At the Cooperative Office, currently the process of processing savings and loans data  is not optimal because the processing of savings and loans data  still uses manual methods.  Data processing like this can lead to data loss and insecure data storage. Abstract

In Kelambir V Kebun Village, the Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) Movers Team data storage process still uses manual methods. Data storage like this can cause unsafe data. Therefore, the researcher will create an information system for the Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) Movers Team of the village of Kelambir V Kebun computerized which is sufficiently web-based which is php as the programming language and mysql xampp as the database. This study aims to create a Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) Movers Team information system using php and mysql. This research was conducted in Kelambir V Kebun Village, North Sumatra Province. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques by observation and literature study. From the problems that have been obtained so that the researcher can a solution from handling it by implementing a web-based application for the Kelambir V Kebun Village Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) Team. It can be concluded that the application made by researchers can help the village of Kelambir V Kebun process data on the Family Welfare Empowerment Team quickly and safely. Based on black box and white box testing, it is found that the application made is feasible to use.

Abstract

The development of science and technology requires universities not only to matter but also to have abilities in their respective fields including Security System. The unavailability of network design laboratory and its minimum, network design, cryptography design and flexibility of face-to-face time in the discussion of material compiled not in accordance with the competencies in this course. To overcome these deficiencies in learning activities, development of a project-based blended learning model is carried out. The development carried out in this study uses the Puslitjaknov development model which reduces the Borg and Gall stages to five stages namely product analysis, initial product design, expert validation and revision, field trials and implementation. Data were collected by interview, observation, questionnaire and test. Data were analyzed using quantitative and qualitative methods to produce research products in the form of books, modules, learning plans and manuals for the use of learning applications. Product validation by experts, practicality tests carried out by users and effectiveness tests with student learning outcomes. Based on the results of data analysis, the results of this study are: 1) Research has successfully developed a project-based blended learning model in Cryptography courses. 2) The developed learning model syntax consists of 9 stages / syntax. 3) In supporting learning activities, modules, RPS and manuals are used for learning applications. All products and models developed have been developed and are categorized as valid, practical and effective.

Abstract

Indonesia is a tropical country with diverse flora and fauna stretching from west to east. One of the cabbage plants grown in Indonesia has many benefits for human health. Cabbage plants are susceptible to diseases such as pests and pathogens. One of them is clubroot disease, which causes the plant not to grow and develop. Based on the above problems, it is necessary to have a system to support farmers in the scientific field of expert systems that uses the Certainty Factor method to diagnose the nature of clubroot disease. It is hoped that this system can provide information more quickly on whether or not cabbage plants have clubroot disease. The results of this study represent an integrated system capable of solving problems in cabbage plants, especially in the diagnosis of clubroot disease. It is hoped that the applied system can be further developed together with technological developments

Abstract

Abstract: The city of Medan is one of the regions in North Sumatra that is vulnerable to natural disasters such as floods, fires, and extreme weather events. Limited access to accurate information, low community preparedness, and the absence of integrated disaster information systems remain major challenges in disaster risk reduction efforts. This community service activity aims to improve community preparedness and response capacity through the socialization and implementation of a web-based Disaster Response Information System for Medan City. The methods used include problem identification, system development, socialization, training, and system implementation involving community representatives and local stakeholders. The results indicate an increase in community understanding of disaster mitigation and emergency response procedures, as well as the utilization of the information system as a medium for early warning, reporting, and coordination. The implementation of the disaster response information system is proven to support faster information dissemination and strengthen community participation in disaster management efforts.            Keywords: disaster mitigation; information system; community service; disaster response; Medan City  Abstrak: Kota Medan merupakan salah satu wilayah di Provinsi Sumatera Utara yang memiliki tingkat kerawanan tinggi terhadap bencana alam seperti banjir, kebakaran, dan cuaca ekstrem. Keterbatasan akses informasi yang akurat, rendahnya kesiapsiagaan masyarakat, serta belum terintegrasinya sistem informasi kebencanaan menjadi permasalahan utama dalam upaya pengurangan risiko bencana. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan dan kapasitas tanggap bencana masyarakat melalui kegiatan sosialisasi dan implementasi Sistem Informasi Tanggap Bencana berbasis web di Kota Medan. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi identifikasi masalah, pengembangan sistem, sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan implementasi sistem dengan melibatkan perwakilan masyarakat dan pemangku kepentingan lokal. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat terhadap mitigasi bencana dan prosedur tanggap darurat, serta pemanfaatan sistem informasi sebagai media peringatan dini, pelaporan kejadian, dan koordinasi. Implementasi sistem informasi tanggap bencana terbukti mendukung percepatan penyebaran informasi dan memperkuat partisipasi masyarakat dalam penanggulangan bencana. Kata kunci: mitigasi bencana; sistem informasi; pengabdian masyarakat; tanggap bencana; Kota Medan

Abstract

Abstract: The rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology presents both challenges and opportunities for the general public, particularly in the creative economy sector. This community service activity aims to improve the digital literacy and creative competency of the community at LKP Az Zikra through training on creating digital lookbooks using AI-based platforms. The method employed involves direct training with a "learning by doing" approach, encompassing introduction to generative AI, prompt engineering techniques, and practical creation of digital fashion catalogs. The activity focuses on transferring skills in utilizing tools such as AI image generators to produce professional visual assets without high costs. The results indicate a significant increase in participants' ability to operate AI technology for product visualization purposes. Participants successfully produced digital lookbooks that meet industry standards in terms of aesthetics and resolution. This capability proves that AI technology democratization can be effectively achieved through structured non-formal education, providing economic value added for community business promotion.            Keywords: artificial intelligence; digital lookbook; community empowerment; creative economy; vocational training  Abstrak: Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence/AI) menghadirkan tantangan sekaligus peluang bagi masyarakat umum, khususnya dalam sektor ekonomi kreatif. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital dan kompetensi kreatif masyarakat di LKP Az Zikra melalui pelatihan pembuatan digital lookbook berbasis platform AI. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan langsung dengan pendekatan learning by doing yang mencakup pengenalan generative AI, teknik prompt engineering, dan praktik pembuatan katalog mode digital. Fokus utama kegiatan adalah transfer keterampilan penggunaan perangkat lunak penghasil gambar otomatis untuk menghasilkan aset visual profesional tanpa biaya tinggi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada kemampuan peserta dalam mengoperasikan teknologi AI untuk keperluan visualisasi produk. Peserta berhasil menghasilkan luaran berupa digital lookbook yang memenuhi standar estetika industri dan resolusi gambar. Kemampuan ini membuktikan bahwa demokratisasi teknologi AI dapat dilakukan efektif melalui pendidikan non-formal yang terstruktur serta memberikan nilai tambah ekonomi bagi promosi usaha masyarakat. Kata kunci: kecerdasan buatan; digital lookbook; pemberdayaan masyarakat; ekonomi kreatif; pelatihan vokasi

Abstract

The rapid development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has significantly transformed learning processes by providing fast access to information, personalized learning support, and assistance in completing academic tasks. However, the improper and excessive use of AI may lead to overdependence, reduced critical thinking skills, and ethical issues in academic practices. This community service activity aims to enhance the literacy and awareness of students and educators regarding the responsible use of AI to support learning quality. The implementation methods include socialization sessions, training workshops, interactive discussions, and hands-on assistance in utilizing AI as an ethical and proportional learning support tool. The program materials cover fundamental AI concepts, opportunities and risks of AI usage in education, academic integrity, and strategies for using AI to improve learning outcomes without diminishing learner autonomy. The results indicate a significant improvement in participants’ understanding of the appropriate functions and limitations of AI in the learning process, as well as the development of more critical and responsible attitudes toward the use of AI. This activity is expected to contribute to the creation of a healthy, ethical, and sustainable digital learning ecosystem in the era of technology-driven educational transformation.

Abstract

Pemilihan ketua OSIS merupakan kegiatan penting dalam lingkup sekolah karena menentukan arah kepemimpinan organisasi siswa. Pada SMK Swasta Dwitunggal 2, proses pemilihan selama ini masih dilakukan secara manual dan subjektif sehingga hasil yang diperoleh kurang akurat serta rentan terhadap bias. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sebuah Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) untuk menentukan calon ketua OSIS secara objektif berdasarkan beberapa kriteria, yaitu nilai raport, kedisiplinan, kepemimpinan, keaktifan organisasi, komunikasi, prestasi akademik, dan tanggung jawab. Metode SAW digunakan karena mampu memberikan perangkingan alternatif berdasarkan bobot dan nilai kriteria secara sistematis. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan observasi, studi literatur, dan wawancara yang dilakukan kepada kepala sekolah. Penelitian dilakukan melalui tahapan pengumpulan data, analisis kebutuhan, perancangan metode SAW, normalisasi, pembobotan, dan perhitungan nilai preferensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kandidat terbaik berdasarkan nilai preferensi tertinggi adalah Nurul Alya Azizah dengan nilai 0.960, disusul oleh Syahfira Amellia Dachi dengan nilai 0.900. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa metode SAW mampu memberikan hasil yang objektif dan konsisten sesuai bobot kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Sistem yang dibangun dapat membantu pihak sekolah dalam mengambil keputusan secara lebih adil, transparan, dan terukur.

Abstract

Masyarakat selalu khawatir tentang perubahan staf Menteri Keuangan karena mereka memainkan peran penting dalam menjaga stabilitas ekonomi negara. Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa menggantikan Sri Mulyani sebagai Menteri Keuangan dalam Kabinet Merah Putih. Karena mungkin mengungkapkan tingkat penerimaan publik dan kepercayaan terhadap kebijakan yang akan diterapkan, persepsi publik selama bulan pertama menjabat sangat penting. Studi ini menggunakan algoritma K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) untuk menguji sentimen publik terhadap pemikiran di platform media sosial X selama bulan pertama masa jabatan kedua kedua tokoh tersebut. Dataset ini mencakup 2.071 cuitan dari Sri Mulyani (21 Oktober–20 November 2024) dan 2.960 cuitan dari Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa (8 September–7 Oktober 2025). Setelah praproses dan pelabelan data dengan IndoBERT, distribusi sentimen untuk Purbaya adalah 57,80% positif dan 42,20% negatif, sedangkan untuk Sri Mulyani adalah 46,74% positif dan 53,26% negatif. TF-IDF kemudian akan digunakan untuk ekstraksi fitur, sementara KNN dengan K=5 dan metrik jarak kesamaan kosinus akan digunakan untuk klasifikasi. Menurut hasil evaluasi, model KNN Sri Mulyani memiliki akurasi 77% dengan presisi 78%, recall 77%, dan skor F1 77%, sedangkan model KNN Purbaya memiliki akurasi 80% dengan presisi 80%, recall 78%, dan skor F1 79%.

Abstract

Children with special needs or commonly abbreviated as (ABK) are conditions where children have special characteristics that are different from children in general who experience limitations / extraordinary physical, mental, intellectual, social, and emotional. Special School (SLB) C is one of the schools that treats mentally retarded children. Mental retardation (mental retardation) experiences obstacles and underdevelopment of below-average mental-intellectual development, so that they experience difficulties in completing their tasks. They experience obstacles in behavior and adjustment. These obstacles occur during the developmental period. The problem experienced by partners is the condition of ABK with limitations so that it requires creative and innovative learning methods, especially in increasing creativity and developing the environment for ABK. The main objective of this program is to increase creativity and environmental development (introduction and process of growing vegetable and animal/fish plants) for Children with Special Needs (ABK) through learning with aquaponic media and mobile apps. The educational method provided in this program is about workshops that can increase the creativity of mentally retarded crew members on how to grow plants and raise animals, plants and animals which are used as objects in this service are types of vegetables and fish which are food ingredients , food, which is needed to nourish their daily bodies, so that this introduction can have an impact on increasing ABK's love and concern for the environment
