Abstract

ABSTRACT Today the responsibility for accountability is not only in the central or regional governments, but also in the same authority in terms of realizing good and accountable governance. The research objective to be achieved is to discuss the Accountability of Village Income and Expenditure Management (ABPDes) in Tegal Mengkeb Village in 2018. This study uses exploratory exploration methods with techniques for changing data inzthe form of interviews, observations and evaluations. Accountability used in this study is divided into five indicators namely administrative accountability, legal accountability, political accountability, professional accountability, and moral accountability. The results of this study reveal the accountability proposed in village financial management in Tegal Mengkeb Village which in general has gone well, is still discussing some weaknesses that must be addressed immediately. It is expected that the future implementation will be more transparent and accountable in terms of the management of the Regional Budget. Abstract

ABSTRACT The existence of LPD in Bali plays a major role in constructing Desa Adat (village).To maintain the existence of LPD in Bali, the villagers need to support it and the staff also has to improve their service quality because the service quality can affect the customers’ loyalty. This study is to investigate the effect of service quality towards customers’ loyalty of LPD Desa Adat Anggungan. This study is a quantitative study which uses questionnaire technique to collect data. The sample of this study was 98 customers which is gathered by using Slovin pattern.To investigate the effect of independent variable towards dependent variable, the researcher did a simple linear analysis. Hypothesis testing was done using t test. The result of the study shows that the service quality gives positive and significant impact towards customers’ loyalty of LPD Desa Adat Anggungan. Abstract

ABSTRACT One of the missions of Bank Rakyat Unit Gianyar is Providing excellent service to customers through a wide-spread network and supported by professional human resources and reliable information technology by implementing risk management and excellent Good Corporate Governance (GCG) practices, however, this goal is not yet in line with the requirements. Therefore, the writer wants to find out the quality of service by using qualitative methods and using the quality of service as a reference, then using interactive analysis techniques Miles and Huberman to provide conclusions and verification. The result of this research shows that the quality of BRI Unit Gianyar’s KUR services already occupiedd service qualityy dimensions. Keywords: Public Services, Quality Services, KUR Services

Abstract

zABSTRACTz Tegenungan Traditional Village as one of the traditional villages in Gianyar Regency has tourism potential. The unique thing about this Tegenunan Customary Village is that it has been able to manage tourism potential to be developed into an Indigenous Village Owned Enterprise (CV Tegenungan Mertha Jiwa Wahana Tirta). The purpose of this study was to determine extent of the strategy set by Tegenungan Customary Village in managing the attraction of Tegenungan Waterfall. The unit of analysis of this research is the Tegenungan Traditional Village. This research uses explorative qualitative methods. The results of this study indicate that in the implementation of the strategies set by the Tegenungan Customary Village still experiencing some obstacles, obstacles in the field of planning and implementation in the field. This research resulted in a strategy to improve access to tourism objects, improve parking lots, develop tourist attractions owned by the Tegenungan Traditional Village. Abstract

ABSTRACT Denpasar is the region with the highest population in the Province of Bali. Due to the large number of population, it will affect the number of job seekers in an area. Therefore, Denpasar has to deal with unemployment issues, The Department of Labor and Denpasar Competency Certification has made efforts to overcome this issue by running the employment placement services. This study aims at finding the performance of the Department of Labor and Competency Certification of Denpasar in employment placement services. The results of this study showed that the performance of The Department of Labor and Denpasar Competency Certificationis good enough. It indicates good human resources and infrastructure, well-responded to any complaints, have achieved the target even though the numbers are unstable and able to be responsible and report all activities both in the internal and external environment of the organization. Abstract

ABSTRACT Mengwi Village Government established a Village-Owned Business Entity (BUMDes) as a driving force to improve village economy and community empowerment based on village potential. Results of this study is the performance of Mengwi BUMDes has not gone well in terms of output, results, business links with achievement and explanatory information during the 4 years of the estblishment BUMDes. The performance of BUMDes in community empowerment also has not been maximally seen from the indicators of enabling, empowering, and protecting. The obstacles in realizing community empowerment through BUMDes are lack of guidance from local government and less competent human resources. Suggestions that can be give for guidance and guidance from the local government, there needs to be a refresher for the management to realize community empowerment through BUMDes in Mengwi Village. Abstract

ABSTRACT Program Gerakan Membangun Desa Sistem Gotong Royong (Gerbangdessigot) is a program from Bangli District Govement in an effort to accelerate village development. The gerbangdessigot program has been implemented in Bangli District in 2010. The purpose of this study was to find out more about the Implementationn of the Program Gerbangdesisigot (Gerakan Membangun Desa Sistem Gotong Royong) in Belantih Village, Kintamani Sub-District, Bangli District. The theory used in this study is the theory of implementation by Merilee S. Grindle, which includes content of policy and context of policy. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study are that the implementatioon Program Gerakan Membangun Desa Sistem Gotong Royong (GERBANGDESSIGOT) has not been effective because there are two problems, namely the priority of using funds budgeted to strengthen BUMDES capital and women's empowerment not being effective. Abstract

ABSTRACT     The BPJS program implemented in the Puri Raharja General Hospital was an effort from the government to equalize the health services. The objective was to find out the service quality for patients of BPJS participants in the case study of Puri Raharja General Hospital year 2016. Its research method was qualitative method by using data sources from primary data and secondary data. Its unit of analysis was looking for information regarding the analysis of public service quality on patients of BPJS. Informant determination technique used by the researchers used purposive sampling technique. Its data collection technique used by the researchers was interview and observation, while its technique to analyze the data was data reduction, data presentation, and draw the conclusion and result. This study used five dimensions tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy. The BPJS analysis program at Puri Raharja General Hospital seen from the overall aspects has been running well. The obstacle encountered in implementing BPJS Program was the lack of socialization from the BPJS parties about the service mechanism. It made the different perception between the hospital parties and patients of BPJS’ participants. Keywords: quality, public service, BPJS, five dimension

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research was to identify the extent of the implementation of the strategy undertaken as well as efforts to design the strategy on the next program. The unit of analysis of this research was Tourism Office of Gianyar Regency and this research used descriptive qualitative method. The results of this study indicate that in the implementation of the strategy applied by the Tourism Office of Gianyar Regency in increasing recreation and sports retribution still experienced some obstacles, both in strategic planning and implementation in the field. This research produces alternative strategy of SO (Strengths-Opportunities) that is, develop tourist attraction owned, improve the utilization of IT as a means of providing tourist information, develop new tourism innovation, the development of local community industry in the path of tourism, environmental arrangement along the access of tourism, developing new marketing innovations, as well as improving the facilities and infrastructure of tourism objects. Abstract

ABSTRACT Fire disaster is a disaster that can happen anytime. Many factors cause the fire in the community . In order to reduce fire hazard, the optimal performance of an agency in handling fire problems is needed. Organizational performance is an overall organizational effectiveness for the defined needs of each group and improves the organization's ability to continually achieve its needs effectively. As well as the Fire Department of Badung Regency which tries to deal with the issue of fire with efforts to improve the better performance in the field of disaster prevention and handling. However, in the implementation there are still problems in the organization that resulted in less optimal achievement of the vision of the organization. The purpose of this research is to know the performance of Fire Department of Badung Regency in the effort of prevention and handling fire hazard. This research is descriptive qualitative research. The theory used in this research is performance theory which has six performance measurement indicators: input, process, output, outcome, benefit, impact. Based on the results of the research, the performance of the Fire Department of Badung Regency in the prevention and prevention of fire are still not running optimal. This is because there are still problems faced by Badung Fire Department which is still lack of human resources, lack of firefighting post.
