Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan media sosial dan keterlibatan influencer terhadap peningkatan penjualan Chester Oil di Shakila Salon. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan penyebaran kuesioner di pelanggan shakila salon. Sampel yang digunakan dalam peneltiian ini berjumlah 110 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis kuantitatif. Hasil dari peneltiian ini adalah media sosial tidak berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan penjualan Chester Oil. Influencer marketing berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan penjualan Chester Oil.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh customer review dan kepercayaan terhadap minat beli Generasi Z pada marketplace Shopee. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Flores. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli, dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 11,320 lebih besar dari t tabel 1,984 dan tingkat signifikansi 0,000. Secara simultan, customer review dan kepercayaan juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli, yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai F hitung sebesar 128,140 lebih besar dari F tabel 3,94 dengan signifikansi 0,000. Nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,753 mengindikasikan bahwa 75,3% variasi minat beli dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel customer review dan kepercayaan, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 24,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana citra merek mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan di Restoran Parikoro. . Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei untuk mengumpulkan data dari pelanggan Restoran Parikoro, fokus pada pengalaman pelanggan, tingkat kepuasan, dan faktor-faktor pendorong loyalitas. Dengan metode kuantitatif dan teknik purposive sampling, Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden. penelitian ini meneliti hubungan antara brand image sebagai variabel independen dan loyalitas pelanggan sebagai variabel dependen. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang menggunakan Skala Likert dan dijelaskan dengan aplikasi SPSS untuk menghasilkan validitas dan reliabilitas. Hasil diharapkan memberikan rekomendasi strategi bagi manajemen restoran dalam meningkatkan citra merek dan mempertahankan pelanggan.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi digital dalam satu dekade terakhir telah mengubah pola hidup masyarakat, termasuk dalam hal mobilitas. Salah satu sektor yang terdampak signifikan adalah transportasi berbasis aplikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pengguna transportasi online Maxim di Kota Ende.Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan model asosiatif, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebar kepada 166 responden. Analisis dilakukan dengan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (< 0,05) dan koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,607. Ini mengindikasikan bahwa 60,7% variasi kepuasan pelanggan dapat dijelaskan oleh kualitas pelayanan yang diterima. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya peningkatan kualitas layanan untuk mempertahankan kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan di tengah persaingan industri transportasi digital..

Abstract

Local potential is the natural, cultural, and natural resources of a region.  Emburia Village, Ende Sub-District, Ende Regency is one of the villages that is the largest producer of candlenuts in Ende Regency, but this large candlenut potential has not been maximally utilized for the economic income of the community. The candlenuts produced are only sold to traders in Ende city. Therefore, this community service activity is deemed important to be carried out in Emburia village with the target participants being PKK (Family Welfare Empowerment) women. Community service activities go through several stages including the preparation stage, preparation and implementation stage until the finished product with the brand name MIKERIA (Emburia hazelnut oil). This activity is expected to provide understanding to participants in improving the creative economy through training and utilization of digital marketing in marketing products, namely hazelnut oil

Abstract

This researcher aims to analyze the sales strategy applied to our coffee company, in the midst of a weakening Indonesian economy due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The method in this research was carried out without a qualitative approach to analyze the marketing strategy applied by the company, KOPI KITA with primary data sources obtained from data collection techniques through interviews, observations, researchers, and a number of related facts. The results are often applied by the company, our coffee during the covid-19 pandemic, the seller experienced the impact of the teacher at the beginning of the outbreak, the covid-19 pandemic due to the lack of people outside the house, but with the benefit of technology and business strategy for people to get better sellers. By reviewing the literature that has been carried out, in order to improve marketing strategies, our KOPI company can apply the SWOT analysis method in increasing sales amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. Abstract

The problem in the Watu Village, Langke Rembong District, Manggarai Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province community is the limited knowledge of mothers in managing the cassava harvest and the low level of knowledge. The processed cassava is still very limited. The entrepreneurial spirit is still so low, women have not thought about how to turn cassava into a product that has a selling value and can be marketed to consumers. Therefore, the student KKN program is a means to help provide understanding to mothers in Watu Village to foster interest in entrepreneurship. The focus of this activity is on empowerment and socialization related to entrepreneurship. This program aims to foster interest in entrepreneurship for mothers so that they can increase their income. The program’s implementation method is socialization and assistance in processing cassava products. The results and impacts of the KKN students' activities for mothers in Watu Village are firstly an increase in mothers' knowledge about entrepreneurship and secondly an increase in mothers' awareness of processing cassava into several product variants with economic value.

Abstract

This community service aims to explore the potential of candlenut oil (Aleurites Moluccana) as a superior product in Ndetundora II Village, which has primarily utilised candlenut as a cooking ingredient. The methods employed include processing candlenut through roasting and pressing, where the nuts are heated without oil until they change color, then ground and pressed to extract the oil. The results indicate that candlenut oil offers various benefits, including promoting hair growth, reducing gray hair, and aiding in the healing of wounds and skin diseases, which can enhance the quality of life for the community. Additionally, socialisation and training on candlenut oil production are expected to enhance the skills and knowledge of the community, as well as expand market opportunities through social media. Recommendations for follow-up include developing marketing strategies and product diversification to boost the village's economy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of digitalization changes in tax payment and reporting, which have resulted in delays in tax payment and reporting, leading to fines or penalties for taxpayers. The changes in tax digitalization, which originally started with the e-SPT, E-Filling, and DJP Online applications, and now include Coretax, are information technology systems used by the government to manage taxes digitally. The purpose of Coretax is to improve accuracy, efficiency, and ease of tax reporting. Coretax is expected to reduce leakage and increase tax compliance. In addition, Coretax is expected to streamline the tax administration business process by improving the tax database. Coretax is also a centralized taxation application that can be accessed by taxpayers according to their respective needs. However, in some cases, the implementation of Coretax has been hampered by several factors, such as inaccurate schedules, lack of coordination between teams, and inadequate risk management. These obstacles have resulted in a lack of understanding among taxpayers regarding their tax obligations. The method used in this study was a quantitative approach with case studies. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire, with 384 respondents from various educational and occupational backgrounds. The results showed that the level of taxpayer understanding was still relatively low, which was an impact of the change in the tax payment system using Coretax

Abstract

Abstrak: Desa Emburia yang terletak di kecamatan Ende adalah salah satu desa yang memiliki potensi unggul dalam pertanian yaitu kakao, kelapa dan kemiri, dan hampir 95% masyarakat desa Emburia merupakan petani dan sebagian besar memiliki kebun kemiri, akan tetapi potensi ini belum dimanfaatkan secara maksimal oleh masyarakat. Maka dari itu, kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat menjadi langkah awal dengan tujuan untuk membantu masyarakat Desa Emburia khususnya kelompok PKK Desa Emburia dalam mengelola potensi alam tersebut untuk mendapatkan penghasilan tambahan yang berdampak pada pendapatan masyarakat tersebut dan kemandirian pada kelompok tersebut. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dimulai tanggal 26 Juli 2025 di Desa Emburia dengan pesertanya adalah ibu-ibu PKK Desa Emburia yang berjumlah 22 orang. adapun rangkaian kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat diantaranya adalah sosialisasi program, sosialisasi ekonomi kreatif, pelatihan pemasaran (pembuatan merek dan packaging serta memasarkan produk melalui marketplace online), pelatihan pembuatan minyak kemiri, pelatihan hasil limbah produksi, serta evaluasi dan pendampingan yang dilakukan dengan cara observasi dan wawancara kepada kelompok PKK. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa peserta sangat antusias dan memperoleh manfaat berupa peningkatan pengetahuan, keterampilan praktis sebesar 100% serta adanya pengalaman baru dan motivasi untuk meningkatkan pendapatan ekonomi masyarakat.Abstract: Emburia Village, located in Ende District, is one of the villages with excellent potential in agriculture, namely cocoa, coconut, and candlenut. Nearly 95% of the Emburia Village community are farmers, and most of them have candlenut plantations. However, this potential has not been fully utilized by the community. Therefore, community service activities are the first step with the aim of helping the people of Emburia Village, especially the Emburia Village PKK group, in managing this natural potential to obtain additional income that will have an impact on the community's income and the independence of the group. This community service activity began on July 26, 2025, in Emburia Village with 22 participants, namely the women of the Emburia Village PKK. The series of community service activities included program socialization, creative economy socialization, marketing training (branding and packaging, as well as marketing products through online marketplaces), candlenut oil production training, production waste management training, and evaluation and assistance conducted through observation and interviews with the PKK group. The results of this activity showed that the participants were highly enthusiastic and gained benefits in the form of increased knowledge, practical skills by 100%, as well as new experiences and motivation to improve the economic income of the community.
