Abstract

ABSTRACT Denpasar Mayor Regulation no.09 of 2009 concerning arrangement and coaching traditional markets, shopping centers and modern shops in reducing the growth of modern stores in the South Denpasar and suppressing the growth rate of modern shops that are not in accordance with established regulations. This regulation is lacking because there are many modern shops stand in the District of South Denpasar not in accordance distance that has been determined and don’t have parking space, causing congestion on the Panjer road. These problems have led to miscommunication between the government and modern shop business entities that want to take care of modern store business permit (IUTM). The research method used in research is descriptive qualitative. To obtain data, authors conducted in-depth field observations with informants related to this regulation. The findings of this study indicate that there are many modern stores that stand without a permit from the government or modern. Keywords: Evaluation, Arrangement and Construction

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study has purpose to find out and analyze strategies have been used and necessary to be used by village owned business entity in the management of Paksebali Tourism Village, Dawan District, Klungkung Regency. This study has using qualitative descriptive. While informant determining technique used is purposive and snowball sampling. The results of the SWOT Matrix analysis resulted in three alternative SO (Strength-Opportunities) which became the alternative strategy of choice as priority for future strategies such; improve the performance of HR in the management of the Tourism Village as well as in the development of information technology in the marketing process, optimize the development of tourism potential and tourism objects in utilizing the potential of the village as a tourist attraction and increase and develop communication networks and cooperation with the government, villages, managers and stakeholders in the development and management of the Paksebali Tourism Village. Abstract

Synergy between the Satpol PP of Denpasar City and the Denpasar City Transportation Service, it is hoped that they will be able to curb street vendors in Denpasar City, especially on RA Kartini street, Wangaya market Denpasar area in order to create order and security on the road. This study used a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques1 in the form of observation1, interview1 and documentation1. This study looks at how the synergy between the Satpol PP of Denpasar City and the Denpasar City Department of Transportation in the implementation of curbing street vendors in Denpasar City, especially on RA Kartini street, Wangaya market Denpasar area by using the Najiyati synergy indicator which consists of communication and coordination. The results showed that the synergy was running well based on communication and coordination indicators. Need to be improved so that the synergy can run more optimally. Abstract

The Badung Regency Tourism Office has a mandate to handle the tourism sector. One of the targets is to increase the Local Own Revenue (PAD) from the retribution of tourism object. However, in archieving the target, there are still some problems. To get a strategy in solving these problems, in this research uses strategic planning process according to John M. Bryson and also SWOT analysis techniques according_to FreddynRangkuti." This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Then, this research produces four alternative strategy and the SO (Strength-Opportunities) strategy was chosen which has seven strategies. There are four strategies that have the potential to be implemented ", namely structuring and developing new tourist attractions based on nature, art, and culture, conducting post-Covid-19 tourism recovery and marketing, increasing revenue from tourist attraction fees, standardizing protocols health in each tourism area. Abstract

The Mentoring Program is a target program for MSMEs, especially in increasing the competitiveness of business products. Coaching aims to maximize the community's economy in order to create competitiveness between developing business products. The researcher limits this research to the East Denpasar District, Denpasar City. In its implementation, there are still problems related to the low public awareness of information on coaching programs and human resources who are less skilled in business products that have high competitiveness values. The purpose of this study is to find out how the problems of MSMEs and how MSMEs can improve the community's economy. The results of related research were analyzed using three aspects according to Sumodinigrat (1999), namely increasing access to business capital assistance, increasing access to human resources, and increasing access to facilities and infrastructure to support business. Abstract

LPHD Medewi is a village institution in charge of managing village forests in Medewi village. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the Village Forest Management Program by the Village Forest Management Institute (Case Study: Medewi Village Forest Management Institute, Pekutatan District, Jembrana Regency). Measurement of effectiveness is carried out through three approaches proposed by Balduck and Buelens, namely the source approach, the process approach, and the goal approach. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. The results of this study indicate that the village forest management program by LPHD Medewi has been running well but has not been effective because there are still obstacles in the measurement indicators. Abstract

ABSTRACTt Bali Provincial Regulation Number 5 of 2016 concerning Tour Guides aims to create a qualified tourist workers by providing empowerments in the form of training, coaching, and supervision of tour guides. Thesstudy aims to find outthow the implementation of thisspolicy in Gianyar Regency created quality tourism andaaffected thessocial-economic conditions. Thesstudy usessdescriptive qualitative methods with data collectionntechniques throughoobservation,ninterviews, andpdocumentation.tThe rresearch innGianyar Regency indicate this policy did not give maximum result. This is because no implementation standard give by the Provincial Government, the lack of Humas Resources (HR) under policy supervision, and the attitudeeof theeimplementers whoodo nottsupport thessuccess of this policy. The implementation of Regent Regulation as a supporting regulatin for this policy in Gianyar Regency has also not been implemented due to funding constraints that have not been approved by the Gianyar Regent. Abstract

The Tourism and Culture Office Bangli Regency to develop the tourism sector is guided by RIPPDA (Regional Tourism Development Master Plan). However, in the development of tourism in Bangli Regency is relatively slow caused the competence of human resources of tourism; decrease in tourist visits due to the Covid-19 Pandemic; budget; accessibility; and the lack of new DTW tourism promotions The purpose of the research is to find out the extent of the implementation strategy by the Tourism and Culture Office Bangli Regency to efforts development of regional tourism. The strategy analysis using strategic planning by John M. Bryson and SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Threat). The type of research is descriptive-qualitative. The technique of determining the information is purposive sampling. This research resulted in an alternative strategy WO (Weaknesses-Opportunitie alternative strategies. Abstract

Tanah Lot Traditional Market is the first traditional market has a modern concept in Tabanan Regency. Regarding the income of the Tanah Lot Traditional Market, it has not been able to reach the target that has been set so that it affects its contribution to the original income of the Beraban Traditional Village. The purpose of this research is to perfect or create new strategies related to the management of the Tanah Lot Traditional Market. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The analysis used is an indicator of strategic management according to Wheelen and Hunger, namely environmental analysis, strategy formulation, strategy implementation, evaluation and control. The results of this study indicate that there are still several obstacles related to strategies that have not been maximal, program implementation has not been optimal, human resources are still low, policies implemented are not based on clear regulations. Abstract

The Sanur Development Foundation is a pillar that maintains and accommodates the community empowerment program for the Sanur Traditional Village. This study aims to determine how the synergy that occurs between the Sanur Development Foundation and the Sanur Traditional Village community itself in realizing empowerment as a form of good governance. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. In conducting this research, the researcher used two indicators of synergy according to Covey, namely communication and coordination which shows that the synergy between the Sanur Development Foundation and the Sanur Traditional Village community itself has gone quite well, but therefore it is hoped that the established synergy will involve the community more from the planning stage to prevent irregularities and be more specific in meeting community needs.
