Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1) untuk mengetahui kelayakan e-modul untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara peserta didik dan 2) untuk mengetahui keefektifan e-modul untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara peserta didik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan desain Research & Development (R&D) dengan pendekatan Borg & Gall. Tahapan yang dilakukan dalam tujuh tahap yaitu: 1) Penelitian dan Pengumpulan Informasi, 2) Perencanaan, 3) Pengembangan Bentuk Produk Asli, 4) Pengujian Bidang Awal Produk, 5) Revisi Produk Awal untuk Menghasilkan Produk Utama, 6) Menguji Bidang Produk Utama, dan 7) Revisi Produksi Utama Menghasilkan Produk Operasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari penilaian para ahli diperoleh hasil pengukuran 92% dengan kategori nilai 81% -100% valid. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa modul e-learning sangat sesuai untuk proses belajar mengajar sebagai hasil evaluasi pre-test dan post-test. Nilai rata-rata hasil belajar pada Pre Test 70,00 <Post Test 90,00, nilai Sig. (2-tailed) adalah 0,000 <0,05, maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi e-modul Speaking on website by (Zoom) sangat berpengaruh dan efektif untuk diterapkan dalam sistem pembelajaran online di Kampung Course Pare-Kediri.The aimed of this research was 1) to know the feasibility of e-Module to improve learners’ speaking skill. This research was a development research using Research & Development (R&D) design by using Borg & Gall approach. The stages were carried out in seven steps such as: 1) Research and Information Collection, 2) Planning, 3) Developing the Original Product Form, 4) Testing The Field of Product Scratch, 5) Initial Product Revision to Produce the Main Product, 6) Test The Main Product Field, and 7) Major Production Revisions Produce Operational Products. The result showed that from assessment by experts, the measurement results were 92% with a category value of 81% -100% valid. It showed that the e-learning module was very suitable for the teaching and learning process as the result of the pre-test and post-test evaluations. The average value of learning outcomes on the Pre Test 70.00 <Post Test 90.00, the value of Sig. (2-tailed) is 0.000 <0.05, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. So, it can be concluded that the e-module Speaking on website by (Zoom) application was very influential and effective to be applied in the online learning system at Kampung Course Pare-Kediri.

Abstract

AbstractTeaching and learning can be successful and meaningful if it uses a design that is close to students, namely the cultural context.  This study aims to explore the mathematical content of the sabuk tradisional in the saboweki/traditional clothing of the Bajawa ethnic community, East Nusa Tenggara Province. The research method used descriptive qualitative with an ethnographic approach. Research object was sabuk tradisional Bajawa (keru). The data was collected through observation and documentation, while the source triangulation technique used to obtain the validity of the data. Data analysis techniques started from exposure, reduction and conclusion. The results showed that sabuk tradisional (keru) bajawa contains mathematical concepts including number patterns, multiplication as repeated addition, geometry and measurement and reflection. The findings of this study could improve the quality of learning in elementary schools through the sabuk tradisional (keru) bajawa as a mathematics learning media based culturally responsive.

Abstract

Professional lecturers are lecturer professionalism that includes professionalism of teaching, research, and community service. The institution has the responsibility to develop the profession of the lecturer. An important step that can be done by higher education institutions is by developing lecturer profession guidance program covering the field of teaching, research, and community service. The program of developing and fostering the professionalism of the lecturers should be combined with the demands of science, technology, art that develops expansively and qualitatively. The development and professional development of this lecturer can be done through coaching programs based on institutional needs analysis. Programs can be said to succeed if in a lecturer there has been a process of transformation of the program. This transformation process can be seen from two things, namely: (1) improvement of ability in performing a task and (2) behaviour change which is reflected in attitude, discipline and work ethic.

Abstract

Setiap lembaga keuangan pasti selalu berupaya untuk meningkatkan kepuasan nasabah melalui pelayanan yang diberikan karyawan. tidak terkecuali dengan BPR kota kediri yang senantiasa melayani nasabah dengan sepenuh hati. Perusahaan ini selalu menjaga kinerja karyawan agar tetap stabil salah satunya dengan memberikan pelatihan “service excellence”dengan tujuan agar karyawan memiliki kinerja yang baik dan meningkat setiap tahunnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat perbedaan kinerja karyawan BPR Kota Kediri sebelum dan sesudah mengikuti pelatihan service excellence. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik deskriptif komparatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan BPR Kota Kediri dan sampelnya adalah karyawan, kepala kas dan kepala bagian yang berjumlah 30 orang dengan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner. Teknik analisis menggunakan uji normalitas data sebagai dasar penentuan analisis selanjutnya. Jika data bersifat normal maka dilakukan uji paired sampel t test dan jika tidak normal maka menggunakan uji wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian menyebutkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan kinerja karyawan BPR Kota Kediri sebelum dan sesudah mengikuti pelatihan service excellence yang dilihat dari pemahaman pekerjaan/kompetensi, kualitas/kuantitas kerja, inisiatif/ komitmen, kreativitas, kerjasama, kemampuan membangun hubungan dengan orang lain, kemampuan komunikasi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the potential for educational tourism, training facility and business prospects that can be developed by street vendors in Tulungagung Regency, analyze the obstacles faced by each street vendor area, determine the potential for educational tourism and business prospects for street vendors in each area in Tulungagung district. The research location is in 5 street vendors in Tulungagung district. This type of research is descriptive, namely in-depth analysis of the data that has been collected. The results showed that the street vendors’s Redjoagung Business Area have the potential to be developed and have prospects because they are strategically located on the side of the provincial road in the Stadium area and the Sports Building so that it is possible to become a Rest Area. PKL Pujasera Ngemplak has potential and prospects for development because it is close to traditional markets, fruit markets and chicken markets, so that day and night there are many buyers and training facilities. PKL Kali Ngrowo Water Front area has the potential to be developed and has prospects because it is in a river tourism area which is currently the focus of educational tourism development by the local government of Tulungagung district. The street vendors’s Pasar Senggol area have the potential to be developed and have prospects because they have a unique culinary center for food in the past, strategically located, becoming the destination for visitors who exercise in the morning. The street vendors’s Popoh Beach area have the potential to be developed and have prospects along with the improvement of Popoh Beach tourism facilities, moreover, the government's attention is quite big on the development of tourist areas and currently the Southern Cross Route is being built.

Abstract

One of the objectives of credit is to move the wheels of the regional economy. Especially for the small and medium enterprises (SMEs) trade and micro sector, which is now booming because it can improve the household economy. Various financial institutions offer various types of loans with attractive facilities and according to the needs of the target market. Therefore, today's society is demanded to be smart in accessing credit at bank financial institutions. Including the People's Credit Bank (BPR) Kota Kediri which also competes in offering loans that are in accordance with the wishes of the people in the Kediri region and its surroundings. The sample used in this study amounted to 97 customers. This study uses a quantitative approach with factor analysis techniques using principal component analysis (PCA). The result is that there are six groups of factors that influence customers in taking credit with a cumulative diversity value of 59,671. Factor I consists of variations in time period, loan nominal and service has an eigenvalue of 2.935 and total diversity value of 18.343%. Factor II consisted of reasons for interest rates, repayment deductions and requirements having an eigenvalue of 1.590 and a total diversity of 9.936%. Factor III consisted of variations in interest rates and flexible time periods having eigenvalues of 1.552 and total diversity of 9.701%. Factor IV consists of a credit process and the service schedule has an eigenvalue of 1.2282 and a total diversity of 8.014. Factor V consists of loans as needed and flexible guarantees have an eigen value of 1.165 and a total diversity of 7.284. Factor VI is a lack of requirements following with an eigen value of 1.023 and a total diversity of 6.394.Key words : Decision on taking credit, Factor Analysis, BPR in Kediri City

Abstract

Mastering technology improvement is something that educators have to continue to strive for on an ongoing basis. A teacher is required to master the use and applicate the science and technology development along the revolution industrial era 4.0. To continue improving the quality of self, a teacher needs to be given coaching and training. The training activity with the theme "Introduction to English Language Learning Technology at the Pesantren Anak Sholeh, a kindergarden and primary school in Ponorogo" was attended by Ustadz and Ustadzah of the Pesantren Anak Sholeh for PAUD and Elementary School levels with a total of 12 participants. The coaching and training was carried out on Saturday, August 7, 2021 by introducing MEMRiSE as a very easy learning application that children can do to improve their English and Arabic vocabulary. Participants were given the opportunity directly to practice downloading and trying the MEMRiSE application and practice it. Based on the results of the activities, participants showed high enthusiasm in practicing the use of MEMRiSE and stated the ease of learning to increase children's vocabulary. In general, educators at the Sholeh Children's Islamic Boarding School have carried out creativity and learning innovation using MEMRiSE. The results of the responses from the coaching and training participants also showed 100% that MEMRiSE was motivating, fun for learning and very effective in learning trough online in the covid-19 pandemic situation.

Abstract

This research is to find out to analyze the effectiveness of parental involvement, Educational facilities on Student’s achievement in Class X in SMA 4 Kediri, using learning motivation as a moderating variable. This study uses a quantitative descriptive technique and is conducted in the field. Learning motivation as a moderating variable was utilized to explain the four research variables using Regression. techniques in order to identify the effect of parental interaction and student Educational facilities. One hypothesis is tested in this study. There are numerous conclusions in the area application, including: Parents' engagement, Educational facilities, and ambition to learn all have a substantial impact on student accomplishment. Parental involvement has a stronger direct effect on student accomplishment than it has an indirect effect on Student’s achievement.

Abstract

how the curriculum implementation challenges and opportunities after published government regulations about education schools and diniyah through PMA numbers 13 and 18 in 2014th. Curriculum of Boarding school Salaf obtained Mu’adalah or equalization which is using yellow book and the general education curriculum while the curriculum in a modern boarding school known as the Islamic Dirosah Mualimin pattern. It means learning curriculum that applies classical books with the strengthening of the Arabic language in which the learners (students) can independently examine any kind of book in the future. Challenge of Mu’adalah does not require students following national exams.
