Abstract

This research is based on the observations of the researcher at the Public Elementary Schools in Lubuk Basung Subdistrict, Agam Regency, which showed the low performance of teachers. There are many factors influencing teacher performance, including school leadership and school climate. The objectives of this research are to examine: (1) the contribution of school principal leadership to the performance of teachers in Public Elementary Schools in Lubuk Basung Subdistrict, Agam Regency, (2) the contribution of Academic Supervision to the performance of teachers, and (3) the contribution of school principal leadership and Supervision to the performance of teachers. This research uses a quantitative research method with a population of 292 teachers. The sample was taken using proportional stratified random sampling method, totaling 67 teachers. The instrument in this research uses a questionnaire. The results of data analysis show that: (1) school principal leadership significantly contributes to the performance of teachers in Public Elementary Schools in Lubuk Basung Subdistrict, Agam Regency, by 93.2%. (2) Academic Supervision significantly contributes to the performance of teachers, by 50%. (3) School principal leadership and Academic Supervision significantly contribute to the performance of teachers, by 5%. it can be concluded that the hypothesis can be empirically accepted, and the variables of school principal leadership and Academic Supervision are two factors that contribute to the performance of teachers in Public Elementary Schools in Lubuk Basung Subdistrict, Agam Regency, while the remaining 50% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

A maintained environment with good waste management will make the environment healthier. Utilization of waste can be an economical item to be a current trend that is good to follow and support. Kenagari Sunur is an area that will receive organic waste in the form of corn husks. However, this waste has not been optimally processed and utilized. Only a small portion has been used to support the people's economy, but it is still traditional in nature and does not show significant development and progress both in terms of product and economic value. Therefore, this training activity aims to 1) provide training to PKK Nagari Sunur Timur group women to take advantage of local superior potential, 2) provide guidance to existing business actors to develop and increase creativity. This service was carried out at the Sereh Wangi Korong PKK Secretariat, Kabun Sunur, Nan Sabaris District, with 20 training participants. The charity activities carried out were very beneficial for PKK Nagari Sunur mothers. Community service activities were also attended by participants with enthusiasm and enthusiasm and almost all participants understood and were fluent in practicing the manufacture of products that had been trained.

Abstract

Digital developments require the learning process to shift from conventional face-to-face learning in class towards the use of information technology. The current use of information technology is able to shift the paradigm from the use of printed books to the use of digital format books with good quality content, a more attractive, interactive and cost-effective appearance/packaging. The importance of digital books to support the learning process is currently felt in all lines of education. One application that can be used to create attractive, interactive, and cost-effective digital books is Kvisoft Flipbook Maker. However, the phenomenon in the field shows that most teachers do not know and have not been able to create teaching modules using the Kvisoft Flipbook Maker application. Therefore, this community service activity aims to improve teachers' ability to create teaching modules using the Kvisoft Flipbook Maker application. The service was carried out at the Tarbiyah Islamiyah Pasia Islamic Boarding School. A total of 15 teachers were involved in this training. The results of the training show that the training conducted can improve the ability of teachers to make teaching modules using the kvisoft flipbook maker application. The training was carried out very well where the students were enthusiastic and focused on participating in the training. The average percentage of training effectiveness is 95.33%..

Abstract

Gaya belajar peserta didik harus berubah baik dari segi cara mengajar sekaligus penyiapan bahan ajar yang akan digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas. Salah satu usaha yang seharusnya dilakukan oleh pendidik adalah dengan menyajikan pembelajaran mengunakan media interaktif melalui pemanfaatan perkembangan teknologi salah satunya melalui aplikasi canva. Namun belum semua mereka memiliki keterampilan dan kemampuan dalam membuat media pembelajaran dengan menggunakan aplikasi canva tersebut. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 03 Labuah Gunuang, Kec. Lareh Sago Halaban, dengan pesertaterdiri dari seluruh guru SD Negeri yang berjumlah 34 orang. Kegiatan terlaksana sesuai rencana dan target. Seluruh peserta mengikuti setiap kegiatan pelatihan dengan fokus, semangat dan antusias. Hasil pengukuran terhadap efektivitas pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian menunjukkan capaian 93,1%. Hasil evaluasi terhadap tingkat pemahaman peserta pelatihan diperoleh bahwa tingkat pemahaman peserta pelatihan berada pada persentase 97,06% dan kemampuan dalam menggunakan media canva dalam membuat media pembelajaran berada pada capaian 95,10

Abstract

The research’s objective is to explore the contribution of teacher work motivation and school climate to teacher work achievement at the public elementary school, IV Jurai District, Pesisir Selatan Regency, by using a correlational quantitative approach with an ex post facto type of research. This research covers a teacher population of 225 people. The sample size was determined using the Cochran formula, and stratified proportional random sampling resulted in a sample of 102 teachers being selected based on class and length of service. Likert Scale Questionnaire, validated and reliable, facilitates data collection. The research results revealed (1) the contribution of teacher work motivation to teacher work achievement, (2) the contribution of school climate to teacher work achievement, (3) the contribution of teacher work motivation and school climate to teacher work achievement at the public elementary school, IV Jurai District, Pesisir Selatan Regency.

Abstract

This research aims to reveal the influence of workload and organizational culture on the work stress level of State Middle School teachers in South Solok Regency. The population in this study was 502 teachers at all-state junior high school teachers in South Solok Regency. The research sample consisted of 87 teachers using the cluster random sampling technique. The research instruments used are assessment scales and Likert scale model questionnaires, which have been tested for validity and reliability. Research data was analyzed using correlation and regression techniques. The results of data analysis show that workload influences teacher work stress levels by 12.1%, organizational culture influences teacher work stress levels by 22.2%, and workload and organizational culture jointly affect teachers' work stress levels by 32.6%. The achievement level for teacher work stress levels was 72.6% in the medium category. For workload, 71.60% was in the moderately burdened category, while for organizational culture, 74.71% of the ideal score was in the medium category.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Sebuah organisasi akan berjalan dengan efektif jika sumber daya manusianya memadai dan berkualitas. Sistem rekrutmen adalah salah satu metode untuk menemukan Sumber Daya Manusia atau SDM yang berkualitas. Tujuan Penelitian: untuk mendapatkan orang yang tepat menempati suatu posisi. Metode Penelitian: Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Hasil Penelitian: Proses rekrutmen dan seleksi merupakan proses yang penting dalam menentukan tujuan perusahaan untuk kedepannya. Kesimpulan : Pentingnya dalam Rekrutmen dan seleksi dalam perusahaan Untuk menemukan karyawan yang tepat, menempati posisi yang tepat dalam perusahaan, sehingga karyawan tersebut mampu bekerja secara aktif dan dapat beradaptasi dalam kurun waktu yang lama.
