Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji strategi optimalisasi sumber dana dan pengelolaan keuangan dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di MTs PUI Tenajar Lor, Indramayu. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologis, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa madrasah memanfaatkan dana BOS, infaq tahunan, syahriyah, serta mengembangkan sumber alternatif seperti koperasi dan peternakan kambing. Pengelolaan dilakukan melalui perencanaan RAPBS, pelaksanaan, pencatatan digital, monitoring, dan pelaporan transparan. Sistem keuangan digital dan keterlibatan seluruh elemen memperkuat akuntabilitas dan partisipasi. Dampaknya terlihat pada peningkatan sarana prasarana, kesejahteraan guru, dan pembelajaran digital. Tantangan seperti keterlambatan pembayaran diatasi dengan dana cadangan, kerja sama eksternal, dan strategi penagihan persuasif. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya tata kelola keuangan yang transparan, akuntabel, dan kolaboratif guna mendukung keberlanjutan pendidikan bermutu, terutama di madrasah swasta dengan keterbatasan dana.

Abstract

This research aims to explore and analyze Masterweb-based learning management in an educational context. The main objectives of this research are to: 1) Know the preparation done in Masterweb-based learning management, 2) Examine the integration of Masterweb-based learning management implementation, 3) Evaluate the effectiveness of Masterweb-based learning management, and 4) Assess the impact of the implementation of Masterweb-based learning management on the learning process. Masterweb-based learning management is an innovative approach that utilizes information and communication technology to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the learning process. With the development of technology, the implementation of this system is expected to overcome various challenges in education, including limited resources, accessibility, and student engagement. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation, and document analysis. The participants in this study were educators, students and administrators involved in the use of Masterweb. The results show that thorough preparation, effective integration, and continuous evaluation are the keys to successful Masterweb-based learning management. In addition, the implementation of Masterweb has a significant positive impact on improving student engagement and learning outcomes. These include increased learning motivation, easier access to learning resources, and more dynamic interaction between students and teachers. This research provides practical recommendations for further development and implementation of Masterweb-based learning management in various educational institutions. Thus, it is expected that Masterweb can be an effective solution in facing learning challenges in the digital era.

Abstract

Pentingnya analisis kebutuhan yang komprehensif untuk menentukan tujuan pembelajaran yang relevan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran kelas rangkap.. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi penerapan prinsip manajemen POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling) dalam pembelajaran kelas rangkap di Sanggar Bimbingan Malaysia. Dengan menghadapi tantangan keterbatasan sumber daya dan kebutuhan siswa yang beragam, penelitian ini menggunakan metode kajian literatur untuk menganalisis studi terkait. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan terstruktur berbasis kebutuhan siswa, pengorganisasian sumber daya yang efektif, pelaksanaan pembelajaran inovatif, dan monitoring sistematis meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran. Dengan mengintegrasikan pendekatan kolaboratif dan berbasis budaya, manajemen POAC mendukung peningkatan keterlibatan dan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini memperluas pemahaman tentang manajemen pendidikan nonformal dan memberikan rekomendasi praktis untuk mengoptimalkan model pembelajaran kelas rangkap dalam konteks keterbatasan sumber daya

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen perpustakaan sekolah berbasis digital dalam meningkatkan minat baca. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah literature review. Manajemen perpustakaan sekolah berbasis digital menawarkan potensi besar untuk meningkatkan minat baca siswa dengan memberikan akses yang lebih mudah, fleksibel, dan menarik melalui teknologi. Transformasi perpustakaan konvensional ke digital memungkinkan siswa untuk mengakses berbagai sumber bacaan secara online, memperkaya pengalaman belajar mereka di luar ruang kelas. Yang membedakan kajian ini dari penelitian sebelumnya adalah fokus pada strategi spesifik untuk mengoptimalkan manajemen perpustakaan digital di sekolah, seperti pemanfaatan teknologi berbasis AI untuk rekomendasi bacaan, integrasi dengan platform pembelajaran, dan penyediaan akses inklusif bagi siswa dengan kebutuhan khusus. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menyoroti pentingnya kolaborasi antara pihak sekolah, orang tua, dan komunitas dalam menciptakan ekosistem literasi digital yang berkelanjutan. Strategi manajemen yang efektif, seperti pengadaan koleksi yang relevan dengan kebutuhan siswa dan penggunaan fitur interaktif seperti gamifikasi, dapat lebih memotivasi siswa untuk membaca secara mandiri. Implikasi praktis dari temuan ini mencakup perlunya investasi dalam teknologi digital di sekolah, penyusunan kebijakan yang mendukung pengelolaan perpustakaan digital, serta program pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi literasi digital siswa dan pengelola. Dengan demikian, transformasi ini dapat memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap keberlanjutan pendidikan dan literasi di era digital.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of teacher discipline and work motivation on teacher performance. The research method used a quantitative method. The population of the study was all state high school teachers in Gresik. The research sample was 319 respondents. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used multiple linear analysis with the help of SPSS. The results of the study showed that the work motivation of high school teachers in Gresik Regency had an average score of 4.13, which is included in the sufficient category. The work discipline of high school teachers in Gresik Regency had an average score of 2.68, which is included in the sufficient category. The performance of high school teachers in Gresik Regency had an average score of 7.38, which is included in the very high category. Work discipline has a significant positive effect on the performance of high school teachers in Gresik Regency. Work motivation has a significant positive effect on the performance of high school teachers in Gresik Regency. Work discipline and work motivation have a significant positive effect on the performance of high school teachers in Gresik Regency.

Abstract

Bullying in primary schools is a social problem that can disrupt learners' psychological and academic development. Effective handling of bullying requires an approach that involves school policies, learner management, and strengthening positive culture in the school environment. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of school policies in tackling bullying, focusing on the integration of learner management and the establishment of a positive culture as preventive and responsive measures against bullying behavior. This research uses the literature review method, by examining various scientific sources involving education policy, student behavior management, and the role of school culture in creating a safe and inclusive environment. The results of the analysis show that clear and structured school policies, accompanied by learner management based on character building and behavior monitoring, play an important role in preventing bullying. In addition, the positive culture instilled through the values of empathy, tolerance and togetherness also strengthens efforts to prevent and overcome bullying in elementary schools. This study concludes that the successful handling of bullying in primary schools depends not only on the formal policies implemented, but also on the implementation of learner management integrated with a positive school culture. Therefore, a holistic and synergistic approach is needed between policies, learner management, and school culture in shaping a learning environment free from violence and social violence.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan penerapan kurikulum deep learning di SDIT Ghilmani Surabaya untuk mewujudkan pembelajaran bermakna, kontekstual, dan berpusat pada siswa. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif, dengan penekanan pada proses pembelajaran yang nyata. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis dengan cara mereduksi data dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa deep learning diterapkan melalui model pembelajaran inquiry learning, problem-based learning, dan project-based learning. Model-model ini membantu siswa berpikir kritis, kreatif, dan memahami konsep dengan lebih dalam. Guru berperan sebagai fasilitator dengan menekankan nilai-nilai mindful, meaningful, dan joyful learning. Dukungan dari pelatihan guru, forum KKG, serta supervisi rutin meningkatkan profesionalisme guru. Meskipun ada kendala dalam hal waktu dan fasilitas, kerja sama antar lembaga sekolah mampu menjaga kelanjutan pembelajaran yang bermakna.

Abstract

Objective: This study examines the partial and simultaneous effects of service quality and organizational performance on the satisfaction of educators and education personnel in regional education bureaucracies in Indonesia. This study addresses a critical gap in understanding internal customer satisfaction in public education institutions. Method: A quantitative survey design was used, with data collected from 380 educators and civil servant staff at the Bojonegoro Regency Education Office using a validated 5-point Likert-type questionnaire. Statistical analysis included descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression using SPSS 31.0. Results: Both service quality (β = .809, R² = 65.5%) and organizational performance (β = .920, R² = 84.6%) significantly influenced educator satisfaction. Together, they explained 87.5% of the variance in satisfaction. Although all SERVQUAL dimensions were rated positively, empathy (R=4.45) and efficiency aspects showed room for improvement compared to physical facilities (R=4.63). Novelty: This study provides empirical evidence on the dominance of organizational performance over service quality in determining internal satisfaction within the education bureaucracy. It offers contextual insights into Indonesian public sector reform, particularly highlighting the need for empathetic service delivery alongside structural improvements.
