Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi web yang pesat, seiring dengan peningkatan infrastruktur digital, telah mendorong lahirnya media pembelajaran berbasis web sebagai solusi efektif dalam mendukung proses belajar-mengajar di kelas. Pendidikan yang merupakan fondasi pengembangan individu dan kemajuan bangsa, kini semakin ditopang oleh integrasi teknologi, khususnya di lingkungan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) seperti SMK Telkom 1 Medan. Website pendukung pembelajaran diharapkan dapat mempermudah siswa dalam mengakses materi, mengerjakan tugas, serta berinteraksi dengan guru dan teman sekelas. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan framework Bootstrap dalam perancangan website karena kemampuannya dalam menyederhanakan pengembangan antarmuka yang responsif dan fleksibel. Berdasarkan studi sebelumnya, teknologi web terbukti mampu meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran melalui kemudahan akses, komunikasi, dan distribusi materi secara daring. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang website pembelajaran terstruktur dan terintegrasi yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas kegiatan belajar di SMK Telkom 1 Medan.

Abstract

Medical records are documents containing patient identity data, examination, treatments, procedures, and other services provided to patient. The management and storage of medical records at Advent Hospital are still conducted manually, leading to data duplication, input errors, and time-consuming data retrieval processes. This study aims to develop a web-based medical record information system to enhance the efficiency of patient data processing. The system was build using PHP and MySQL with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) cascade model (waterfall model). Black box testing results indicate that all functions of the medical record system operate efficiency and validly. The system is effective in reducing data duplication and accelerating data retrieval.

Abstract

In Kelambir V Kebun Village, the Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) Movers Team data storage process still uses manual methods. Data storage like this can cause unsafe data. Therefore, the researcher will create an information system for the Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) Movers Team of the village of Kelambir V Kebun computerized which is sufficiently web-based which is php as the programming language and mysql xampp as the database. This study aims to create a Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) Movers Team information system using php and mysql. This research was conducted in Kelambir V Kebun Village, North Sumatra Province. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques by observation and literature study. From the problems that have been obtained so that the researcher can a solution from handling it by implementing a web-based application for the Kelambir V Kebun Village Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) Team. It can be concluded that the application made by researchers can help the village of Kelambir V Kebun process data on the Family Welfare Empowerment Team quickly and safely. Based on black box and white box testing, it is found that the application made is feasible to use.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas strategi pengelolaan konten berbasis SEO untuk meningkatkan performa website. Rendahnya peringkat website disebabkan oleh kurang optimalnya struktur konten, penggunaan kata kunci, dan teknik link building. Dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini menelaah optimalisasi kata kunci, meta deskripsi, serta konten multimedia. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan konten yang terstruktur dan konsisten mampu meningkatkan trafik organik, kredibilitas, serta visibilitas website di mesin pencari. Rekomendasi diberikan untuk menerapkan strategi digital berorientasi SEO secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Puskesmas Ladang Rimba sebagai pusat pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan rekam medis pasien yang masih dilakukan secara manual. Proses pencatatan yang konvensional menyebabkan kesulitan dalam pencarian data, keterlambatan dalam pelayanan, dan potensi kesalahan medis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi rekam medis berbasis web pada UPT Puskesmas Ladang Rimba menggunakan metode Design Thinking. Metode ini dipilih karena pendekatannya yang berfokus pada pemahaman mendalam terhadap kebutuhan pengguna dan iterasi yang berkelanjutan dalam pengembangan solusi. Tahapan Design Thinking yang meliputi empati, definisi masalah, ideasi, prototyping, dan pengujian, diterapkan untuk menciptakan solusi yang tepat guna dalam mengelola data rekam medis pasien. Sistem yang dikembangkan menggunakan teknologi PHP, MySQL, dan HTML, dirancang untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dalam pengelolaan data medis, memudahkan akses rekam medis bagi petugas kesehatan, dan memberikan kenyamanan bagi pasien dalam mengakses layanan. Hasil implementasi sistem menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi rekam medis ini dapat mempercepat waktu pelayanan, meningkatkan akurasi data, dan meminimalisir kesalahan manusia, sehingga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan di Puskesmas Ladang Rimba dan puskesmas lainnya. Abstract

The advancement of digital technology has increased the demand for learning media that are more adaptive and easily accessible, including in the field of content management based on Search Engine Optimization (SEO). This study aims to design a mobile education platform focused on presenting materials, guidelines, and basic simulations related to website content management using SEO principles. The design process adopts a user-centered design approach, which includes user needs analysis, learning flow development, interface design, and the creation of educational content structures. The resulting product is a conceptual design of a mobile application that provides learning modules, illustrations of SEO techniques, and interactive features to help beginners understand the steps involved in content optimization. The design outcomes indicate that integrating SEO concepts into a mobile platform can produce a learning medium that is more practical and easier to comprehend. This study contributes by providing a blueprint for a mobile education design that can be further developed into an effective digital learning application that meets the needs of the search engine optimization era.

Abstract

The development of web-based multimedia content services has created a need for video distribution solutions that are efficient, controlled, and easy to manage. Many website administrators still rely on third-party platforms, resulting in limitations in terms of data control, management flexibility, and dependence on external services. This study discusses the development of a video streaming server using Emby Server as the main platform to provide video content services on a website. The methods used include system requirements analysis, the design of network architecture and streaming services, installation and configuration of Emby Server, as well as the integration of Emby with the website interface as a user access medium. Testing was carried out through functional testing (video playback, user management, access rights configuration) and performance testing (streaming stability, response time, and buffering frequency under various user load and video quality scenarios). The results show that Emby Server is capable of delivering stable video streaming services with minimal disruptions as long as network conditions remain within reasonable limits, while also facilitating administrators in managing the video library, user accounts, and streaming quality. Thus, the development of a video streaming server based on Emby Server can be considered an alternative standalone solution for websites that require video content services with greater control over data and infrastructure

Abstract

The development of science and technology requires universities not only to matter but also to have abilities in their respective fields including Security System. The unavailability of network design laboratory and its minimum, network design, cryptography design and flexibility of face-to-face time in the discussion of material compiled not in accordance with the competencies in this course. To overcome these deficiencies in learning activities, development of a project-based blended learning model is carried out. The development carried out in this study uses the Puslitjaknov development model which reduces the Borg and Gall stages to five stages namely product analysis, initial product design, expert validation and revision, field trials and implementation. Data were collected by interview, observation, questionnaire and test. Data were analyzed using quantitative and qualitative methods to produce research products in the form of books, modules, learning plans and manuals for the use of learning applications. Product validation by experts, practicality tests carried out by users and effectiveness tests with student learning outcomes. Based on the results of data analysis, the results of this study are: 1) Research has successfully developed a project-based blended learning model in Cryptography courses. 2) The developed learning model syntax consists of 9 stages / syntax. 3) In supporting learning activities, modules, RPS and manuals are used for learning applications. All products and models developed have been developed and are categorized as valid, practical and effective.

Abstract

Indonesia is a tropical country with diverse flora and fauna stretching from west to east. One of the cabbage plants grown in Indonesia has many benefits for human health. Cabbage plants are susceptible to diseases such as pests and pathogens. One of them is clubroot disease, which causes the plant not to grow and develop. Based on the above problems, it is necessary to have a system to support farmers in the scientific field of expert systems that uses the Certainty Factor method to diagnose the nature of clubroot disease. It is hoped that this system can provide information more quickly on whether or not cabbage plants have clubroot disease. The results of this study represent an integrated system capable of solving problems in cabbage plants, especially in the diagnosis of clubroot disease.
