Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the funding piggy bank at PT. BPRS Safir Bengkulu and the factors that caused the stall traders to save in the funding piggy bank at PT. BPRS Safir Bengkulu. The research conducted is field research using qualitative methods. The data used in this study are Primary Data obtained through interviews with the Funding Division, Funding Officer, Costumer Service, General Division and Personnel, and Secondary Data obtained from books related to research problems. After the data is obtained then it is analyzed using qualitative descriptive method which is then analyzed deductively. The results of the study found that (1) the implementation of the funding piggy bank at PT. BPRS Safir Bengkulu. After a customer agreement with the BPRS Safir bank, the bank places the piggy bank with the customer, the customer saves the money in the box. After that the bank took the Warung savings, Hajj savings, and Qurban savings. And recorded according to the nominal savings. (2) factors that cause traders to save in the funding piggy bank at PT. BPRS Safir Bengkulu. Because of the friendly service. maintain customer trust, ease in saving, ease of obtaining information about products.

Abstract

Performance appraisal of Civil Servants was conducted with an emphasis on the achievement of target achievement level employee or the work that has been prepared and agreed upon between the Civil Service and the Office of Evaluation. According to Article 4 PP 46 In 2011, the performance appraisal of civil servants divided into two elements Work Target (SKP) and Work Behaviour. However there remain weaknesses in the system of evaluation of the problems which arose at the standard value of the standard to determine the quality of the civil servants and minimum performance assessment conducted only in charge of the assessment by the employer's subjective assessment of opportunities. In management performance assessment can be done by using Key Performance Indicator and 360 degree feedback. With the combination of both the expected performance evaluation of the performance appraisal of civil servants that is more measurable, objective and effective as an input to the Civil Service Agency (BKN). Keywords: Performance Evaluation, Target Officers, Civil Servants, Key Performance Indicators, 360 degree feedback

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of zakat knowledge on interest in paying agricultural zakat, the effect of income on interest in paying agricultural zakat, the effect of zakat knowledge and income level simultaneously on interest in paying agricultural zakat, and the extent to which zakat knowledge and income influence interest in paying agricultural zakat among coffee farmers in Blau Village. This study used a quantitative research method using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) technique, including Outer Loading and Inner Loading tests. The sample size for this study was 30. The results showed that zakat knowledge did not influence coffee farmers' interest in paying agricultural zakat. Income level also did not influence coffee farmers' interest in paying agricultural zakat. Zakat knowledge (X1) and income level (X1) did not influence coffee farmers' interest in paying agricultural zakat (Y). The magnitude of the influence of these two variables on the dependent variable, interest in paying zakat, was 0.065. This shows that 6.5% of the variation in coffee farmers' interest in paying agricultural zakat, meanwhile, the remaining 93.5% is influenced by two other variables outside this research model.
