Abstract

Understanding the role of the father figure in the era of Society 5.0 technology in shaping leadership attitudes among adolescents requires an in-depth study. This research employs a qualitative method with a literature review approach to synthesize various theories on the exemplary role of fathers in fostering leadership qualities in adolescents. The findings of this study show that the exemplary character of a father is crucial in shaping adolescent leadership. A father’s example encourages adolescents to be less consumeristic and more adaptive in navigating situations amid technological advancements. Additionally, it fosters adolescents’ ability to make life choices, even in the face of negative influences in the Society 5.0 era. This study's results are essential to support fathers in setting a positive example for today’s youth. AbstrakKajian yang mendalam diperlukan dalam memahami figur ayah di era teknologi society 5.0 dalam membentuk sikap kepemimpinan dalam diri remaja. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, dengan pendekatan kajian pustaka dalam mensitesakan beberapa teori tentang keteladanan sosok ayah dalam membentuk kepemimpinan seorang remaja. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keteladanan ayah dalam membentuk kepemimpinan remaja sangatlah penting. Keteladanan ayah akan menghasilkan remaja yang tidak  konsumtif tetapi dapat menjadi adaptif dalam situasi yang dihadapi di tengah perkembangan teknologi. Disamping itu, mereka menjadi remaja yang dapat menentukan pilihan hidup, meskipun di tengah gempuran nilai-nilai yang negatif di era teknologi society 5.0. Hasil penelitian ini sangat penting menolong para ayah  memberi teladan  bagi anak remaja masa kini.

Abstract

The phenomenon of interfaith marriage continues to occur in the midst of the plurality of Indonesian society. This of course can affect the faith of young Christians, if they choose the wrong life partner. Parents are obliged to educate their children according to the Christian faith. The choice of a life partner for young Christian youths should be in line with God's design for their lives, so that the future of the new family will inherit the Christian faith. The author conducted library research to collect information about the role of parents in educating children and choosing a life partner according to the Christian faith. The results of the study state that the part of parents is to educate their children to fear God, to be obedient in doing His will, and always to hope and rely on God; will form the divine character in the person of a child. So that in the end they can choose a life partner correctly and can make the decision to commit to marriage, according to the advice of their parents and the leading of the Holy Spirit in their life.

AbstrakDalam sejarah gereja Indonesia pada masa Hindia-Belanda memiliki nilai-nilai penting yang dapat diimplementasikan bagi kemajuan penginjilan masa kini. Ini merupakan kajian kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan strategi penginjilan yang  diperoleh dari sejarah gereja Indonesia pada masa Hindia-Belanda yang dapat diimplementasikan bagi penginjilan masa kini. Dari hasil pembahasan, maka diperoleh strategi penginjilan yang dapat diimplementasikan pada masa kini, yakni yang meliputi strategi pendidikan dan kebijakan.AbstrackIn the history of the Indonesian church during the Dutch East Indies period, it has important values that can be implemented for the advancement of evangelism today. This is a qualitative study that aims to explain evangelistic strategies derived from the history of the Indonesian church during the Dutch East Indies period that can be implemented for today's evangelism. From the results of the discussion, an evangelistic strategy is obtained that can be implemented today, which includes education and policy strategies.

Abstract

AbstractChristianity and the church have an important role to play in enhancing godlike missions by carrying out the commandments of God's Great Commission. The gospel as good news and the tidings of joy for the world and the multitude must then be preached, and evangelism as the commandment of the Great Commission to be worked out. The importance of the Church's role in enhancing the role of the Congregational Evangelism Mission, because the Church has now begun to lose its essence and purpose for preaching the gospel, and making disciples of each congregation in order to win many souls for God. The existence of a leadership figure in a Church or mission body also affects the role of the congregation in carrying out its mission, the need for a leader or shepherd who can foster, guide, guide, and motivate the congregation. The strategies, methods, and models described in this discussion may be able to help the role of the church in the role of its congregation's mission. AbstrakKekristenan dan gereja memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan misi bagi Tuhan dengan melaksanakan perintah Amanat Agung Tuhan. Injil sebagai kabar baik dan berita sukacita bagi dunia dan orang banyak maka haruslah itu diberitakan,dan penginjilan sebagai perintah Amanat Agung yang harus dikerjakan. Pentingnya peran gereja dalam meningkatkan peran Misi Penginjilan Jemaat, karena gereja sekarang ini sudah mulai kehilangan esensi dan tujuan untuk memberitakan Injil, dan memuridkan setiap jemaat agar dapat banyak memenangkan jiwa-jiwa bagi Tuhan. Adanya sosok kepemimpinan dalam sebuah Gereja atau badan misi juga mempengaruhi peran jemaat dalam menjalankan misinya, dibutuhkannya sosok pemimpin atau gembala yang dapat membina, menuntun, membimbing, dan memotivasi jemaat. Strategi, metode, dan model yang sudah dijelaskan dalam pembahasan ini kiranya dapat membantu peran gereja dalam peran misi jemaat.

Abstract

Di era modern ini, standar kecantikan telah bergeser secara signifikan menuju ideal yang tidak realistis, sering kali didorong oleh media sosial. Fenomena ini telah memunculkan “beauty privilege,” memberikan keuntungan sosial, ekonomi, dan psikologis bagi mereka yang memenuhi standar ini. Tekanan untuk mematuhi dapat menyebabkan masalah kesehatan mental yang serius, terutama di kalangan wanita, sehingga meningkatkan permintaan untuk operasi plastik. Jurnal ini mengeksplorasi perspektif Alkitab tentang kecantikan, dengan tujuan memberikan pandangan yang seimbang tentang penampilan fisik dan operasi plastik. Menggunakan metode kualitatif, jurnal ini menganalisis teks Alkitab dan literatur akademik untuk membandingkan prinsip-prinsip ilahi dengan praktik kosmetik modern. Temuan mengungkapkan perbedaan antara ideal kecantikan duniawi dan Alkitab, yang menekankan kualitas batiniah daripada penampilan luar. Studi ini menekankan pentingnya mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai spiritual dalam keputusan terkait penampilan fisik, menawarkan pendekatan holistik untuk memahami kecantikan dan implikasinya.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the congregation's understanding of the concept of new birth based on John 3:3-6 through the application of the Catechetic method taken from the Pentecostal tradition. Using a qualitative approach with literature study, this study examines the theological teachings on new birth and a combination of catechetical methods from several Pentecostal figures to formulate an effective learning model. The focus of this study is on how the integration of these various methods can produce deep theological understanding and real spiritual transformation of the congregation.

Abstract

Counselling is a service that plays an important role in everyone’s life because every person faces various problems and difficulties in solving the problem. Therefore, a competent counsellor is needed to give careful consideration. An example of a competent counsellor can be learned from Jesus as a counsellor who everyone always seeks and asks for His advice. The counselling ministry that Jesus performed was comprehensive. The scope of Jesus’s ministry is not only focused on providing solutions to the problem faced by the counselee. The counselling method carried out by Jesus based on John 4:1-42 uses a method that is appropriate Konseling merupakan bentuk pelayanan yang memegang peranan penting dalam kehidupan setiap orang karena setiap orang menghadapi berbagai masalah dan kesulitan menyelesaikan masalahnya. Oleh sebab itu dibutuhkan konselor yang kompeten untuk memberikan pertimbangan yang matang. Contoh seorang konselor yang kompeten dapat dipelajari dari diri Yesus sebagai konselor yang setiap orang selalu mencari dan meminta nasihat-Nya. Pelayanan konseling yang dilakukan Yesus adalah pelayanan yang menyeluruh. Cakupan pelayanan Yesus tidak hanya terfokus pada memberikan solusi atas masalah-masalah yang dihadapi konseli. Metode konseling yang dilakukan oleh Yesus berdasarkan Yohanes 4:1-42 menggunakan metode yang sesuai dengan konteks konseli sehingga setiap masalah yang dihadapi konseli dapat diselesaikan dengan baik.

Abstract

The desire for existence is a behavior that is often done by teenagers, this study explores how to dress teenagers at Citayam fashion week in Dukuh Atas according to the fashion trends that are currently trending. The behavior of Citayam teenagers in “fashion week” activities in Dukuh Atas caused a lot of negative views from the community, government and religious leaders. Inappropriate behavior of teenagers in dressing, everywhere men wear women's clothes while swaying, littering, gatherings for too long and other problems. This study uses a literature study approach to find the main picture of the intended research where the results of the study show that teenagers in Dukuh Atas fashion week need proper education from their parents, school, environment and church. The most important role comes from parents as role models. Education in the family will shape the identity of adolescents. Perilaku remaja Citayam dalam kegiatan “fashion week” di Dukuh Atas menimbulkan banyak pandangan negatif dari masyarakat, pemerintah dan tokoh agama. Perilaku remaja yang kurang pantas dalam berpakaian, dimana-mana laki-laki menggunakan pakaian perempuan sambil berlenggak lenggok, membuang sampah sembarangan, kumpul-kumpul terlalu lama dan masalah lainnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi pustaka untuk menemukan gambaran pokok penelitian yang di maksud dimana hasil penelitian menunjukkan remaja-remaja di fashion week Dukuh Atas memerlukan pendidikan yang tepat dari orangtua, sekolah, lingkungan dan gereja. Peranan paling penting berasal dari orangtua sebagai teladan. Pendidikan dalam keluarga akan membentuk jati diri remaja. Remaja-remaja itu akan berbeda dengan remaja lainnya ketika mereka mengetahui jati dirinya sehingga dipandang baik oleh masyarakat. Kata Kunci: Fashion Citayam, Perilaku Fashion Remaja, Jati diri Remaja

Abstract

Sejak awal penciptaan, Allah menunjukkan betapa Ia merindukan hubungan yang dekat dan senantiasa ingin berkomunikasi dengan manusia ciptaan-Nya. Pada saat manusia jatuh dalam dosa lalu kehilangan kemuliaan Allah dan kehilangan komunikasi langsung dengan Allah. Maka Allah mengirimkan nabi-nabi sebagai perantara-Nya untuk berbicara kepada manusia supaya mereka kembali kepada Dia dari jalan hidupnya yang jahat. Ada banyak pertanyaan di seputar pelayanan kenabian dan karunia bernubuat. Apakah pelayanan kenabian masih ada sampai hari ini? Apakah ada perbedaan antara pelayanan kenabian dengan karunia bernubuat? Apakah karunia bernubuat bermanfaat bagi tubuh Kristus? Penulis mengumpulkan fakta dari Alkitab dan mempelajari literatur yang berkaitan dengan hal ini. Penulis mengambil kesimpulan bahwa pelayanan kenabian masih dan harus ada sampai hari ini dan bernubuat adalah bagian dari pelayanan kenabian. Karunia bernubuat adalah karunia roh yang sangat relevan sampai hari ini dan bermanfaat untuk membangun jemaat jika di terapkan dengan protokol yang didasari dengan kebenaran firman. Since the beginning of the creation, God has shown His compassion to have intimate relationship and constant communication with His creation. When people sinned and fell short from the glory of God, they lost the direct communication with Him. God then, sent prophets as His agent to speak to the people in hopes they would return to Him from their wicked life. There are so many questions in regards to prophet office and the gift of prophecy. Is God still sending prophets to speak to His people? What is the difference between prophet office and the gift of the prophecy? What is the benefit of this gift of prophecy to the body of Christ? Facts from the Bible were compiled and the literature surrounding this subject matter has also been reviewed as reference. It is concluded that prophet office still and should exist today, and the gift of prophecy is one of many ministries under the prophet office. The gift of prophecy is the most relevant gift of the spirit to date and is beneficial to edify the body of Christ when applied with the correct protocol that is in line with the scripture.
