Abstract

Abstract Communication needs is crucial due to the progress and development of data communication technology that is growing rapidly. In meeting the needs of data communication technology must be wise in choosing an Internet Service Provider (ISP) which we will use. Using two or more ISP can be the solution to meet the needs of the internet at the Office. Load balancing is one of the routing techniques can take advantage of some of the ISP to be used simultaneously or if other ISP backing up each other down or troubled. However, there are a variety of methods that can be used, one of which is the method Per Connection Classifier (PCC). PCC can be used to classify the traffic connection through router mikrotik into several groups. So that the router will remember the path that passed early traffic connections and on subsequent packets that are still associated with the connection will initially passed on the same lines as well. Based on the research results show that the proposed load balancing techniques make the burden of traffic on each ISP or gateway will be in balance so that the bandwidth usage for more efficient and capable of accelerating the network connection the Internet. In addition the proposed techniques help network connection failover internet connection problems occur in order not to fail or a link down on one of the ISP. Keywords: Failover, Load Balancing, Per Connection Classifier, Routing Abstrak Kebutuhan komunikasi sangat penting seiring dengan kemajuan dan perkembangan teknologi komunikasi data yang semakin berkembang pesat. Dalam memenuhi kebutuhan akan teknologi komunikasi data, administrator jaringan harus bijak dalam memilih Internet Service Provider (ISP) yang akan kita gunakan. Menggunakan dua ISP atau lebih dapat dijadikan solusi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan internet. Load balancing merupakan salah satu teknik routing yang dapat memanfaatkan beberapa ISP untuk dapat digunakan secara bersamaan atau saling membackup jika ISP lainnya down atau bermasalah. Ada berbagai metode yang dapat digunakan, salah satunya adalah metode Per Connection Classifier (PCC). PCC dapat digunakan untuk mengelompokan trafik koneksi yang melalui router mikrotik menjadi beberapa kelompok, sehingga router akan mengingat jalur yang dilewati diawal trafik koneksi dan pada paket-paket selanjutnya yang masih berkaitan dengan koneksi awalnya akan dilewatkan pada jalur yang sama juga. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknik load balancing yang diusulkan menjadikan beban traffic pada masing-masing ISP atau gateway seimbang sehingga dalam pemakaian bandwidth lebih efisien dan mampu mempercepat koneksi jaringan internet. Selain itu diusulkan pula teknik failover yang membantu koneksi jaringan internet agar tidak terjadi koneksi gagal atau link down pada salah satu jalur ISP. Abstract

Introducing animals and their characteristics to mentally disabled students is a complicated matter. Mental retardation is a condition where a person's intellectual and cognitive intelligence is below average, which causes limitations in thinking, solving problems, remembering, and easily losing focus. Because of this, mentally disabled students develop more slowly than normal children their age. To help overcome developmental delays and improve their memory, special treatment and education are needed that suit their needs. Schools can utilize Augmented Reality (AR) technology as an alternative educational tool to make the teaching and learning process at school more fun, interesting and interactive so that it can leave a deep impression on students. This research aims to design and build an application to introduce animals by applying augmented reality technology. This research uses the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method; in this method, there are six stages: concept, design, material collection, design, testing, and distribution, with the testing method using black box testing. This research results in an Android-based augmented reality application for animal recognition for mentally disabled students. This application can make the teaching and learning process more interesting and enjoyable for students and make it easier for teachers to introduce animals and their characteristics.

Abstract

The distribution panel is a place to distribute and distribute electrical energy from the power panel to the load panel (consumer) for both power installations and lighting installations. The main problem with every disturbance or improvement in electricity usage is that people need to come to the area to control and monitoring the panel manually. This research focuses on the design and manufacture of control and monitoring devices at 3 and 1 phase loads, with the method using NodeMCU esp 32/8266 with pzem004t sensor as control and reading of voltage, current and frequency on the panel, which can be viewed and controlled offline at panel or online using the blynk application. The testing of the tool is carried out using a 3-phase motor, PC monitor, fan, laptop charger, and chicken lamp. By turning on the load one by one or simultaneously. From the test results, the tool can turn on and off online through the blynk application and manually using a push button. the results obtained are quite accurate with a maximum error percentage of 8.70%. However, the microcontroller between control and monitoring is used separately.

Abstract

Every public policy will not be separated from policy implementation. Policy implementation becomes one of the sacred things in a policy, because implementation will show the quality of the formation of a policy, in this case the BUMDes Policy. As in general, the BUMDes policy is formulated by the central government. However, matters related to the implementation of the BUMDes policy are still regulated and managed by the village government. To find out things related to the implementation of this BUMDes policy, it can be seen from 4 aspects namely; Implementing Organization, Target Groups, Idealize Policy and Environment Factors. Many organizations are involved in the implementation of BUMDes policy, ranging from the central government, local government, village government, to community groups. In the establishment of BUMDes, the community is involved because the target of the BUMDes policy is the community itself. BUMDes is present with the aim of reducing unemployment andmaking a profit. Community support and demands answer all the things that need to be done in BUMDes. If these 4 aspects are able to be carried out properly, it can be said that the implementation of the BUMDes policy is declared successful.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membandingkan kinerja algoritma Multinomial Naive Bayes (MNB) dan AdaBoost dalam mengklasifikasikan sentimen masyarakat terkait pinjaman online. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah komentar pengguna di media sosial twitter terkait pinjaman online. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengolah data adalah SEMMA (Sample, explore, modify, model, acces), tahapan tersebut menncakup tahap preprocessing data pemodelan dan evaluasi. Sentiment diklasifikasikan kedalam kelas positif, negatif dan netral dengan menggunakan kamus lexicon base bahasa indonesia. Model yang dibangun menggunakan Algoritma MNB dan AdaBoost untuk dibandingkan performanya. Hasil evaluasi model menunjukan menunjukkan bahwa algoritma AdaBoost memiliki kinerja yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan algoritma MNB dalam mengklasifikasikan sentimen masyarakat terkait pinjaman online. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai akurasi dari algoritma AdaBoost sebesar 76%, sedankan akurasi dari algoritma MNB sebesar 71%.

Abstract

Dalam proses pelaksanaan uian semester sekolah ini masih menggunakan metode ujian tertulis menggunakan kertas. Permasalahan lain yakni saat ujian beberapa siswa terlihat melakukan kecurangan seperti menyontek jawaban dari temannya. Adapun hal yang membuat penulis mengambil studi kasus ujian online ini karena melihat beberapa masalah seperti terjadinya human error saat proses koreksi jawaban, proses pembuatan dan pendistribusian soal memerlukan waktu yang lama, dan penggunaan media kertas dan alat tulis yang tidak terbatas. Aplikasi Computer Based Test (CBT) dirancang menggunakan metode waterfall dan pemodelan UML (Unified Modelling Language). Aplikasi Computer Based Test (CBT) ini juga menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan sebagai databasenya menggunakan MySQL. Sistem aplikasi ini memudahkan serta mempercepat proses administrasi ujian semester.Dengan menggunakan aplikasi Computer Based Test (CBT) diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi positif dalam penilaian hasil ujian di SMK Yadika Natar menjadi lebih efisien, serta memberikan panduan bagi lembaga pendidikan lainnya yang berminat untuk mengadopsi teknologi serupa. Dengan menggabungkan kemajuan teknologi dengan pendekatan pendidikan yang berkualitas, diharapkan sistem CBT dapat menjadi bagian yang lebih luas dari upaya menuju pendidikan yang lebih baik dan lebih relevan dengan tuntutan zaman.

Abstract

LAZNAS Yatim Mandiri has achieved various successes in managing, distributing, and empowering underprivileged and underprivileged orphans. Despite this, the Banyuwangi branch still faces challenges in archiving programs, which are currently done conventionally. The Banyuwangi branch of the Yatim Mandiri Foundation has not yet adopted an electronic platform for archiving files and documentation of program distribution, making it difficult for donors to monitor and understand the flow of funds they donate. This research proposes the development of a web-based Yatim Mandiri (e-YM) electronic system to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of program archiving. The design process will be created using Figma software, and the design will refer to the Human Centered Design (HCD) method. The design testing method uses a system usability scale (SUS) to measure and evaluate system usability based on user perceptions. Based on the results of testing the e-YM website design using the Human Centered Design Method approach, the results showed that the design answered user needs. This is because the E-YM website has a distribution page to record all distribution of donations, print LPJ, archive, and independently record donations by donors. Apart from that, the usability score on the System Usability Scale test, which was attended by employees of the Banyuwangi branch of the Yatim Mandiri Foundation, students and the wider community produced an average score of 80.2 (excellent) so that the E-YM website can be accepted by users (community and employees).

Abstract

This article discusses the challenges and solutions for personal data protection in the banking sector in the digital era. Advances in information technology provide ease of access but also increase the risk of data security breaches, including hacking, identity theft, and privacy violations. This study uses a descriptive-analytical approach with qualitative methods to explore the main challenges faced by banks and the solutions that can be applied, such as encryption technology, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and digital literacy education programs for customers. With this approach, the article presents policy and technological recommendations for the banking sector to enhance customer data security in Indonesia.

Abstract

In the context of strengthening competitiveness in the national and international areas, the government is holding and seeking to improve licensing. One of them is in terms of business licensing. Where in terms of licensing improvements, the government makes permits on an electronic basis. The research method used in writing this article is to use normative juridical methods. This research is based on laws and regulations, journals, and other documents that are related to the issues discussed. Online Single Submission or OSS can be interpreted as the realization of Law Number 11 of 2020 or the Job Creation Law. In this permit registration stage, we only need to fill in the data and requirements through the OSS system. In this risk-based OSS, the division of business level scale is also seen based on how big the risk level of the business activity is for the environment and society. The distribution of this risk is divided into 4 levels of business risk, namely low, medium low, medium high and high. If seen based on the implementation of the OSS system so far there have been many advances and improvements in the OSS Version of this Risk Based Approach. Progress that can be seen is regarding filling in detailed data in the Risk Based Approach Version of the OSS system so that business actors only really need to register for business licenses through the OSS system. However, the drawback of this risk-based OSS system is regarding guarantees for the protection of personal data that have not been written specifically. Even though there are regulations regarding supervision in this OSS system.

Abstract

Ruas jalan Sumberejo – Kepoh kidul kecamatan Sumberejo Kabupaten Bojonegoro merupakan ruas jalan yang berpotensi longsor di karenakan sudut kemiringan pada ruas jalan tersebut antara 50 – 60 ˚. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melakukan perencanaan dimensi tembok penahan tanah. Adapun data tanah didapatkan dari pengujian di laboratorium Universitas Bojonegoro .Hasil perencanaan stabilitas tembok penahan tanah aman terhadap geser, guling dan daya dukung tanah menggunakan teori Rankine,dengan hasil perhitungan sebagai berikut: Stabilitas terhadap gaya guling = 3,59 > 2 (aman). Stabilitas terhadap gaya geser = 9,80 > 2(aman). Stabilitas terhadap daya dukung tanah teori Mayerhof =3,223 > 3(aman). Dari hasil perhitungan geser, guling dan daya dukung tanah dapat dinyatakan aman karena nilai di atas sudah lebih besar dari nilai Safety Factor. Dari analisis perencanaan Tpt di gunakan penulangan dinding vertical dengan diameter tulangan utama D13- 100 mm untuk tulangan bagi D13-200 mm, tulangan geser D12-200 mm dan tulangan utama plat kaki D22-125mm, tulangan bagi nya D22-250 mm. Dan pada analisis lereng tanpa perkuatan dengan Software Geostudio/Geoslope didapati Faktor of Safety 1,355 dan setelah di beri perkuatan Tpt menjadi 2,085.
