Abstract

The performance of a machine significantly impacts the outcome on the workpiece. Therefore, regular maintenance of the machine is necessary. Over time, the machine's performance tends to decline. From the results of surface roughness testing on workpieces using variations in RPM and depth of cut parameters with constant feeding, the highest roughness value was 4.483 μm, produced by BU 27 and BU 30, with the highest roughness value of 2.694 μm. This study aims to test and verify the machine's performance level by examining the surface roughness values of ST41 workpieces. The research employs an experimental method, followed by processing the roughness data of machining results using a Bemato series 44378 lathe, involving 9 specimens and 2 replications.

Abstract

Machine tools are machines used to produce products in the industrial sector. Machine tools that have been used for a very long time will naturally experience a decrease in performance, this is also experienced by the Bemato Series 44378 BU 27 lathe in Polman Negeri Babel which has entered its service life for approximately 10 years. The factors that affect the results of lathe machining are machining parameters, including cutting speed, cutting depth, and engine rotation speed. To find out how good the performance of the lathe can be done in various ways or tests, one of which is the cylindricity test. The material used in this test is st-41 steel. From the results of the research conducted, the largest deviation in cylindricity of the Bemato Series 44378 BU 27 lathe is 769 μm. Based on the deviations that occur when compared with the Grades of tolerance table, the results are included in the IT 15 grade. This value can be concluded that the BU 27 machine has experienced a decline in performance that is very far from its minimum standard, and is only capable of producing workpieces with tolerances above 769 μm. With this decline in performance, the lathe that was studied must be repaired and maintained immediately so that the performance of the machine can be returned to standard conditions.

Abstract

Mahram merupakan permasalahan yang sangat penting dalam Islam, karena dapat mempengaruhi keabsahan sebuah perkawinan. Mahram merupakan keputusan Allah SWT sebagai bentuk kesempurnaan agama ini, yang mengatur seluruh aspek kehidupan manusia. Oleh karena itu, wajib bagi kita untuk mengetahui siapa yang termasuk mahram dan haknya. Selain itu, mahram juga sampai pada persoalan perkawinan semarga. Masalahnya adalah apakah hal tersebut dianggap bertentangan dengan keberadaan mahram atau tidak. Masalah ini selalu diperdebatkan oleh para tokoh Agama, sehingga melahirkan berbagai pendapat, ada yang melarang kawin semarga dan ada yang membolehkanya, sebab jika dilarang kawin semarga dipandang sebagai hal yang bertentangan dengan Agama. Sebagai kesimpulan penulis menyatakan permasalahan ini bukan termasuk daruriyyat, melainkan hanya kategori hajiyyat saja. Dengan kata lain bahwa larangan pernikahan semarga hukumnya boleh (mubah) dalam Islam.

Kegiatan kepada Masyarakat dengan judul œPemanfaatan Limbah Minyak Jelantah Menjadi Sabun Berbasis Ecogreen Dalam Meningkatkan Pendapatan Rumah Tangga di Desa Klambir Lima Kebun, Kecamatan Hamparan Perak Kabupaten Deli Serdang berguna untuk memberikan pengetahuan melatih membuat sabun Ecogreen dari minyak jelantah tersebut kepada masyarakat di Desa Klambir Lima Kebun Kecamatan Hamparan Perak Kabupaten Deli Serdang khususnya Ibu rumah tangga agar menambah pendapatan. Dari kegiatan ini diharapkan nantinya hasil limbah yang telah menjadi produk sabun Ecogreen dapat menyeimbangkan pemasukan dan pengeluaran rumah tangga pada masayarakat di Desa Klambir Lima Kebun, Kecamatan Hamparan Perak Kabupaten Deli Serdang.Kata Kunci : Limbah Minyak Jelantah, Ecogreen, Pendapatan Rumah Tangga

Abstract

As technology advances, people™s preferences for shopping in digital formats will change. Cashless payment systems such as GoPay, OVO, and ShopeePay are increasingly popular among consumers, so Bank Indonesia has issued a new policy to encourage their use. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the influence of digital-based consumer behavior. This study uses primary data with a sample of application users with GoPay, OVO and ShopeePay respondents in Medan. The data processing method used in this research is using the method of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Using SEM can help researchers to assess the nature of measurements and test theoretical relationships (1). The results of this study indicate that there are six hypotheses that have positive results, namely innovativeness, optimism about perceived usefulness. Innovativeness and optimism have a positive effect on perceived ease of use. The results of this study also show that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have a positive influence on behavioral intention. While there are four variables in this study rejected, namely insecurity and discomfort have no effect on perceived usefulness. Likewise, insecurity and discomfort have no effect on perceived ease of use.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the development of creative industries and the management of quality human resources in Pematang Serai Village, Tanjung Pura District, Langkat Regency in order to achieve sustainable economic growth. The specific objective of this study is to examine how the community, as human resources, can have a great deal of creativity and innovation in developing village potential, thereby contributing to the community's economy. Multiple linear regression analysis is used to evaluate the data. This study will employ a quantitative method related to data that characterizes the people of Pematang Serai Village, particularly household industry players involved in income growth. The study's findings indicate that the Creative Industry and Human Resource Management variables have a positive and statistically significant influence on the achievement of sustainable economic development. Abstract

Kota Pari Village, PantaiCermin District, SerdangBedagai Regency, was the focus of this research because its residents saw a need to promote its tourist attractions online. The term "digital marketing" refers to the usage of digital tools by the majority of an organization's marketing team. To increase marketing and reach target markets via digital marketing, the tourism administrators in Kota Pari Village are the primary focus of this research. To do this, they will need to make use of information dissemination tools and online sales promotion, such as social media and websites, which are accessible to people all over the world. MaterialtobesubmittedtotheresearchThis is a digital marketing approach for the tourism industry to ensure a high volume of customers. In Kota Pari Village, Pantai Cermin District, Serdang Bedagai Regency, the findings indicated that both strategy (X1) and digital marketing (X2) had a favorable and significant influence on increasing visits to tourism areas. With the results of this study, businesses and tourists in Kota Pari Village, Pantai Cermin District, Serdang Bedagai Regency can adapt to the changing times and provide for the needs of those who come to visit.

Abstract

Saat ini teknologi di dunia industri manufaktur telah mengalami kemajuan yang sangat pesat salah satunya adalah 3D printing. 3D printing merupakan salah satu teknologi yang mengubah data digital menjadi objek 3D dengan menggunakan proses Additive manufacturing pada saat memproduksi suatu produk. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh infill pattern dan nozzle temperature terhadap kekuatan tarik produk 3D printing dengan orientasi sudut pencetakan vertikal sebesar 90° mengggunakan filamen polylactic acid (PLA). Pada penelitian material polylactic acid (PLA) akan dicetak sesuai dengan standar uji tarik ASTM D638-14 Type 4. Variasi parameter proses yang digunakan pada infill pattern berupa lines, cubic, cubic division, quarter cubic, grid, octet, concentric, zig zag, tri hexagon, triangles, gyroid, cross dan cross 3D dan nilai dari nozzle temperature yang digunakan sebesar 205°C, 215°C, dan 225°C. Pada penelitian menunjukan bahwa bahwa infill pattern dan nozzle temperature memiliki pengaruh terhadap kekuatan tarik produk 3D printing dengan orientasi sudut pencetakan vertikal sebesar 0° menggunakan filamen polylactic acid (PLA) Nilai kekuatan tarik tertinggi yang terdapat pada penelitian ini sebesar 42,5 MPa yang menggunakan infill pattern dengan tipe zig zag dan nozzle temperature sebesar 205°C. Abstract

Pada laboratorium mekanik Politeknik Manufaktur Negeri Bangka Belitung memiliki beragam mesin perkakas, salah satunya mesin frais spindel vertikal lagun fu 125. Mesin ini digunakan sebagai fasilitas pembelajaran praktikum mahasiswa dan juga digunakan untuk keperluan produksi Mesin perkakas dipolman babel terutama mesin frais universal berusia hampir 30 tahun dan sering memproduksi benda kerja berukuran besar. Karena kurangnya perawatan pada mesin ini memungkinkan mesin mengalami penyimpangan melebihi batas toleransi. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan pemeriksaan geometrik pada mesin tersebut melalui hasil pemesinan pada benda kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kelayakan mesin dilihat dari hasil proses pemesinan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode  studi eksperimental. Parameter yang digunakan meliputi; kecepatan spindel ( Rpm) dan kedalaman pemakanan (mm. Berdasarkan penelitian maka pada sumbu X nilai penyimpangan 0,052 mm sehingga dikatakan tidak layak dan harus dilakukan perbaikan. Sedangkan pada  sumbu Y nilai penyimpangan  sebesar - 0,037 mm sehingga dikatakan masih layak.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to study the influence of communication integrity on the loyalty of the residents of UPTD Lanjut Usia Binjai, with trust acting as the mediator. The study employed the quantitative method under Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The outer model test results indicate that all the indicators are valid and reliable. The inner model test result shows that communication integrity significantly affects trust and loyalty, while trust significantly affects loyalty. The test results on mediation show that trust partially mediates communication integrity's influence on loyalty. The R-squared measure of 0.750 for loyalty and 0.817 for trust indicates the good explanatory capability of the model. The significance of this study is the realization that there is the need to strengthen communication integrity to boost trust and loyalty among the elderly residents. The implication of these findings underscores the necessity for the UPTD management to proactively build and maintain communication integrity in every interaction, in order to foster trust which ultimately forms a solid foundation for sustainable loyalty among the elderly residents.
