Abstract

This research aims to analyze the simultaneous and partial influence of brand image, lifestyle and price variables on purchasing decisions. Apart from that, another aim of this research is to find out which variable is the most dominant variable in influencing purchasing decisions. The location of this research is the DNY Skincare Clinic Kavling DPR Sidoarjo. The sampling technique is Accidental Sampling. The respondents in this research were DNY skincare clinic consumers. This research involved 97 respondents and used a quantitative descriptive approach method. Data analysis in this research uses descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression. The results of this research are (1) Brand Image has a significant positive influence on Purchase Decisions. (2) Lifestyle does not have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. (3) Price has a significant positive influence on purchasing decisions. (4) Brand Image, Lifestyle, and Price simultaneously influence Purchase Decisions. (5) Brand image has a dominant influence in influencing purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how corporate social responsibility is implemented in domestic companies and what are the obstacles to its implementation and what solutions to solve them. This research uses a qualitative approach using domestic companies in East Java as research objects. Data collection techniques were carried out using survey interviews and observations. After data triangulation was carried out, data analysis was carried out including data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results found that the implementation of CSR for domestic companies in East Java includes, among other things, socialization, training, reducing environmental impacts, providing assistive devices for the disabled, free basic necessities and free cataract surgery. Obstacles in implementing CSR programs include obstacles from internal to the company, namely limited resources, while external to the organization, namely from consumers or environmental readiness. Solutions that can be implemented include CSR outreach activities and training. Conclusion: CSR in East Java is not only implemented by large companies but also domestic companies, the programs carried out are located around the company's environment. Obstacles from stakeholders are still found, both internal and external, which can be overcome by providing outreach and training.

Abstract

 The purpose of conducting this research is to find out whether Company Size, Debt, Profitability, Managerial Ownership of Income Smoothing Practices before and after the Covid-19 pandemic were case studies on property and realestate companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022. With a total population of 13 companies, and a sample of 65 financial data studied within 5 years. The results of this study, researchers found that company size before the pandemic had no effect but after the pandemic company size had an effect on income smoothing before and after the Covid-19 pandemic. Meanwhile, Debt, Profitability, Managerial Ownership partially affect income smoothing before and after the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate how customer value, service quality, and café atmosphere affect brand image. Eighty respondents who frequent Hono Cafe in Surabaya were selected at random to participate in the study. Following validity and reliability testing, the analysis was conducted using SPSS version 25.0. Multiple linear regression analysis, which included both t-tests and F-tests, was used to assess the hypotheses. The findings of the investigation show that while the café atmosphere has no discernible impact on brand image, consumer value and service quality do. However, when taken into account combined, the factors of customer value, service quality, and café atmosphere significantly affect company image.
