Abstract

The most fundamental problem in education in Indonesia is the quality that has not exceeded the desired standards, including education staff, facilities, funding, management, processes and student achievement. Referring to the citation of the problem of financing which comes from the diversity of the current state of educational institutions, it raises the idea that it is very easy to build an organization that is based on profit or non-profit, but in the process, an organization should have to survive in the face of its environmental conditions. If you are able to adapt to the environment, so that the organization will survive, otherwise if not, ultimately only a name. Of course it's very easy to solve this problem. Another problem is the lack of funds, this problem is a fundamental reason that impedes the goals of an organization. The need for preventive measures in the procurement of funds is to build business units that generate profits for the establishment of an independent institution. The research in this article was conducted at Islamic education institutions, especially at Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo High School, which aims to have educational institutions that have the right management in managing their business units, so that they receive income that can support the independence of educational institutions. The Business Unit to be investigated is specialized in leasing several business units owned by the Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo High School. In this article, research conducted using a qualitative approach, the culminative approach is an approach that produces descriptive data in the form of written or oral words from people and observed behavior. The results of this study indicate that of the total business unit revenue only 17% is used for operational purposes, and 83% is left to the Sidoarjo SMAMDA educational institution. Thus it can be concluded that the entrepreneurship owned by Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo High School in the form of several business units, with good management so as to provide income to the institution, this has helped Muhammadiyah High Schools to become independent educational institutions.

Abstract

Arabic language is often taught by Arabic educational institutions only as a tool to read religious texts, not as the function of language is to communicate. The purpose of this research is to show a new strategy of mastering comprehensive communicative Arabic language based on 4 language skills (maharat lughawiyyah), namely listening, speaking, reading, and writing integrally and not separately. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods, data collection is carried out through observation and interviews. The results of this study indicate weak language skills due to partial mastery strategies in Arabic. The conclusion of this study shows that the ability to communicate Arabic must be built on 4 language skills simultaneously, related, intact, integrated and not fragmented.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the importance of the strategy of building a branding school and its effect on competitiveness with other Islamic educational institutions. This research belongs to the type of library research, where researchers deal directly with existing data not through field research, by examining books, journals and other data deemed relevant. So it can be concluded that in the strategy of building a branding school analysis is needed on what factors cause the branding school, then arrange the steps in building a branding school, and the impact or benefits of branding school on competitiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1. New school marketing strategies in selecting new students in Al Zamzam Sukodono Islamic elementary school. 2. Constraints faced in implementing the new school marketing strategy in the selection of new students in Al Zamzam Islamic elementary school. This research was conducted using qualitative methods. Research data collected by observation, documentation and interviews, then analyzed using the inductive approach. This research was conducted at Al Zamzam Islamic Elementary School, Address Kedung, Jumputrejo Sukodono Sidoarjo. This school was only established in 2018 with the first batch of 24 students. The results of this study indicate that: The marketing strategy of a new school in the selection of new students at the Al Zamzam Sukodono Islamic elementary school, which starts from the: Planning stage, includes Market Identification, Segmenting, Targetting, and Positioning, which is used to determine marketing including time plans , date of implementation, target segment, marketing area, marketing implementation techniques and implementation team. Organizing, is organizing work including: determining job description with the new admissions committee (PPDB) as executor, organizing marketing strategies and organizing marketing resources of educators. Actuating, is a form of principal's work in directing or indirectly directing the marketing of Islamic education by using various strategies adapted to situations and conditions. Controlling, is the final form and evaluation that is not only carried out at the end, but in the process, so that the marketing strategy that is carried out can be updated following market developments and needs. The results of this study can be used as material for thought, information and input on the implementation of new school marketing in managing education marketing and developing marketing strategies in the future. as well as this research as consideration for carrying out evaluations and planning of school marketing strategies that have been running, as well as references in the field of education, especially education management for further writing.

Abstract

The journal entitled "Sharia Marketing Strategies in Attracting the Interest of Students of Muhammadiyah One Sedati Elementary School, Sidoarjo" is one of the results of qualitative research aimed at explaining sharia marketing strategies carried out by Islamic educational institutions of SD Muhammadiyah Satu Sedati. Using descriptive qualitative research methods. Interviews with School Principals and PPDB committee heads, field observations and documentation as a means of data collection techniques. Data reduction analysis was used by researchers in the results of the study over a period of two months. Researchers found the results that some Sharia Marketing Strategies in Attracting Interests of Muhammadiyah One Sedati Elementary School Students, Sidoarjo, namely: 1. characteristics and principles of sharia marketing include: a) Theitis (Rabbaniyah) prioritizes the value of Islamic religion, b) Ethical (Akhlaqiyah) maintaining services and behavior, c) Realistic (Al-Waqi-i'yyah) being flexible and professional and, d) Humanistic (Insaniyyah) social care. 2. Syariah Marketing Strategy which includes: a) segmenting, b) targeting, c) positioning and 3. Syariah Marketing Tactic which includes marketing mix.

Abstract

This Study examines the lack of quality of Islamic education in a variety of education issues in general. Then this researcher will review how quality management of Islamic education in the perspective of Hasan Langgenger. The process of data collection is done by Naturally that the source of This research will be focused on the primary data that is the work of a Hasan Langgulung. Analysis results bring up the 3 themes discussed here: The quality of teacher education, the quality of Islamic education system, the role of parents on the quality of Islamic education. The study of the three themes is very useful to improve the quality management of Islamic education.

Abstract

Quality human resources will affect the quality of an Islamic educational institution. One of the influential human resources in the development of Islamic educational institutions is the teacher. The principal as the leader of an educational institution is tasked with conducting an assessment of teacher performance. This article aims to explain the importance of teacher performance supervision activities in Islamic education institutions and how the results of teacher performance supervision in developing Islamic education institutions. This research is included in the research with a qualitative approach. It was concluded that the results of supervision of teacher performance are very important in an Islamic educational institution, and the results of supervision of teacher performance can develop the quality of Islamic education institutions.

Abstract

The result of observations of social competence of teachers in SMP Muhammadiyah 9 Tanggulangin Boarding School is the rise of news that social competence of teachers is very influential on the development of each institution, here the author wants to know how social competencies possessed by teachers at SMP Muhammmadiyah 9 Tanggulangin Boarding School because schools This is an institution that is still relatively new and is still in the process of development. This is the background of this research. These problems are discussed through qualitative research conducted with the Grounded Research model. The subjects of this study were 25 teachers in SMP Muhammadiyah 9 BS Tanggulangin. The object of this study is the influence of teacher social competence on improving human resources at SMP Muhammadiyah 9 Tanggulangin Boarding School. Data collection techniques in this study used tests, observations, interviews and documentation. From the results of the study, showed that the social competence of teachers in SMP Muhammadiyah 9 Tanggulangin Boarding School has a pretty good value based on the results of the test of the teacher's social competency instrument which shows the value of each description is 4 with a total score of 100, and from the interviews it can be concluded that there is an influence which is significant from the social competence of teachers to increase human resources in SMP Muhammadiyah 9 Tanggulangin Boarding School with a focus on increasing the number of students and increasing teaching staff in the last 5 years since the foundation of this institution.

Abstract

The implementation of the home visit program at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Pucanganom Sidoarjo is use a qualitative study. The implementation of a home visit at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Pucanganom Sidoarjo consists of: 1) Planning / preparation, at this stage the teacher must know in advance the purpose of carrying out a home visit / home visit. 2) Implementation, so that the implementation of home visit remains focused on the objectives, the teacher must be able to pay attention to the time available and be able to make good communication to build parent's trust before digging student data. 3) Evaluation, so that the implementation of a home visit is beneficial for parents, teachers and students, the teacher must conduct an evaluation of the completeness and usefulness and commitment of parents in handling student learning problems both at home and at school. 4) Follow-up, After the teacher visits the student's home and knows the student's learning problem both at home and at school, then to deal with the problem the teacher must follow up. 5) Prepare a report on the results of the home visit, After getting the results of the home visit activity the teacher makes a report accompanied by photos and complete documentation and the results are conveyed to the principal. In home visit activities there are several supporting and inhibiting factors that are very influential including: family, school, and community environment. While the inhibiting factors include: Limited supervision of the school, awareness of students, the influence of television shows and gadgets. In implementing the home visit at SD Muhida there were also several obstacles so that the home visit encountered obstacles including: 1) the lack of follow-up in home visit activities. 2) The teacher does not support the home visit activities. 3) lack of support from parents. 4) less able to adjust the time.

Education as a level of quality of human life both outwardly and mathematically, individually or socially in accordance with the foundation on a well-planned system so that it is followed by the application of an appropriate and correct curriculum. The desired educational goals are in accordance with the development of zaan. Therefore the success or failure of education depends on the curriculum used, although it is not very important on other aspects of education.The role of curriculum courses in the education system is very important, then educational institutions must be able to implement a curriculum that is able to bring the actual educational conditions in forming intellectually, skillful and morally capable individuals who are able to demonstrate their existence as an educational institution that survives in any zama development that does not must release its original identity as an educational institution that consistently maintains old traditions.
