Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengungkapkan pengaruh dari metode latihan dan kelincahan terhadap power otot tungkai atlet remaja bola voli. Penelitian ini menitikberatkan pada variabel-variabel: (1) latihan plyometric sebagai variabel bebas, dan (2) otot tungkai sebagai variabel terikatnya. Populasi penelitian ini adalah atlet remaja bola voli berusia16-17 tahun di Club PERVAS Sleman Yogyakarta dengan total sampel 24. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain eksperimen pretest-postest group desain. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan tes vertical jump. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji t. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh power otot tungkai atlet remaja bola voli antara kelompok metode latihan plyometric menunjukkan pengaruh yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan kelompok Kontrol.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk; mengembangkan model gerak dasar renang berbasis permainan untuk anak usia 5-6 tahun. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan menggunakan Research and Development dari Borg and Gall. Subjek Penelitian adalah anak TK berusia 5-6 tahun di Kota Palembang. Dari hasil uji coba skala kecil dilakukan kepada 20 orang subjek. Pada hasil uji coba skala besar dilakukan kepada 60 orang subjek. Sedangkan pada hasil uji efektivitas produk utama dilakuan kepada 80 orang. Permainan secara keseluruhan dinyatakan layak dan efektif dalam mengembangkan pembelajaran renang melalui permainan untuk anak usia 5-6 Tahun. Hasil penelitian ini mengembangkan lebih dari 10 permainan baru. Hasil penelitian ini berupa buku permainan yang berdasarkan gerak dasar renang. Antara lain; (1) gelembung udara, (2) Celep Muka, (3) Tepuk Air, (4) Puzzel Huruf, (5) Kapal layar, (6) Motor boat, (7) Mendorog bola, (8) Halang rintang, (9) Puzzel Air, (10) Melewati Goa, dan (11) Lumba-lumba. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa: Pengembangan model gerak dasar renang berbasis permainan untuk anak usia 5-6 tahun telah dinyatakan valid oleh ahli belajar motorik, ahli aktifitas fisik dan praktisi pendidikan anak usia dini. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa model gerak dasar renang berbasis permainan terbukti 85% dapat meningkatkan kemampuan renang dan membangun rasa kepercayaan diri serta keberanian.

Abstract

Malnutrition troubles body mass index and physical activity. This study aims to analyze the relation of fulfillment of Nutrition on body mass index and physical activity. This research is a correlational study supported by survey methods. Data collection technique employs questionnaires and measurements of body weight and height. The population in this study is elementary school students in Sleman Yogyakarta and a sampling technique employs purposive random sampling. The total samples are 236 students. The research instrument uses 24-hour food recalls to determine fulfillment of Nutrition; tanita weight scales, microtoise to measure body mass index, and GPAQ (Global Physical Activity Questionnaire) to determine physical activity. Furthermore, analysis technique employs Pearson correlation analysis. The data analysis results of fulfillment of Nutrition and body mass index obtain syndication calculations 0.00 <0.05, meaning there is a relationship between the fulfillment of nutrition and body mass index. Additionally, the data analysis results of fulfillment of Nutrition and physical activity obtain significance calculation 0.00 <0.05, which means there is a relation between fulfillment of Nutrition and physical activity. Briefly, there is significant relation between the fulfillment of nutrition and body mass index as well as between the fulfillment of nutrition and physical activity. In another words, the study shows positive link between fulfillment of Nutrition with body mass index and physical activity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menguji tingkat validitas norma penilaian Dyer Tennis Test terhadap tingkat keterampilan bermain tenis mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (FIK UNY); (2) menguji tingkat reliabilitas norma penilaian Dyer Tennis Test terhadap tingkat kete-rampilan bermain tenis; (3) menguji relevansi norma penilaian Dyer Tennis Test terhadap tingkat keterampilan bermain tenis. Penelitian deskriptif ini menggunakan metode survey. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan pengukuran. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Koefisien validitas Dyer Tennis Test (X) dan Ranking Hasil Pertandingan ½ kompetisi Putera (Y) = -0,968 dan Hasil Pertandingan ½ kompetisi Putera Puteri (Y) = -0,997. Dengan demikian Dyer Tennis Test dapat digunakan (acceptable) sebagai instrumen penilaian untuk mengukur tingkat keterampilan bermain tenis bagi mahasiswa putera (Y) dan Puteri (Y) FIK UNY. (2) Koefisien reliabilitas Dyer Tennis Test putera = 0,994 dan puteri = 0,894 sangat bagus sebagai instrumen yang dapat digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat keterampilan bermain tenis bagi mahasiswa FIK UNY; (3) Norma Penilaian Dyer Tennis Test masih sangat relevan digunakan sebagai instrumen penilaian untuk mengukur tingkat keterampilan bermain tenis bagi mahasiswa putera dan putri FIK UNY. Testing the validity, reliability, and relevance of the "dyer tennis test" assessment on tennis playing skills AbstractThis study aims to: (1) to test the validity level of the Dyer Tennis Test assessment norms on the level of playing tennis skills of FIK UNY students, (2) to test the reliability level of the Dyer Tennis Test assessment norm on the level of playing tennis skills, (3) to test the relevance of Dyer's norm assessment of Tennis Test on the skill level of playing tennis. This research was descriptive with the survey method. Data collection used tests and measurements. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that: (1) The coefficient of the Dyer Tennis Test validity (X) and the Ranking of the Match Results male’s half competition (Y) = -0,968 and the results of the female's half competition (Y) = -0.997. Thus, the Dyer Tennis Test can be used (acceptable) as an assessment instrument to measure the level of tennis skills for male (Y) and female (Y) students of FIK UNY. (2) The reliability coefficient of the men's Dyer Tennis Test = 0.994 and the women’s = 0.894 is very good as an instrument that can be used to measure the level of playing tennis skills for FIK UNY students; (3) Dyer Tennis Test Assessment Norms are still very relevant to be used as an assessment instrument to measure the level of playing tennis skills for male and female students of FIK UNY.

Abstract

Penelitian ini di latarbelakangi oleh belum adanya tes dan norma tes yang dapat digunakan untuk mengukur keterampilan pukulan jarak jauh woodball untuk siswa sekolah dasar kelas atas yang berusia 10-12 tahun. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkur tingkat kemampuan pukulan jarak jauh woodball siswa sekolah dasar kelas atas yang berusia 10-12 tahun.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode research and development. Sampel uji coba penelitian yang digunakan adalah siswa sekolah dasar kelas atas yang berusia 10-12 tahun yang telah mengikuti ekstrakulikuler woodball di SD Negeri Condongcatur Depok Sleman. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes keterampilan pukulan jarak jauh siswa sekolah dasar. Norma penilaian untuk penjumlahan skor 3 lapangan didapat hasil kategori putri skor kurang dari 20 pukulan  termasuk ke dalam kategori sangat baik, 21-25 pukulan termasuk kategori baik, 26-30 termasuk dalam kategori cukup, 31-34 termasuk dalam kategori kurang dan lebih dari 35 pukulan termasuk kategori sangat kurang. Sedangkan untuk kategori putra skor kurang dari 19 pukulan  termasuk ke dalam kategori sangat baik, 20-24 pukulan termasuk kategori baik, 25-29 termasuk dalam kategori cukup, 30-33 termasuk dalam kategori kurang dan lebih dari 34 pukulan termasuk kategori sangat kurang. Woodball long drive skill test development for upper-grade students of elementary school AbstractThis research was based on the consideration of the absence of the tests and norms of test that can be used to measure woodball long drive skills for upper-grade elementary school students in the age of 10-12 years. The aim of this study was to measure the level of woodball long drive ability of upper-grade elementary school students in the age of 10-12 years. This research used research and development methods. The research trial sample were the upper-grade students of elementary school in the age of 10-12 years who have participated in woodball extracurricular activities at SD Negeri Condongcatur Depok Sleman. This research used a long drive skills elementary school students test as the instrument. The norm can be seen from the sum of the scores of 3 fireway. The score of women's category was less than 20 blows that was categorised as very good, 21-25 blows was included in good category, 26-30 was included in the sufficient category, 31-34 was classified in less category and more than 35 blows was classified in very poor category. Whereas for the men's category, the score of less than 19 blows was included in very good category, 20-24 blows classified in good category, 25-29 were in sufficient category, 30-33 was included in less category and more than 34 blows were very less category.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan evaluasi pelaksanaan pembelajaran PJOK secara daring SMP Negeri se-Kabupaten Sleman pada saat pandemi Covid-19 tahun 2022 dengan menggunakan model CIPP (contect, input, process, dan product). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif (mixed method). Populasi dalam penelitian adalah guru PJOK SMP Negeri se-Kabupaten Sleman. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proporsional random sampling sebanyak 25 % dari total keseluruhan guru PJOK SMP Negeri se-Kabupaten Sleman. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data kuantitatif dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik persentase, sedangkan data kualitatif dilakukan melalui penyajian data, reduksi, dan penarikan simpulan. Hasil penelitian terhadap pelaksanaan pembelajaran PJOK saat pandemi covid-19  menunjukkan bahwa (1) hasil evaluasi contect yang terkait dengan visi, misi, target, dan sasaran secara berkesinambungan memperoleh hasil sangat baik, nilai rata-rata contect = 4,49 dari nilai maksimal 5,00, (2) input: peralatan dan fasilitas, sistem rekruitmen peserta didik baru, pendanaan, media, modul bahan ajar teori dan praktik, instrumen penilaian yang digunakan sangat baik, nilai rata-rata input = 4,39, (3) process: sistem dan metode pengajaran teori dan praktik, serta e-modul yang digunakan kualitasnya sangat baik, karena karena nilai rata-rata process = 4,38, dan (4) product: nilai teori, praktik, dan tingkat kesegaran jasmani peserta didik sangat baik karena nilai rata-rata product = 4,20. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa evaluasi pelaksanaan pembelajaran PJOK secara daring SMP Negeri se-Kabupaten Sleman saat pandemi Covid-19 tahun 2022 sangat baik. Abstract: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the implementation of online PJOK learning in public junior high schools in Sleman Regency during the 2022 Covid-19 pandemic using the CIPP model (contect, input, process, and product). This research is a qualitative descriptive study using a quantitative and qualitative approach (mixed method). The population in the study were PJOK teachers at state junior high schools in Sleman Regency. The sampling technique used proportional random sampling as much as 25% of the total PJOK teachers in public junior high schools in Sleman Regency. The research instruments used questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Quantitative data were analyzed using percentage techniques, while qualitative data were performed through data presentation, reduction and drawing conclusions. The results of research on the implementation of PJOK learning during the Covid-19 pandemic showed that (1) the results of the context evaluation related to the vision, mission, targets and goals on an ongoing basis obtained very good results, the average value of context = 4.49 out of a maximum value of 5 .00, (2) input: equipment and facilities, new student recruitment system, funding, media, theoretical and practical teaching material modules, the assessment instruments used are very good, the average value of input = 4.39, (3) process : the system and methods of teaching theory and practice, as well as the e-modules used are of very good quality, because the average value of process = 4.38, and (4) product: the value of theory, practice, and the level of physical fitness of students is very good because the average value of the product = 4.20.Thus it can be concluded that the evaluation of the implementation of online PJOK learning in public junior high schools in Sleman Regency during the Covid-19 pandemic in 2022 was very good.

Abstract

Peningkatan kemampuan belajar lempar tangkap bola dalam pola bermain kasti dengan pendekatan bermain bagi siswa sekolah dasar kelas V SD No. 014671 Sentang Kab. Asahan Sumatera Utara Tahun Ajaran 2021/2022 Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah, metode tindakan kelas (class room action research) dengan memberikan perlakuan berupa bentuk permainan. Hasil penelitian Peningkatan kemampuan belajar lempar tangkap bola dalam pola bvermain kasti dengan pendekatan bermain bagi siswa sekolah dasar kelas V SD No. 014671 Sentang Kab. Asahan Sumatera Utara Tahun Ajaran 2021/2022, dengan nilai KKM 75 siswa tuntas belajar pada siklus I dengan diperoleh rata-rata sebesar 78.83%. Sesuai dengan KKM yang telah ditentukan untuk siswa dengan kategori tuntas dalam belajar sebanyak 35 orang, sedangkan siswa dengan kategori belum tuntas dalam belajar sebanyak 1 orang. Untuk presentase nilai klasikal siswa dari 36 orang dengan nilai rata-rata keseluruhan siswa sebesar 80.5%. Improving the learning outcomes of throwing and catching balls in baseball games through a play approach to V SD No. 014671 Sending Kab. Asahan Sumatera Utara Tahun Ajaran 2021/2022 Academic Year. The research method used in this study is the method of class action (class room action research) by giving the form of a game. The results of the research efforts to Improving the learning outcomes of throwing and catching balls in baseball games through a play approach to V SD No. 014671 Sentang Kab. Asahan Sumatera Utara Tahun Ajaran 2021/2022, with a KKM score of 70 students who completed learning in the first cycle with an average of 78.83%. In accordance with the KKM that has been determined for students with a complete category in learning as many as 35 people, while students with an incomplete category in learning are 1 person. For the percentage of students' classical grades of 36 people with an average total value of 80.5% students

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop an effective training model for practising basic tennis groundstrokes for children aged 8-12 years old based on the action method coaching framework. Adopting the research and development stages as suggested by Borg and Gall (2003), this study included such stages as conducting preliminary research, identifying the theoretical bases for the model, designing the model, developing the components of exercises, and validating the finished model. The present study employed several methods including in-depth interviews, literature studies, as well as Delphi method to seek experts’ judgement. The data were analyzed by considerations of data reduction and thematic coding before the results were presented and conclusions were drawn. Additionally, this study also incorporated some close-ended questionnaire items and analyzed them by means of descriptive statistics to further confirm the findings. The findings suggest that the groundstroke training model based on the action method developed is declared feasible and approved for future small-scale field testing.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui motivasi peserta didik melakukan aktivitas fisik di sekolah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD N Caturtunggal 7 dengan 15 subjek dari populasi peserta didik 17 orang. Pemilihan subjek penelitian berdasarkan pertimbangan dan pengamatan aktivitas fisik selama 2 minggu berturut-turut di sekolah. Kriteria yang ditentukan yaitu peserta didik yang berturut-turut melakukan aktivitas fisik. Peserta didik melakukan aktivitas fisik karena adanya dorongan internal dan dorongan eksternal, selain motivasi internal yang berasal dari diri peserta didik dan eksternal berasal dari luar seperti teman sekolah, orang tua, dan guru. Goals menjadi salah satu bagian motivasi untuk melakukan aktivitas fisik, dimana peserta didik memiliki cita-cita menjadi atlet, dan guru PJOK. Aktivitas fisik yang dilakukan peserta didik tergolong pada aktivitas berat yaitu sepak bola, karena sepak bola menjadi aktivitas favorit peserta didik, kemudian aktivitas sedang yang dilakukan peserta didik berupa petak umpet, permainan tradisional, catur, bersepeda, lari-lari.  LEARNER’S MOTIVATION FOR PHYSICAL ACTIVITY AT SCHOOL AbstractsThe purpose of this study was to determine the motivation of students to do physical activity at school. The research method used was descriptive qualitative research. This research was conducted at SD N Caturtunggal 7 with 15 subjects from a population of 17 students. The selection of research subjects was based on consideration and observation of physical activity for two consecutive weeks at school. The criteria determined were learners who consecutively performed physical activity. Learners do physical activity because of internal and external motivation, in addition to internal reason that comes from themselves, and exterior inspiration comes from outside, such as school friends, parents, and teachers. Goals are part of the motivation for physical activity, where students aspire to become athletes and PJOK teachers. Physical activities carried out by students are classified as heavy activities, namely soccer, because soccer is the favourite activity of students. Moderate activities are carried out by students in the form of hide and seek, traditional games, chess, cycling, and running.

Abstract

Kecanduan media sosial perlu dipantau untuk dilakukan pengukuran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai gangguan media sosial pada anak usia 10 hingga 11 tahun. Metode survei menggunakan Social Media Disorder (SMD) Scale. Instrumen diterjemahkan ke dalam bahasa Indonesia oleh Pusat Bahasa Fakultas Ilmu Keolahragaan Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta. Uji coba instrumen menghasilkan 9 pertanyaan yang valid pada taraf signifikan (α = 0,05). Reliabilitas dicapai dengan menggunakan Cronbach Alpha 0.60 dengan 0.723. Sampel penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas V SD Negeri Ambarukmo, Kapanewon Depok (n = 25) di Kabupaten Sleman. Hasil penelitian diperoleh data pada kategori "sangat tinggi" (12% peserta didik), "tinggi" (24% peserta didik), "sedang" (32% peserta didik), "rendah" (24% peserta didik), dan "sangat rendah" (8% peserta didik). Skor rata-rata 5,84 berada dalam kategori sedang. Kecanduan media sosial adalah masalah umum di antara anak-anak berusia 10 hingga 11 tahun di SD Negeri Ambarukmo. Sebagian besar anak mengalami ketergantungan tingkat sedang hingga tinggi.SOCIAL MEDIA DISORDERS IN CHILDREN AGED 10 TO 11AbstractsSocial media addiction needs to be monitored to get measurements. This study aims to provide an overview of social media disorders in children aged 10 to 11. The method of survey uses the Social Media Disorder (SMD) Scale. The instrument was translated into Indonesian by the Language Centre of the Faculty of Sports and Health Sciences of the State University of Yogyakarta. Instrument tests gave 9 valid questions (α = 0.05) of significant level. The reliability is achieved using Cronbach Alpha 0.60 with 0.723. The sample included fifth-grade students of Ambarukmo State Primary School, Kapanewon Depok (n = 25) in the Sleman region. The study results obtained data in the category "very high" (12% of students), "high" (24%) of students, "medium" (32%) of students, "low" (24%) of students, and "very low" (8%) of students. The average score of 5.84 is in the moderate category. Addiction to social media is a common problem among children aged 10 to 11 in Ambarukmo State Primary School. Most children suffer from moderate to high levels of dependence.
