Abstract

This research aims at knowing and analyzing the implementation of School Operational Assistance Fund at SMAN 1 Pasangkayu of North Mamuju regency. The method used is qualitative, and the informants of the research were determined purposively to who are deemed to understand the problems investigated. The informants are the Head of Education, Culture, Youth and Sports of North Mamuju regency, Head of Section of Secondary Education, the School Committee, students’ parents who received the assistance funds, Principal of SMA 1 Pasangkayu. Type of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection was done through observation, interview, and documentation. The results shows that communication is one of the main factors in policy implementation, communication becomes a major pathway for the implementation of each program. Human resources are the main factors that should be possessed by any particular institution or unit both government and non government institutions. Vice versa if the perspectives of the implementers are different from the decision makers, the implementation process of a policy becomes increasingly difficult. And in such cases, implementers will use the flexibility and sometimes in subtle ways inhibit, or will benefit each individual in the process of policy implementation.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Child Marriage Prevention Strategy program implemented by the Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) in preventing child marriage in Bone Regency. The study employs a qualitative descriptive analysis method through a case study in Bone Regency. Data was collected through interviews with Bappeda, the Women Empowerment and Child Protection Agency (DP3AP2KB), the Ministry of Religious Affairs (Kemenag), and the Watampone Class 1A Religious Court. The findings reveal that the implementation of the Child Marriage Prevention Strategy program in Bone Regency involves collaboration among various sectors and stakeholders committed to preventing child marriage. This mechanism encompasses several steps, including coordination meetings with various stakeholders, and monitoring, and evaluating the implementation and success of programs undertaken by each stakeholder in preventing child marriage in Bone Regency. The effectiveness of the Child Marriage Prevention Strategy program implemented by Bappeda Bone Regency has been proven effective in preventing child marriage, as evidenced by a significant decrease in the number of child marriages and dispensation for marriage cases at the Watampone Class 1A Religious Court in Bone Regency. The Child Marriage Prevention Strategy implemented by Bappeda Bone Regency represents a crucial effort to prevent child marriage, aligning with the principles of Islamic Family Law that prioritize child protection and well-being.

Abstract

Abstrak Kemampuan afektif adalah salah satu kemampuan penting yang harus dikuasai oleh siswa baik dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar ataupun di luar kegiatan belajar mengajar. Kemampuan afektif siswa dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa hal termasuk gaya belajar. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan triangulasi sumber. Angket kemampuan afektif menjadi instrumen untuk mengambil data secara online melalui google form. Hasil data dari angket akan dianalisis menggunakan triangulasi sumber, hasil data dari subyek siswa akan dianalisis dengan data dari subyek lain. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan afektif yang dimiliki gaya belajar visual baik dengan semua indikator kemampuan afektif muncul. Kemampuan afektif pada gaya belajar visual juga baik dengan semua indikator kemampuan afektif muncul, namun kemampuan afektif gaya belajar kinestetik tidak baik dengan tidak adanya indikator kemampuan afektif yang muncul. Penelitian ini diharapkan bisa menjadi referensi praktisi maupun peneliti selanjutnya dalam menganalisis kemampuan afektif siswa dari berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sistem informasi persediaan obat berbasis website pada Puskesmas Pontap dengan menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dengan memanfaatkan Framework Laravel, Visudal Studio Code sebagai kode editor, Xampp sebagai web server lokal, MySql sebagai pengelolaan basis data, Framework Boostrap digunakan untuk desain web antarmuka serta menggunakan UML untuk membuat perancangan use case diagram, activity diagram, class diagram dan sequence diagram. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research & Development (R&D) dan menggunakan model pengembangan perangkat lunak Waterfall dengan lima tahapan penelitian yang digunakan yaitu analisis kebutuhan, desain, pembuatan kode program, pengujian dan pendukung atau pemeliharaan. Serta pengujian yang menggunakan metode pengujian Black Box untuk memastikan bahwa semua komponen sistem berfungsi dengan baik, dengan nilai pengujian ahli validator 1 mencapai 3,8 dan validator 2 mencapai 3,9. Rata-rata skor akhir yang diperoleh sebesar 3,7 dengan kriteria sangat layak. Dengan demikian, sistem informasi yang dikembangkan dapat dianggap sangat layak dan siap digunakan.

Abstract

This study examined the effectiveness of "Abbulogading" Village Enterprises (BUMDes) in 2018 in Bulogading Village, Bontonompo District, Gowa Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the management of village-owned enterprises in increasing community independence and strengthening the village economy. This study used Purpuporsive Sampling technique with the number of informants as many as 5 people through decision studies and field studies consisting of documentation interviews and observations then analyzed qualitatively The Results of this study showed that the presence of BUMDes in the village of Bulogading could help and increase productivity in the form of  profits in 2018, aspects of the efficiency of the use of organizational resources for the development of BUMDes seen from cooperation between members, aspects of satisfaction in the form of meeting the needs of employees / administrators in managing BUMDes, aspects of adaptation included employee / management responses, to know how effective the BUMDes itself  and community responses about the presence of BUMDes in serving the needs of the community and the survival aspects of the Bulogading village community.

Abstract

Mathematical literacy helps an individual recognize the role or use of mathematics in everyday life. One of the factors supporting mathematical literacy is the learning style of the student. This study aimed to describe the mathematical literacy of students in the context of SMP Negeri 1 Palopo based on their answers to PISA test questions by observing their learning styles. The subjects in this study were three eighth graders each representing visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learning styles. The data instruments used were a learning style questionnaire, a mathematical literacy test based on the 2012 PISA test draft, and an interview guide. The results of the learning style questionnaire were analyzed by referring to the indicators of the three learning styles under study, while the results of the PISA test were analyzed by referring to the indicators for each PISA level. The results of this study indicated that the visual student and the auditory student had mathematical literacy at level 3 as shown by their ability to connect and reflect things involved in interpretation and basic reasoning, while the kinesthetic student had mathematical literacy at level 4 as shown by their ability to build and communicate explanations and argumentation based on interpretations, arguments, and actions. Based on the research results, it is suggested that students be accustomed to working on PISA-like problems to improve their mathematical literacy. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe students' mathematical communication skills in solving problems involving integer operations. Mathematical communication is the effective delivery of ideas, understanding, and mathematical concepts between individuals, covering various aspects, including the use of symbols, language, and graphics to explain mathematical concepts and solutions. This research method uses a qualitative method. The results of the study showed that two highly capable subjects were able to complete well according to what was instructed according to the mathematical communication indicators, namely written text, drawing, and mathematical expression. Based on interviews, both subjects were able to explain according to what was done (each student's answer). While low-ability subjects completed well according to what was instructed according to the mathematical communication indicators, namely written text and mathematical expression, both subjects were unable to meet the drawing indicator. Based on interviews, both subjects were able to explain according to what was done (each student's answer) on two mathematical communication indicators, namely written text and mathematical expression, but were unable to explain on the drawing indicator. Abstract

This research aims to determine students' literacy skills in solving trigonometry story questions at Sunan Giri Vocational School class X in terms of gender. Literacy is not only about the technical ability to read and write but also about understanding and using information effectively to achieve goals. The type of research used in this study is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Qualitative research aims to explain a phenomenon in depth and is carried out by collecting data in as much depth as possible, which is used to describe clearly and in detail literacy skills in solving trigonometry problems in terms of gender. Data collection techniques use test and interview techniques. Based on the results of research on mathematical literacy abilities in solving trigonometry problems in terms of gender, it was found that male students were able to fulfill mathematical literacy abilities in the indicators of formulating, applying, interpreting, and evaluating, while female students fulfilled mathematical literacy abilities in the indicators of formulating and applying. Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kemandirian belajar dan pemahaman konsep mahasiswa dalam penerapan E-Learning berbasis proyek dan mengetahui apakah terdapat peningkatan kemandirian belajar dan pemahaman konsep mahasiswa setelah penerapan E-Learning berbasis proyek. Penelitian ini bertempat di Universitas Cokroaminoto Palopo pada Program Studi Pendidikan Matematika dan program studi Teknik Informatika yang disetting sebagai kelas perkuliahan mata kuliah Struktur Data, Logika Informatika dan Media Pembelajaran Matematika. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemandirian belajar dan pemahaman konsep mahasiswa dengan penerapan E-Learning berbasis proyek jauh lebih baik jika dibandingkan dengan sebelum penerapan E-Learning. Terjadi peningkatan kemandirian belajar dan pemahaman konsep mahasiswa dengan penerapan E-Learning berbasis proyek.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the application of the problem-based learning model affects the learning outcomes of class X students regarding the material on systems of linear inequalities in three variables. This research is a pre-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design, with class X research subjects at Al-Hidayah Islamic High School. The instrument used is a validated system of linear inequalities in a three-variable material understanding test. The analyses used in this study are descriptive and inferential. The study found a big improvement in learning results after using the problem-based learning (PBL) method for the System of Linear Inequalities in Three Variables material, with an average score of 46.0833 before the test and 75.6667 after. The significant value of the hypothesis test is below 0.05, which means 0.00 < 0.05; thus, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This study shows a significant difference in student learning outcomes when using the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) learning model.
