Abstract

Preeclampsia and eclamsia are a unity of the disease. The term unity of the disease means that both events are essentially the same because of eclamsia which is an increase of the heavier and more dangerous pre-eclampsia with the addition of certain symptoms. Interprofessional collaboration (IPC) is a strategy in improving the quality of service. The IPC strategy aims to improve patient safety, improve human resources quality, and transform health care systems more effectively. Thus IPC is important in hospital services. Health workers, namely doctors, midwives, nurses and pharmacists to be able to solve the problem of obstetric emergency can be done training and applying interprofessional collaboration (IPC) in providing education, screening and initial management by doctors, midwives, nurses and pharmacists in lowering unwanted events or death in cases of preeclampsia and eclamsia. Training is given to health workers, especially doctors, midwives, nurses and pharmacists in conducting IPC practice divided into 4 dimensions, namely Assessment of Interprofessional Team Collaboration Scale (AITCS) including partnerships, Cooperation, Coordination, Shared Decision Making. Keywords: Interprofessional collaboration, preeclampsia, eclamsia

Purpose the research to determine the effect substitution ofwheat flour with nypa flour to butter cake characteristics and acceptance of organoleptics test and to obstain the best formulation of nypa flour. This research used random completely design with consist of six treatment. Each treatment perform three replication to obstain eighteen units of experiment. The treatment use wereN1T1nypa flour 0% and 100% wheat flour; N2T2nypa flour 20% and wheat flour80% N3T3nypa flour 40% and wheat flour 60% ;N4T4 nypa flour 60% and wheat flour 40%.N5T5, nypa flour 80% and wheat flour 20%, N6T6 nypa flour 100% and wheat flour 20%.. The result showed that used nypa flour significantly effect on water content, protein content, texture analyze, expand power, texture and the overall sensory was liked by panelist . The best treatment of substitution with wheat flour was N3T3 (wheat flour substitution with 40% flour nypa). The best butter cake with water content 12,17%, protein content 5,69%, texture 180,13 gF, expand power 31,44% and the best organoleptic with taste 5,00 (very like), and overall acceptance 4 (like).

Abstract

Clay soil is aproblematic soil that high swelling-shrinking properties, expands when given water, and shrinks when dry. One method to improve the clay soil that can be used is soil stabilization using additives or added materials. In this research, the additional materials used are ceramic waste powder (CWP) and glass waste powder (GWP) which will be mixed into clay soil at the location of Koto Baru Nan XX, Padang. The quantities used for each added ingredient are 10%, 15%, 20%, and 25%. The method used is an observation method which aims to analyze the physical and mechanical parameters of the soil before and after adding additional materials. The results of the test show that the plasticity index value using CWP and GWP additives decreased by 85% and 59%, respectively. The increase in UCS value when adding CWP and GWP is almost the same when adding 20%. The OMC value decreased by an average of 40% each with the addition of CWP and GWP. Meanwhile, the increase in MDD value in GWP is greater than the addition of CWP.
