Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of relational strategies and transactional strategies in order to determine the performance of supply chain management of Indonesian servicing sector through the moderating role of environment orientation. This research was done quantitatively. Questionnaire were Adapted to collect the data and random sampling technique was used. The sampling size was of 200. PLS3 software was applied to analyze the data. The findings of the study showed that the association of the basic strategies in terms of relational and transactional has a tendency to affect the performance of “supply chain management” significantly and positively. The HRM organization adds to the assurance of practices inside the supply chain, both operationally and deliberately through the moderating role of “environment orientation”. Reconciliation of environmental issues in the supply chain assumes extremely noteworthy job in deciding the productivity and viability inside the supply chain management.

Abstract

A robust warehouse door security system is crucial for safeguarding assets and stored objects against theft or illegal access. This research seeks to build and construct an Internet of Things (IoT)-based security system employing reed switch and PIR sensors to identify suspicious behavior near the warehouse entrance. Developed for PT. Anugerah Terang Persada's system incorporates real-time notifications for the warehouse proprietor or manager's smartphones. Reed switch sensors identify the door's opening and closing, whereas PIR sensors observe movement in the surrounding area. The ESP32-CAM microcontroller processes data from various sensors, capturing photos or movies during unforeseen movements or door opens. This data is transmitted via the internet to the mobile application, facilitating real-time notifications. The principal advantage of this research is improved warehouse security using accessible and cost-effective IoT technology. The solution delivers enhanced efficiency relative to conventional security approaches by providing instantaneous alerts and visual proof for prompt action. The ESP32-CAM facilitates automatically recording photos or videos upon detecting suspicious activity, thereby enhancing security by preserving digital evidence for further review. This system can also be linked with other IoT devices, improving overall security monitoring. This research presents novel options for firms requiring dependable and economical warehouse security, diminishing dependence on conventional ways while enhancing flexibility and convenience in facility administration.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to identify and elaborate on the institutional and logistical information systems, services, and benefits that stakeholders can obtain, as well as the challenges and obstacles that occur, and what solutions can be taken so that the existing logistics system becomes efficient in terms of time, cost, and business processes. The approach taken by the author is through literature review and gathering information from relevant parties and elaborating on the institutions and logistical information systems currently implemented. This study shows that there are several information systems related to the digitization of logistics processes, both developed by government agencies (as authorities) and by companies independently. The logistics information systems currently in operation are relatively integrated (through the National Logistics Ecosystem /NLE) among stakeholders such as Customs, quarantine, Port Authorities, financial services and banking, the Ministry of Transportation (InaPortNet, SIMLALA, SITOLAUT, SIJUKA), the Ministry of Trade (Inatrade), the Ministry of Industry, and the Ministry of Finance (INSW and NLE).

Abstract

Stunting telah berkembang menjadi masalah besar di banyak negara, termasuk Indonesia. Stunting telah menjadi masalah besar di banyak negara, termasuk Indonesia, karena dampaknya yang signifikan terhadap perkembangan fisik dan kognitif anak. Data yang dihimpun Kementerian Kesehatan RI menunjukkan angka stunting masih tinggi, terutama di daerah yang akses terhadap layanan dan informasi kesehatan masih terbatas. Salah satu penyebab utama terjadinya stunting adalah kurangnya pengetahuan ibu mengenai makanan sehat dan pola makan yang baik untuk anak usia dini. Tujuan dari program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran ibu tentang makanan sehat untuk membantu mencegah stunting pada anak usia dini. Program ini akan mengajarkan para ibu tentang pentingnya asupan gizi seimbang, jenis makanan sehat yang sebaiknya dikonsumsi anak, dan cara membuat makanan sehat dengan bahan-bahan yang mudah ditemukan di lingkungannya. Metode yang digunakan dalam program ini adalah psikoedukasi, yaitu pendekatan pendidikan yang memperhatikan aspek psikologis peserta. Pendekatan ini terdiri dari dua sesi, yaitu seminar dan sesi tanya jawab, dan dimaksudkan agar ibu tidak hanya menerima informasi secara pasif, namun juga terlibat aktif dalam proses pembelajaran dan menerapkan apa yang diketahuinya. Hasil dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini memberikan dampak yang positif. Berdasarkan evaluasi yang dilakukan sebelum dan sesudah program, pengetahuan ibu tentang cara mencegah stunting melalui konsumsi makanan sehat dan pola makan sehat meningkat. Para ibu yang mengikuti program ini lebih memahami pentingnya gizi seimbang dan dapat membedakan makanan apa saja yang penting untuk tumbuh kembang anaknya. Mereka juga menunjukkan keterampilan praktis dalam membuat makanan sehat dengan bahan-bahan lokal. Program ini juga berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran para ibu akan pentingnya perannya dalam mencegah stunting dan mendorong mereka untuk menerapkan pola makan sehat setiap hari. Secara keseluruhan, program psikoedukasi ini membantu para ibu menjadi lebih berpengetahuan tentang cara mengonsumsi makanan sehat, sehingga dapat membantu mencegah stunting sejak dini.

Abstract

Dapur Enin Bandung UMKM memulai usahanya dengan menjual rice bowl tetapi sekarang lebih fokus pada usaha katering, Usaha katering yang digeluti Dapur Enin Bandung semakin berkembang, tetapi juga memiliki banyak pesaing. Karena UMKM yang menjalankan usaha katering juga cukup banyak. Oleh karena itu kondisi ini menuntut pihak pengelola untuk meningkatkan produktivitas supaya tetap dapat memenuhi permintaan konsumen sesuai dan jumlah, kualitas dan waktu yang ditentukan. Tujuan kegiatan PKM ini adalah untuk membantu Dapur Enin Bandung untuk bisa meningkatkan produktivitasnya dengan menggunakan SOP (Standard Operating Procedures). Karena saat ini Dapur Enin Bandung belum memiliki SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) untuk kegiatan usahanya. Sehingga memungkinkan terjadinya kegagalan produksi, kualitas produksi yang rendah dan produk yang dihasilkan tidak sesuai standar bahkan bisa terjadi kecelakan selama melakukan pekerjaan, Kegiatan dilakukan dimulai dengan mengunjungi lokasi kegiatan PkM, yaitu ke Dapur Enin Bandung, wawancara, Pemaparan Materi,  pelatihan dan pendampingan dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan PkM ini pihak Dapur Enin Bandung memahami mengenai SOP , manfaat dan tujuan digunakanya SOP, bisa menyusun SOP,  serta menerapkannya.

Abstract

Blending coal is one of the methods to optimize the characteristics of coal by mixing coal of various qualities. This research aims to reduce the sulfur content in high-calorie coal with high sulfur content, using low-calorie coal with lower sulfur content. With this method, it is expected to produce a coal mixture with lower sulfur content, without significantly sacrificing calorific value, and to increase the market acceptance of coal with more environmentally friendly sulfur content.
