Abstract

Sistem pakar adalah sebuah sistem yang menggunakan pengetahuan manusia dimana pengetahuan tersebut dimasukkan kedalam sebuah komputer kemudian digunakan untuk menyelesaikan masalah-masalah yang membutuhkan keahlian manusia. Sulitnyadijaman sekarang ini dalam pekermbangan teknologi membuat teknologi dibidang smartphone berlomba dalam membuat produk terbaru. Sehingga teknologi smartphone sekarang ini membuat smartphone rentan terhadap kerusakan. Makapengembang sistem membuatsistempakar mendiagnosa kerusakan smartphone android untuk membuat pengguna smartphone lebih mudah mendapatkan informasi mengenai kerusakan tersebut. Dengan adanya tingkat keyakinan pengguna terhadap pakar membuat sistem ini memberi nilai keyakinan terhadap pengguna yang mengalami kerusakan Smartphone Android. Adapun metode yang digunakan pada sistem pakar ini adalah Metode Certanty Factor. Pada sistem inii pengguna dapat melakukan konsultasi terhadap keluhan mengenai kerusakan pada smartphone. Abstract An expert system is a system that uses human knowledge in which knowledge is incorporated into a computer and then used to solve problems that require human expertise. The difficulties of today in pekermbangan technology makes technology in the field of smartphones competing in making the latest products. So smartphone technology now makes smartphones vulnerable to damage. So system developers make expert systems diagnose android smartphone damage to make smartphone users more easily get information about the damage. Given the user's level of confidence in the expert make this system value confidence in users who experience Android Smartphone damage. The method used in this expert system is Certanty Factor Method. On this system users can consult on complaints about damage to the smartphone. Abstract

Sistem Pendukung Keputusan merupakan sistem interaktif yang menyediakan  informasi,  pemodelan  dan  pemanipulasian  data.  Sistem  digunakan  untuk  membantu pengambilan  keputusan  dalam  situasi  yang  semi  terstruktur  dan  situasi  yang  tidak  terstruktur, dimana tak seorang pun tahu secara pasti bagaimana keputusan seharusnya dibuat. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan lebih ditujukan untuk mendukung manajemen dalam melakukan pekerjaan yang bersifat analitis dalam situasi yang kurang terstruktur dengan kriteria yang kurang jelas. Lokasi promosi sangat menentukan banyak atau tidaknya jumlah  calon mahasiswa/i baru yang mendaftar, dimana para pelajar SMA sederajat biasanya akan lebih mencoba untuk tes masuk keperguruan tinggi negeri dahulu dibandingkan masuk ke perguruan tinggi swasta, untuk itu pihak manajemen perlu merumuskan alternative Lokasi yang tepat. Pengertian Fuzzy Multiple Atribut Decision Making (FMADM) adalah suatu metode yang digunakan untuk mencari alternatif optimal dari sejumlah alternatif dengan kriteria. Inti dari FMADM adalah menentukan nilai bobot untuk setiap atribut, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan proses perangkingan yang menyeleksi alternatif yang sudah diberikan Kata Kunci : SPK, Lokasi Promosi, FMADMAbstrackDecision Support System is an interactive system that provides information, modeling and data manipulation. The system is used to assist decision making in semi-structured situations and unstructured situations, where no one knows exactly how decisions should be made. Decision Support System is intended to support management in performing analytical work in less structured situations with less clear criteria. The location of the campaign determines whether or not a new number of applicants is enrolled, where senior high school students are usually more likely to test for high school admission than in private universities, for which management needs to formulate appropriate location alternatives. Understanding Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) is a method used to find the optimal alternative of a number of alternatives with criteria. Abstract

Perancangan sistem perencanaan jumlah produksi dengan menggunakan metode Fuzzy Tsukamoto, berbahasa pemrograman visual basic 2010 dan menggunakan database Microsoft access 2007. Penyusunan penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk. Hasil produk unggulan perusahaan ini adalah Simas Margarin. Perusahaan ini sering mengalami ketidakstabilan dalam permintaan distributor, dimana jumlah produk yang diminta distributor terkadang bisa dipenuhi dan terkadang tidak bisa dipenuhi. Untuk memenuhi disetiap permintaan distributor perusahan ini juga melakukan penambahan jumlah produksi. Hal ini menyebabkan jumlah produk yang dihasilkan berlebih dan apabila tidak terjual akan merugikan perusahaan. Hal ini menjadi faktor utama yang harus diselesaikan agar dapat meminimalisir kerugian. Untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut perlu diselesaikan dengan merencanakan jumlah produksi Simas Margarin berdasarkan jumlah permintaan dan persediaan dengan menggunakan metode Fuzzy Tsukamoto. Dari sistem yang dirancang dapat diketahui berapa jumlah produk Simas Margarin yang harus diproduksi untuk hari berikutnya, sehingga perusahaan dapat meminimalisir kerugian dan memenuhi kebutuhan distributor sesuai dengan permintaan.Kata Kunci : Sistem Perencanaan, Fuzzy Tsukamoto

This assistance can be Obtained if the prospective beneficiary meets the specified criteria and conditions. This research is motivated by the house renovation assistance to the community is still subjective, less objective in the selection of the data and the weakness of the system used today. Therefore to help in the selection, a system for decision support was made in Determining the prospective recipient of house surgery assistance using the web-based TOPSIS method using a MySQL database, so that it can help smooth the evaluation process in the selection of subsequent home surgery recipients.

Abstract

Supplier is very important for companies in services or goods, as well as parts procurement of medicines a Hospital, Hospital GrandMed is one of the largest hospital in Deli Serdang it's important to select suppliers for the procurement of drugs to be maintained and sustained quality of drug availabilitydrug and drug procurement logistics section to selectively choose a supplier with specific criteria so that the process of drug procurement at the Hospital GrandMed running properly and efficiently. The purpose of this study is to develop a decision support system to determine which is the best supplier priority Hospital medicine order so that can always keep the availability of drugs in terms of both the quality of medicines, price and delivery time. Data supplier in view of the historical kesupplier reservations about the company address, price, variants possessed drugs and drug quality and backed by the method of Weighted Product to support the decision which supplier to choose a priority determination. The results of this research program is to create a ranking and determination in the supplier selection GrandMed Hospital.Supplier selection decision support system with Weigthed method GranMed Product Hospital has been able to be built with UML and created with Visual Basic programming language in 2008.

Abstract

In this study, the authors conducted research to apply the Certainty Factor Method to Diagnose Diseases in Livestock and build applications in the application of Reviews These methods. Information technology is now a staple in developing a field. Along with the development of the times, proper information management is needed, so we need an Appropriate computational method. In this case the expert system method is one way to find out or identify diseases in poultry that have been infected with bacteria or viruses. A form of management information system specifically created to support a plan in making decisions to solve a case or problem. Artificial Intelligence (Artifical Intelligence) is one part of computer science that makes machines (computers) can do work as and as well as humans do. Expert System is one of the Artificial Intelligence techniques that attempts to adopt human knowledge into computers, so that computers can solve problems as is usually done by experts. Diagnosing disease in poultry is currently a problem that is still underestimated for most people, this is due to lack of knowledge or lack of information in terms of Overcoming and Preventing Contaminated, viruses or bacteria. Certainty Theory Theory was suggested by Shortlife and Buchanan in 1975 to a accommodate the uncertainty of thinking or inexact reasoning of an expert. Phrases like "maybe", "most likely", "almost Certain". To a accommodate this, Researchers conducted a certainty factor method to describe the level of expert confidence in problems in diseases Suffered by chickens already infected with dangerous viruses.

If it is seen from the many needs of the community to apply for loans without collateral, a classification application is needed, in order to Facilitate the work of the assessor team in the process of analyzing the attributes that Affect customer classification. To find out the classification of customers who apply for unsecured loans for using data mining with the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm. Abstract

The process of teacher performance assessment Effectively, precisely, Objectively, and transparently is the important point in selecting the best teacher assessment based on their performance. This assessment was Carried out in SMP Negeri 2 One Roof STM Hilir to avoid the accusations of Injustice and family relationship with the assessor in the school, both the Headmaster and the teacher selection committee. Therefore, a decision system is needed in selecting the decision. One method is the which can be used in solving the problem of Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MADM) is by using Simple Additive weighting (SAW) method, Because The method concept is so easy to understand, simple, effective computationally and has ability in measuring the relative performance of alternative decisions in mathematical form. In addition, Also the design application used UML (Unified Modeling Language) is implemented a system roomates in the software by using Web Programming and MySQL as its database. Finally, based on the design of this application, it can be seen that the decision system by using SAW method is very effective, fast, computerized and transparent accurately in Determining the teacher performance in SMPN 2 One Roof STM Hilir.

Abstract

Students at almost all levels of education are required to be technology literate, especially information technology. In addition to supporting educational activities, it also supports students in solving administrative problems. One of the software that can be used to support education and administrative issues is Microsoft Office. The application has many features that are still not familiar to some users, especially students. This was experienced by STT Baptist Medan who was not familiar with the many tools provided in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint software. Some of the obstacles that are often encountered are the less than optimal use of the merge function in Word, the function of conditional formulas in Excel and animation, and multimedia in PowerPoint. During the implementation of service activities, it was concluded that the importance of direct Microsoft office training to students, especially study programs outside of computers. In the implementation of the training, students are able to use Microsoft Excel to manage numerical data. Microsoft word in managing data. Also the use of Microsoft PowerPoint in making presentations.
