Abstract

This research aims to explore the potential for innovative transformation that can be achieved by Vera Flower through an integrated approach. Using qualitative methods and SWOT analysis, this research highlights production strengths, possible process improvements, strategic partners, and challenges in facing online competition. The analysis results show that Vera Flower has strengths in a strong vision and mission, marketing innovation and social support, but is also faced with challenges such as limited capital and dependence on certain moments. On the opportunity side, Vera Flower has the potential for partnerships with resellers and digital marketing development. To exploit this potential, Vera Flower can plan strategic steps such as increasing digital marketing, diversifying products, and building partnerships with resellers. With the right strategy, Vera Flower can maximize its growth and success in the online market..

Abstract

Counterfeit consumption has become a global issue that undermines intellectual property rights, damages brand equity, and influences consumer behavior across markets. This study aims to analyze the behavioral characteristics influencing consumers’ purchase decisions for counterfeit products, particularly within the Indonesian context. Using the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), Self-Determination Theory (SDT), Neutralization Theory, and Perceived Value Theory as analytical frameworks, the research investigates how attitudes, social influence, novelty seeking, status consumption, brand consciousness, perceived risk, and personal integrity shape purchase intentions. A quantitative survey of 240 Indonesian consumers who have purchased or been exposed to counterfeit products was conducted, and data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) via SmartPLS 4.0. The findings reveal that attitude, social influence, novelty seeking, and brand consciousness have significant positive effects on counterfeit purchase intention, while perceived risk and integrity exhibit weaker or negative effects. Awareness mediates these relationships, reducing purchase likelihood when ethical and legal knowledge is high. The study contributes theoretically by extending TPB with psychological and social-value constructions and offers managerial implications for policy, education, and anti-counterfeiting strategies.

Abstract

Limbah rumah tangga merupakan salah satu permasalahan lingkungan yang sering diabaikan oleh masyarakat. Pembuangan minyak jelantah secara sembarangan dapat mencemari lingkungan, namun jika dikelola dengan baik, minyak jelantah memiliki potensi ekonomi sebagai bahan baku pembuatan produk seperti sabun. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat sekitar RA. Permata, Pisangan, Ciputat, Tangerang Selatan dalam mengolah minyak jelantah menjadi sabun sebagai produk bernilai guna sekaligus peluang usaha. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif dan edukatif,  meliputi edukasi, praktik langsung pembuatan sabun, serta diskusi interaktif. Menggunakan pendekatan pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur peningkatan pemahaman peserta. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan sebanyak 60% peserta berada pada kategori Sangat Paham ,mengindikasikan bahwa mayoritas peserta telah menguasai materi dengan sangat baik, terkait pengetahuan peserta  tentang manfaat minyak jelantah, proses pembuatan sabun, serta peluang usahanya. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat mendorong masyarakat untuk lebih peduli terhadap pengelolaan limbah rumah tangga dan memanfaatkannya sebagai sumber ekonomi keluarga.
