Students at almost all levels of education are required to be technology literate, especially information technology. In addition to supporting educational activities, it also supports students in solving administrative problems. One of the software that can be used to support education and administrative issues is Microsoft Office. The application has many features that are still not familiar to some users, especially students. This was experienced by STT Baptist Medan who was not familiar with the many tools provided in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint software. Some of the obstacles that are often encountered are the less than optimal use of the merge function in Word, the function of conditional formulas in Excel and animation, and multimedia in PowerPoint. During the implementation of service activities, it was concluded that the importance of direct Microsoft office training to students, especially study programs outside of computers. In the implementation of the training, students are able to use Microsoft Excel to manage numerical data. Microsoft word in managing data. Also the use of Microsoft PowerPoint in making presentations.

Abstrak— Adanya permasalahan yang dihadapai masyarakat adalah masyarakat tidak bisa memberikan penilaian kepuasan terhadap pengurusan izin uasaha mikro dan kecil, hal ini membuat pegawai tidak bias mengukur kepuasan masyarakat untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan di kantor camat. Dalam mengambil keputusan diperlukan sebuah sistem yang dapat menentukan tingkat kepuasan masyarakat berdasarkan kriteria yang ditentukan oleh pengguna. Penerapan Metode Servqual Dalam Menentukan Tingkat Kepuasan Masyarakat Terhadap Pelayanan Pengurusan Surat Izin Usaha Mikro Dan Kecil Pada Kantor Camat Dolat Rayat Kabupaten Karo. Metode Servqual adalah suatu kuesioner yang dapat mengukur kualitas jasa. Metode ini digunakan untuk mengukur kualitas layanan dari atribut masing-masing dimensi, sehingga akan diperoleh nilai gap (kesenjangan) yang merupakan selisih antara persepsi konsumen terhadap layanan yang diterima. Metode Servqual memiliki dua perspektif internal dan perspektif eksternal. Perspektif internal didefenisikan dengan bebas kesalahan (zero defect) sedangkan perspektif eksternal digunakan untuk memahami apa yang diharapkan konsumen, dirasakan konsumen dan kepuasan konsumen.Kata kunci: Pelayanan, Kepuasan Masyarakat, Penilaian, Metode Servqual Abstract— There is a problem faced by the community is that the community cannot provide an assessment of satisfaction with the management of micro and small business permits, this makes employees not biased to measure community satisfaction to improve service quality in the camat office. In making decisions, we need a system that can determine the level of community satisfaction based on criteria determined by the user. Application of the Servqual Method in Determining the Level of Community Satisfaction with Services for Managing Micro and Small Business Licenses at the Sub-District Office of Dolat Rayat, Karo Regency. The Servqual method is a questionnaire that can measure service quality. This method is used to measure the service quality of the attributes of each dimension, so that a gap value is obtained which is the difference between consumer perceptions of the services received. The Servqual method has two internal perspectives and an external perspective. The internal perspective is defined as being free of errors (zero defect), while the external perspective is used to understand what consumers expect, feel and customer satisfaction.Keywords: Service, Community Satisfaction, Assessment, Servqual Method

Poultry farming in Indonesia is still not successful in meeting some of the domestic needs, including being vulnerable to attacks by dangerous animal diseases. People are also restless because of dangerous diseases from chickens that can be transmitted to humans due to consuming chicken meat that has been infected with the disease. The case study in conducting research to diagnose free-range chicken disease was carried out at the Bang Ari Chicken Farm on Jalan Jamin Ginting Pamen Complex No.14 Padang Bulan, Medan Baru District, Medan City. The required criteria data is the type of disease and symptoms of the disease that attacks native chickens as well as the treatment actions that will be taken against the diseased chickens according to the disease experienced. This study aims to build a web-based expert system in diagnosing free-range chicken diseases using the certainty factor method. From the case example, the results of the calculation of certainty factor on the symptoms of free-range chickens, the disease that has the largest percentage value is P 7, namely Chronic Cough Disease of 97.50%. The system for diagnosing free-range chicken disease was built using a web-based programming language and MySQL database.

An FM transmitter or FM transmitter is a source of radio vibrations emitted by a device called an oscillator or oscillator. While the oscillator is a device that can produce high frequencies. The scope of this research is an expert system that is built only to discuss the symptoms and damage to radio transmitters and solutions to fix them. The resulting output is radio transmitter malfunction information and solutions to repair it. The programming language used in solving this problem is PHP by using the mysql database. The method used in solving the damage to the radio transmitter is the certainty factor method.

Abstrak— Proses rekrutmen masih memanfatakan prinsip konvensional dalam pengolahan data sehingga memungkinkan terjadinya perubahan angka-angka ataupun nilai masing-masing calon dan tentunya ada pihak yang dirugikan, dalam proses pengolahan data membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Temuan yang lainnya adalah terjadinya penumpukan berkas karena syarat adminsitrasi membutuhkan berkas-berkas dari para calon yang mendaftar. Data diperoleh dari BKD (Badan Kepegawaian Daerah) Kabupaten Karo. Kriteria Berdasarkan Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Karo yaitu Tes Kompetensi, Uji Gagasan Tertulis, Uji Gagasan Lisan, Rekam Jejak. Dengan bantuan perangkat lunak brainware dapat membangun sistem melalui Bahasa pemrograman. Pada Aplikasi Sistem Pendukung Keputusan ini Perangkat lunak yang digunakan untuk membangun sistem Pendukung Keputusan dengan Menggunakan Metode SAW (Simple Addictive Weighting). Aplikasi yang dikembangkan berbasis web dengan menggunakan PHP dan Mysql. Nilai terbesar ada pada V1 dan V3 sehingga alternatif V1 dan V3 adalah alternatif yang direkomendasikan oleh Sistem dengan nilai yang sama yaitu 1.Kata kunci: rekrutmen, kriteria, perangkingan, SPK, SAW Abstract— The recruitment process still utilizes conventional principles in data processing so as to allow changes in the numbers or values of each candidate and of course there are parties who are disadvantaged, in the data processing process it takes a long time. Another finding is the accumulation of files because the administrative requirements require documents from the registering candidates. Data obtained from BKD (Regional Civil Service Agency) Karo Regency. The criteria based on the Karo Regency Regional Regulation are Competency Test, Written Idea Test, Oral Idea Test, Track Record. Decision Support Using the SAW (Simple Addictive Weighting) Method. The application is developed based on web using PHP and Mysql. The biggest values are in V1 and V3 so that the alternatives V1 and V3 are the alternatives recommended by the system with the same value, namely 1.Keywords:

Now that online-based exams are starting to take effect, every school in Indonesia takes the computer-based national exams (UNBK) where this UNBK can cause psychological problems for class XII students who will face it. There are 4 types of psychological disorders, namely psychological responses to constraints and demands, physical responses, perceptual responses and physical responses. To reduce the psychological disorders experienced by students, this study uses an expert system using the certainty factor method. The goal is to find out the psychological condition of students and what solutions should be given. This research is correlational quantitative. This study used a research subject of 115 students taken from some of the students of class XII SMA Negeri 2 Perbaungan using random sampling techniques. This research draws data from 2019. Through this system, counseling teachers can manipulate disease data, symptoms and solutions. In this system, applying the certainty factor method to expert systems with the stages of system requirements, system design and software, system testing implementation. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that there were psychological disorders with perceptual responses of 0.99 and physical responses of 0.99.

Clove is a type of spice plant that has many benefits. The part that is often used from the clove plant is the flower bud. Usually it will go through a drying process before it is finally consumed or used. The method used to determine land suitability for clove plants is the profile matching method. The data used in determining the suitability of land for clove plants was obtained by using observation and interviews with employees at the address of Kuta Galuh Village, Tiga Ndreget District, Karo Regency. The system for determining land suitability for clove plants was built using a web-based programming language and MySQL database. The purpose of this study was to determine the suitability of land for clove plants in Tiga Ndreget District, Karo Regency. Calculation of ranking determination The final result of the profile matching process is ranking. Determination of ranking refers to the results of certain calculations. The results of the calculation of the profile matching method include Kuta Galuh Village with a Final Score of 5.02 Ranking 1, Nari Gunung Village with a Final Score of 4.98 Ranking 2, Tanjung Belang Village with a Final Score of 4.56 Ranking 3.

There are approximately 20 tourist objects in the Karo Regency area that are close to each other, such as Gundaling Hill, Lumbini Nature Park, Fun Land Mickey Holiday and other places. Priority for visiting tourist areas really needs to be determined for time and cost efficiency and so that visitors can reach other tourist attractions around Tanah Karo. The problem in this research is designing a Decision Support System to determine the priority of regional tourist destinations in Karo Regency using the TOPSIS method. Determination of the weight of each criterion obtained from processing the interview data. The weight of the criteria to determine the preferred criteria. The greater the weight, the more priority. Weights for each criteria for determining priority destination of tourist attractions, Distance from Berastagi (weight 30%), Facilities and Facilities (weight 15%), Access (15%), Type of Tourism (weight 20%), Entrance Fee (Weight 15%), Culinary (weight 5%), and internet network (5%).

Abstrak Menjadi siswa berprestasi adalah impian setiap siswa di sekolah. Prestasi yang di dapat tentu didasarkan dengan suatu kemampuan terhadap pengetahuan yang dimiliki oleh masing-masing siswa. Kriteria yang ditetapkan dalam kasus ini adalah kedisiplinan, tes akademik, tes kejuruan, dan IQ. Dari empat kriteria tersebut akan menentukan siapa siswa berprestasi pada setiap tahun ajar. Sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) merupakan suatu sistem yang interaktif, membantu pengambilan keputusan melalui penggunaaan data dan model-model keputusan untuk memecahkan masalah yang sifatnya semi terstruktur maupun yang tidak terstruktur. Perancanga dimulai dari diagram usecase, diagram activity, dan diagram sequence. Pembuatan aplikasi dalam hal ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Visual Basic 6.0 dan menggunakan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Metode AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Proces) sesuai untuk diaplikasikan dengan menentukan nilai bobot dari semua kriteria setiap siswa sehingga pihak sekolah dapat mengambil keputusan menentukan siswa berprestasi tersebut. Kata Kunci: SPK, Prestasi Siswa, AHP, Visual Basic 6.0.

Abstrak Latar Belakang adalah masalah yang terjadi di STMIK Pelita Nusantara yang menyebabkan penulis mengambil judul skipsi ini. Salah satu contoh pengguna web internet pada dunia pendidikan adalah sistem informasi jarak jauh. Khususnya mahasiswa yang ingin mendapatkan informasi yang cukup banyak dari suatu lembaga pendidikan.Tujuan Penelitian adalah yang pertama diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat dan kemudahan dalam mengakses layanan informasi yang efisien,dan ter update kepada mahasiswa/i kampus. Kedua, supaya penulis dapat memberikan teori-teori yang telah diterima sekaligus mematangkan dan meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang perancangan pembangunan website menggunakan aplikasi PHP dan MySQL.Metode Penelitian adalah cara yang dipakai penulis dalam membuat tulisan dan aplikasi Penelitian ini. Metode pengambilan data yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi metode literatur, wawancara, observasi, merancang dan membangun. Situs ini dirancang menggunakan PHP sebagai pemogramaan dan MySQL sebagai database nya, sedangkan YII Framework untuk merancang forum yang ingin dirancang. Dan, melakukan studi kepustakaan bisa berupa buku dan sumber-sumber informasi dari internet.Hasil Penelitian yang ingin dicapai adalah pertama semoga program bermanfaat buat mahasiswa/i STMIK Pelita Nusantara. Kedua, semoga program bermanfaat untuk Lembaga yang terkait untuk media informasi pendidikan. Kesimpulan adalah setelah penulis telusuri dan pelajari dari hasil dan perancangan pada Penelitian ini. Dan juga saran yang berguna dan bermanfaat untuk penyempurnaan pengembangan lebih lanjut dan memberikan kemudahan bagi pemakainya, dapat menjadi alternatif pilihan utama bagi para pengunjung yang tidak mau bersusah payah dalam mencari informasi yang dapat menghabiskan waktu, uang, dan tenaga. Pemanfaatan Website Sebagai Media Diskusi memberikan layanan sarana informasi cepat, ter-update yang dapat diakses oleh siapapun juga, baik dari pihak lembaga maupun para pengunjung situsnya.
