensing Service Movement) innovation program. This program aims to direct the licensing process through the publication of a Business Identification Number (NIB) quickly and efficiently. NIB not only functions as a single identity for business actors according to the 2020 KBLI classification, but also replaces various other business permits, such as Company Registration Certificates (TDP) and Import Identification Numbers (API), and facilitates export access. The program implementation method uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, involving three main stages: research, action, and community participation. This program has been implemented in 18 villages with the support of the Special Fund, resulting in 713 NIBs being issued in a short time. Evaluation of the program showed success in various indicators, including high community participation (95%), efficiency of the NIB creation process (average 1 hour), and participant satisfaction level of 90%. In addition to administrative benefits, the GAMPIL program also has a positive impact on community economic empowerment, increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs, and creating a favorable investment climate in the Regency. The GAMPIL program has proven the effectiveness of integrated licensing services such as OSS in accelerating the business legality process and encouraging formal economic participation. With satisfactory results, this program is expected to continue, expand its reach, and become a model for other regions to create fast, easy, and sustainable licensing services to support local economic growth.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara dengan tingkat risiko bencana alam yang tinggi, baik geologis maupun hidrometeorologis. Dalam situasi ini, institusi pendidikan memiliki peran penting dalam menanamkan budaya kesiapsiagaan bencana sejak dini. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Madrasah Aliyah-Salafiyah Ulya Islamic Centre Bin Baz Putri Yogyakarta dengan tujuan meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman siswa terkait mitigasi bencana alam. Pendekatan yang digunakan bersifat edukatif dan partisipatif, melalui penyuluhan interaktif dan kuis reflektif. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam beberapa tahapan, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan edukasi, dan sesi kuis partisipatif yang dirancang menyenangkan untuk mempermudah pemahaman siswa terhadap informasi tanggap darurat. Materi yang diberikan mencakup jenis bencana, potensi lokal di Yogyakarta, serta langkah-langkah mitigasi dan peran pelajar dalam pengurangan risiko. Respon siswa sangat positif dan partisipatif, didukung oleh keterlibatan guru yang menyatakan perlunya kegiatan berkelanjutan dan integrasi dalam kurikulum. Simulasi “drop-cover-hold” dan visualisasi dampak bencana membantu siswa memahami realitas di lapangan. Program ini memperkuat kapasitas sekolah dalam menciptakan budaya sadar bencana dan berpotensi menjadi model bagi sekolah keagamaan lainnya. Kolaborasi dengan BPBD serta integrasi kurikulum menjadi strategi lanjutan yang direkomendasikan.

Abstract

The development of information technology today, a business can be integrated into all business activities from sales to customer relations into one system. Thus, all employees in various divisions of the company can report their activities in the system. The need for efforts to optimize the role of their information technology to run effectively and optimally. Prasetya Outdoor realizes the importance of maintaining service quality and optimizing business processes. Prasetya Outdoor intends to improve its competitiveness by adopting an Odoo-based ERP system with a focus on the rental module and website. Here are some of the methods used by the camping equipment rental at Prasetya outdoor: Online Booking, Physical On-site Rental, Rental Packages, and Customer Service. The obstacles that occur in the Prasetya Outdoor rental business are problems regarding marketing development and inventory management that are still not maximized. So the conclusion is that the entire system created can meet the needs of Prasetya Outdoor partners in terms of marketing and inventory management because the implementation of Odoo ERP in the Prasetya Outdoor rental business includes a rental module and an e-commerce website module. Hopefully in the future, the rental module and e-commerce website can be further expanded and optimized.

Abstract

Kalurahan Pleret mengembangkan website Sistem Informasi sebagai bagian dari implementasi Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik (SPBE) guna meningkatkan kualitas layanan publik. Namun, penerapannya masih menghadapi kendala seperti gangguan sistem, rendahnya literasi digital masyarakat, dan keterbatasan akses internet. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat penerimaan masyarakat terhadap website tersebut menggunakan metode TAM, yang terdiri dari lima variabel utama: PU, PEOU, ATUT, BITU dan ATU. Metode analisis menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan SmartPLS melalui evaluasi outer model dan inner model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari tujuh hipotesis yang diajukan, enam diterima dan satu ditolak, yang mengindikasikan tingkat penerimaan masyarakat tergolong tinggi. Hal ini didukung oleh nilai R-square pada PU sebesar 67,7%, BITU 71,1%, ATUT 50,5%, dan ATU 61,9%. Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar pengelola sistem terus meningkatkan fitur, desain antarmuka, dan kenyamanan penggunaan website, serta memberikan edukasi bertahap kepada masyarakat agar mereka mampu memahami dan memanfaatkan layanan yang tersedia secara optimal.

Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah mendorong pertumbuhan portal berita online sebagai sumber utama informasi masyarakat. Dalam konteks ini, tingkat kepuasan pengguna menjadi faktor kunci dalam menentukan loyalitas dan keberlanjutan portal berita. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kepuasan pengguna portal berita Headline Media menggunakan metode End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS), yang meliputi lima dimensi utama: konten, akurasi, format, kemudahan penggunaan, dan ketepatan waktu. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan survei kepada 100 responden yang dipilih secara acak. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode statistik deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh signifikan setiap dimensi terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel konten, akurasi, dan format memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna, sedangkan kemudahan penggunaan dan ketepatan waktu tidak memberikan pengaruh signifikan. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi pengelola portal berita untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan dengan fokus pada dimensi yang paling memengaruhi kepuasan pengguna.

Abstract

Effective IT service management must combine operational excellence with seamless user experience in today's digital era. This paper introduces the Deployment and Integration Framework for Assessment (DIFA), a conceptual model that integrates the System Usability Scale (SUS) within the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework. ITIL offers a structured approach to aligning IT services with business objectives, while SUS provides reliable usability measurements from the user's perspective. By embedding SUS assessments throughout ITIL's lifecycle—spanning service strategy, design, transition, operation, and continual improvement—DIFA enables organizations to evaluate and enhance IT services' usability systematically. This integration bridges the gap between process efficiency and user satisfaction, supporting informed decision-making, improved service adoption, and better alignment with user needs. The findings highlight the strategic value of combining usability evaluation with ITIL's best practices, offering a sustainable and scalable pathway for organizations to deliver IT services that are both technically robust and intuitively user-friendly.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital membuka peluang besar sekaligus menghadirkan tantangan bagi Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM), khususnya di wilayah pedesaan. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan bersama Komunitas Sedulur Jogomukti di Kalurahan Jogotirto dengan tujuan membangun ketahanan UMKM melalui pendekatan holistik. Metode pelaksanaannya menggunakan studi kasus partisipatif dengan empatmodul utama, yaitu literasi digital dan pemasaran, inovasi produk dan branding, manajemen keuangan sederhana, serta keamanan siber dan mitigasi bencana. Hasil pendampingan awal menunjukkan pemahaman pelaku UMKM pada aspek manajemen produksi (79%) dan kapasitas UMKM (77%), diikuti oleh pemasaran digital (62%) dan manajemen keuangan (65%). Sementara itu, kesadaran mengenai keamanan siber dan mitigasi bencana masih relatif rendah (60%). Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaku UMKM dari Sedulur Bakul Jogomukti memerlukan perhatian dan pendampingan agar UMKM bisa naik kelas dan menjadi UMKM yang tangguh di tengah-tengah persaingan yang ketat dan ancaman bencana yang tidak bisa diprediksi
