Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain an optimal growth rate on the provision of electric voltage and to determine the effect of applying an electric voltage to the survival pattern of sangkuriang catfish fry. This study used an experimental method with a completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of 4 treatments and 3 replications. The treatment given is an electric current voltage of 0 volts, 10 volts, 15 volts, and 20 volts. The test parameters in this study include survival, daily growth rate, biomass growth rate, feed conversion ratio, and feed efficiency. The results of the test parameters explained that the best electric current was the 15-volt treatment seen from the daily growth rate of 2.971%, the biomass growth rate of 0.874 g/day, feed conversion of 1.136 grams, and feeding efficiency of 88.227% while the best survival rate parameter was the 20-volt treatment. (P3) with a value of 63.33%. The results of this study had a positive impact on sangkuriang catfish seeds by applying an electric current to freshwater media of 15 volts (P>0.05).

Abstract

This research evaluates the performance of 4G LTE Provider 3 network services in Pamekasan City using the drive test method using the G-NetTrack application. The goal is to understand network performance in providing high-quality internet access in the ever-evolving digital era. This research is important because people's needs for fast and reliable internet access are increasing, especially in cities with high population density such as Pamekasan. Field measurement results show that Provider 3's 4G LTE network has good service quality with stable download and upload speeds and adequate signal strength. Drive tests were conducted by driving along predetermined routes while recording data on signal strength, internet speed, latency, and other relevant parameters. The data collected from each location was analyzed to compare the performance of various service providers. This analysis provides a comprehensive picture of network performance and can be used to provide recommendations to both consumers and other concerned parties. The conclusion of this study includes an evaluation of the performance of each provider based on the drive test results, as well as providing recommendations for future service improvements. The results of this study provide useful insights to understand and improve user experience in telecommunication connectivity in Pamekasan City, and can be used to improve user experience.

Abstract

Kesehatan merupakan salah satu kebutuhan manusia yang sangat penting. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dasar kesehatan, orang yang hidup bersama orang lain membutuhkan apa yang disebut nilai agar tidak berkonflik. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis tanggung jawab hukum yang sesuai standar kompetensi tenaga medis dalam pelaksanaan tindakan medis. Untuk menganalisis akibat hukum tenaga medis terhadap standar kompetensi dalam pelaksanaan tindakan medis.Tanggung Jawab Hukum Standar Kompetensi Tenaga Medis Dalam Pelaksanaan Tindakan Medis bahwa Setiap Tenaga Medis (Dokter dan Dokter Gigi) dalam menyelenggarakan pelayanan kesehatan berkewajiban untuk mematuhi standar profesi, standar pelayanan, dan standar prosedur operasional, yang dimulai dengan keharusan memiliki sertifikat kompetensi kedokteran yang diperoleh dari Kolegium selain ijazah dokter yang telah dimilikinya, keharusan memperoleh Surat Tanda Registrasi dari Konsil Kedokteran Indonesia dan kemudian memperoleh Surat ijin Praktik dari Dinas Kesehatan Kota atau Kabupaten. Tenaga Medis (dokter dan dokter gigi) tersebut juga harus telah mengucapkan sumpah dokter, sehat fisik dan mental serta menyatakan akan mematuhi dan melaksanakan ketentuan etika profesi. Akibat Hukum Tenaga Medis Terhadap Standar Kompetensi Dalam melakukan Tindakan Medis terhadap pasien bahwa berdasarkan kasus yang penulis sajikan bahwa dokter dalam melakukan Tindakan Medis terhadap pasien berupa operasi pembedahan telah melakukan suatu perbuatan melawan hukum, yang disebut dengan Malpraktik medis sehingga terhadap dokter yang melakukan tindakan operasi pembedahan maka dapat dimintakan pertanggungjawaban secara hukum, pertanggungjawaban secara administrasi dan pertanggungjawaban secara etika atau moral.

Abstract

The purpose of this research-based service program is to apply the research results of the proposing team's research for community empowerment. The application of the research results was carried out on the program of application of appropriate technology for automatic fish feed and automatic bird repellent on the Minapadi jajar legowo system which is a system of planting rice with fish cultivation in one rice field area simultaneously and the jajar legowo planting system with a spacing of 25 cm . The technology used is automatic feeding and automatic bird repellent. Automatic feeding is done by using a mini water pump that has been modified with the help of a digital timer so that the feed automatically dispenses the feed at the time we specify, which is 3 times a day. The second technology is automatic bird repellent using extracts of herbal ingredients (jengkol) with the help of an automatic sprayer. This technology aims to increase the income of farmers with high productivity of rice yields and increase local fish production. The activity was carried out for 5 months in Beutong Nagan Raya District. The observed results include the feed that comes out of the automatic device as much as 15 gr/second, adjusted for the number and weight of fish. Meanwhile, the air pollution that comes out every 10 minutes is 5 units in a 25m2 plot.

Abstract

This research-based service program aims to seek to develop the research results of the proposing team for community empowerment. The application of the research results was carried out on the biofloc technology program in local shrimp farming systems in an effort to increase the economy and as an educational village in Pante Ceureumen District, West Aceh which is a potential aquaculture that must be developed. The application system is local shrimp farming with biofloc technology. Biofloc technology is a cultivation technique through environmental engineering that relies on oxygen supply and the use of microorganisms that can directly increase the digestibility value of feed. This service activity aims to increase farmers' income with high shrimp productivity and increase local shrimp production. The activity was carried out for 6 months in Pante Ceureumen District, West Aceh. The results obtained are to reduce production costs by 54% until the harvest is 90 days. The outputs that will be produced are in the form of international journals, services, and methods as well as mass media.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the quality of internet network services at Yala Kopitiam Pamekasan in both indoor and outdoor areas using the Wireshark version 4.0.3 application. The main focus is on measuring several Quality of Service (QoS) parameters namely throughput, packet loss, delay, and jitter to evaluate the overall performance of the Wi-Fi network accessed by customers. The methodology used includes direct observation at the café, interviews with café management to understand user complaints and technical constraints, and literature review to strengthen theoretical foundations. The data collected was analyzed using the TIPHON (Telecommunications and Internet Protocol Harmonization Over Networks) standard, which classifies service quality based on quantified thresholds for each parameter. The results indicated that throughput was low in both outdoor (16 kbps) and indoor (32 kbps) areas, categorized as “Poor”. However, packet loss was minimal, at 0.049% for outdoor and 0.082% for indoor, both rated as “Excellent”. Delay varied between locations, with outdoor delay (1.883 ms) rated “Good” and indoor delay (152.88 ms) rated “Medium”. Jitter performance was also relatively stable, with values of 1.883 ms outdoors and 11.88 ms indoors, both classified as “Good”. Based on these measurements, the overall network service quality at Yala Kopitiam Pamekasan falls into the “Medium” category with an average QoS index of 2.5. The study concludes by recommending enhancements in bandwidth capacity and optimization of network device configurations to improve service reliability and customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aimed to know the waqf management and asset empowerment of waqf boarding school in Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Campus 7 Kalianda. Also, it aimed to know the main obstacles in the implementation of management functions in the management of waqf boarding school in Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Campus 7 Kalianda. This research was qualitative research with descriptive approach based on case studies. The data weretaken from the leader of Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Campus 7, YPPWPM management, teachers and the management of Gontor organization. This study used observation, interviews and documentation as data collection tools. Then, the data that had been collected was analyzed with the stages of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the development of Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor Campus 7 Kalianda could be separated from the role of waqf management, starting from the waqf of infrastructure facilities, waqf of business unit and waqf from the teachers in Gontor. They did not belong to individuals but to the people, which has been donated to the boarding school. Therefore, Gontor had a rapid development because of its waqf.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa dan guru SMAN 14 Konawe Selatan mengenai isu-isu seksual melalui pendekatan interdisipliner. Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra meliputi rendahnya literasi biologi seksual, minimnya kemampuan komunikasi asertif terkait seksualitas, serta kurangnya pemahaman terhadap konsekuensi hukum dari tindakan seksual yang menyimpang. Kegiatan dilakukan melalui ceramah interaktif, diskusi kelompok, simulasi komunikasi, dan studi kasus hukum. Hasil pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan, dengan rata-rata skor siswa meningkat dari 56,7 menjadi 83,2 dan guru dari 64,5 menjadi 89,3. Selain itu, analisis kualitatif menunjukkan perubahan positif dalam sikap, keberanian menyampaikan pendapat, dan pemahaman hukum di kalangan peserta. Matriks penilaian digunakan untuk menilai indikator pemahaman peserta secara sistematis. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa edukasi seksual terpadu yang disampaikan dengan metode partisipatif mampu menciptakan ruang dialog yang sehat dan efektif di lingkungan sekolah, serta dapat direplikasi di institusi pendidikan lainnya.

Abstract

The purpose of this research-based community service program is to apply the research results of the proposing team's research for community empowerment. The application of research results is carried out in the aquaculture program on economic biota in the aquaponic system as an effort to improve the economy in Drin Mangko Village, Woyla District, which is a potential for aquaculture that must be developed. The application system is shrimp cultivation with aquaponic technology. Aquaponic technology is a cultivation technique through environmental engineering that relies on oxygen supply and the use of microorganisms that can directly increase the digestibility value of feed. This community service activity aims to increase farmer income with high shrimp productivity and increase shrimp production. The activity was carried out for 6 months at Drin Mangko Village, Woyla District, West Aceh. The results obtained were a relative growth rate of giant prawns of 3.98%. The outputs produced were in the form of international journals, services, and methods as well as mass media.
