Abstract

This study was conducted at the Cooperative of Multiple Enterprises (KSU) GAPOKTAN ALBASIKO II Branch in Simpag Tiga Bedeng, Luhak Nan Duo. The research aims to determine whether the variable of cooperative role influences financial performance. It is quantitative research employing data gathered through interviews, questionnaire distribution, and observation. The data analysis technique employed is simple linear regression. The study employed primary data obtained through a questionnaire administered in field research setting with a total of 50 respondents. The population for this research comprised the members of the Cooperative of Multiple Enterprises (KSU) GAPOKTAN ALBASIKO II. Data collection was conducted using field research methods (questionnaires and literature review). The results of this study indicate that the cooperative's role does not influence member income. This is evident from the coefficient of determination of 0.193, signifying the contribution of the cooperative's role to member income. With a significance level of 5%, the calculated F value is 1.848, with a significance level of 0.180, leading to the rejection of the null hypothesis (HO) and acceptance of the alternative hypothesis (Ha). Thus, the cooperative's role does not affect member income.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The Islamic banking industry in Indonesia has experienced rapid growth following the enactment of Law No. 21 of 2008, which provides a strong legal foundation for its operations. However, the sector still faces various challenges, including competition from conventional banks and economic instability. One important indicator for assessing the effectiveness of fund distribution is the Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), which reflects a bank’s ability to distribute financing based on the funds it has raised. This study aims to examine the impact of Non-Performing Financing (NPF), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Operating Expenses to Operating Income (BOPO), and Return on Assets (ROA) on FDR in Islamic Commercial Banks registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) during the period 2019–2023. The research employs a quantitative approach using secondary data obtained from the annual financial statements of five Islamic banks that meet purposive sampling criteria. Data analysis techniques include panel data regression with Common Effect Model (CEM), Fixed Effect Model (FEM), and Random Effect Model (REM) estimations. The findings show that NPF, CAR, and BOPO significantly affect FDR, while ROA has no significant impact. Simultaneously, these four variables collectively influence FDR. These findings offer valuable insights into the management of risk and operational efficiency in Islamic banks to improve financial stability and financing distribution capabilities. This study recommends that Islamic banks strengthen financing risk management and operational efficiency to enhance FDR and financial stability. Abstract

This research is motivated by the low level of organisational culture on the performance of employees in KSU GAPOKTAN ALBASIKO II West Pasaman, a picture that organisational culture affects the performance of employees. In this study the researcher connects the problem of lack of awareness and stability of organisational cultural values and still not entirely run by employees, time discipline, innovation, attention to detail, results orientation, team orientation, stability, consistency, honesty, and safety. This study explains whether organisational culture has an effect on employee performance at KSU GAPOKTAN ALBASIKO II. The type of research used is quantitative research which is research with the aim of knowing how much influence the independent variable has on the dependent variable. The research approach used is survey research which is a category of research that aims to analyse the relationships between one variable and another. Primary data was obtained from distributing questionnaires. The population in this study were 53 people and a sample of 53 people. Data analysis and processing techniques using simple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2), simultaneous test (F test), classical assumption test and hypothesis testing with variables X Organisational Culture and Y Employee Performance. The results showed that there was a significant influence between organisational culture on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy of PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Swadaya Anak Nagari in attracting people's interest in saving money in Bandarejo Hamlet 1, West Pasaman Regency. A qualitative approach was used through field method with interviews, observation, and documentation. Abstract

Studi ini melihat bagaimana pengetahuan dan status sosial mempengaruhi cara masyarakat melihat perbankan syariah. Sejak tahun 1990-an, perbankan syariah di Indonesia telah berkembang pesat, tetapi orang masih jarang menggunakannya, terutama di daerah pedesaan dan kelompok berpenghasilan rendah. Sementara itu, persepsi masyarakat tentang bank syariah sangat memengaruhi keputusan mereka untuk menggunakan layanan ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis multiple linear regression, dan 177 orang berpatisipasi sebagai respoden penelitian. Disamping itu analisis deskriptif juga dilakukan untuk mengetahui persepsi masyarakat terhadap perbankan syariah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi masyarakat tentang perbankan syariah secara signifikan dipengaruhi oleh status sosial mereka dan pengetahuan mereka tentang subjek tersebut. Orang-orang yang lebih berpengetahuan dan memiliki status sosial yang lebih baik cenderung memiliki persepsi yang lebih baik tentang perbankan syariah. Selain itu, perspektif masyarakat juga dipengaruhi oleh komponen risiko dan keuntungan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan literasi keuangan dan pengembangan layanan perbankan syariah sangat penting untuk memperluas jangkauan dan meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat, terutama di kalangan masyarakat ekonomi bawah. Hasilnya memberikan rekomendasi untuk pengembangan kebijakan yang lebih responsif dan inklusif yang membantu pertumbuhan ekonomi yang lebih merata dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze production costs in increasing sales in the Sultan Bakery small industry in Bandarjo Dusun II, Kec.Pasaman, Kab.Pasaman Barat. The main focus of the research includes the relationship between production costs and selling prices, the effectiveness of production cost management on profit margins and increased sales, and factors that influence production costs in the context of market competitiveness. This research used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, where data were obtained through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The results showed that efficiency in managing production costs has a significant influence on the ability of businesses to set competitive selling prices. The main factors that support this efficiency include raw material management, labor optimization, and overhead cost control. In addition, the selection of quality raw materials and effective labor management help maintain cost stability without compromising product quality. This strategy not only maintains customer loyalty but also increases the competitiveness of the business in the local market. The increase in sales achieved by Sultan Bakery is consistently supported by planned cost management, production scale efficiency, and the application of modern technology. This study concludes that production cost efficiency plays an important role in supporting profit margins, increasing sales, and strengthening the competitiveness of small businesses in the local market.

Abstract

The background in this research is the problematic financing that occurred at PT. Bank Nagari Simpang Empat Branch. Not all of the financing provided to customers can be returned properly and does not bring the expected benefits. This study aims to see and analyze problem financing at PT. Bank Nagari Simpang Empat Branch. This study uses field research methods, the type of approach is qualitative. The data source for this research is the Leaders and Employees of PT. Bank Nagari, Simpang Empat Pasaman Barat Branch. The data collected in this study are primary data and secondary data. This primary data was obtained through interviews with informants, namely PT Bank Nagari Simpang Empat Branch. The results of the study show that in the steps taken by PT. Bank Nagari Simpang Empat Branch, when a customer is unable to pay a financing installment or when a financing problem occurs, the bank will give a warning letter 3 (three) times, if the customer has good faith and If you are able to pay arrears then it can be done with Restructuring. If the customer is unable to pay the arrears, the Bank will conduct a Collateral Auction. Basically non-performing financing is a risk that often occurs in the banking world. However, what is important in this problem is how the banking sector can overcome and resolve this so that unwanted things do not occur and do not harm the bank.

The background of this research is in Jorong Simpang Empat, Pasaman District, West Pasaman Regency. The main problem in this study is related to the Marketing Strategy for Pawn Gold Products at PT. Simpang Empat Pawnshop West Pasaman. Furthermore, the problem is divided into several formulations, namely: 1) What is the Marketing Strategy for Pawn Gold Products at PT. Pegadaian Simpang Empat Pasaman Barat, 2) What is the Strategy for Maintaining the Number of Customers at PT. West Pasaman Simpang Empat Pawnshop. This study aims to gain an understanding of how the marketing strategy for gold pawning products is theoretically or practically applied by PT. Pegadaian Simpang Empat West Pasaman and know more about how the development of gold pawning at PT. West Pasaman Simpang Empat Pawnshop. This study uses field research methods (field research), the type of approach is qualitative. The data sources for this research are the leaders and employees of PT. West Pasaman Simpang Empat Pawnshop. The data collected in this study are primary data and secondary data. This primary data was obtained through interviews with informants, namely PT. Pegadaian is the head of PT Pegadaian Simpang Empat, West Pasaman. The results showed that the strategy carried out by PT Pegadaian Simpang Empat Pasaman Barat in increasing the number of its customers was carried out with the 4P strategy, namely product strategy, price strategy, place strategy, and strategy in the field of promotion (promotion). While the strategy to maintain customer levels is carried out by providing good service, namely providing discounts or promos, providing excellent service, digital pawnshops, and extraordinary seminars.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether Person Organization Fit has an effect on employee performance. The type of research used is quantitative research with a survey approach. The data used is primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires. There were 53 respondents who participated in this research. Data analysis and processing techniques use regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2). From this research, the results obtained show that Person Organization Fit has an influence on employee performance. This is proven based on the results of the F test where the Fcount value > Ftable value where the Fcount value is 36.521 which is greater than Ftable 4.10, so it can be interpreted that there is an influence between Person Organization Fit on employee performance. And based on the calculation results of the coefficient of determination test (R2), it shows that the Rsquare value of the variation in the dependent variable which is influenced by the independent variable is 12%, while the remaining 88% is influenced by other factors outside this research.
