This research discusses human resource management strategies to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of organizational operations. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach through a literature review related to theories, models and best practices in HR management. The results of the discussion show that strategies such as appropriate recruitment and selection, employee competency development through continuous training, performance- based rewards, and effective workload management play an important role in achieving operational efficiency. Utilization of technology, such as Human Resource Information Systems, helps speed up administrative processes and support strategic decision making. Additionally, employee training and development allows organizations to remain relevant to the changing external environment. Challenges identified include resistance to change and lack of leadership support, which requires data-driven solutions and strategic adaptation. This study emphasizes the importance of integrating HR strategy in organizational management to increase competitiveness in a dynamic market.

The advancement of digital technology has generated a demand for applications that assist the public in ensuring the halal status of food products, particularly in distinguishing between beef and pork. This study aims to develop an Android-based application for detecting beef and pork using Deep Learning methods with the EfficientNet-B6 architecture, employing the eXtreme Programming software development approach. The image classification model utilizes a Convolutional Neural Network architecture integrated into a Python-based server, while the user interface is developed with Java in Android Studio. System testing was conducted using black-box methods on several Android devices, with varying room conditions and meat types. The results show that the application can classify meat with an accuracy of 66.7%, considering room conditions such as light and dark environments, and meat types including fatty and non-fatty. This application provides fast response times and a user-friendly interface. This application is expected to enable users to independently and efficiently verify the halal status of meat, thereby supporting the needs of Muslim consumers in the digital era.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membandingkan kinerja algoritma Multinomial Naive Bayes (MNB) dan AdaBoost dalam mengklasifikasikan sentimen masyarakat terkait pinjaman online. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah komentar pengguna di media sosial twitter terkait pinjaman online. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengolah data adalah SEMMA (Sample, explore, modify, model, acces), tahapan tersebut menncakup tahap preprocessing data pemodelan dan evaluasi. Sentiment diklasifikasikan kedalam kelas positif, negatif dan netral dengan menggunakan kamus lexicon base bahasa indonesia. Model yang dibangun menggunakan Algoritma MNB dan AdaBoost untuk dibandingkan performanya. Hasil evaluasi model menunjukan menunjukkan bahwa algoritma AdaBoost memiliki kinerja yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan algoritma MNB dalam mengklasifikasikan sentimen masyarakat terkait pinjaman online. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai akurasi dari algoritma AdaBoost sebesar 76%, sedankan akurasi dari algoritma MNB sebesar 71%.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Game Based Learning (GBL) on mathematics learning outcomes of elementary school students through a literature review. The process in the literature study method begins with searching for relevant references through platforms such as Google Scholar. After that, the various sources found are grouped according to the formulation of the research problem that has been determined previously. The next step was to analyze the information collected to identify important findings related to the impact of Game-Based Learning (GBL). Finally, the results of the analysis were interpreted to draw conclusions that could answer the research objectives. Data was obtained from accredited journals of the last five years. Therefore, by using a qualitative approach, this study was able to find facts analytically about the effect of game-based learning on student learning outcomes. The results showed that GBL through various platforms such as Kahoot, Quizziz, Bamboozle, Educandy and Wordwall proved effective in improving students' learning outcomes, motivation and comprehension. This study supports the use of GBL as an innovative strategy in mathematics learning.

The Singapore government since 2000 has stated their goals to have a strong and capable Singapore Armed Forces (SAF). The urgency of having a strong and capable SAF cannot be separated from the multidimensional threats that Singapore has to deal with. China's growing military capability coupled with increased aggressiveness in the South China Sea and relations with two conflicting neighbors are examples of traditional threats facing Singapore. Non-traditional threats, especially terrorism, also haunt Singapore. This article argues that the Revolution in Military Affairs implemented by Singapore is the mitigation of such strategic disadvantage. Through the implementation of the Revolution in Military Affairs which was marked by the acquisition of advanced weaponry technology and followed by changes in military doctrine and organizational adaptation, the SAF has already been transformed into a powerful military in the region.

Polarisasi opini di media sosial indonesia semakin menguat akibat algoritma digital yang menciptakan echo chamber dan filter bubble, membatasi keberagaman berbagai perspektif serta memperkuat bias kognitif. Fenomena ini mengancam kohesi sosial dan mengikis nilai-nilai deliberatif yang sudah menjadi ciri khas demokrasi indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode literature review dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif untuk mengkaji relevansi sila keempat pancasila, kerakyatan yang dipimpin oleh hikmat kebijaksanaan dalam permusyawaratan perwakilan sebagai kerangka normatif dalam meredam polarisasi digital. Analisis dilakukan terhadap literatur terkini yang akan membahas pengaruh algoritma, fragmentasi identitas, dan perilaku kewargaan digital. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa prinsip musyawarah dan kebijaksanaan dalam Pancasila dapat mendorong dialog inklusif, mereduksi konflik Title Author identitas, serta memperkuat ketahanan nasional. Selain itu, literasi digital berbasis nilai Pancasila diidentifikasi sebagai strategi penting dalam menghadapi polarisasi, dengan menekankan sinergi antara kebijakan publik, tata kelola platform, pendidikan, dan partisipasi masyarakat. Melalui internalisasi nilai etis dan tanggung jawab sosial dalam praktik digital, Indonesia berpeluang membangun demokrasi yang deliberatif dan inklusif di tengah disrupsi teknologi. Secara keseluruhan, penerapan nilai kerakyatan Pancasila secara kontekstual dalam ruang digital bukan hanya menjadi solusi normatif terhadap polarisasi opini, tetapi juga fondasi strategis dalam membangun demokrasi indonesia yang lebih inklusif, berkeadaban, dan tangguh menghadapi tantangan era digital.
