Abstract

Bullying merupakan perilaku agresif di sengaja dengan tujuan untuk memberikan gangguan fisik maupun psikologis pada orang lain. Fenomena bullying yang terjadi di berbagai belahan dunia dapat menimbulkan berbagai efek negatif, baik bagi korban maupun bagi pelaku. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan kajian literatur mengenai fakor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku bullying. Penelusuran dilakukan di database elektronik seperti Proquest, Science Direct, Scopus dan Google Schoolar dengan menggunakan kata kunci ?bullying? dengan tahun terbit artikel antara tahun 2014 sampai 2019. Hasil review literatur menunjukan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilkau bullying yaitu kepribadian, keluarga, adverse children experience dan lingkungan sekolah. Penelitian mengenai bullying mayoritas di lakukan pada remaja dengan ruang lingkup penelitian di sekolah. Skala penelitian yang digunakan di dasarkan pada bentuk-bentuk penelitian yang disusun oleh Olweous.

Abstract

Abstract. Mother is person who very close to her child, mother always caring and pay attention, this closeness creates child's trust to his mother. Trust is what makes children feeling that the mother is the most comfortable people to share all their complaints without demeaning. This study aims to explore the child's closeness with his mother and the reason. This research used qualitative research with constructive realism method, the subject of this research are 60 students that aged 20-28 years, the subject was asked: "how close to his mother and made a reason why the subject was close to his mother?". FGD was conducted on six-person subjects, and open interviews with 1 subject, data analysis using categorization method. The results of this study indicate that there are 6 categories of reasons children believe to mothers, which are caring (20.57%), understanding (20%), sincere (18%), attention (17.67%), patient (9.67%), resilient (9.35% ) and others (4.74%). The FGD results and interviews show that the main reason for child trust is mother caring and understanding, caring is shown by always trying to meet the children needs, giving a good example, and giving the best to his family. Understanding from mother makes child tell various things and accepted.Keywords: caring; mother; trust; understanding.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the model of the influence of authoritarian parenting, extraversion personality, and conformity to bullying in students. The population in this study were all students of grade eight of X, Y, Z state middle school in Yogyakarta, consisting of 524 students. The sample in this study was 185 students. The sampling technique used in this study was cluster random sampling. The data were collected with the scales which were developed for each variable studied. Data analysis was performed by testing the outer and inner models using structural equation model (SEM) through the Smart Partial Least Square 3.2.8 program. The results of this study were the formation of the model of the influence of authoritarian parenting, extraversion personality, and conformity to bullying that was found to be fit with empirical data. Overall, the findings suggested that all variables under investigation (authoritarian parenting, extraversion personality, and conformity) had positive and a very significant influence on bullying. This model can be used as a valid reference in developing bullying variables.

Abstract

Penyebaran Covid-19 telah memberikan berbagai efek negatif terhadap Kesehatan mental. Salah satu faktor protektif penurunan kesehatan mental adalah resiliensi. Tinjauan literatur ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui model teoritik dari faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi resiliensi. Hasil studi ini menunjukkan bahwa resiliensi dapat dipengaruhi oleh religiusitas, dukungan sosial dan spiritualitas. Religiusitas, dukungan sosial dan spiritualitas dapat menjadi pendukung peningkatan resiliensi, di mana resiliensi dapat menjadi faktor protektif penurunan kesehatan mental di masa pandemi Covid-19.Kata Kunci: dukungan sosial, pandemi Covid-19, religiusitas, resiliensi, spiritualitasConceptual Models of Resilience during Covid-19 Pandemic: The Effects of Religiosity, Social Support and SpiritualityAbstractThe spread of Covid-19 has various negative effects on mental health. Abstract

Fasting is one of worship rituals that is usually done by santri, but they have many activities in boarding school and campus that caused not only positive but also various negative effects. These effects may lower the productivity and life satisfaction, and increase negative emotion. This research aims to examine the relationship of fasting quality and happiness. This study used quantitative method with the fasting quality scale based on Al-Ghazali’s theory and Oxford Happiness Questionnaire, which is analyzed by Pearson analysis method. Total respondent for this research is 150 respondents. The result of this research shows that the quality of fasting had correlation with santri’s happiness, with percentage is 0.466. When fasting santri avoided to do something bad, be more patient, and tried to do anything according with guidance from Allah that it causes positive emotion and satisfaction, so they have high quality of fasting and happiness.

Abstract

Extraversion personality is one of the personality dimensions in the big five pesonality. The extraversion personality is reflected in six aspects, namely warmth, gregariousness, assertiveness, activity level, excitement seeking and positive emotions. The purpose of this study was to examine the construct validity and construct reliability on the extraversion personality scale as well as to examine the aspects and indicators that reflect the construct of extraversion personality. The population in this study were all students of class VIII at schools X, Y, Z which are state junior high schools in Yogyakarta with a total of 524 students. The sample in this study is 185 students. The sampling technique uses cluster random sampling. The data collection method used extraversion personality scale. Research data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through the SmartPLS 3.2.8 program. Based on the results of the data analysis, the aspects and indicators that reflect the extraversion personality construct are valid and reliable. The most dominant aspect that reflects extraversion personality is the activity level with a loading factor of 0,764. Meanwhile, the weakest aspect in reflecting extraversion personality is warmth with a loading factor value of 0,424. These results indicate that all aspects and indicators are able to reflect the extraversion personality construct. Thus, the measurement model can be accepted because the theory describes the personality construct of extraversion fit with empirical data obtained from the subject.Keywords: Activity level, extraversion personality, warmthAbstrak: Kepribadian extraversion adalah salah satu dimensi kepribadian dalam big five pesonality. Kepribadian extraversion direfleksikan melalui enam aspek yaitu warmth, gregariousness, assertiveness, activity level, excitement seeking dan positive emotions. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji validitas konstruk dan reliabilitas konstruk pada skala kepribadian extraversion serta menguji aspek-aspek dan indikator-indikator yang dapat merefleksikan konstruk kepribadian extraversion. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII pada sekolah X, Y, Z yang merupakan sekolah menengah pertama negeri di Yogyakarta dengan jumlah 524 siswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 185 siswa. Teknik sampling menggunakan cluster random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala kepribadian extraversion. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) melalui program SmartPLS 3.2.8. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, diperoleh  hasil  aspek-aspek dan  indikator  yang merefleksikan konstruk  kepribadian extraversion dinyatakan valid dan reliabel. Aspek yang paling  dominan merefleksikan kepribadian extraversion adalah activity level dengan loading factor 0,764. Sedangkan aspek yang paling lemah dalam merefleksikan kepribadian extraversion adalah warmth dengan nilai loading factor 0,424. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa semua aspek dan indikator mampu merefleksikan konstruk kepribadian extraversion. Dengan demikian, model pengukuran bisa diterima karena teori yang menggambarkan konstruk kepribadian extraversion fit dengan data empirik yang diperoleh dari subjek.

Abstract

Menentukan spesifikasi jurusan kuliah merupakan hal yang membingungkan bagi sebagain orang. Masih ditemukan fenomena salah jurusan di berbagai universitas di indonesia. Hal tersebut berkaitan dengan kurangnya pengetahuan siswa mengenai minat, bakat dan kemampuan yang dimilikinya. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran minat bakat dan kemampuan intelegensi pada siswa kelas XII MA Daarul Uluum PUI Majalengka. Partisipan dalam pengabdian ini berjumlah 51 siswa. Instrumen psikotes yang diberikan berupa Rothwell Miller Interest Blank (RMIB), Forer Sentence Completion Test (FSCT) dan Intelligenz Struktur Test (IST). Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini memberikan siswa gambaran minat, intelegensi, serta gambaran kepribadian siswa. Melalui hasil tes tersebut siswa lebih mudah untuk menentukan jurusan pendidikan apa yang akan di ambil selanjutnya. Sekolah juga memiliki gambaran pendampingan yang akan diberikan kepada siswa sesuai dengan minat, bakat, intelegensi dan kepribadian setiap siswa.

Abstract

Penngabdian kepada masyarakat ini menggabungkan literasi kesehatan mental dan advokasi terhadap permasalahan bullying pada remaja, khususnya di SMKN Panyingkiran, Majalengka. Literasi kesehatan mental mencakup pemahaman umum dan penerapan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, termasuk dalam mengatasi kasus bullying. Kasus bullying di Indonesia adalah masalah serius yang memerlukan perhatian publik dan pemerintah. Advokasi dapat membantu korban bullying dan menghasilkan perubahan sosial atau kebijakan yang lebih adil. Kegiatan pengabdian ini berhasil memberikan pemahaman kepada 70 siswa kelas X tentang kesadaran kesehatan mental, bahaya bullying, teknik penanganan bullying yang efektif, dan pentingnya beradvokasi untuk perubahan sosial positif.
