Abstract

Teknologi Mobile Augmented Reality (MAR) merupakan teknologi digital dalam pembelajaran. Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan adalah (1) merancang suatu aplikasi yang berbasis MAR untuk dapat digunakan pada pembelajaran Embedded System; dan (2) mengetahui respon mahasiswa terhadap aplikasi pembelajaran yang telah dibuat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian Research & Development (R&D). Subjek penelitian melibatkan Dosen dan 16 orang mahasiswa sebagai pengguna. Pengujian aplikasi menggunakan metode pengujian black box dan kuesioner respon pengguna. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh (1) Aplikasi Pembelajaran Embedded System berbasis MAR yang telah dibuat memilki empat menu utama yaitu Start, Arduino, Interface, dan Video. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian black box diketahui bahwa kualitas aplikasi yang dibuat telah sesuai dengan program yang diberikan; (2) Respon mahasiswa terhadap aplikasi pembelajaran yang telah dibuat diperoleh respon yang positif. Pada indikator kemudahan penggunaan diperoleh nilai presentasi sebesar 88% sedangkan pada indikator membantu proses pembelajaran diperoleh nilai presentasi sebesar 90%.

Abstract

Peralatan laboratorium perlu dilakukan pendataan secara digital agar jumlah dan kondisinya dapat diperbarui dengan cepat. Dengan membuat perangkat lunak inventaris alat dan bahan, dapat digunakan petugas laboratorium sebagai sistem informasi ketersediaan alat dan bahan dalam melayani dosen dan mahasiswa pada saat melakukan praktikum maupun penelitian. Perancangan perangkat lunak dibuat sesuai masukan dari petugas laboratorium. Metode yang di gunakan dalam perancangan software adalah manajemen basis data. Semua alat dan bahan yang dilakukan pendataan dilakukan pemberian kode unik yang kemudian disimpan dalam database. Kode unik digunakan untuk mempermudah pencarian alat dan bahan ketika laboran melakukan pelayanan kepada dosen maupun mahasiswa. Hasil dari perancangan perangkat lunak kemudian dilakukan implementasi dan pengujian sistem untuk mengetahui. Pengujian fungsional perangktat lunak yang selesai dibuat kemudian di tes menggunakan metode blackbox testing. Hasil dari pengujian menunjukkan bahwa software yang dirancang sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan operator dalam melakukan inventarisasi alat dan bahan yang ada di laboratorium.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the literacy and numeracy ability of students in the implementation of the Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM) in Phase-D in Pinrang Regency. AKM is part of the National Assessment program which aims to measure the minimum competence of students in the aspects of literacy, reading and numeracy. The research data was taken from the results of the National Assessment report card at seven junior high schools in Pinrang Regency. The method used in this study is quantitative descriptive, with data analyzed based on the categories of AKM outcomes, namely: Need for Special Intervention, Basic, Capable, and Advanced. The results of the study showed that the literacy skills of students were mostly in the Basic and Proficient categories, while for numeracy, the majority of students were still in the Basic category. This indicates that most students have basic skills in understanding reading texts and solving numeracy problems, but still need strengthening, especially in critical and reflective thinking skills on texts and contextual problems. Factors that affect the results of this AKM include the availability of learning resources, teacher competence, student learning motivation, and support for the school and family environment. The results of this study are expected to be evaluation materials for schools, local governments, and related parties in designing strategies to improve students' literacy and numeracy skills, especially in Pinrang Regency.This research aims to analyze students' literacy and numeracy abilities in the implementation of the Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM) in Phase-D in Pinrang Regency. Abstract

This activity aimed to enhance the digital literacy of junior high school teachers by introducing practical skills in educational technology and the use of artificial intelligence (AI)-based tools in the classroom. The community service program was conducted face-to-face in the form of a hands-on workshop using the lesson study approach (Plan-Do-See). The partners in this activity were the Tamalate Sub-district Government and several junior high schools in Makassar. It was held on July 16, 2025, at the Tamalate Sub-district Office Hall and attended by approximately 25 teachers representing various schools. Participants used their own devices for direct practice. Evaluation results indicated an improvement in teachers’ abilities after the training. Before the program, only 28% of participants were able to create Google Forms, which increased to 76% after the training. Skills in managing Google Classroom rose from 16% to 72%, using Google Sheets from 12% to 68%, and collaborating via Google Docs from 20% to 70%. The training outcomes reflected high enthusiasm, with participants demonstrating competence in operating Google Forms, Google Classroom, and Google Spreadsheets effectively. Many expressed strong interest in applying AI tools for content development and enhancing classroom interaction. Overall feedback was positive, although some challenges were noted, including limited time to explore AI in depth, internet access issues, and varying levels of digital proficiency among participants. The program successfully achieved its objective of improving teachers’ digital literacy, as evidenced by the increased skills in Google Forms, Classroom, Sheets, and Docs. Moreover, participants showed strong enthusiasm in utilizing AI to support teaching, making the program effective in equipping teachers with practical competencies while fostering readiness to face the challenges of 21st-century education.ABSTRAKKegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital guru SMP dengan memperkenalkan keterampilan praktis dalam teknologi pendidikan dan penggunaan alat berbasis kecerdasan buatan (AI) di kelas. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan secara tatap muka (luring) dalam bentuk workshop berbasis praktik langsung dengan pendekatan lesson study (Plan-Do-See). Mitra kegiatan adalah Pemerintah Kecamatan Tamalate dan beberapa sekolah menengah pertama di Kota Makassar pada tanggal 16 Juli 2025 di aula kantor Kecamatan Tamalate, Makassar, yang diikuti oleh sekitar 25 guru perwakilan sekolah. Para peserta menggunakan perangkat pribadi untuk praktik langsung. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan guru setelah pelatihan. Sebelum kegiatan, hanya 28% peserta mampu membuat Google Form, meningkat menjadi 76% setelah pelatihan. Kemampuan mengelola Google Classroom naik dari 16% menjadi 72%, penggunaan Google Sheets dari 12% menjadi 68%, serta kolaborasi melalui Google Docs dari 20% menjadi 70%. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi, dengan kemampuan peserta dalam mengoperasikan Google Forms, Google Classroom, dan Google Spreadsheet secara efektif. Banyak peserta menyatakan minat besar untuk menerapkan alat AI dalam pembuatan konten dan peningkatan interaksi pembelajaran. Umpan balik umumnya positif, meskipun terdapat kendala seperti keterbatasan waktu dalam mengeksplorasi AI secara mendalam, permasalahan akses internet, serta perbedaan tingkat kemampuan digital peserta. Pelatihan ini berhasil meningkatkan literasi digital guru sesuai tujuan kegiatan, ditunjukkan oleh peningkatan keterampilan pada Google Forms, Classroom, Sheets, dan Docs. Peserta juga antusias memanfaatkan AI untuk mendukung pembelajaran, sehingga program ini efektif membekali guru dengan kemampuan praktis sekaligus menumbuhkan kesiapan menghadapi tantangan pendidikan abad ke-21.

Abstract

Testing of oil viscosity sensor based on plastic optical fiber by using bending angle variation method to enhance the sensor sensitivity. This sensor is made by forming an optical fiber bending angle, it is dipped into the oil viscosity liquid. The light transmitted through into the optical fiber will be received by the photodetector and the measurement results are displayed on the OPM in the form of output power. The best measurement obtained at the bending angle of 300 with value of sensor sensitivity is 1.013 nW/mPa.s. This method has the advantage of high sensitivity in a simple measurement process.

Abstract

Airport Technology encompasses learning outcomes including Airport Mechanical Technician, Building and Foundation Technician, and Airport Electrical Technician. Graduates are expected to operate and maintain electrical, mechanical, building, and runway equipment in accordance with standard operational procedures and applicable regulations, particularly mastering the Airfield Lighting System (ALS). This study was conducted at Makassar Aviation Polytechnic in 2023, utilizing a Likert scale to assess student satisfaction regarding the use of virtual reality devices for ALS. The assessment results indicated that the Application and Device indicators received a score of 409 out of 480, Appearance scored 412 out of 480, Language achieved 296 out of 360, Content received 694 out of 840, and Usage scored 885 out of 1080. All indicators demonstrated a calculated r value greater than 0.388. In conclusion, the application of virtual reality technology in airfield lighting is highly conducive to education and training, enhancing skills in this area.

Abstract

The digital transformation in higher education necessitates the enhancement of faculty capacity in leveraging online learning technologies, one of which is the Moodle Learning Management System (LMS). This community service initiative aimed to strengthen the competencies of lecturers at STMIK Profesional Makassar in effectively and independently utilizing Moodle LMS. The training was conducted in two sessions using a hands-on approach, covering the management of instructional materials, discussion forums, quizzes, assignments, and learning evaluations. The results indicated significant improvements in mastering Moodle’s structure and core features, lecturers’ readiness to manage an inclusive, flexible, and adaptive digital learning ecosystem, as well as their ability to develop digital learning materials, manage discussion forums, and design system-based evaluations. These enhancements had a direct impact on the quality of interaction and student learning outcomes. Moreover, this initiative supported sustainable digital transformation at the institutional level, reinforcing STMIK Profesional Makassar’s image as a progressive higher education institution responsive to the challenges of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

Abstract

Purpose - This study aims to systematically review how digital skills are integrated into TVET and identify the main strategies and contextual factors influencing their effectiveness. Methods - This study employed a systematic literature review using the PRISMA 2020 framework. Data were collected from the Scopus database, focusing on journal articles published between 2023 and 2025. A total of 34 studies were selected through rigorous screening and eligibility processes. Findings -The review identifies three main strategies for integrating digital skills in TVET: curriculum redesign aligned with Industry 4.0, the adoption of digital learning technologies, and innovative pedagogical models. Successful implementation is influenced by teachers’ digital competence, learner readiness, institutional infrastructure, and policy support. Research Implications - Digital skills integration in TVET is a multidimensional process requiring alignment between curriculum, pedagogy, institutional support, and workforce demands, providing an evidence-based foundation for developing adaptive and sustainable TVET systems in the digital age. Originality - This study provides a systematic and integrated synthesis of recent research (2023–2025) on digital skills integration in TVET by consolidating fragmented findings across curriculum, pedagogy, and institutional dimensions using the PRISMA 2020 framework.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kendala pada sistem pelaporan kerusakan jalan yang masih bersifat konvensional melalui telepon, pesan singkat, dan laporan fisik. Prosedur manual tersebut mengakibatkan data pelaporan tidak terstruktur, proses verifikasi yang lamban, serta rendahnya transparansi dan akurasi informasi bagi publik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem pelaporan kerusakan jalan berbasis aplikasi mobile guna meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, ketepatan data, dan kualitas pelayanan publik. Metodologi penelitian yang diterapkan adalah kerangka SAFAR, yang meliputi tahapan studi literatur, analisis masalah, fokus penelitian, alat dan metode, serta rekomendasi dan refleksi. Perancangan sistem mencakup fitur-fitur utama seperti autentikasi pengguna (login), pengelolaan laporan, input data kerusakan, serta penyimpanan data yang sistematis. Pengembangan aplikasi menggunakan framework Flutter yang terintegrasi dengan Firebase Authentication dan Cloud Firestore, serta dioptimalkan dengan fitur unggah foto dan koordinat GPS untuk validasi lokasi secara real-time. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini mampu mempercepat siklus pelaporan dan verifikasi, sekaligus meningkatkan akurasi dokumentasi kerusakan jalan secara signifikan.
