Abstract

ABSTRACT Consumer protection policies have not been carried out optimally, such as the lack of socialization and the absence of BPSK to resolve consumer problems outside the court. Therefore the researcher wants to evaluate the UUPK related to consumer protection policies in Bali Province. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative, data collection techniques such as in-depth interview, observation and documentation. The indicator that used in this research is effectiveness, responsiveness, efficiency, and accuracy. The conclusions of this study are measured based on these four indicators, namely that the function of Law Number 8 of 1999 has not been maximized in terms of protecting consumers. Abstract

ABSTRACT Prostitution is a social problem that tends to occur in urban areas of a country, including in Indonesia. In Denpasar, in dealing with the problem of prostitution, a government institution, namely the Social Service Office of the City of Denpasar, was given the responsibility of fostering female prostitutes again as functional citizens. The purpose of this study is determining the performance of the Denpasar City Social Service in dealing with the problem of prostitution. The research method used is Qualitative Descriptive method with the method of determining the informant is Purposive Sampling and the method of observation is Passive Observation. It was found that the performance of the Denpasar City Social Service prostitution was still not effective due to various factors from WTS, community participation and the interests of third parties. Therefore it is recommended to educate the younger generation about the dangers of HIV/AIDS or legalize prostitution Keywords: Performance, Prostitution, Denpasar City Social Service

Abstract

ABSTRACT One form of public service needed by the public is public transport services. But this time, in Gianyar regency public transportation tends to be abandoned by the public due to the low level of service provided by the government. It also affecting the students to use motorcycles when they go to school instead of using public transport. Responding to the phenomenon, the Department of Transportation Gianyar Distric providing free school bus services called Trans Gianyar. This research was conducted using qualitative descriptive method. The indicators that used in this research are (1) tangibles, (2) reliability, (3) responsiveness, (4) assurance, (5) emphaty. The result of this study indicate Trans Gianyar is still not running optimally yet. It can be seen from the five indicators that only emphaty expected the target, while the others are still not running optimally. The obstacles in this reseach are lack of human resource and founding sources. Keywords: Quality, Services, Gianyar

Abstract

zABSTRACT Providing electricity power in Indonesia according UU 30 Tahun 2009 Concerning Electricity is run by the BUMN specifically PT. PLN due to the strategic value of electricity power to the Nation and the State. PT. PLN as the BUMN is the sole holder of the right to sell electricity power. This study aims to find out about how the public services carried out by PT. PLN (PERSERO) Distribution of Bali UP3 South Bali The unit of analysis of this research is evaluation and service’s quality, namely the PT. PLN ULP Kuta. this study described the evaluation criteria proposed by Dunn in Agustino (2008:187) effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, responsifeness. and services quality proposed by Levinne (1990) responsiveness, responsibility, accountability. The Informants is determined by purposive sampling.The results of this study indicate public services conducted by PT. PLN ULP Kuta still experiencing problems and disruption. Abstract

ABSTRACT Inclusive education is education intended for children who have disabilities and the ability of intelligence to get educational services with student in general. Inclusive education in West Denpasar Subdistrict has been carried out by 4 elementary schools.Implementation of inclusive education in public and private elementary schools have differences in their application. The implementation of inclusive education in public elementary schools is still not optimal when compared to the implementation of inclusive education in private elementary schools, because there are no teacher assistants in public elementary schools and the assistance provided by the government is still not optimal. Abstract

ABSTRACT The Online-Based Death Compensation Program is an innovation that aims to increase the transparency of the death compensations program and maximizing process to improve services to the people of Denpasar City including veterans. This program is one of the best programs in organizing Denpasar Smart City. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques such as observations, interviews, and documentations. The results of the study are based on an analysis with three implementation indicators according to Charles O. Jones showing that the program still needs to be optimized because there are still problems with several indicators such as: the need to consider the number of death compensation operators, not yet maximizing socialization to the community especially in terms of requirements, the process of disbursing funds which often exceeds the time limit specified, and the amount of compensation funds expected to increase especially given to the community. Abstract

ABSTRACT Gianyar Regent Regulation No. 57 of 2018 concerning Management and Engineering of Traffic and Road Transportation and Parking Lot in the Tourism Area of ??Ubud regulates parking management to realize good traffic order and management in Ubud. In this study the researher used a qualitative descriptive method. The purpose of this research is to find out how the role and optimization of policies made by the government based on these regulations of traffic in Ubud. The data collection techniques used by interviews with informants, observation in the object, and documentation Through the theory of Effectiveness according to Duncan (2008) with indicators of goal achievement, integration and adaptation These problems are mostly due to the lack of commitment from the regional government and the government's attention to the policies that have been implemented. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to review and evaluate the performance of the Ngada Regency Inspectorate in carrying out financial audits and supervision. The method is qualitative with descriptive type. The analysis is using the theory of public sector organizational performance according to Mahsun with indicators of inputs, process, outputs, results, benefits and impacts.The results of research isindicate that in general, the performance of the Inspectorate is good, effective, integrated, thorough and professional manner.However, there are some things that hampering such as irregularity and lack of preparation and Human resources of SKPD, a deficiency of employees, auditors, P2UPD, vehicles, facilities and infrastructure due to the limited financial of the APBD. Time efficiency has not been utilized properly, the length of time for issuing LHP is not in accordance with the provisions, the problem in TLHP and the percentage of resolutionis very small and rarely evaluates of employee performance. Abstract

ABSTRACT As a government agency under the supervision ofthe Sidoarjo Regional Personnel Agency. Sukodono Sub-District Office successfully made an achievement in 2018 as the Clean Serving Bureaucracy Region which was obtained from the Ministry of Civil Service Administration and Bureaucratic Reform. This triggers researchers to find out how much influence an award has on employee performance. In this study, researchers used a quantitative method in which to collect data using questionnaires / questionnaires and interviews and linking two variables that have been determined. After the researchhas been carried out, it can be obtained that there is an effect of rewards on the performance of the facilitators. This means that an increase in awards will lead to an increase in the performance of employees of the Sukodono subdistrict office in Sidoarjo Regency. Abstract

ABSTRACT Denpasar Mayor Regulation no.09 of 2009 concerning arrangement and coaching traditional markets, shopping centers and modern shops in reducing the growth of modern stores in the South Denpasar and suppressing the growth rate of modern shops that are not in accordance with established regulations. This regulation is lacking because there are many modern shops stand in the District of South Denpasar not in accordance distance that has been determined and don’t have parking space, causing congestion on the Panjer road. These problems have led to miscommunication between the government and modern shop business entities that want to take care of modern store business permit (IUTM). The research method used in research is descriptive qualitative. To obtain data, authors conducted in-depth field observations with informants related to this regulation. The findings of this study indicate that there are many modern stores that stand without a permit from the government or modern. Keywords: Evaluation, Arrangement and Construction
