Abstract

AbstrakBullying merupakan salah satu masalah sosial yang signifikan di lingkungan Pendidikan berdampak jangka panjang terhadap perkembangan psikologis dan sosial anak-anak. Tindakan bullying yang terjadi di sekolah dapat merusak rasa aman, menurunkan kepercayaan diri, serta menyebabkan trauma emosional yang mendalam pada korban. Pengabdian melalui penyuluhan ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pentingnya menciptakan sekolah yang ramah anak sebagai langkah pencegahan bullying dengan fokus pada pendekatan holistik yang melibatkan pihak sekolah, orang tua, dan masyarakat sebagai bagian dari upaya menciptakan lingkungan yang aman dan inklusif terwujudnya sekolah ramah anak berperan dalam memberikan perlindungan, menciptakan rasa saling menghormati, dan mengembangkan keterampilan sosial anak-anak untuk menghindari perilaku agresif seperti bullying. Pendekatan ini meliputi program penyuluhan melalui sosialisasi stop bullying membangun sekolah ramah anak yang menekankan pada nilai-nilai empati, penghargaan terhadap perbedaan, serta keterampilan dalam mengelola konflik secara konstruktif. selain itu, perlunya partisipasi aktif dari orang tua dan masyarakat dalam mendukung kebijakan anti-bullying di sekolah juga ditekankan. Melalui pembentukan budaya sekolah yang ramah anak diharapkan perilaku bullying dapat diminimalisir serta meningkatkan kesejahteraan mental dan emosional siswa. Pengabdian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan kebijakan pendidikan yang lebih humanis dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan anak-anak sebagai korban dan pelaku bullying. Kata Kunci: bullying; sekolah ramah anak; pencegahan bullying; pendidikan inklusif; kebijakan pendidikan. AbstractBullying is one of the significant social problems in the educational environment that has a long-term impact on the psychological and social development of children. Bullying that occurs in schools can damage the sense of security, reduce self-confidence, and cause deep emotional trauma to the victim. This service through counseling aims to examine the importance of creating child-friendly schools as a step to prevent bullying with a focus on a holistic approach involving schools, parents, and the community as part of efforts to create a safe and inclusive environment. The realization of child-friendly schools plays a role in providing protection, creating mutual respect, and developing children's social skills to avoid aggressive behavior such as bullying. This approach includes a counseling program through the socialization of stop bullying, building child-friendly schools that emphasize the values of empathy, respect for differences, and skills in managing conflict constructively. In addition, the need for active participation from parents and the community in supporting anti-bullying policies in schools is also emphasized. Through the formation of a child-friendly school culture, it is hoped that bullying behavior can be minimized, as well as improving the mental and emotional well-being of students. This service is expected to contribute to the development of education policies that are more humanistic and responsive to the needs of children as victims and perpetrators of bullying. Keywords: bullying; child-friendly schools; bullying prevention; inclusive education; education policy

Abstract

The NTT Student Community Organization in Mataram is formed based on regency, sub-district, and religious origin. These organizations include the Manggarai Mataram Muslim Family Communication Forum (FK2M), the Komodo Boleng Mataram Student and Pupil Association (IMPKBM), and several others. Each organization holds annual routines such as the inauguration of new management and an Organizational Introduction Orientation (OSPOR) for new students who are members of the IMPKBM. The methods used are discussions and lectures. The results are organizational management training at the inauguration and orientation events, with the theme "Organizing with Heart, Working0 with Action," a strategic effort to produce administrators and members who possess competence, integrity, and are ready to carry out their duties professionally. Through a series of materials, discussions, simulations, and guidance, participants gained a comprehensive understanding of organizational governance, leadership, communication, and work program planning. These activities not only strengthened technical skills but also instilled the values ​​of empathy, responsibility, and cooperation as the foundation for organizing with a heart-based approach. With this knowledge, it is hoped that administrators will be able to produce tangible results and play an active role in the organization's sustainable development. The origins of IMPKBM are a forum for maintaining unity, fostering brotherhood, and contributing to the development of their home regions.
