Abstract

Kecamatan Jati Agung berada di perbatasan Kabupaten Lampung Selatan dan Kota Bandar Lampung, juga berdekatan dengan lokasi Jalan Tol Trans Sumatra, Institut Teknologi Sumatra (ITERA) dan pengembangan kota baru, menyebabkan pertumbuhan ekonomi meningkat sangat pesat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bangkitan perjalanan yang berasal dari daerah produksi di Kecamatan Jati Agung, Lampung Selatan dan dampaknya terhadap karakteristik lalu-lintas. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah membandingkan nilai volume lalu-lintas, kecepatan tempuh rata-rata kendaraan ringan dan derajat kejenuhan antara lalu-lintas dalam keadaan normal dan lalu-lintas saat terdapat angkutan pangan dan perkebunan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variasi arus dalam waktu pada zona wilayah bangkitan perjalanan (wilayah studi) adalah dengan terjadinya perubahan kecepatan tempuh rata – rata (LV) saat survey lapangan (V1) yaitu 47,502 km/jam dengan nilai derajat kejenuhan  0,186. Saat ditambahkan angkutan hasil panen produksi tanaman pangan dan perkebunan (bangkitan perjalanan) (V2) adalah 42.5 km/jam dengan nilai derajat kejenuhan taksiran 0,252. Oleh sebab itu, perlu meningkatkan fasilitas perlengkapan jalan untuk keselamatan dan untuk mengurangi tingkat kecelakaan lalu lintas di jalan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui faktor keamanan stabilitas lereng di jalur kereta api Tarahan di Provinsi Lampung dan stabilitas lereng tanpa perkuatan dinding penahan  menggunakan analisis komputasi. Data yang digunakan berupa data hasil uji tanah pada lokasi penelitian yang dilakukan di Laboratorium Mekanika Tanah Universitas Lampung yaitu kadar air, massa jenis. berat jenis, lolos saringan nomor 200, batas atterberg, batas cair, batas plastis, indeks plastisitas, uji kuat geser, kohesi dan sudut geser dalam. Variasi kemiringan lereng sudut 30° sampai 45°, agar menghindari kelongsoran yang diakibatkan kemiringan lereng dan kondisi yang akan dianalisis adalah kondisi jenuh, jenuh sebagian, dan tidak jenuh. Adapun ketinggian lereng yang digunakan 14,5 meter dan sudut kemiringan 30° dengan kondisi tanah jenuh pada tanggul. Beban yang digunakan adalah beban statis agar tidak terjadinya longsor dan metode perhitungan yang digunakan pada program komputasi ialah metode Fellenius/Ordinary, Bishop, Janbu, dan Morgenstern-price. Hasil penelitian didapatkan nilai faktor aman terendah dengan ketinggian lereng 14,5 m, sudut kemiringan 300 dan kondisi muka air tanah jenuh pada talud sebesar 1,851  menggunakan metode Fellenius pada permodelan lereng tanpa talud. Sedangkan nilai faktor aman terbesar sebesar 1,969 dengan ketinggian lereng 14,5 m, sudut kemiringan 300 dan kondisi muka air tanah jenuh pada talud menggunakan metode bishop dengan talud

Abstract

Ryacudu Street in Sukarame District, Bandar Lampung City is the main route connecting the city center with the Trans Sumatra Toll Road. However, the design, provision of facilities, and maintenance of sidewalks along this road do not support optimal walking feasibility. Problems found include uneven sidewalk surfaces, discontinuous designs, many physical obstacles, and minimal supporting facilities. This study aims to analyze the Walkability Index on the Ryacudu Street sidewalk using nine parameters from the Global Walkability Index (GWI) approach. The results of the analysis show that the walkability value is in the range of 50–69, which is included in the “Waiting to Walk” category. This means that some pedestrian facilities can still be used, but are not optimal in terms of comfort, safety, security, and accessibility. Therefore, improvements are needed in the physical arrangement of sidewalks, provision of facilities, public space management policies, and enforcement of pedestrian space utilization regulations. This analysis provides strategic information on areas that need to be improved based on the value of each parameter analyzed.

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran untuk memenuhi standard bata merah, memberikan pengetahuan tentang standard bata merah, melakukan pendampingan dalam memproduksi bata merah yang sesuai dengan standard dan meningkatkan mutu bata merah kepada masyarakat pengrajin bata merah di Desa Karang Anyar, Kecamatan Jati Agung, Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Metode pengabdian berupa partisipasi masyarakat dengan indikator kesertaan masyarakat dalam kegiatan melalui sosialisasi, pelatihan, pendampingan dan pembinaan. Sosialisasi yang dilakukan meliputi syarat mutu bata merah sesuai dengan standard nasional Indonesia (SNI), bahan tambah (zat aditif) dan manfaat bahan tambah yang akan digunakan untuk meningkatkan mutu bata merah serta manfaat ekonomi bagi pengrajin bata merah. Pelatihan dilaksanakan setelah kegiatan sosialisasi selesai dilaksanakan meliputi persiapan alat dan bahan yang akan digunakan serta simulasi proses pencampuran bahan tambah dengan tanah, pemadatan dan pencetakan bata merah serta pengeringan bata merah. Setelah melaksanakan pelatihan, maka warga pengrajin bata merah memproduksi bata merah dengan bahan tanah yang telah dicampur dengan bahan tambah dengan proses produksi sesuai dengan apa yang telah dilakukan saat kegiatan pelatihan. Kegiatan pendampingan ini dilakukan dengan cara secara berkala melakukan kunjungan ke lokasi produksi, mengawasi proses pencampuran zat aditif dan mengambil sampel produk bata merah untuk diuji kuat tekan di Laboratorium Bahan dan Konstruksi, Fakultas Teknik Universitas Lampung.

Abstract

  This study aims to analyze the economic and financial viability of the Jakarta - Bandung high-speed railway using three scenarios, the best scenario, the medium scenario, and the worst scenario. Where the three scenarios are using 75% load factor with discount factor level of 2% and 3,46%. A project is considered feasible by comparing feasibility parameters, such as NPV, BCR, PI, EIRR / FIRR, and payback period. Based on the results obtained on the feasibility parameters used, showing the economic and financial feasibility analysis with the discount rate of 2% and 3,46% in the best, medium and worst scenario, the project is declared eligible to be built, due to the eligibility of economic feasibility.  Keywords:High-speed, economic feasibility, financial feasibility, feasibility parameters

Abstract

 Asphalt is one of the materials used as a road-making material. Needs for ashpalt modification are caused by restrictions and capabilities of basic asphalt binder material to withstand pressure. Lignin functions as a binding for wood cells. Lignin is used as an additive to improve the quality of bitumen material. The binder used is 60/70 asphalt penetration. The lignin material used comes from palm oil fiber waste. The variation of lignin addition on asphalt levels is 0%, 3%, 6%, 9%. Characteristics test of asphalt carried out is Asphalt Specific Gravity, Penetration, Ductility, Softening Point, Oil Weight Loss, Viscosity. Asphalt in this study experienced an increase in quality. The best mixing of lignin is 3% and 6%. Shown by the Penetration test, the value of asphalt penetration increased to 53.6 mm. The sensitivity of asphalt to rising temperatures is indicated by the softening point test reaching 62˚C. 6% lignin mixing is the highest value for the effect of asphalt viscosity of 827 cst. The value of asphalt density reaches 1.0714 gr / cm3. In the 9% lignin mixture there is a decrease in the Ductility test, Viscosity test, Asphalt Specific Gravity test. Keywords: Asphalt, Lignin, Modification, Penetration, Viscosity.

Abstract

 This research was conducted to determine the trip assignment or the selection of travel routes for vehicles coming out of Bakauheni Port with the existence of the Trans Sumatra Toll Road. The choice of route through the Trans Sumatra Toll Road by motorists will certainly affect the reduced travel time, where the travel value applies to each person is different. In this study, the data obtained using the Diversion Curve method with data analysis techniques model JICA 1, Multiplier Regression, and Logit-Binomial to determine the route selection model, and time value calculations using the PCI method. The results of this study indicate that the probability of vehicles switching to Trans Sumatra Toll Road for cars is 78.74%, trucks are 74.74%, and buses are 61.80%. Furthermore, the results of modeling route selection with diversion curves obtained in car vehicles are multiplier Regression models which means the greater the comparison of the time of using the toll road than using another alternative road the greater the percentage of vehicles switching to use the toll road and modeling of truck vehicle route selection and modeling of truck vehicle route selection is the Logit-Binomial model which means saving travel time is one of the reasons for driving trucks to use toll roads The calculation of the time value of the Trans Sumatra Toll Road is more economical compared to the Sumatra Highway.  Keywords: Trip assignment, vehicle probability, route selection, time value

Abstract

This research analyzes the quality of hot asphalt mixture by using various modified asphalt. It is intended to know the characteristics of asphalt mixture and modified asphalt mixture as the main material to make mixture. Moreove, it is also intended to know the influence of additive materal adding in the asphalt mixture toward the score of stability and the solidity of asphalt mixture. The additional materials of modified asphalts used are Jaya Aspal Polymer modification poduced by Pertamina and Taftpack-Super. There are three variaties in adding the Taftpack-Super that are 5%, 10%, and 15% for the Optimum Asphalt Level (KAO) of the asphalt penetration is 60/70. The test of asphalt mixture done in this research uses Marshall Test with 30 minutes soaking duration. The characteristics of the observation on the asphalt mixture quality consist of the score of stability, flow, Void In The Mix (VIM), Void Filled With Asphalt (VFA), Void Mineral Aggregate (VMA), Marshall Quostient (MQ), and the solidity score of the mixture.The result of the research shows the Optimum Asphalt Level (KAO) of the Jaya Aspal Polymer modified asphalt is 5,8% while in the type of asphalt penetration 60/70 is 6,3%. The score of mixture characteristics of the penetration asphalt 60/70 will less than the asphalt mixture which has been modified by adding the additional material that is Taftpack-Super, whereas the stability score and Marshall Questiont (MQ) in the penetration asphalt 60/70 tend higher than Jaya Aspal Polymer. The haighest score of mixture stability is in the KAO asphalt mixture with the asphalt penetration 60/70 by adding Taftpack-Super10% that is 2017,864 Kg with the solidity score 2,259. The high score of stability and solidity can give the mixture the better and longer quality and service period. Keywords: Quality Analysis, Modified Asphalt, Jaya Aspal Polymer, Taftpack-Super,Optimum Asphalt Level (KAO). Penelitian ini menganalisis kualitas campuran aspal panas menggunakan berbagai aspal modifikasi. Hal ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui karakteristik campuran aspal dan campuran beraspal modifikasi sebagai bahan utama pembentuk campuran. Selain itu untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan bahan aditif pada campuran aspal modifikasi terhadap nilai stabilitas dan kepadatan campuran beraspal.  Bahan tambahan aspal modifikasi yang digunakan yaitu jenis aspal modifikasi Jaya Aspal Polymer produksi Pertamina serta Taftpack-Super. Dilakukan tiga variasi penambahan Taftpack-Super yaitu sebesar 5%, 10% dan 15% untuk nilai Kadar Aspal Optimum (KAO) aspal penetrasi 60/70. Pengujian campuran beraspal yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Marshall Test dengan lama perendaman 30 menit.Karakteristik peninjauan kualitas campuran beraspalmeliputinilai Stabilitas, Kelelehan (flow), Void In The Mix (VIM), Void Filled With Asphalt (VFA), Void Mineral Aggregate (VMA), Marshall Quostient (MQ), dan nilai Kepadatan pada campuran. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh Kadar Aspal Optimum(KAO) untuk aspal modifikasi Jaya Aspal Polymer sebesar 5,8% sedangkan pada jenis aspal penentrasi 60/70 sebesar 6,3%. Nilai karakteristik campuran aspal penetrasi 60/70 akan jauh lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan campuran beraspal yang telah dimodifikasi dengan penambahan bahan aditif Taftpack-Super, sedangkan nilai stabilitas dan Marshall Questiont (MQ) pada campuran aspal penetrasi 60/70 cenderung lebih besa dibandingkan Jaya Aspal Polymer. Untuk nilai stabilitas campuran paling besar terdapat pada campuran aspal KAO aspal penetrasi 60/70 dengan penambahan Taftpack-Super sebesar 10% yaitu sebesar 2017,864 Kg dengan nilai kepadatan sebesar 2,259. Dengan nilai stabiltas dan kepadatan yang besar sehingga mampu meberikan campuran mutu dan masa layan yang jauh lebih baik dan tahan lama. Kata kunci : Analisis Kualitas, Aspal Modifikasi, Jaya Aspal Polymer, Taftpack-Super, Kadar Aspal Optimum (KAO)

Abstract

The purposes of this study were to analyze the relationship between the characteristics of accidents and road safety facilities such as road signs, road markings, and lighting lights, and to analyze the characteristics of traffic accidents on Soekarno-Hatta Bypass Road included  type accident and factors causing of the accident. The surveys in the field were conducted to obtain the primary data about road safety facilities, however the secondary data were obtained from the Bandar Lampung police station in the form of accident data per month from 2014-2017. The results showed that there were still inadeguate road safety facilities on the Soekarno-Hatta Bypass road, such as lighting and road markings.The characteristics of accidents based on the factors that cause the accidents were human factors (85.28%). Abstract

The increase in the number of vehicles is not in line with the increase in transportation infrastructure. The construction of flyovers is one of the measures to provide transportation infrastructure that helps to enhance thehighway capacity. However, there are several things that need to be considered of the construction of flyover. In addition to reducing traffic density, it is also necessary to pay attention to the new routes that will be chosen to be the solution to the existing traffic congestion. The research objective is to analyze the performance of the section of Jl. Indra Bangsawan in its existing condition and provides alternative solutions so that  it is more optimal. 1997 Indonesian Road Capacity is used to analyze the performance of this intersection.Based on the results of research, it is known that the existing conditions of each segment are saturated (DS> 0.70), namely in the first segment of 1.16, Segment II of 1.37 and Segment III of 1.24, with the highest density in segment II. To improve the performance of the section, several alternative improvements were made with widening road dimensions, applying one-way systems, closing lanes and controlling side barriers. From these alternatives an effective repair solution is the application of a one-way system and control of side barriers.Keywords: Degree of Saturation, Capacity, Density, Roads
