Abstract

This article describes the results of research related to the learning system carried out at SLB Samudra Lavender, Bangkalan and using qualitative methods. The purpose of this study is to describe how the learning system takes place in order to improve the development of the socialization function and the potential of students in the school. Researchers took the SLB Samudra Lavemder, Bangkalan as the object of research. Data collection was carried out by interviewing the principal at SLB Samudra Lavender, Bangkalan as well as direct observations by researchers which would later be proven through documentation. The schools that the researchers observed made various efforts to develop the development of the socialization function and potential in students at the school by analyzing the applied learning system. Many people in general often underestimate the ability of children with special needs, therefore the researcher wants to find out more about the efforts made by educators in one of the special schools in one of the schools in Bangkalan district. The obstacles experienced by the teacher during the learning process are the difficulties of the students to comply with what the educator wants or says so that the class becomes crowded and learning becomes not conducive. In addition, there is a miscommunication between educators and parents of students so that there is no close relationship to compromise on the development of students from within. Various efforts have been made by educators so that it is not uncommon for SLB Samudra Lavender to get awards in various activities such as exhibitions.

Abstract

Tuberkulosis Paru (TB Paru)di Puskesmas Sindang Jaya  menunjukkan peningkatan dalam beberapa waktu terakhir, berdasarkan data dari tanggal 1 Januari-31 Juli 2024, terdapat 173 kasus baru dan 993 kasus lama. Sedangkan pada 1 Januari-31 Juli 2025, terdapat 573 kasus baru dan 752 kasus lama. Kasus tebanyak terdapat pada desa Badak Anom. Diagnosis komunitas pertama kali dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi masalah-masalah yang ada di puskesmas, kemudian menggunakan prioritas skoring dengan metode USG (Urgency, Seriousness, Growth) untuk fokus terhadap 1 masalah. Minisurvey kemudian dilakukan untuk mengetahui masalah-masalah penyebab dengan menggunakan Paradigma Blum. Prioritas nonskoring kemudian dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi 1 masalah penyebab, dan dilanjutkan dengan mencari tahu akar masalah penyebab dengan menggunakan diagram Fishbone. Monitoring intervensi dilakukan dengan siklus PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Action) dengan pendekatan sistem dalam evaluasinya. Melakukan diagnosis komunitas dalam rangka meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai Tuberkulosis Paru (TB Paru) serta penerapan etika batuk yang tepat. Intervensi berupa edukasi dan pelatihan etika batuk terbukti efektif, ditunjukkan dengan 80% peserta memperoleh nilai ≥70 pada post-test serta meningkatnya pemahaman dan praktik etika batuk. Hal ini menegaskan bahwa upaya promotif dan preventif melalui edukasi kesehatan berperan penting dalam pencegahan penularan TB Paru.

Monitoring intervensi dilakukan menggunakan siklus PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Action) dan diakhiri evaluasi dengan pendekatan sistem. Kegiatan diagnosis komunitas ini diikuti dengan intervensi dalam rangka meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai Tuberkulosis Paru (TB Paru). Intervensi berupa edukasi mengenai Tuberculosis Paru ditunjukkan dengan 80% peserta memperoleh nilai ≥70 pada post-test. Hal ini menegaskan bahwa upaya promotif melalui edukasi kesehatan berperan penting dalam pencegahan penularan TB Paru.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of learning administration as an effort to enhance the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process at SMP Al-Amanah Setu. Learning administration includes key instructional documents such as lesson plans (RPP), annual programs (Prota), semester programs (Promes), and daily teaching journals, which serve as guidelines for teachers in organizing, delivering, and evaluating learning activities. The research employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive case study design. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, non-participant classroom observations, and document analysis involving the school principal, vice principal for curriculum, subject teachers, and administrative staff. Data analysis followed the interactive model proposed by Miles and Huberman, consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results reveal that learning administration at SMP Al-Amanah Setu has been implemented in an organized manner and has positively influenced the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process, as reflected in increased student engagement, improved attainment of learning objectives, and more efficient management of time and resources. Nevertheless, challenges such as teachers’ heavy administrative workload and limited periodic supervision were identified.

Abstract

Social media has transformed the social dynamics of modern society replacing the role of traditional institutions in shaping social norms Institutions such as family school and religion previously the main pillars in constructing social values are now being displaced by the influence of digital media This study aims to analyze how social media functions as a new institution in the formation of social norms using the perspective of Talcott Parsons Structural Functionalism Theory particularly the AGIL framework Adaptation Goal Attainment Integration and Latency A qualitative method was employed involving teenage participants aged 17 20 who are actively engaged with social media The findings show that social media not only facilitates communication but also establishes new standards in social behavior moral values and political engagement Therefore social media has emerged as a new institution that defines social norms replacing the role of traditional institutions in society < p>

Abstract

Penanganan penyakit Tuberkulosis (TB) paru dengan status gizi kurang menjadi tantangan besar dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai efektivitas pendekatan kedokteran keluarga dalam meningkatkan pemahaman keluarga mengenai TB, kepatuhan pengobatan, dan status gizi pasien di Puskesmas Sindang Jaya, Kabupaten Tangerang. Metode yang digunakan meliputi penyuluhan tentang pentingnya pola makan bergizi, pelatihan kepada keluarga untuk mendukung pengobatan yang teratur, serta pengawasan pengobatan. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman keluarga mengenai gejala, penularan, dan pengobatan TB, yang berdampak pada kepatuhan pasien terhadap pengobatan. Selain itu, status gizi pasien yang awalnya tergolong kurang, menunjukkan perbaikan setelah keluarga diberikan edukasi mengenai pola makan yang sehat dan bergizi. Meskipun ada peningkatan, kendala ekonomi dan lingkungan tetap menjadi tantangan dalam mencapai hasil yang optimal. Saran yang diberikan mencakup peningkatan edukasi kepada keluarga dan masyarakat, dukungan pemerintah dalam penyediaan makanan bergizi, serta perbaikan fasilitas kesehatan dan lingkungan rumah. Intervensi ini diharapkan dapat mempercepat pemulihan pasien dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien serta keluarga.
