<![CDATA[The objectives of this research are: (1) To know the ability of early counting learning in the group B at TK Bhakti Pagerharjo Pati, and (2) To know whether the use of pocket sticks media can improve the l ability of early counting in group B at TK Bhakti Masyarakat Pagerharjo Wedarijaksa Pati. This type of research is Clasroom Action Reseach using two cycles in which each cycle includes four components, namely planning action, acting, observing, and reflecting. The conclusion of the study is the ability to learn early counting in the group B at TK Bhakti Masyarakat Pagerharjo Wedarijaksa Pati before the research is still low. This is showed by the ability of the early counting that belongs to the category of Very Good Developing (BSB) and teh category of Developing As Expected (BSH) is only 35% and after he action with the pocket media, early counting ability increase to 95%.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstrak: Penerapan Model Make a Match dengan Media Grafis dalam Peningkatan Pembelajaran IPS tentang Perjuangan Melawan Penjajah pada Siswa Kelas V SDN 1 Pandansari Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan langkah-langkah, meningkatkan pembelajaran IPS tentang perjuangan melawan penjajah, mendeskripsikan kendala dan solusi penerapan model make a match dengan media grafis pada siswa kelas V SD. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilaksanakan secara kolaboratif dalam tiga siklus dengan sumber data yaitu siswa dan guru kelas V SDN 1 Pandansari. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik tes dan nontes. Validitas data yang digunakan adalah triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model make a match dengan media grafis dapat meningkatkan pembelajaran IPS tentang perjuangan melawan penjajah pada siswa kelas V SDN 1 Pandansari tahun ajaran 2016/2017.Kata kunci: make a match, media grafis, pembelajaran IPS]]>

<![CDATA[Sekitar 15% penduduk dunia merupakan orang dengan disabilitas. Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD) memperkuat hak penyandang disabilitas untuk mencapai standar tertinggi perawatan kesehatan, tanpa diskriminasi. Sulitnya akses informasi dan komunikasi 2 arah antara penyandang disabilitas dengan pemberi pelayanan kesehatan memunculkan sebuah solusi yaitu penggunaan SAKURA (Sistem Konsultasi Tuna Wicara). Tujuan SAKURA adalah memperbaiki sistem pelayanan dan memperoleh informasi dan komunikasi yang mudah diakses tuna wicara dalam pelayanan kesehatan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tahap awal yaitu perancangan dan pemodelan alat sistem konsultasi pada tuna wicara (SAKURA). Tahapan penelitian; 1) mengumpulkan informasi dan analisis kebutuhan pengembangan SAKURA, 2) merencanakan sistem dan model alat, 3) mengumpulkan alat dan bahan 4) konsultasi pada ahli terkait rancang bangun sistem, 5) merumuskan alur pelayanan, jenis pelayanan (content pelayanan), 6) mengembangkan sistem dan model, 7) menentukan input dan output data dalam versi website. (SAKURA) memberikan kemudahan tuna wicara mendapatkan layanan kesehatan yang dituju, menghubungkan informasi yang disampaikan oleh tuna wicara kepada pemberi layanan kesehatan terutama dalam proses diagnosis penyakit, dimana penderita tuna wicara dapat dibantu untuk menemukan, mengungkapkan dan mendeteksi keluhan yang dirasakan secara akurat/ tepat sehingga dokter dapat memberikan diagnosis yang tepat sehingga dapat mengefisienkan waktu pelayanan dan dapat diberikan penanganan dengan tepat.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of the study was to determine the effectiveness of edmodos e-learning as supporting learning in the Plumbing Theory course in Vocational Education of Building Construction students. The research was conducted as the application of blended learning that carried out in an integrated manner at the Faculty of Engineering in 2019. The research method used the Quasy Experiment Method. Data collection techniques used were using multiple choice tests and questionnaires. The results of the research showed that Edmodo has been proven effective improve student learning outcomes of participants in the Plumbing Theory course. The post test results showed a significant increase after students were given treatment in the form of Edmodo utilization compared to the pre-test results that had not been given treatment. Edmodo has been proven to increase the learning motivation of students in the plumbing theory course. Edmodo has an advantage in its ease of access. Students participating in the Plumbing Theory courses access Edmodo with high intensity because it utilizes Edmodo in learning. The biggest obstacle experienced by students in accessing Edmodo is the internet network that does not support.]]>

<![CDATA[The low level of publication among high school teachers is an indication that the research conducted by teachers has not been fully disseminated. The purpose of this study is to provide technical guidance to teachers of SMA Negeri 1 Muara Gembong in improving the ability and quality of publication of their papers that can be used in the context of graduation or promotion/position as well as the component of assessing the portfolio of teacher certification in Indonesia. The methods used in this training include conducting discussions. The method is developed according to the situation and conditions that develop simultaneously and continuously. The population in this study is participants/teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Muara Gembong. The number of samples in this study was 25 participants or 25 teachers from various subjects at SMA Negeri 1 Muara Gembong. This training was conducted directly/offline in one of the SMA Negeri 1 Muara Gembong classes for approximately one day. The instrument used here is a questionnaire in the form of a survey of participant satisfaction with the presenters and the material that has been given. In addition, the results of this study received feedback. Namely, most participants stated that the speaker was very good at delivering material and asked for frequent training like this because the material was beneficial for the teachers there. This measure is intended so that the culture of teacher literacy and research will increase along with the rapid progress of educational science. That is, this community service activity is basically a form of concrete contribution of educational people in fulfilling the quality standards of higher education, especially in the standards of high school teacher graduates in Indonesia]]>

<![CDATA[This service is carried out on the basis of statistics which is considered a difficult science because there are many formulas that require accuracy and precision in their calculations. As well as the many problems of students' inability to access data processing software caused by the low level of literacy in students. This service is a training activity for data processing research based on statistical software that aims to improve the quality of human resources through the ability of students to process research data. The partners of this service are universities around BODETABEK with a focus on training activities on statistical software-based data analysis techniques such as SPSS and JASP for final year students at BODETABEK. The methods used in this training activity include lectures, discussions, questions and answers, direct demonstrations and assignments. These methods were developed according to the current situation and conditions. The target to be achieved in the implementation of this activity is to improve the ability of students to carry out data analysis with the help of software such as SPSS and JASP. <![CDATA[Kehamilan secara fisiologis mengalami adaptasi sistem kardiovaskuler sehingga terjadi pengenceran darah yang dapat menyebabkan kadar hemoglobin menurun. Kondisi ini dapat berdampak pada meningkatnya risiko kehamilan bermassalah yang berbahaya bagi kesehatan ibu dan anak. Untuk itu, salah satu peran bidan dalam mencegah dengan asuhan kehamilan yang komprehensif yaitu pemberian kombinasi jus bayam dan tomat untuk membantu meningkatkan hemoglobin pada ibu hamil. Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatan ketrampilan, peran serta keluarga dalam memelihara kehamilan melalui konsumsi jus bayam dan tomat secara teratur. Populasinya yaitu semua ibu hamil di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Godong 1 Kabupaten Grobogan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui pendampingan kehamilan sejak kehamilan awal (usia kehamilan 10 minggu) hingga persalinan dengan pemberian intervensi baik berupa edukasi, konsultasi, pelatihan ketrampilan pembuatan jus bayam dan tomat serta pemantauan hemoglobin. Keterlibatan suami maupun keluarga mampu meningkat perilaku hidu sehat terutama dalam kepatuhan mengkonsumsi jus bayam dan tomat yang efektif meningkatkan kadar hemoglobin ibu hamil. Karena bayam dan tomat memiliki kandungan zat besi yang tinggi serta vitamin C dalam sehingga mempercepat penyerapan zat besi didalam tubuh.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to examine and demonstrate how product quality and promotions affect purchasing decisions on Tokopedia. The population of this study consists of students from the Management Study Program at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Pamulang. A total of 60 respondents were used as samples in this study. The research methodology employed is purposive sampling combined with nonprobability sampling. The results of the study show a relationship between the dependent variable, purchasing decisions, and the independent variables, product quality and promotions. The T-test, based on partial testing, indicates that product quality significantly and positively influences purchasing decisions. Additionally, the promotion variable also shows that promotions significantly and positively influence consumer purchasing decisions. It can be concluded that factors related to product quality and promotions have a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions. Product quality and promotions explain 43.8% of the Coefficient of Determination (Adjusted R Square) value of 0.438, which explains purchasing decisions, while other factors not included in this study account for the remaining 56.2%.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to evaluate the capacity of drainage channels in dealing with flooding puddles. This study used the calculations of hydrology analysis and hydraulic analysis to find out the capacity of flooding and debit. Research instruments use documentation in the form of archives are obtained from government offices by collecting primary data and secondary data. Data analysis uses comparative deskritif quantitative t-shirt analysis. The results showed that the conduit capacity (Qsal) that its cross-sectional form and used stone partners with a wide size of the channel (B) 80 cm and the depth of the channel (h) 70 cm can not accommodate a 10-year flood debit plan, so an evaluation was carried out to be 100 cm × 100 cm.]]>

<![CDATA[Teacher work commitment is an important variable in determining the performance and effectiveness of educational institutions that will encourage teachers to invest their energy and loyalty to the school and have a positive impact on teacher work commitment and the achievement of educational goals. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of organizational climate and work culture together on work commitment. The research approach used is quantitative. This type of research uses correlation research. The population of this study was 281 teachers and the research sample was 165 teachers. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study was descriptive data analysis, prerequisite tests including normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, linearity tests and hypothesis tests including simple and multiple linear regression. The results of the study showed that: (1) the correlation of organizational climate on work commitment was 0.685. The influence of organizational climate had a significant effect on the work commitment variable by 67.0%. (2) The correlation of work culture on work commitment was 0.860. The influence of work culture had a significant effect on the work commitment variable by 74.0%. (3) The significant influence of organizational climate and work culture on work commitment with the equation Ŷ = 15.860 + 0.187 X1 + 0.584 X2. Then the correlation coefficient value r is 0.889. The result of the coefficient of determination of the influence of variables X1 and X2 on Y is 79.0%.]]>
