Abstract

Sports nutrition has a direct impact on the current physical condition of the body or the physical preparation of the athlete depending on the nutritional status of the athlete involved. The sample consisted of 18 postgraduate students specializing in Physical Culture, Faculty of Sports and Physical Education from Makassar State University. When we look at the overall results, it can be concluded that the students' knowledge of sports nutrition is at a very satisfactory level, especially when comparing the results with the previous research knowledge of athletes and coaches about sports nutrition. Out of a total of 360 responses, 310 answers were correct, or 86.1%. No matter how talented an athlete is in the sport they train or train, motivated and well-trained, the line between defeat and victory is usually very thin, and as the most important link imposes sports nutrition. The results of an athlete and that you can depend on the quality, quantity and timing of the diet entry.

Abstract

This study aims to test the hypothesis that the traditional game Gobak Sodor is effective in improving dribbling skills in grade 4 students of Bontokamase State Elementary School. This study involved 50 students who were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group (n=25) and the control group (n=25). The experimental group was given dribbling training integrated with the Gobak Sodor game for 4 weeks, while the control group only followed conventional dribbling learning. Data were collected through dribbling skills tests before and after treatment. The results of data analysis using paired t-test showed a significant increase in the average post-test score of the experimental group (M = 87, SD = 6.1) compared to the pre-test (M = 72, SD = 5.4), with a t(22) value = 3.41, p < 0.01. In contrast, there was no significant difference in the control group. These findings indicate that the Gobak Sodor game can be an effective intervention to improve dribbling skills in students of Bontokamase State Elementary School.

Abstract

Olahraga tidak hanya berperan dalam meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani, tetapi juga memiliki nilai-nilai edukatif yang dapat membentuk karakter positif pada peserta didik. Nilai-nilai seperti sportivitas, disiplin, kerja sama dan tanggung jawab dapat diinternalisasikan melalui berbagai aktivitas olahraga. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mensosialisasikan nilai-nilai olahraga kepada siswa MAS IMMIM Kota Makassar sebagai upaya membangun karakter yang kuat dan berintegritas. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif melalui ceramah, diskusi interaktif, dan simulasi praktik nilai-nilai olahraga dalam berbagai permainan dan aktivitas fisik. Kegiatan ini bertujuan memahami konsep nilai-nilai olahraga. Selain itu, diberikan refleksi dan evaluasi untuk mengukur pemahaman serta perubahan sikap siswa setelah mengikuti program ini. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman siswa tentang pentingnya nilai-nilai olahraga dalam kehidupan. Kegiatan ini memberikan wawasan nilai olahraga dalam membentuk pribadi yang lebih disiplin, bertanggung jawab, dan sportif. Kesimpulan, kegiatan ini efektif dalam menanamkan sikap positif yang dapat menjadi fondasi dalam pembentukan karakter siswa. Program ini diharapkan dapat menjadi langkah awal dalam membangun budaya sportif dan karakter unggul di lingkungan sekolah, serta dapat diimplementasikan secara berkelanjutan dalam kurikulum pembelajaran dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler.

Abstract

Learning autonomy is becoming essential in the 21st century, demanding individuals to master various fundamental skills. This article explores the self-regulated learning model as a solution to enhance student learning autonomy. A case study conducted in the music arts course at Universitas Negeri Makassar found that students' learning autonomy levels were still low, even among those considered active. Related research also confirms the low learning autonomy of students across various settings. The research methodology employed an experimental approach with a one-group pretest-posttest design. Data collection was carried out by observing student activities through a Learning Management System (LMS) before and after modifying instructional methods. Data analysis results showed a significant difference between pretest and posttest scores, with a notable increase in posttest scores. The findings indicate an improvement in student learning autonomy. Learning autonomy fosters the desire to learn and acquire new knowledge, facilitates individual ownership of learning, and enhances learning independence. The study concludes that modifying instructional methods based on the self-regulated learning model effectively improves student learning autonomy.Keywords: Learning Autonomy, Learning Models, Self-Regulation, Students, Education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan media audio visual terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar senam lantai forward roll (roll ke depan) pada siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 1 Tinggi Moncong Malino, Kabupaten Gowa, Sulawesi Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan desain pre-test dan post-test. Sampel penelitian terdiri atas delapan siswa kelas VIII yang memiliki kecenderungan gaya belajar audio visual. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes praktik roll depan yang mencakup tiga aspek utama, yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan sikap akhir. Hasil analisis data menggunakan uji-t menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil pre-test dan post-test. Nilai t-hitung sebesar -4.123 lebih besar dari t-tabel -2.365 dengan taraf signifikansi p = 0.004 < 0.05, yang berarti terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar setelah penggunaan media audio visual. Rata-rata skor siswa meningkat dari 8.00 pada pre-test menjadi 10.13 pada post-test, dengan selisih peningkatan sebesar 2.125 poin. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa media audio visual efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan roll ke depan pada siswa. Media tersebut memberikan representasi gerakan secara dinamis melalui kombinasi gambar bergerak dan suara, sehingga membantu siswa memahami teknik yang benar. Selain itu, media ini juga memfasilitasi umpan balik visual dan auditori yang mempercepat proses koreksi gerakan, serta mampu meningkatkan motivasi dan perhatian siswa selama pembelajaran praktik senam lantai berlangsung.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the factors that influenced student interest in participating in campus sports activities at the Faculty of Sports Science and Health (FIKK), State University of Makassar (UNM). Student participation in campus sports activities was an important indicator in supporting character development, physical health, and academic achievement. The research method used was a quantitative approach with survey techniques using structured questionnaires distributed to 200 FIKK UNM students. Data analysis used descriptive statistical techniques and multiple regression to identify the dominant factors influencing student interest. The research results showed that there were five main factors that influenced student interest, namely intrinsic factors (personal motivation and health awareness), extrinsic factors (social support and sports facilities), academic factors (flexibility of lecture time), psychological factors (self-confidence and previous experience), and campus environment factors (accessibility and program availability). From the regression analysis results, intrinsic factors and sports facilities had the most significant influence on student interest with a coefficient of determination value of 67.3%. This study provided recommendations to the faculty to improve the quality of sports facilities, develop more varied sports programs, and create a campus environment that supported students' active lifestyles.

Abstract

In the digital era, traditional soccer training often fails to engage tech-savvy students, requiring innovative approaches like Android-based tournament models. By integrating technology with cooperative learning, these models enhance students' soccer skills, strategic understanding, and motivation. This study aims to see the effect of developing the Team Games Tournament (TGT) method with Android-based online games in improving students' understanding of playing soccer. This research method uses the ADDIE model as a framework for making products, with a quantitative approach used to process data obtained through questionnaires in the form of descriptive percentages. The sample involved in this study were 32 students, the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of the pakgolo learning model in improving students' understanding of playing soccer, this is reinforced by the results of the sigs (2-tailed) analysis with a sig (2-tailed) value of 0.000 which means that the sig (2-tailed) value <0.05. With the value of tcount = -19.402 with df = 126 so that the ttable = -28.503 is obtained. The conclusion of this study provides a unique method with a combination of technology and cooperative learning, which is rarely widely applied, especially in soccer learning. The contribution of this study adds a new method that can improve skills with a very fun method so that students easily understand the learning material.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to design, test the validity and practicality, and measure the effectiveness of the Jigsaw type cooperative learning model based on NIDA syntax (Navigate, Introduction, Discuss, Action) in improving students' understanding and skills in learning the art of Padengan dance. The products developed in this research include learning model books, teacher guides, as well as learning tools in the form of lesson plans and research instruments. This research uses research and development (R&D) methods with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model. The research subjects consisted of teachers and students of class VIII SMP Kemala Bhayangkari Makassar. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation, documentation, questionnaires, as well as testing product validity and practicality through expert assessments and user responses. The results of the research show that: (1) there is a need for a learning model that is more interactive and oriented towards local culture in learning dance, (2) the Jigsaw type cooperative learning model that was developed has been validated by experts and was declared feasible and practical to implement, (3) the implementation of this model received a positive response from teachers and students, increasing student involvement in learning, and (4) this learning model was proven to be effective in increasing students' conceptual understanding, motor skills and cultural appreciation of Padengan Dance. With these findings, it is hoped that the Jigsaw type cooperative learning model based on NIDA syntax can become a reference for arts and culture teachers in increasing the effectiveness of dance learning in junior high schools. Keyword: Jigsaw, Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif, Pembelajaran Seni Tari, Saintaks NIDA, Tari Pakarena. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendesain, menguji validitas dan kepraktisan, serta mengukur efektivitas model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw berbasis sintaks NIDA (Navigate, Introduction, Discuss, Action) dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan siswa dalam pembelajaran seni tari Pakarena. Produk yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini meliputi buku model pembelajaran, panduan guru, serta perangkat pembelajaran berupa RPP dan instrumen penelitian.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) dengan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Subjek penelitian terdiri dari guru dan siswa kelas VIII SMP Kemala Bhayangkari Makassar. Teknik pengumpulan data mencakup wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, kuesioner, serta uji validitas dan kepraktisan produk melalui penilaian ahli dan respons pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat kebutuhan terhadap model pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif dan berorientasi pada budaya lokal dalam pembelajaran seni tari, (2) model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw yang dikembangkan telah divalidasi oleh para ahli dan dinyatakan layak serta praktis untuk diterapkan, (3) implementasi model ini mendapat respons positif dari guru dan siswa, meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dalam pembelajaran, serta (4) model pembelajaran ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep, keterampilan motorik, dan apresiasi budaya siswa terhadap Tari Pakarena. Dengan temuan ini, diharapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw berbasis sintaks NIDA dapat menjadi referensi bagi guru seni budaya dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran seni tari di sekolah menengah pertama. Kata kunci: Jigsaw, Cooperative Learning Model, Dance Learning, NIDA Saintaks, Padengan Dance.

Abstract

Pendidikan jasmani adaptif memiliki peran penting dalam memastikan setiap siswa, termasuk mereka yang memiliki kebutuhan khusus, mendapatkan kesempatan belajar yang setara. Namun, di beberapa sekolah dasar di wilayah Sukoharjo, penerapan pendidikan jasmani adaptif masih menghadapi tantangan seperti keterbatasan pemahaman guru, kurangnya sarana prasarana, dan minimnya panduan praktis yang sesuai dengan kondisi lapangan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi praktis dan aplikatif dalam penerapan pendidikan jasmani adaptif di sekolah dasar, dengan fokus pada peningkatan kapasitas guru dan optimalisasi sumber daya yang tersedia. Metodologi yang digunakan meliputi pendekatan empiris melalui observasi langsung di SDN Laban 02 Sukoharjo, wawancara dengan guru, serta pelatihan dan pendampingan praktik pembelajaran jasmani adaptif. Kegiatan dilaksanakan secara bertahap, dimulai dari identifikasi kebutuhan, penyusunan modul pembelajaran adaptif, pelatihan guru, hingga evaluasi efektivitas penerapan di lapangan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman guru terkait konsep dan strategi pendidikan jasmani adaptif, serta kemampuan mereka merancang aktivitas yang sesuai dengan karakteristik siswa. Selain itu, sekolah mampu mengoptimalkan fasilitas sederhana menjadi sarana pendukung pembelajaran jasmani adaptif yang kreatif dan inklusif. Kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap motivasi belajar siswa, terutama yang memiliki keterbatasan fisik atau motorik. Kegiatan pengabdian ini membuktikan bahwa solusi praktis berbasis potensi lokal dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pendidikan jasmani adaptif di sekolah dasar, sekaligus memperkuat budaya pembelajaran inklusif di lingkungan sekolah

Abstract

Studi ini membahas tentang Perkembangan terhadap alat musik Kecaping dan bagaimana alat tersebut mampu eksis, Penelitian tentang Kecaping dalam hal ini Perkembangannya di Kab. Sidrap akan dikaji dalam  sektor formal, non formal dan informal dengan menggunakan penelitian Kualitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari pihak terkait yang mengerti secara mendalam terkait materi yang sedang dikaji untuk mendapatkan data valid atas Perkembangan terhadap alat musik Kecaping dan bagaimana alat tersebut mampu eksis. Hasil dari peneitian ini menunjukkan bahwa alat musik kecaping mampu berkembang dan eksis melalui sektor formal dimana musik kecaping diterapkan pada pengajaran di Sekolah, sektor informal yang merujuk pada perkembangan dan eksistensi alat musik kecaping dilakukan di lingkup keluarga secara turun temurun dan pada sektor non Formal dilakukan melalui event-event bertajuk budaya dan acara adat daerah.
