Abstract

Problem terapi hipertensi diantaranya ketidakpatuhan pasien terhadap terapi non farmakologi dan farmakologi . Ketidakpatuhan pengobatan hipertensi disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor antara lain pengetahuan dan komunikasi pasien dengan tenaga kesehatan. Penelitian Alfian (2014) menyatakan bahwa pemberian layanan pesan singkat pengingat dapat meningkatkan kepatuhan minum obat pasien hipertensi yang diukur dengan parameter kuesioner Morisky Medication Adherence Scale (MMAS) dari 3,4±0,69 menjadi 6,7±0,82 (p<0,05) dan dapat menurunkan tekanan darah pasien hipertensi dengan rata-rata sistolik 17,92±12,20 mmHg dan rata-rata diastolik 9,17±8,9 mmHg (p<0,05). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh pemberian layanan pesan singkat pengingat terhadap kepatuhan dan efektivitas pengobatan pasien hipertensi di Puskesmas Kecamatan Sumbang Banyumas. Penelitian dilakukan dengan rancangan analitik cross-sectional dengan pengambilan data secara prospektif pasien hipertensi selama bulan Januari-Februari 2016. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling. Subyek yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi sebanyak 75 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melihat nilai Medication Possession Ratio (MPR) dan data tekanan darah dari rekam medik. Hasil menunjukan bahwa pemberian layanan pesan singkat pengingat tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan dan efektivitas pengobatan pasien hipertensi dimana kepatuhan p value uji chi-square 0,102 (P>0,05) dan efektivitas p value uji chi-square = 0,899 (P>0,05). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian layanan pesan singkat pengingat tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan dan efektivitas pengobatan pasien hipertensi di Puskesmas Kecamatan Sumbang Banyumas. Kata kunci: Hipertensi, Layanan pesan singkat pengingat, Kepatuhan, MPR, Efektivitas pengobatan, Puskesmas.

Abstract

Based on the results of observations and interviews, this study was motivated by the fluctuating number of customers of BSI Tabungan Haji Indonesia. This fluctuation is influenced by several factors, including Brand Image and Electronic Word Of Mouth (e-WOM). In May 2023, BSI experienced a system error incident, which was suspected to be caused by a cyberattack. which affected customer perceptions and trust in BSI, due to the widespread dissemination of negative information through e-WOM. This study aims to analyze the impact of brand image and electronic word of mouth on brand trust among BSI Tabungan haji Indonesia customers at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Jatinangor UNPAD, both individually and simultaneously. The object of this study is the customers of BSI Tabungan Haji Indonesia at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Jatinangor UNPAD. This research employs a quantitative associative approach using primary data. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, literature study, and questionnaires. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, with a total of 97 respondents selected based on specific criteria from a population of 2,960 customers. The results show that Brand Image has a significant effect on Brand Trust among BSI Tabungan Haji Indonesia customers at BSI KCP Jatinangor UNPAD by 21.2%, with the result tcount > ttable (5.050 > 1.6612). there is also Electronic Word Of Mouth has a significant effect on Brand Trust among BSI Tabungan Haji Indonesia customers at BSI KCP Jatinangor UNPAD by 23,4% with the result tcount > ttable (5.390 > 1.6612). Simultaneously, Brand Image and Electronic Word Of Mouth significantly influence Brand Trust among BSI Tabungan Haji Indonesia customers at BSI KCP Jatinangor UNPAD by 26.8% with the result Fcount > Ftable (17.183 > 2.36).

Abstract

Kepemimpinan selalu menjadi wacana yang menarik untuk dipelajari, terutama dalam konteks keagamaan. Dalam setiap agama, termasuk Islam, terdapat konsep dan doktrin kepemimpinan yang berakar pada pemimpin agama serta perilaku para pelopor, yang menjadi teladan dalam kehidupan beragama dan sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji konsep kepemimpinan Islam secara konseptual dan empiris, menganalisis prinsip tauhid sebagai landasan kepemimpinan dalam Islam, mengidentifikasi kelemahan mendasar dalam kepemimpinan Islam. Penelitian ini mempergunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan (Library Research). Metode ini dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data yang diperoleh dari berbagai sumber yang relevan, misalnya buku, jurnal, artikel ilmiah, serta dokumen pendukung. Analisis deskriptif digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mendeskripsikan berbagai kelemahan yang mendasar dalam konsep kepemimpinan Islam, yang dilihat dari beberapa perspektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepemimpinan Islam berlandaskan ajaran Al-Qur'an dan prinsip tauhid, yang menempatkan pemimpin sebagai wakil Tuhan untuk menegakkan keadilan dan kesejahteraan. Pemimpin bertanggung jawab atas kesejahteraan sosial dan spiritual umat, namun menghadapi tantangan dalam mewujudkan prinsip ini dalam konteks politik dan sosial. Kelemahan mendasar terletak pada ketidakseimbangan antara ajaran teologis dan praktik sosial, ketergantungan pada sosok pemimpin ideal, serta penyalahgunaan kekuasaan yang bertentangan dengan prinsip tauhid, yang menghambat adaptasi terhadap perubahan sosial.

Abstract

Background: Millennials tend to want to try everything they see on the internet, characters who like to try and be expressive as an example of one of them are food, this of course affects the lifestyle of the millennial generation. Various kinds of bakeries spread across Indonesia, sales of Holland Bakery always occupy the third position. Holland Bakery offers a variety of interesting products to consumers. Aim: This study aims to examine the relationship between perceived value and price on repurchase intentions through the mediation of consumer satisfaction moderated by personal selling. Methods: This research uses quantitative methods. Sampling in this study used the Non Probability Sampling Method with a purposive technique. The population used by the community in Bekasi district. The samples obtained were 100 consumer respondents who consumed Holland Bakery. This research data analysis fully uses SmartPLS 4.0. Findings: Personal selling can play a role in strengthening the perceived value of consumer repurchase intentions of Sari Roti and BreadTalk brand bread , but not so for Holland Bakery brand products that personal selling has a direct role on repurchase intention. Personal selling can play a role in strengthening the price of consumer repurchase intentions of Holland Bakery and BreadTalk brand bread, but not so for Sari Roti brand products that personal selling has a direct role on repurchase intention.

Abstract

Bumiwangi Village is one of the villages located in the Ciparay District, Bandung Regency, which has considerable potential in tourism and community economy. However, on the other hand, this village still faces several challenges, particularly in the management of the Village Cooperative, namely the lack of understanding among cooperative administrators and members regarding the concepts, principles, and governance systems of a Sharia cooperative. This community service activity uses the ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) method, through several stages including the initial observation stage, the socialization implementation stage, the evaluation stage, and the follow-up and program sustainability stage. As a result of this activity, participants gain insight into the importance of transparency, accountability, responsibility, and professionalism in running cooperative activities.

Abstract

The ability to manage household finances is an essential skill that plays an important role in maintaining family welfare and financial stability. Many families, especially in rural areas, still lack adequate understanding of how to plan and manage budgets effectively. This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to improve public understanding of household financial management based on Islamic principles. The method used in this activity was Participatory Action Research (PAR), conducted through socialization, interactive discussions, and evaluation stages. The activity was held on August 2, 2025, in Margaasih Village, Cicalengka District, Bandung Regency, involving community leaders and housewives as participants. The results showed a significant improvement in participants’ understanding of family budgeting, income and expense management, and the application of prudent financial principles aligned with Islamic values. Participants also expressed commitment to implementing daily financial recording and open communication within family financial management. This activity is expected to encourage community financial independence and support the realization of prosperous and empowered families.

Abstract

This study identifies key variables, such as perceived usefulness, ease of use, trust, and security, that influence attitudes toward mobile banking and their impact on adoption intentions. TAM has been widely used in previous studies, but few have examined how religiosity can moderate the relationship between these factors in the context of Islamic banking. By considering the Islamic values that underlie financial decision-making by Islamic customers, this study is expected to provide a more holistic understanding of technology adoption in Islamic banking. A survey was conducted with 209 respondents in Greater Bandung, and the data were analyzed using SEM-PLS. The results showed that perceived usefulness and ease of use significantly influenced attitudes toward mobile banking, while trust, security, and religiosity did not. However, religiosity proved to have a highly significant effect on adoption intentions, while attitude had no effect. These findings confirm that the adoption of Islamic mobile banking is more influenced by religiosity than by users' attitudes toward technology

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Muslim-friendly hotel attributes on the satisfaction of Muslim visitors in Bandung City. The independent variables studied include worship facilities, Islamic entertainment, halal food, Islamic clothing, and Islamic morality, with visitor satisfaction as the dependent variable. The study used a quantitative approach with a survey method of 164 respondents who had stayed at Sharia hotels in Bandung. Data analysis was performed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS) through the WarpPLS application. The results showed that three variables, namely Islamic entertainment, halal food, and Islamic morality, had a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction. Conversely, the variables of worship facilities and Islamic clothing had no significant effect. These findings indicate that visitor satisfaction with sharia hotels is more influenced by the religious and moral values applied by the hotel than by physical or symbolic attributes alone. The Islamic morality variable is the most dominant factor in increasing satisfaction, indicating the importance of applying Islamic ethics in hotel services. Theoretically, the results of this study reinforce the concept of Islamic hospitality, which emphasizes the importance of integrating spiritual values and service quality in halal tourism.

Abstract

The research is motivated to develop an Artificial Intelligent-Based Accounting System (AI- AIS) using machine learning and natural language processing methods; isolation forest algorithm for anomaly detection, BERT classification framework to automize Shariah compliant monitoring in the financial statements. This study performs systematic review of literature as well development of functional prototyping. Key findings:(1)Detection of non-compliant transactions — riba, gharar detected in real-time 92% accurate over manual audits; (2)Shariah compliance screening for financial documents automated end to end; and, (3)Pre-validation on accounting entries prior to posting. This helps to shorten verification time from days to seconds and confirms compliance with AAOIFI regulations. The AIS uses cutting-edge AI technology that deals with some of the core issues in Islamic accounting, including but not limited to data integrity, reconciliation efficiency and transparency. It involves a system of accounting that uses the guiding principles laid out in Maqasid al-Shariah, eradicating financial risks based on balance. Further empirical and clinical attention to the integration of legacy systems, that their exegeses adjust themselves with contemporary Islamic jurisprudence on financial instruments; enabling a security design dabble compatible with off-the-shelf boards while developing an automated python script or the likes for identifying Shariah prohibitions may allow prevention.

Abstract

In Sugihmukti Village, Pasirjambu District, the majority of the community relies on agriculture, plantations, and home-based businesses that produce various local products, including processed foods, traditional beverages, and handicrafts. This potential should be able to drive the village's economy; however, in practice, there are still various obstacles. Therefore, assistance in product development is needed to enhance the economy of MSMEs in Sugihmukti Village. The method used in this service is Oriented-Project Planning (OPP), where the implementation of the service focuses on planning development and executing programs to achieve specific goals. The stages of implementation in this service include the stages of socialization, training, technology application, mentoring, evaluation, and program sustainability. The results of the activities indicate that this program successfully enhanced the capacity of business actors through training, technology application, and more effective marketing strategies, resulting in products that are more innovative, of higher quality, and competitive; the positive impacts are evident from the increased market opportunities, strengthened cooperation networks, and the commitment to program sustainability that supports the continuous economic growth of the village.
